Toph keeps her speed up to better evade any incoming fire.
Hercules lurched in his seat as Toph dove below the sight line of the arty mecha.
"All due respect, uhhm, Ma'am, if they have a Tomahawk, they'll only know that there were three air mecha. Your birds aren't well known as being two-seaters.
Changed. Then back to "Steele" it is. All I have to do now is remember that. =)
Psychie Captain Hesperus
O.K. Two things I should point out:
1. Psychie's post does not reflect that she is following Mack's orders and diving into Milton. Nowhere in Toph's post does it state she's doing this. Therefore, unless Psychie writes otherwise (say, she wrote one thing but meant another; not likely, given Psychie's attentive writing style), it reads to me that Toph has increased her AJAX's speed and seems ready for evasive maneuvers with no cover whatsoever. Psychie, if you meant Toph to do otherwise, do let me know. =)
2. That all R.D.F. and A.S.C. mecha are two-seaters is a game-wide thing (see Shop Talk). It's the way all human-made mecha are made in Broadsword. Even the mechs that these scavengers are driving are two-seaters (unless they've been customized to be something else, say, a cooler full of beer or something... You never know with scavengers). =)
Otherwise, Herc's words are just fine from a Game Master point of view. =)
Mario calls out, "Lt. Hall, I'm going to try and get a read on the location and numbers of mecha out there, just so you know what I'm up to."
OOC I'll use an Action Point on my skill roll to locate and identify the bad guys. Red dice, please.
