The Restless One
It was around early morning and Lilira was in the kitchen cooking up a storm. With the funds she had received from her family in Greenheart she was able to buy an old inn in the city of Sharn that hadn't been used for year's. Of course, repairs had to be made and she had to buy stores of food, drink and other things, but she believed it would fit well for a home for her new guild she had started and one day when they were able they could move someplace bigger but for now she believed the former inn was more than big enough for a starting guild.
Everyone had arrived at different times yesterday, some arriving very late into the night so they didn't really get a chance to meet, to talk, and get to know one another which she felt was important because after all they were a guild now and they needed to get to know each other. And what better way to get to know each other than over breakfast. Personally, she almost thought it was a miracle that none of them got lost in the city, but she supposed that some of them might be familiar with the city, but certainly not all of them, they definitely had an interesting bunch though.
Sharn the city of towers, it was quite a large city, she was almost surprised that it wasn't a capital but thankfully she had lucked out and gotten some property on the edge of town in obscured by the crowded and towering nature of the city, where they could stroll see the ocean and but just towers that virtually formed into walls. She was honestly surprised that the inn itself wasn't some manner of tower...she supposed maybe that was why it wasn't in use.
She figured that some of them might be awake soon so she started to set the tables.
Meanwhile Khione had woken up and gotten ready for the day, she'd left her window open as the sea breeze was rather relaxing to her. Sharon was quite the interesting place to her, it's hierarchy was quite clear from his composition, the higher you got the nicer things were and she was interested to explore it, but more than that she was admittedly excited to start her life as an adventurer, as part of a guild at least, even if she didn't outwardly show it like most. She'd been away from the Tundra for a while now, but he reserved nature stuck to her like the everlasting snow stuck to her homeland.
She sat leaning out the window for a bit, enjoying the smell of the ocean when another smell crept in...it smelled like food and it smelled pretty damn good actually. She blushed a little as the smell had caused her hunger to set in so she supposed that it was time to go and find herself something and made her way downstairs where Lilira had apparently been setting breakfast...there was a lot and food on every table...she didn't quite know where to sit. Then again she supposed it might not have mattered.
"Oh good morning...K-kai? Is that right?" Lilira asked and Khione sighed.
"Khione...my name is Khione," She replied, correcting her.
"Ah, yes, right sorry, don't worry I'll get it so Khione...do you have a last name?" Lilira asked.
"No...Yuki-Onna do not have last names," She replied.
"Ah, well..Keanu?" Lilira asked.
"Khio-," She sighed and put her hands up "You know what...just call me Kai,"
"Right! I'll get it I promise, anyway enjoy breakfast I'm sure the others will be down soon," The woman said practically skipping back into the kitchen.
