Faust Windfallow, The Plague Doctor

LostHaven

Error 404: Heaven not found.
Roleplay Type(s)
Name: Faust Windfallow

Hero Name: Plague Doctor

Appearance:

Faust.jpg

Faust prefers to appear cloaked in all black with a leather belt. The leather belt has a small pouch at the side to hold medical tools such as scalpels and needles filled with a deadly toxin he made himself (nicknamed Yersinia Toxin. No official name for the poison exists yet). He also has a scythe/chain attached to his belt. The chain measures around 4 meters while the scythe is only about 55 cm long. His preferred weapon is a large, 2 meter scythe of unknown origins. It is forged of purely silver. One can only imagine how heavy that would be. He also wears a silver plague mask and refuses to take it off under any circumstances. (unless it is knocked off or something)

Gender: Male...?

Age: ???

Race: ???...???...... His general build points to human, a very tall one that is... But his weight suggests that he cannot be human either, as 52 kilos is pretty light for a 1.9 meter human.

Height: 6'4"

Weight: 115 lbs

Location: City-5
Class: A

Abilities:

-Necromancy, a dark art that uses the very soul and corpse of a human as a weapon. He is capable of reanimating dead bodies or even using another being's soul as a 'fuel' for his attacks. Though he rarely resorts to Necromancy due to its nature.

Occupation: Doctor, a pretty skilled one at that.

Group(s)/Partner(s): nope. He usually hangs out in the hospital, usually busy with a patient or a game of Hearthstone or World of Warcraft, although he plays innumerable other games.

Personality: Faust is a strange being. He is deadly serious with his patients and has no tolerance with nonsense. Though once the operation is finished, he's back to his un-serious old self, making bad jokes and playing tons of video games. He also has a taste for coffee. Though he doesn't really drink that stuff in public since he can't drink without his mask off. In combat, he usually acts casual and doesn't give two shits about what his opponent is about to do. He will snap their arms anyways. Also, for some reason, he always HAS to participate in any WoW events, no matter the circumstances (unless he's treating to a patient) Also worth noting is that Faust never answers to anyone's questions in a straight fashion if said question is 'what are you?'

Backstory: The figure known as 'The Plague Doctor' has appeared throughout history, from the death of King Arthur to the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. It is unclear that this figure is the same person but the figure has always been described as 'A tall man in a black cloak and silver plague mask.' Faust is the legal owner of a supposedly 'haunted' mansion just a few kilometers north-west of City-5 and a similar estate somewhere in Germany. Whether Faust is German or not is unclear. All those who dared to venture inside Windfallow Manor have been reported 'missing' though Faust is always confirmed to be elsewhere BUT his manor during the time of these incidents, if he ever enters his manor at all. He seems sort of creeped out by his own manor as well and prefers to steer clear of it. He currently resides in a hotel located in City-5

Other:

He has a pet raven named Lucius. It is about the size of a fully mature eagle and yes, it eats meat.

His scythe is named 'Guillotine'

Faust has never lost any match in any game. Deal with it.

Just some vital information. Just don't metagame with this info:

Faust is a Lich, an greater undead whose soul is bound to a magical relic known as a 'Phylactery.' He can take a nuke to the face and survive but if the Phylactery is destroyed (it IS a rather delicate and frail artifact) he will die. Liches are known to be power hungry tyrants with control over legions of undead but Faust is just an exception. He never chose to become a Lich in the first place and doesn't feel that it's right and just downright unforgivable to enslave people's dead bodies and souls for his own cause.

The reason why Faust is so light for his height is because he is literally all bone. Only his face nose-down bears sickly pale white skin and he has a gaping hole in his ribcage that shows a still warm and beating heart only hanging by a few blood veins.

I love it, a contender for one of my favourites yet and that really is a tough competition.

The only things I would say is that in the backstory you make mention of Abe Lincoln and Germany however, given this RP's world, neither of them really exist.

I wonder what @VY Canis Majoris will make of this?
