Notes on choosing Servant Parameters:
E - Generally, something they weren't known for in life. In the case of the Luck ability, this is generally reserved for Heroic Spirits that had their destiny foretold and/or devised for them in a way they couldn't change it, since Luck is the "ability to defy fate." Likewise, if a Servant changed their destiny give them a high rank in Luck.
D - Something they weren't known for, but can be assumed they have had.
C - Something they weren't precisely known for but the effects of which are otherwise seen or obvious.
B - Either something the Servant was particularly noted for or something that is painstakingly obvious.
A - Something that borders on being one of the defining characteristics of the Servant. This enters the levels of the "truly absurd." A-rank Strength lifts cars, Endurance tanks a building collapsing on them, Agility allows to see and comfortably dodge bullets or knives at high speeds or jump across two rooftops 30 meters away from each other, cling to ceilings, etc; Mana is not just enough to have stamina and fuel for spells but even lets the Servant supply themselves for multiple minutes like with the Independent Action skill, while Luck is on the level of defying fate-altering attacks and concepts. Noble Phantasms of this level are usually ones from the Age of the Gods, or at least before the Renaissance, though exceptions can be made if the legend is known well-enough.
Note: When having rank-up skills and such, move A-rank parameters to A+, A+ parameters to A++ and so on instead of moving to EX instantly.
EX - Immeasurable. A truly defining characteristic of the Servant that is above even A-rank. Something comparable to Achilles' Endurance but in any of the parameters. These are things like the ability to withstand the full might of an A-rank Noble Phantasm with but a general but insignificant wound over the whole body that isn't even remotely debilitating. It could be said, to an extent, that these parameters are in a sense like Noble Phantasm themselves, simply less pronounced and symbolized. Alternatively, you can make a Noble Phantasm of this skill instead, or in addition to this rank. This is the level of ability that makes the rules go cry into the corner with a horrible headache.

Background: Ninsei Kotomine was born to a slightly prominent family within the Church and the descendant of a fairly lengthy family of Exorcists. The superiors of his organization deemed him fit for the work as well, until the age of 7. Around that time, young Ninsei started showing mild fervor and even fanaticism to the cause of the Church. His ardent zeal and even show of minimal skill, along with the full support of his parents and father, in particular, is what secured his seat as an Executor. His training began at the age of 10. He studied the very basis of the foundations of magecraft to gain an understanding of it, and afterward, he studied mostly the orthodox Church style of the Holy Sacraments; exorcisms, healing spells, but also other miracles activated through semi-prayer incantations -- Being an Executor, he gained access to the Eighth Sacrament. However, he also trained his own body so that he could be a tool used effectively.

By the age of twenty, he had become a prominent Executor. After helping several teams in purges of Dead Apostles. At some point during this time, he greatly contributed to the destruction of a den of a Dead Apostle Ancestor and was awarded a Scripture of his own. Shortly after, when Ninsei was 24, the Fourth Holy Grail War took place, however, he had nothing to do with it. It was ten years later at the age of 34 when he was asked to be the assistant of the Overseer of the Fifth Holy Grail War. Acting as the temporary apprentice and secretary of the Supervisor, he learned quite a bit new tricks.

It is now at the age of 49 that he himself was entrusted with overseeing the Sixth Holy Grail War, personally by the Einzberns and with the permission of the Church.

-- Holy Sacraments --
Ninsei has access to magecraft in the form of the Holy Sacraments of the Church. These spells are similar to and seemingly imitate the miracles described in the Abrahamic religions. His incantations are said to sound more like prayers than proper self-hypnosis, but it might as well be both for all we know. Although he can perform them, his experience and raw skill is average at best.

Ninsei can also use the Baptism Sacrament to dispel spiritual entities through a Spiritual Purification process, but this isn't strong enough to affect Servants.

-- Mind Interference Magecraft --
Ninsei has only rudimentary knowledge of the basics of Magecraft outside of the Holy Sacraments, but the Einzberns specifically tutored him for a little over three years in Mind Interference Magecraft, and in particular; Memory-altering Thaumaturgy so that he can more easily clean up the mess created by the Masters. His knowledge of this is mediocre, but it is nonetheless a skill that can be used. The most this will allow him to do is alter the details of the last 30 minutes of a person's memory or convince them of small falsehoods like "mind tricks."

