Kryx Words
Kryx: native and general name for the four-legged, lithe beings of the Kryx Sector. A simple people of farmers and tradesmen that are very closed-off from the outside world. They consider their society a utopia. They are generally a passive race, but will banish the Kryx and kill the outsiders that threaten their way of life.
Via: native name of the Kryx Sector, the group of planets home to the Kryx. No direct translation, but the essence of the word is roughly “heavens that have descended and separated.”
Vragu: a form of spaceship used by Kryx to travel between their own planets. It resembles a large, stone Kryx in a crouched position. Powered by a drop of Kryx blood, even the Kryx don't know exactly how they work. They are fiercely protected, as no more can be made.
Krasic: The "ancient ones." Kryx believe they are descendants of the ancient ones, but that the formation of the galaxy separated them from their more perfect ancestors forever. While the Kryx speak as though they are two different races, that is not what the belief is. Krasic also can refer to the "old words," a dead language from which names are given to newborn Kryx by their spiritual leaders. They are thought to reside on the planet that the rest of the galaxy knows as Avalon, "Vihalla" in Krasic. That word is still used today.
Pawas: Spiritual leaders of the Kryx, usually a few per planet; the only beings with knowledge of the ancient language Krasic and the driving force behind the hidden bureaucracy that keeps the peace in Kryx society.
Nu: a word in the ancient language, meaning "burned" or "scorched"
Yaput: The nest-like beds that Kryx on Mor s' Via sleep in, made of a woven wooden frame, cushioned with leaves, and covered in a material called Na'pira, made of very fine grass fibers and Nani fur
Nani: A slow, climbing variety of the furry animals native to Mor s' Via. They have six tentacle-like legs, a long snout, and silky fur. Many Kryx families befriend one or two and encourage them to live near their homes; the silky fur can be trained to shed year-round and used to make a softer version of O'pira, appropriately called Na'pira
O'pira: The closest thing to fabric the Kryx have. A woven material made from extraordinarily fine grass fibers; surprisingly strong, it can be layered to make things such as baskets or manipulated into the climbing ropes Kryx use for extra safety.
Sira: a Kryx's "ever-soul." It is believed that after death, a respectable Kryx's Sira will join the Krasic on Vihalla.
Ky-sira: Perhaps the most important concept to the Kryx spiritual beliefs. The Ky-sira is the essence of the race. It is their collective soul, their life-force, their beginning and end. It is believed that the Krasic are borne of the Ky-sira, and at the end of their (very, very long) life, they return to it. It also serves as the portal between the Kryx and Krasic; when a respectable Kryx dies, this is how they return to Vihalla, in order to be purified and then continue to work for the good of the collective race. But the Krasic cannot use it as long as it is corrupted, so they are unable to retrieve their imperfect brethren.
Dru'nun: Roughly translated into "demons" or "devils"; the opposite of the Krasic. More radical Kryx believe that other races and their technology come from an actual race called the Dru'nan, who may have influenced the actions of The Deviant to purposely destroy the Krasic. To the average Kryx, however, it is just a generalization for unholy or evil things or beings.

The Kryx Story of Creation
Before there was Via, there was Vihalla. Before there was Kryx, there was Krasic.
For longer than one can imagine, the Krasic lived on Vihalla, in their holiness. No other race existed; indeed there was no need, for the Krasic lived in perfectness. All was good, all was right.
Generations passed, and suddenly there was one who was not perfect and holy. This one Krasic, the Deviant, was to be a worker; before the Krasic could see the darkness within the Deviant, they could sense it. They made the Deviant lowly, but the Deviant desired to be more, out of selfishness. This was a fault in the sira- a corruption in the very being. Such a thing cannot be healed, not even by the Krasic and their highest priests.
The Deviant desired to be higher than he was, and attempted to become so. The Deviant tried to become a priest, through the holiest of ceremonies. But the ceremony cannot be performed on oneself, for this is selfish and a corruption of the Ky-sira. The Deviant knew this, and attempted anyway; this was the highest sin. This was our destruction, and our creation.
On that horrible day, Vihalla was broken apart. Some of the ancient ones were trapped on the pieces that broke away; the largest pieces became Via, where the separated Krasic would become the Kryx, while the smaller pieces became all of the galaxy. The holiness of the Ky-sira was blackened, and the Krasic, in their pain, did not have the power to mend the break. It broke their heart. All of the race wept for the destruction, but soon turned their eyes to the future.
The Krasic left, with the promise to return once the Ky-sira was cleansed and renewed; the Krasic would return for their brethren as soon as they were able to mend the break.
And in this way, the Kryx came to be. Because of this, it is our sworn duty to support the Ky-sira, and await the call of our holy brethren. Kryx who die in this service return to the Ky-sira, but cannot stay in its holiness while it is tainited. They are to be given a body on Vihalla until the Ky-sira is pure again, and they can be freed of that body and born anew. All Kryx and Krasic work to cleanse the Ky-sira, for this is our holiest of energies, the essence of all.
All will be good, all will be right.

