Project MDV is an attempt to push human evolution forward to its next step. It is the story of the children of this project as during their teen years (and perhaps beyond). As with most attempts to work on the cutting edge of technology, success brings the attention of the military. This project was never based on military funding. Rather it was a private concern that succeeded beyond the wildest dreams of most of its participants.
You will be one of those children.