-- Mystic Code: LOVE & HATE --
Yet another gift from the Einzberns. Ninsei's fingers have thaumaturgical tattoos grafted onto them. These tattoos form the letters 'LOVE' on both hands and allow him to obtain information through touch. By touching a dead corpse, he can access a pseudo-post-cognition of events and know what happened to it. By shaking a Master's hand or patting him on the shoulder, he can learn a few precious facts about them for as much information as the length of contact permits him.

He also has a pair of enchanted brass knuckles that are both called 'HATE' in contrast to his tattoos. These Brass Knuckles act as minor Conceptual Weapons, much like his Scripture and Black Keys. They can hurt Servants and other beings, but the main purpose is their concept of "creating pain." Even a small grazing wound on the shoulder from being hit by one of these brass knuckles will cause debilitating pain to the victim, enough to stun even confident fighters invigorated with eagerness and willpower and stop them in their tracks.

-- Scripture: Ashes --
Ninsei has a personal Scripture; a Conceptual Weapon given to the most skilled Executors. Comparable to a Key of Providence, yet on completely different level. This is a Conceptual Weapon that would technically allow the user to harm a Servant as it has Mystery kindred to that of an actual Noble Phantasm.

Ashes takes the form of a Franchi SPAS-12 Shotgun that fires potent, cursed bullets that can dispel spiritual essence they hit. It needs to be reloaded with normal ammunition, but due to being a Conceptual Weapon, the bullets fired automatically become cursed rounds whether or not they had that attribute previously. It is particularly deadly against spirits, demons, wraiths, and possibly against Heroic Spirits.

-- Black Keys --
Ninsei is a user of one of the Church's most prominent Sacraments, the Black Keys. Being Conceptual Weapons, they can harm Dead Apostles, Servants, and other such demons. Ninsei utilizes them mostly as melee weapons, but sometimes he uses them as throwing weapons for controlling his enemy's movements or dealing ranged damage at angles where Ashes can't help. Black Keys are fairly long, very thin swords with small hilts that can be wielded in between fingers.

Large amounts of Black Keys can be carried at once because the blade part is manifested by running mana through the hilt.

Other:
- Being the Church Supervisor, Ninsei can afford to call backup from fellow Executors at any moment in order to aid him in cleaning up the evidence of the Holy Grail War.
- Doesn't frown on the usage of modern firearms. Overseer carries a magical SPAS-12 on his person at all times, for chrissakes.
- Overseer is adept with several full-contact martial arts. He is intermediate in experience with Judo, very decent at Taek-Won-Do, and an expert of Kickboxing. Through experience, he can mix the three together to form a very offensive style of unarmed & melee combat

  • Mystic Eyes of Hypnotic Sight: Just by keeping eye contact for more than 5 seconds, Gale can hypnotize a person and rewrite or alter memories, give orders and subconsciously add new memories. (Example: "You remember that slaughter in the theater? It didn't happen. You watched a movie about unicorns." And through a thaumaturgical process, the target's brain will rewrite the memories to create a new set of functioning replacements. It is a high-end mental interference that invades the mind.)
  • Sorcery Trait - Telekinetic Surgery: By running magical energy through his hands, he can achieve feats of telekinetic surgery through a target's body without incantation. Arteries can be mended or severed, flesh can be cut or sewn, whilst cells can be removed or multiplied. His left hand creates numbness through thaumaturgical processes.

Background: Considered by some to be an extreme radical, and others a pure thaumaturgical genius, Clovis is, without a doubt, a man surrounded in controversy in the Mages Association, the Clocktower, and especially the Church.

Often one of the most vocal proponets of many a radical thaumaturgical theory, Clovis is derided by his fellow magi for his rather out there views. With views like "Non-Magi are people too!" And "You probably shouldn't experiment on non-magi. You know, since they're human too?", and worst of all, "Stop murdering non-magi, you idiot! That's why there's such a thing as mind wipes!" It makes perfect since why no respectable mage takes him seriously.

Born to a well regarded family of minor magi native to Central France, Clovis was a modestly skilled Magus until he was around twenty years old. Around this time, Clovis sustained a serious injury to his right leg during a magical experiment. Due to the injury's magical nature, healing with thaumaturgy proved nearly impossible, and making the young mage have to wait for it to repair naturally. Due to this accident, he was never able to walk properly again, having to rely heavily on a cane for most of his life.

