Just a friendly reminder that the Korean government conscripts all men between the ages of 18 to 28 for a minimum of 18 months into the military. Typically, most guys just serve after highschool so that they can go to college after. It's also kinda common for guys to go to college for a year or two before doing their military service. But, any later is rather rare and kinda socially looked down upon.

General Appearance:
Sporting a short ponytail, Young-Soo favours casual clothes generally wearing light coloured shirts and tank tops as well a pair of long shorts or ripped jeans, when not in his pale coloured work overalls

Personality: Young-Soo is hard working and dedicated to his job as an Animal Control Officer and to his family who he deeply loves. While not going above and beyond in his work, unworried about promotions and climbing the ranks of a somewhat stop gap occupation, Young is content with all the freedom the job offers him, enjoying all the time he gets to spend outside and all the people he gets to meet, especially the more furry, animal ones. So happy with his work life and lifestyle, Young Soo never lets anything get under his skin, being polite and courteous while on the job, especially around the older generation and generally greeting everyone with a smile or a nod on his off time, though he does tend to show off a bit for the ladies or children while on duty.

Speaking of, Young-Soo has a really close relationship with his two younger siblings, as well as his dad, often diverting his route back to home base to stop in for a quick chat, or more often than not, showing his brother and sister the, sometimes weird, menagerie of animals in the back of his van.

Current Story: With his father returning home from a long stint in the KBO baseball leagues, Young-Soo is finding he has a lot more spare time on his hands lately, no longer than the primary carer for his two younger siblings and has picked up a few more hours at work. Though fulfilling, Young-Soo is trying to find something else to occupy his time with, spending more time out and about and on his laptop. Already a Hunter for some months, though of little renown, Young-Soo has been debating whether to throw himself more into the role...

With a Korean mother and American father, she inherited her father's traits with her dusty blonde hair and prominent green eyes while taking on to her mother's delicate face and build. Despite this, she is surprisingly well toned thanks to her military father's constant push for proper fitness.

Personality: Seo-Yeon can be considered ambitious for the sake of climbing the corporate ladder. For many, she seems to be serious in her way of thinking, always considering the most pragmatic and beneficial decision for herself and her clients. She considers herself to be superior to many of her peers thanks to her ability to grab clients and perform admirably. Her prideful nature isn't so much boisterous or extravagant, but smug and aloof. However, that doesn't mean she is heartless. It would be better to say that she flaunts her superiority because of the work she's put forth to earn it. Despite being considerably wealthy, she always sends money to her parents overseas regularly to make sure that their retired life is comfortable. Peeling away her prideful demeanor, people will find a person with a dry sense of humor and someone who secretly enjoys light novels and games on her free time, though she'll vehemently deny it.

Current Story: Seo-Yeon Yi is a financial manager for one of Seoul's companies that works alongside Hunter guilds. Acting as both a financial advisor and contractor, her main duties are to advise how guilds should spend and Hunter salaries according to their ranks and accomplishments. With how often she's had to rub shoulders with other Hunters, she's also understood how arrogant some are due to their difference in strength and status. Given the chance, she'd most likely enter the fray as well. After all, her pride won't allow her to be looked down on.

He frequently makes creative adjustments to his school's uniform. His expression is often wild and untamed, with his eyes holding a fire of confidence and self-assuredness beyond his years.

Personality: Na Kyung is a young man obsessed with the promise of glory and riches that being a Hunter brings. He's less interested in school, compulsory military service, or a career outside of those bright, beautiful portals that opened up and tore this world to shreds. He has a seemingly boundless appetite for adventure, and an intense greed for all the loot that he just knows is waiting for him on the other side of a portal. As far as allies are concerned, he recognizes their import... So long as they don't steal his cut, of the treasure or the glory.

