The Kingdom of Livonia
The year is 2020, and the world has changed greatly in the past decades. With the end of WW2 by nuclear means and a series of natural disasters after said drastic solutions most populations of the worlds nations retreated to bunkers, shelters, and hid away. Years passed and eventually the world became habitable once more, with plant and animal life taking hold of once bustling cities. Those who had been left on the surface have rebuilt and formed societies, ranging from simple villages to entire fortresses. Raiders and looters run rampant and unchecked, with chaos ruling the lands. In the former region of Vidzeme a vault opened up. This vault had been stocked with resources in case of what happened, did happen. Residents poured out and attempted to rebuild what they had lost, with most turning to local nationalism, thus seeking to restore the Kingdom of Livonia. Currently the capital of these people is Turaida Castle, which had been seen unimportant and left mostly untouched when the bombs fell. Expeditions have been sent into the cities themselves with the churches being used as outpost stations however not much progress has been made on the rebuilding the city itself. The nationstate itself has no industry whatsoever and it's economy is based entirely on bartering and the farms around the castle, they do however have a while small fully functional army. It's army is mostly infantry although they do hold a few artillery pieces and tanks. The population numbers in the low thousands and mostly keep to themselves.

The year is 2020, with a nearby nuke obliterating all life in Moscow, main monuments and a lot of buildings are still intact. Many survivors in a vault have finally came out and started cleansing the city, inhabiting the buildings, under the rule of a Monarch that has held power in the vault. His name, is Vladimir Putin.