Decades later, Clovis would learn of an ancient eastern practice that could possibly heal him. Deciding to at least learn if it was possible, he set off for India. After many miles and many false starts, Clovis finally found the man he was looking for, an ancient hermit mystic. From him, Clovis learned the techniques of Walking and Breathing, and while his leg was not healed, he was able to overcome it to the point of being able to function normally, without the use of a cane.

Magecraft: Elementalism; Clovis is able to summon and fully control the elements, and change them however he desires. Water, Earth, Fire, Air, and Void. Complete mastery of these have gained him the title of "Average One", to show his total power over the elements.


Other:
- Clovis is a Master of the art of Walking and Breathing, an ancient technique practiced in the East that allows one to increase the quality and quantity of magical circuits in their body by allowing their form to become a focal point for the worlds ambient mana, causing it to flow freely through their body. A major side effect of this is that one's body is strengthened several fold, allowing a younger man to reach near superhuman ability, or in older practitioners allow them to reach the strength of a human at their physical peak, or just below that with Clovis. However, due to his leg injury, Clovis' agility is greatly hindered, allowing him to fully function normally, but not to the point of peak human ability.

- While not the wealthiest man, Clovis is fully able to support himself, and obtain most of the materials he needs.

- Is skilled in multiple forms of martial arts, but this is a last ditch measure of protection

- Is under the employ of the Einzberns in order to obtain the Holy Grail. This has also supplemented his own resources substantially in order to aid him.

Background:Mason blacked out at the native burial ground in a trip to the USA from japan.He then woke up in his room.Mason was wondering where his father was and how did he forgot his own trip.Mason then decided to search for him.

When he did find his father.He was killed in the basement of his house.Mason background is Japanese with his father being a police officer and his mother an army officer.

Mason then called the police to tell them about his father murder.then some doctors checked mason state of mind.They found out that mason seem to have memory lost, and multiple personality disorder.The reason why they wanted to check his mind was they worried about the effect that seeing an dead loved one would do to his mental health.

Mason with this event decided to train himself to become a police office.He then trained with his mother in how to shoot a gun and,some basic martial arts.

The person who killed mason father has not be found yet.Also Mason hopes to one day put the person who killed his father in prison or death row.

As the heir to the DiAnimo family, Terrence was groomed from birth to be a Magus. There was never really any other option for him, and he never really considered that there might be. He was educated in the Clock Tower, and finished his education without any major merit. He went into a teaching position, and carried out his research as much as possible.

After a while, he became somewhat disillusioned with the path of a Magus. He began to grow jealous of his more talented students, and began to despair that his research would ever lead anywhere. In short, he had something of a mid-life crisis. Hearing about the grail war sounded almost perfect - an opportunity to prove himself, to be a part of a ritual involving True Magic.

Magecraft:

Terrence is a good all-round Magus, specialising in methods of generating and transferring mana. Unfortunately, most of these methods require a great deal of time and resources. When he has less time, he relies on basic hypnotism, reinforcement, bounded fields and his mystic codes, though he doesn't have a lot of combat experience.

Since his command seals appeared some time ago, he has been able to create [REDACTED] in preparation for the war. With this secret weapon on his side, surely victory in the war is assured.

Other:

-His family is reasonably well-off, enough to acquire anything that isn't too rare.
-His understanding of the theory of magecraft is strong, and he's generally able to analyse opponents' techniques.

Background:
Born with among the finest magic circuits to ever be held by a magus, Jeremy was pretty much destined for greatness. His family, despite being around for a while, had never been known for producing exceptional magus', so this was a shock to everybody. As the years went on and he was trained under the guidance of his parents, it quickly became obvious he was far above anything they could hope to achieve. So, after pulling some strings and bending over backwards to appease the more prominent families, Jeremy spent much of his youth jumping from household to household, each of them teaching him how to be the exceptional magus he was expected to be. His family put a lot on Jeremy and pampered him constantly, and this did not go unnoticed by the boy. The fact that everyone was so infatuated with his magic circuits quickly got to his head, and after that it didn't take long for him to start buying into his own hype.