Current Story: On the fated day when the portal in teh sky opened, and monsters started descending on an ill-prepared humanity, Na Kyung knew his time had finally come. He knew it when, as he faced down a monster from another world, a mysterious stranger swooped in, all flash and impressive gear, only to vanquish the beast which would've certainly killed Na Kyung in one fell swoop. This was a Hunter. This was cool. Everything else seemed unimportant compared to this. School? A job? Irrelevant now in this new world. From this day forward, Na Kyung swore he'd dedicated his time, blood, sweat, and tears to becoming the greatest Hunter in the world. And get filthy rich. And get famous. And take for himself everything that the world promised but never delivered. But this time by force. He'd force the world to respect him once he'd slayed enough monsters, collected enough treasure, and garnered for himself a reputation as a powerful Hunter. This was his path. The universe had ordained it! He could not fail.

Personality:
Originally, Benji was a cowardly, anxious, self-absorbed, low-esteemed, and awkward individual. He rarely cared for anything that did not bother him, and he did not get involved in much of anything if he could help it. His slacker tendencies as well as his preference for being alone lend itself to him being the social outcast and loner at his school. His lazy and often crass attitude has earned him no points or the respect of anyone.

Despite this, his studies faired well. He was a top student and worked out on his own to maintain physical fitness, seeing that health was something worth investing in, no matter how lazy you are.

However, after the portal attack that resulted in the death of his grandfather, Benji Paka's personality has shifted and changed considerable. Gone was the apathetic nature of a boy who cared little for anything or anyone.

While a few aspects of his former personality remain, Benji is a caring and compassionate individual who seems to have grown out of his shell. No longer the same shy or selfish individual, he can now connect and communicate on a comfortable and friendly level with everyone. His confidence has soared leaps and bounds, able to be steady with himself yet remain humble and respectful around others.

His competitive streak is a mile-wide, and he often seek to train, fight, and push himself to his limits and beyond.

His disregard for social norms is often from his honest yet blunt remarks and words. This usually is not done out of any sort of hate or rudeness, although it can become that if Benji is pushed to such extremes. Instead, he often observes the behavior of others, keeping silent most of the time unless it is to crack jokes or engage in friendly conversation, and often draws observations from what he has observed.

A nastier side to his personality is that his intelligence and time as a loner has lend itself to him being a bit of trickster and a prankster. While he often does good-natured ribbing and practical jokes on those he considers friends or on good terms with, this can easily change with those Benji is on bad terms with, trading the good-natured humor for something a bit more harsh, brutal, and cynical.

Current Story:
Benji did not ask for this power. The responsibilities of being a hunter thrust upon him. In fact, the idea of running in and fighting monsters was a foreign concept to him. Yes, it was necessary, but why did he have to stick his neck out? After all, there were so many people already willing to do so. He had family and people to look out, and he couldn't be gallivanting about and being a hero, much less a warrior.

It just was not in him. To fight. To risk it all on the line for people he barely knew.

Only his family and himself mattered. No one else.

When the hordes attacked, when monsters and portals became part of everyday life, when hunters rose up, Benji walked away from it all.

For a time at least.

When a particularly nasty portal opened up near his home and spilled creatures of terrible might, Benji wished he had become a proper hunter. Someone who had fought and trained and done well.

Because someone close to him died that day. Someone very dear to him. Someone, in their final moments, taught him what it meant to be a man, no, to be a good man.

A good hunter.

Benji could not, would not, not settle for just this simple notion of good. Not after this. Not after all the pain and guilt and sorrow. If he suffered this much, then anything else would be nothing in comparison.

He would go through hell. He would become the greatest hunter ever. The strongest and most powerful one that Seoul, even the world, would ever know. Even if he had to go through hell to become that ideal. To become that champion. And not one more person would suffer because he failed to do something, failed to do what was right.

Benjia Paka would break the ranking system. His goal: to become someone or something greater than an S-rank, whatever it takes as long as no one else got hurt.

Benji Paka would not let another single person die because of his negligence, because of his selfishness. Not one more.

No more.

He would crawl his way up from E-rank with his teeth if he had to. This was the beginning of a real hunter.

Fill Fill It wasn't written anywhere. The difference is if you choose one, you get a two-handed weapon. If you use two, you get one primary and one off-hand weapon. A single weapon has increased affects due to the user not having two weapons (plus they tend to be stronger weapons any way).

Ah, I get it! Thank you! I think I will go with two weapons, since I think I can guess what the two-handed weapon would be by itself lol.