Solidus terms:
The Swirl: The mixture of many genetic inputs from various Solidus. The nature of the cavern has the Swirl in constant motion till a young Solidus is formed within the goop. The swirl can about 100 young before the mixture is all dried up.
Liquid: The term for their blood. It doesn't flow exactly like blood of other creatures. They are basically a walking goop sack.

(This is a WIP section of the dictionary. Things will be added as the Rp moves forward. All images are best representation I could aquire, I take no credit for any of them.)
- Dorogan: A Dorogan, or Doro, is a bipedal shaped creature that comes from the planet Dorogan. Typically around 5 1/2' to 6' tall, they come in a variety of hues ranging from a light pinkish white, to a very dark brown. They are the primary force within the Galactic Dorogan Empire, and have claimed the majority of the galaxy under their banner. They have a remarkable healing ability that allows them to persist and spread across the galaxy quickly.
- Raxus Prime: A small industrial planet closer to the inside circle of the Dorogan Empire, Raxus Prime contributes a vast amount of resources to the Empire in the forms of ships. While the majority of the larger Warships are created on Dorogan and its closer systems, Raxus Prime has been helping to provide small fighters to the Empire for several generations now. Because of the heavily industry of the planet, it is taxed by the Dorogan quite heavily. This Taxation was the seed that lead to the rebellion attack on March 19th, 3578
- Sper: Leader of the rebellion, Sper has never been seen. Like a shadow that can reach out and grab you, Sper has been the guiding hand for the rebellion since its early days when the first few planets revolted against the Dorogan Empire. Their followers are 100% devoted to them and even the extensive spy network of the Dorogan Empire can't seem to get a look at this character.
- Mag'leuos: A gaseous planet on the very edge of the galaxy. It is about 75% gas within its atmosphere, while the other 25% of solid ground within the atmosphere is barely any bigger than a moon. Its surface is mostly comprised of asteroids that have been trapped within the sulfuric clouds and liquified. There is one small research station, home to about a dozen scientists that where the first to find the alien craft that landed on the surface.
- Dr. P'harse: An older Crustox Scientist that lived on Mag'leuos, he was able the only scientist that was able to retrieve a piece of the alien craft that crashed on the planet's surface. He is currently being held aboard The Brazen under close psychiatric watch.
- The Brazen: The flagship for the Dorogan Empire. It is a 300 Dorogan Crusher Cruiser with enough firepower to destroy cities from orbit. It is under the command of Admiral Luther Gr'ha, and home to over 5000 Dorogan personnel at any given time. It can travel at lightspeed, is equipped with prismatic shielding, and is equipped with a 3000 ton Ion cannon.
- Raq'Tak: A small desert planet close to the outer rim of the galaxy. It has very few major cities, which are more like clusters of shops and bars around a port. It has very little water, most that is available is brought in off planet.
- Seliek: A Serpent like species from the planet Sah'ss, Selieks have six arms and a long serpent like bottom half. Males have fur on their arms and backs, while females usually do not. There are very few Selieks left within the inner Imperial planets, as a plague of scale rot wiped out a large chunk of them in 3489.
- Queis 6: The last of a small solar system of small green planets, Quies 6 is the home planet of the beasts known as Uaccam. The planet is covered in lush green fields, plenty of water that comes from underground springs, and a stretch of forest that runs from the northern part of the planet, to the southern. The forest is home to Quies' second indigenous species, the Grex.
- Uaccam: A large herbivore that lives on Queis 6. It is used for its fat rich milk, its tough hide, and its juicy meat. The locals will use its tusks and bones as a fine powder that can be turned into a paste that hardens into something akin to steel in strength.
- Grex: The natural Predator of the Uaccam. A grex alone is usually not bad to handle for a farmer, but a pack of Grex can be deadly.
- Omniplight: I being that is native to the Cardaleon, they usually maintain a humanoid like figure for the ease of those living around them. However, their actual body is made of a living slime that is neither solid not a true liquid. They are sentient down to their very molecules, and can split themselves up into the tiniest of pieces. Thought the more the split themselves up, the more their intelligence dwindles. They speak with assistance from a air pump that they attach to their bodies. but forcing air through different types of channels and onto the "skin" they can create bubbles that create the vocal sounds of talking.
- Planet Ic'tra: Ic'tra is a planet that is not part of the Dorogon Empire. It lies quite a ways out from the outer rim of the empire, and can only be reached with a special blink drive. The planet is 90% water, with the other 10% the molten core of the ocean. Because of the constant warm waters changing into cold on near the surface, the planet is always covered in a thick layer of stormy conditions. The only place that is not covered in storms is the city of Orcolia, a floating white city that has the freedom to roam around the planet. The reason for its protection from the storm is currently a mystery to all accept its residents, the Koiple. A strange fish like species, they are fanatically religious to a race they refer to as the "Tumal" and the protection they protection of their city.
