Garrett is tall and broad-shouldered with a lithe yet muscular build. There is no unneeded fat whatsoever on his body. He is clean shaven with crimson eyes and long black hair that he ties back into a ponytail which reaches to his mid-back while still leaving long bangs that cover the right half of his face. He can generally be seen wearing a black suit over a red dress shirt, a white tie and belt, and black shoes. He gives off the sort of Casanova-esque, good-with-the-ladies kind of vibe and often finds himself as the object of admiration for many women despite his personality. He has a large black tattoo that covers the right side of his upper body along with another large tattoo of a bunch of flowers covering the left side of his back, though neither of these are visible when he's wearing his normal clothes.. Due to his combat style Garrett has many scars all over his body, though curiously only one on his face, across the bridge of his nose. However, most are concentrated on his hands and forearms. He stands 6'3" tall and weighs 210lbs.

Personality:
All in all, Garrett is a straightforward person, though this often ends up as him being blunt as he says what he thinks regardless of who he's talking to. Garrett chafes quite heavily against rules and authority, one of the reasons he became a mercenary in the first place, due to his intense love of personal freedom. Garrett is also quite adventurous and can be prone to recklessness at times. He's also a pretty easy-going with a dark sense of humor, a good sarcastic wit, and an irreverence about pretty much everything. That said, he is incredibly sensitive when it comes to his girlfriend and will anger incredibly quickly should one insult, hurt, or otherwise cross her. When truly angered, Garrett will drop all semblance of emotion from his face in cold rage. In this state he will do whatever it takes to destroy whomever earned his wrath, or die trying. It is incredibly difficult to snap him out of it, the only person currently able to do it being his girlfriend Refara. As such, it is quite fortunate that this is a fairly rare event.
Despite his Casanova-esque appearance, Garrett has a weakness for beautiful women in that he gets incredibly flustered when talking to them, especially if they act indecently or show off more skin than strictly modest. Another thing of note with Garrett is that the man loves to fight and has no qualms about killing whatsoever. In fact, he has few, if any, moral compunctions and will take practically any job if the money is right. He is also fully capable of carrying out a normal conversation as he fights and actually finds it easier to talk to women mid-combat. Over time, and with repeated exposure, he will grow accustomed to certain women and will be able to tolerate more without getting flustered, though this is a slow process. It is important to note that this trait comes not from any sensibilities or pure values, but rather from the fact that he simply doesn't know how to deal with the situation and his brain just kind of shuts down as a result.
Backstory:
Garrett grew up in a poor part of the city with his parents and twin sister, living a hard life just barely scraping together enough to live. His father had been a gang enforcer but had to retire after he received wounds to his legs that rendered him unable to keep working. Still, he taught Garrett everything he knew about fighting from a young age in the hopes that his son would be able to protect the family and later find work with the skills. This life continued on until Garrett was 17 when, on a day that Garrett was out looking for odd jobs to bring in some income, some enemies that his father had made tracked him down and attacked. When Garrett returned home he found his parents both dead and his sister missing with no clues to her whereabouts. Thus, with nothing tying him down he decided to go seek his own fortune the only way he knew how, by working as a mercenary, plus, he'd be able to look for clues as to where his sister was that way.
He started off with various small jobs before joining a couple mercenary squads without too much success. No matter where he went he found that he chafed against the group structure and the rigid authority of the squad leader. Figuring that he wouldn't be able to find a squad that suited him Garrett gave up trying and simply worked solo. During this time Garrett earned a fearsome reputation both for the fact that he almost exclusively fought with his fists, despite carrying weapons, and also for his brutal effectiveness, earning the nickname "The Brawler" along the way. He soon began to get many bodyguard requests along with requests to, shall we say, "deal with" unsavory types, especially if his employer wanted an example made out of them. His outlook on working solo changed several years later however, when, on a job to escort and guard a VIP over the course of several days, Garrett met his future girlfriend Refara. She was working as another mercenary on the job and at first Garrett could hardly talk to her. However, after a couple days, they were attacked by a rival gang and the two fought the would-be hitmen off. During the battle Garrett found he could talk much more easily to the woman and as such he got to know her over the subsequent fights, eventually falling in love with her. He tried to ask her out several times towards the end of the job but only managed to during what would be their last fight before the end of the job. To his delight she accepted and they've been working together as a couple for the 2 years since.

Strengths:
- Incredibly strong despite his lean appearance.

- High endurance, pain tolerance, and durability meaning that he can take a lot and fight for a long time
- Talented at breaking things.
- Due to his fitness and naturally strong constitution Garrett is resistant against poisons and sedatives. This also applies to alcohol as he has a massive tolerance.
Weaknesses:
- If a beautiful woman should act at all indecent or show off to much skin Garrett is highly likely to become flustered and lose concentration. The only people this doesn't seem to include are his girlfriend Refara, during combat at least, and his sister Evangelia.
- His recklessness can lead him into bad situations at times, or cause him to push himself too far.
- Garrett's love of fighting means that he can easily be goaded into fights and possibly traps.
Fighting Style:
Garrett is primarily a close-up fighter, preferring hand-to-hand or cqc combat over other forms. Furthermore, his aura ability and natural strength make him a highly effective tank, a fact that he uses to his advantage. That being said, he isn't a bad shot by any means and will resort to ranged combat when melee is unfeasible.
Aura Ability:
Garrett has the ability to armor his extremities to the extent that they can withstand bullets and more. However, he is only able to armor his arms from the elbow down and his legs from the knee down, nowhere else. Furthermore, as this is not a passive power, any attacks to those areas when they're unarmored will be as effective as they would be against any other person, albeit a very tough person. When armored his skin changes into a black, metallic substance and increases massively in hardness, making his unarmed attacks that much more effective. Furthermore, he has a passive increase to his general toughness and constitution, more so than the average gifted person.

- Extensive knowledge of combat and weapon techniques and can be called a natural at combat, though he's best at hand-to-hand fighting.
