Ferre is very bright and cheerful. Most people find him overly positive, perhaps even to the point of being overbearing. He is also considered to be quite somewhat of an airhead as he usually forgets things most of the time.
He'll also take a chance at any female with one of his many pick up lines. Despite this, he himself is weak to being flirted with, shying away to hide his embarrassment.
HISTORY/BIO
Orphaned at the age 14, Ferre was found starving outside a small village in the Outlands. Despite being taken in by the village elder, Ferre was initially very strict and hostile towards them. In fact, most often he held a grudge against those around him. However, as he had no other place to stay he was allowed in the elder's household. The elder had a grandson who was the same age as himself, and he would often bring around Ferre in order to get him to open up to the other villagers.
Most of the time Ferre would be dragged around in order to act as a 'wingman' for the grandson to hit on the village girls. Almost all the times they went around they would be immediately rejected. Eventually Ferre would open up to everyone, and his personality had gotten a lot brighter. He even started making up his own pick up lines during outings (though most of them were considered cheesy). He would come to adopt the family name Wesker.
As the war between Outland and Valken continued on, young people would be taken from the villages in order to keep up with the frontlines. This included the elder's grandson who would be taken to the war in order to fight. Ferre, however, was taken as a village guard by taking up the spear as at least once person had to stay to defend the village. Ferre was against this, wanting to fight alongside his friend and brother, but he was asked to stay to keep the village safe. He reluctantly agreed and Ferre would never hear from him again.

Ferre is actually a Lokir whose family was killed due to being hunted down. He was separated and left to fend for himself. With his only memento, a shard of a beaststone, he is unable to transform leaving him stuck in a humanoid form although this worked to his advantage as it allowed him to blend in with the village locals, as long as he hid his bear like ears (hence the hood and cape). The only people in the village to know about what he truly was were both the village elder and his grandson.