Eventually, Jeremy got sick of being taught by every random family his parents could find, so as a young adult he became a student of Clock Tower. Now, on paper Jeremy should have been one of the highest scoring students the Academy had ever seen. However, the problem was that Jeremy himself expected the exact same thing. While his magical output was outstanding, he thought himself above practice and studying, meaning most of his spells were while powerful quite simple. On top of that the written tests were where his pompous attitude really bit him in the ass. Each time he got a test score back that wasn't perfect it ate him up inside, though he held his frustration back as long as he could, keeping his calm and cool persona while he internally struggled to find what was wrong.

Over time this non-perfection of his started to break Jeremy down. It started with him getting visibly upset, then tearing his paper in half, until eventually he was having full blown temper tantrums, throwing things and screaming at his professors while blaming them for what was going on. There was no way this was his fault. He was supposed to be the next greatest Magus in history, he just couldn't accept he wasn't perfect.

With all of this going on, it should come as no surprise that one day he eventually snapped. Screaming into the cosmos as he tore his room apart in rage, he just couldn't tale it anymore. He knew he was perfect, yet no one else seemed to see it anymore. Jeremy was dead set on proving them all wrong, and he knew exactly how he was going to do it.

Origin.

He'd read up on Origins during the little studying he did, and in that moment of desperation he was certain that was how he'd realize his true potential. It wasn't an easy task, but after a few days of searching Jeremy stumbled upon a man who offered him true enlightenment as to his true nature and to unlock his full potential. Of course, he questioned none of this, and went along with the ritual. The man placed his hand on Jeremy's skull, and the next thing he knew it'd been a few hours, he was unconscious on the ground with the man nowhere to be seen, and with a newfound surge of magical energy inside of him. Confused at first, Jeremy brushed it all off due to his initial delight. The power he felt inside was immense, even for him, and almost overwhelming.

However, there was a drawback. With this boost of magical energy came a pain more intense than anything he'd ever felt. Coughing up blood and feeling his muscles burning, it felt like his own body could barely handle what he was given. He knew that he wouldn't last long in the state he was in, so once again he sought after a solution. At first he found a supplier for drugs that temporarily allowed him to carry the energy he had inside him, but this wasn't enough. Every day he was taking more pills than a normal person could even fathom, and yet he still felt like his body was deteriorating. Just as he was losing hope, he came upon a solution. Deep, deep in the underground network of magus' he found a man who could forcibly bind a demon to someone else. Normally this was to be done to someone's victim, but Jeremy knew that in order to survive, he needed the demon's energy. The man warned him multiple times, but he refused to listen. Jeremy was certain he could control it. After all, he was the strongest magus on the planet. It was his destiny.

Things did not work out for him.

Background: Christina was born in Marbenca to a Spanish mother and German Father. Her father was a strong Magus from the Mage Association and was Christina's teacher once it was discovered she had potential.

Christina's childhood was relatively normal. Her mom died when she was just 8 due to an abnormal case of tuberculosis. After this occurred it spurred on both Christina and her father to do their best in school and work. Also during her childhood she would continue to receive training from her father in the arts of magecraft as well as martial arts.

At the age of 16, Christina decided to pursue a career in Psychology, something her dad was against at the beginning but in the end supported his daughters ambition. She went to America and studied at Stanford, a university with arguably the best psychology classes and courses. She attended the college for 10 years, earning her PhD in Psychology and a Masters degree in Anthropology. She became fluent in both English and Japanese while studying abroad.

Now at the age of 26, Christina returned to Marbenca to visit her dad. Sadly a few days after returning her father was murdered by a serial killer that had been terrorizing Marbenca for almost a decade. Now bent on avenging her father and punishing the serial killer, Christina became a Private Eye. Luckily her father was quite well off and left Christina everything he had. She had a knack for being a detective and soon fell in love with her new job. She took on many cases and became quite famous in Marbenca for being a competent and dilligent detective.

After four years of investigating the serial killer that plagued Marbenca, Christina discovered his identity and captured him with the help of City Police. Now that she completed her vendetta against the man that killed her father, Christina left Marbenca once again, this time to go to England and hone her magecraft skills with some of her father's old friends. She stayed in England for five years where she trained both in magic and other things such as firearms and various weapons.

Now 37, it has been two years since Christina went back to her hometown. She resumed her career as a detective, and solved many cases on behalf of the City and Police. Outside of her job though she kept a low profile and seemed like a shut in who just slept and trained at home.

