They follow along as a partner for specific cases and officers whom know of the brights going on.

If you were truly given these powers in reality, what would you do with them? Too early to tell, Though I feel like I can sympathize with someone almost instantly. A hard life has shown me a lot of things, and I use that to help the world in the name of peace personally.

Background: Carter Bellatreaux is a Police officer by day, sailing past expectations of his peers and working to help the law in some of the more hazy and intriguing scenarios. But by night, he takes to the city of New York as a vigilante. Being on the force allows him a heads up in crimes and trouble by scouters and radio.

He has suffered a lot through many partners becoming corrupted by the powers of Enlightened and Empathic scenarios. Recently with the personifications, he has become a bit lost in his goals to stop the outbreaks. And thusly he has called in for a specific team by the chief of police.

Now he simply awaits what is to come next while working on his team-building to help combat the threats to come.
