With jokes aside,if you wish to draw people,do not use straight lines,mostly. Try to draw curved lines. And you should look up body proportions.

The problem was his damn lab coat. Because of the way it worked, passing his knees and all, it completely threw off body proportions. Not saying I'm good otherwise, I'm still shit, but that was what gave me the largest amount of trouble.