Christina is extremely well thought in the Thaumaturgy of Mind Altering magecraft. She uses it to either alter memories or even wipe them from their owner. She can also plant false memories into others, making them think something else occurred when that thing actually never happened. Due to her studying mind altering magic for most of her life, she can change, delete or replace memories that are stored deep in the hippocampus and other parts of the brain.

Craze: An ability that Christina has, it allows her to force a person to go crazy by filling their head with sickening thoughts and false memories. She refrains from using this as it destroys the person it is used on. She has to physically touch the person she wants to use this on.

Mystic Code: All Seeing Pendant: Allows her to see through the perspective of anyone she has come under physical contact with. This also allows her to use them as drones if need be though she rarely will. If used for too long on a subject it will kill that person, rendering them useless. The Pendant also allows for Christina to see the future of her drones, though only 24 hours into their future.

Indomitable Mind: Due to her being a Master of Mind Altering Magecraft, Christina has performed many experiments on herself and put many blockers on her mind. She has altered her mind so that she cannot be hypnotized, as well as making sure others cannot peak into her thoughts or memories. Her Indomitable Mind is most likely her ace as it makes it impossible for her mind to cave into someone else's control.

Thought Acceleration and Memory Partition:

Sorcery - Share Indomitable Mind: Christina has the ability to put mental blockers on other people, making it so that they cannot be hypnotized and controlled. It lasts for a short period, only a few hours. She can only use this on two people at the same time, so if she needed to use it on three she would have to sacrifice one person's mind for keeping the other two safe.

Background: A townsfolk, a young teenage woman, died in Korea during the Japanese invasion of Korea. She would have been cut down in the battle of Chungju in the opening months of the war. The wrath of the Japanese would call forth the hidden phantoms of the night. The old blood drinkers would swarm the land, stalking and consuming a grand plenty of corpses.

Kose would arise as a Ghoul, 6 years after her death. She fought tooth and nail in the pits of corpses, consuming some other Ghouls who raised to life. Within four more years of that, she would turn into a Mature Vampire and serve under her Mistress, Madam Illandra

She learned magic from Illandra, and begin to craft her own magic from the teachings. Kose learned to utilize her Mystical Eyes of Enchantment, and how to sneak around to maximize her feasts and minimize her risks. She would grow plump from her greed and eventually learn that she could use her own size to her advantage. She developed Fleshcraft magic, which turned herself into a living weapon. She would spend 30 years mastering the basics before finally declaring it an actual magic, and would further study and implement it over the course of her life to the current day. She infiltrated parties as a 'guest' and tricked adventurous folk into the bedroom before sucking their lives dry. She was also known for becoming a male sailer through her magic, and waiting a little while before consuming the entire ship and swimming back to land as a swarm of animals.

Kose would earn her freedom 50 years after, and settle down in places like England, where she would become a sucker for the South Sea Bubble scandal, Iceland, where she was attacked by Churchmen before consuming them, and America, where she was among some of the first non-Native American settlers.

- Master of Puppets: Kose can create Ghouls and Corpses from her blood-sucking powers. Corpses grant her 75% of their blood stealing and obey her every thought and will. Ghouls grant 50% of their blood stealing and have free will as long as they follow the command of their Sire.

- Transference of Consciousness: Kose can transfer her consciousness to a body or familiar that she commands. Her original body is vulnerable during this time though!

- Mystical Eye Enchantment: Kose can do a high-level hypnotism spell to foes who look into her eyes. At first, it will slightly charm and try to make those desire to lose themselves in her eyes. If they stick longer, or more correctly until she has finished saying or suggesting something, her eyes will influence onlookers to do such. It only works from a physical appearance.

- Sorcery - Vampiric Time Manipulation: Kose can revert her body's clock, allowing her to regenerate from wounds. She can effectively nullify the effects of Noble Phantasms on herself, as well as achieve a biological immortality by reverting back to when the damage was not done. This, however, makes her soul a little less anchored to her form, making it so that spiritual attacks, like the Holy Symbols of the Church, can do much grander damage to her. Furthermore, Noble Phantasms created by the Gods, for the Gods, outpace her healing and can do devastating harm.

