Once a magic filled land, filled with mages and staves, humanity has moved beyond the limitations of magic, and begun using advanced technology.
To the south east, lies the large Empire of Bern, ruled by a benevolent queen, and defended by a force of cybernetically enhanced wyvern riders as well as strong surveillance and spies.
To the east, lie the lands of Sacae, filled with nomads, the only country still to reject the notions of modern technology, think of them like a mix of gypsy and Amish.
The Northeast home to the snow covered lands of Ilia, a former mercenary nation, which is now a peaceful farming nation and home to the Pegasi
To the northwest lies the country of Eturia, the forerunner of today's modern technology.
The southeast holds the barren deserts of Nabata, which once housed the only village known to hold dragons after the scouring, and the only known instance of Humans and Dragons living together.
In the center south is the land of Lycia, a country ran by a multitude of nobles and headed by a democratically elected noble, currently house Pherae heads the league, but the election for the next head house is mere months away.
The heroes made for this world have a few options of what can be chosen.
Humans are the primary and only known race in Elibe. While varied and capable of many things, one important distinction must be made. Those with magic cannot use anything but the least impactful of cybernetics.
