I will be adding new bricks as the story develops in order to keep everything up to date.
In the beginning there was nothing, save for the Lord of Order, and the Great Chaos beast. After waging an eternity long battle the lord of order slew the great beast casting its broken body into the aether and taking its ever healing heart and crafting a dimensional prison around it. This heart would become the Chaos egg and the pieces of its body would become the multiverse itself. Afterwards this lord of order went on into the outer realms seeking more chaos beasts to slay. Thus the great void was born with the chaos egg at its center.
The era of creation came after a seemingly infinite nothing was broken by the first beat of the heart that was the chaos egg. From it came the five Elder gods. Hyphos the god of matter, Simos the god of energy, Lithos the goddess of space, Temphos the Goddess of Time, and Aurelos the god of thought and emotions. These first five separated the infinite cosmos made from the chaos beasts body into the different universes then would go on to fill each one with Galaxies and build the laws of physics and reality itself. Afterwards they split themselves so that the five of them would exist in every universe. This not only formed the multiverse as we know it today but also linked each universe to the Chaos egg itself. When their work was finally done they retreated to the center of each universe and formed their supermassive black holes that would serve as the bed they would sleep in, which they sleep in to this day.
Two point one billion years after the First five gods went to sleep the Chaos Egg went through a change, once silent and slow it began beating again once every fifty years. With each beat it produced a new god, these gods would then be ejected into a different universe and while not as powerful as the first five these new gods would band together forming pantheons each with like-minded goals.
Two point four billion years would pass and with that time came a newer concept forged by the pantheons of new gods...Mortal life. These gods who crafted life needless to say needed safe places to build their budding civilizations on which lead to the establishing of territories. Not all gods were creators of life however, some Idle gods drifted through the cosmos with seemingly no purpose and they often would cross into the realms of the life creating gods more often then not to the detriment of their creations. This lead to the first god dying as he traveled with a swarm of asteroids and was stricken down by an entire pantheon looking to protect their creations. The God wars began as idle gods took it as a challenge and would avidly seek out creator gods to wage war with them. Though the sides were relatively even, the Creation gods won the war of attrition as the Chaos egg only produced more Creation Gods after that point never again birthing an Idle god. Entire Universes Collapsed and no galaxy was spared of the conflict.
About 2.5 million years ago The chaos egg spat out not one but Seven Gods into a section of universe 77's milky way galaxy around a star called Sol. One by one these gods Awoke, first came the one who built the worlds and the atmospheric conditions of each one. Then came one who would invent and with a little help create souls for the mortals and a place for them to be held was made. Then came the third who taught these mortals to seek knowledge and discovery in their short lives. The Fourth would bring humans conflict and fury that would take them to the top of their planets food chain, though a little pruning of the planets fauna did play its part. As things grew tense between the four gods and their different goals the fifth arose and with them came wisdom and guidance to both the mortals and the gods. The sixth to awaken brought the idea of communication and due to his speed being greater than all the others became the messenger. Finally would come the god who brought humans creativity and the ability to use the knowledge they were accumulating to grow throughout the generations. With this humans proved to be one of the fastest developing species in the universe all the while moving towards the goals of their gods.
While Sol system grew into the Most powerful planet with the most powerful creation gods in the 77th universe, trouble brewed elsewhere in their galaxy. A god was born to a lone star who unlike his siblings was not a creation god. The First dark god Sylus was born and though weak his cunning strategies brought his siblings down around him after he goaded them into attacking the Sol system. Once killed by the eldest of the Sol Gods Sylus absorbed his siblings power and fled now strong enough to attack other pantheons. But before he left he planted in the Eldest Sol God a darkness that would grow. But most importantly he had placed the earth in the universes cross hairs as they were the first to slay a god since the god wars had ended. Gods from all over now view the sol system as their enemies and have been attacking them with gusto. All the while Sylus sneaks around the edges of the galaxy gathering followers and consuming those gods who wouldn't join him.