- Sorcery - Evolution of Flesh: Kose can shapeshift her form into other things. She can gain traits by consuming them from animals or other people, most notably being Mystical Eyes, Magic Circuit Quality, and Magic Crests. She can only create and replicate things that she has eaten before, meaning that if she wants feathers she needs to have eaten a live bird. She can also warp her body, doing things like melting down into a puddle or stretching her arms. She is limited by her own flesh, so her more taxing transformations will show her body visibly thinning and plumping as she fights.

Background:
Bhaxter never was expected to live long. A disease unlike anything that'd been seen had infected the boy. His health was poor from the moment he was born, and for years after. He could barely keep food down, his body was frail, his immune system was weak...As a young teenager, Bhaxter believed he was going to die to this disease.

Fortunately he was wrong. Instead, he was struck by a bolt of lightning, and his heart stopped instantly. As his body hit the ground, as his thoughts faded, as his story came to an abrupt end...he was struck again. With a miracle only dreamed of in fantasy, His eyes came alive once again, and in time, so did the rest of him. His body started to grow stronger, he could eat properly, and he finally had hope for a life outside of his bed in the hospital.

It wasn't until his first year of highschool that Bhaxter learned all that the accident had done for him, but despite the changes that occured in his life, he was always most grateful for the random act of chance that gave him another start at life.

After obtaining the Rosaria Grimoire, Bhaxter started to learn magecraft, developing his knowledge and skills quickly. Bhaxter continued to study magic until the holy grail war approached. Being chosen as a master, but unaware of what that meant, Bhaxter addressed the book once again, which showed him the process needed to summom a servant(and bind the book to said servant as a magical battery), along with the process to summon or recreate a number of artifacts that corresponded to powerful heroic spirits.

Attempting the ritual, an unassuming object nearby interfered with the spell, summoning an unexpected servant and knocking the young spellcaster unconscious.

Magecraft:
A while after being revived in the midst of a storm, Bhaxter developed the ability to manipulate lightning and electricity. Given time and some practice after learning more about magic, he became able to generate that energy on his own, although in limited amounts.

Bhaxter is the owner of the Rosaria Grimoire, an apparent mystic code that contains a broad and diverse record of magical knowledge, nearly spanning back to the age of gods. The book seemingly responds to the desires of the user, and is even capable of simplyfying and enhancing magical processes the reader attempts. The shortcuts and alternative methods used however, can result in unexpected or abnormal results.

Making use of the grimoire has given Bhaxter an advanced application of Reinforcement magecraft, and basic knowledge of all common magecraft, though he isn't experienced in using them.

Bhaxter has been attempting to develop his lightning magecraft further, in order to make a conceptual weapon that reflects the power of lightning as "a weapon of divine judgement". However, he hasn't gotten there just yet.

Background: Ashe Hakuno is a first generation magus coming from out of nowhere. His life before, held little to no meaning, and he is very keen on admitting this.

Ashe Hakuno was born in South Korea, to his mother and father. His mother died in childbirth, leaving Ashe and his twin brother, to their vindictive father. Ashe and his brother remained close. They did everything together from playing outside, reading, eating, sleeping, and more. They were inseparable, but of course, fate had other plans.

On their twelfth birthday, Ashe and his brother decided to climb one of the nearby mountains. In doing so, there father, who would abuse them physically, followed to beat his children for misbehaving. As the two brothers ran from the pain of a beating, Ashe's brother slipped and tumbled down the mountain to their father. Ashe ran down and attacked his father, opting to punch and kick him while his brother ran away. Ashe's father took the boy, and in his rage, threw Ashe down the mountain. Ashe hit a tree, went unconscious, and continued to roll down the hill.

After being unconscious for nearly a day, Ashe was found by a woman who proposed help in exchange for becoming her apprentice. This woman was an assassin, a magus assassin to be exact. She taught Ashe how to utilize magecraft and weaponry in a deadly combination to kill targets and defend himself. It was 5 years later that Ashe took her life in exchange for her family crest.

Ashe continued on for 5 years,killing targets, acquiring bounties, and even amassing enemies. In these 5 years, he would learn of the Holy Grail, and Ashe summoned his servant with an unknown catalyst.

Yup! And a Magician would be interesting as hell to see. They're rare as shit, but I'd allow a Magician just to see the other Masters cry at how such an "undeserving 1st Generation mongrel unaware of his place in the grand scheme of the universe" achieved True Magic.
