This RP is similar to what Arrow is, but on a different scale. My character Angel was stranded on the Mystical Mountains of Miseria in South America, after being kidnapped at the age of 10. Now 19 he is finally able to return home, where his home town of New Babylon is way different and worse off than it was when he left. He has returned home to save his city.

Angel Akino-Knight, the son of Mayor Lucas Knight & Special Agent Maria Akino kidnapped during a hostage situation during a special announcement. The child was kidnapped by what seemed to be mercenaries with Spanish accents, no ransom was made, and the boy was never found.

After nearly nine years of chaos and suffering the Teen returned home, trying to readjust to life. And in those nine years he learned something about the place he calls home. The pain that lies beneath the surface. What is shown by the poverty and anguish of the poor and the smiles of the rich. He has now returned home to do one thing......
