You can have your character sheet in essentially any form you wish, so long as it has the following:

Name Obviously anything works, whatever you come up with, in New Vegas there is literally a mutant named meansonofabitch so you could potentially name your character anything.
Gender: What gender is your character? (LGBTQIA friendly)
Race {Currently available would be Ghouls, Humans, Super Mutants(Of which you could potentially be a second generation, or first generation mutant, although first generation ones are rare so I will probably only allow up to 2-3 character gen 1 mutants.)}. I will add more character races if I think it is needed, so give me any suggestions and I may add them in.

For those who do not know, the more common second gen super mutants have severely impaired intelligence, and 1st gen not only have their intellect intact, some have developed psionic abilities, I.e a slight control over fire or electricity, this, however, is a very overpowering trait without balancing so if you want a super mutant with psionics talk to me about it first and we will go from there

Weapons: List what you would want to have and I'll tell you if it's overkill (yes, a minigun with explosive ammo is overkill.)

Armor/clothing: The armor your character wears and what they wear outside of combat, because realistically, wearing heavy/medium armor all day would pretty well ruin your day and exhaust the heck out of you.

Faction: There are quite a few factions to choose from: Brotherhood (Humans only.) Super Mutant Army (Super Mutants and Ghouls only.) Legion (Humans only) NCR (Humans and Ghouls only.) Raiders (Any race.) I prefer you have a faction picked for your character already, however you don't need one (Power to you, after all two people can get a lot more done than 100, am I right?) and without one it will be significantly difficult. If you would like to have another faction let me know and we can talk about why they exist here and how involved with this war they are.

Personality: I don't want to put a minimum sentence requirement here, so just be detailed about your character's personality.

Character History: 3-4 sentence minimum preferred on this, though. Tell us how your character got into the faction and at least one run-in you had with an enemy faction.

Face claims are optional, if you want to just describe the way they look, that's fine, to.

I know it's weird to have the character sheets up before the actual roleplay but I am still working on that and definitely won't have it out today. I apologize for any inconvenience.

"Justice Will be brought to the light."
This Good?

Name: Roger Townsend

Nickname: 'Darkheart'

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Clothing: Stormchaser hat, leather overcoat, jeans, black combat boots, ski goggles, skull bandanna

Weapons: Combat shotgun, Trench knife

Personality: A bit of a lone wolf, but he will go out of his way to help people. He is a bit of a smartass and will do almost anything to get a bottle of nuka cola.

Faction: Neutral, but will attack them if they attack civilians around him. Many of the factions want their grubby hands on him, though.

Bio: Coming from the heart of New Vegas, Roger was one of the most decorated members of the NCR. He deserted, however, when he learned the true reason for them wanting control of the Hoover dam, their own personal goals rather than that of the people. He is weary of all sides of these wars, but with him lies a secret, one of the biggest gamblers of New Vegas, his relative, recently passed away, and the location of his wealth is kept only to Roger. This makes him a high value target, with some factions, like the BOS, wanting him to join, while others just want to capture and torture his ass to reveal the location.

The Mechanist

Everyone's favorite cybernetic robot! 🤖
NCR SCOUT REPORT
-
Name: Redacted by NCR high ranking officers
Alias: The Mechanist
Race: reported to be hispanic, civilian reports claim him to be part machine.
Species: NCR reports claim him to be Human.
Gender: Male
Weapons: Heavily Modified 10 mm pistol.
Glow sights, upgraded barrel, suppressed. pistol stock.
one modified short laser rifle that uses a microfusion breeder cell in place of the typical ammo.

Armor: a combination of leather and metal armor, the chest is made of metal while the arms and legs consist of leather worn over what appears to be normal civilian clothing consisting of a plaid shirt, ncr pants and boots with gloves. Most prominent armor piece is the helmet which is in the shape of a barrel helm. Obvious hand forged marks are present meaning it was made by hand. Goggles are worn and fitted over what one would assume is the eye slits. A filter is present on the mouth area leading one to believe that the helm is worn with a respirator or over a gas mask.

Personality: NCR records show, based on civilian reports as well as reports from NCR military personnel, that the so called Mechanist, while could at first be considered a danger is friendly to civilians and willing to comply with NCR work force and military personnel. He has shown humility, kindness and patience with those who ask for his help, or really anyone who happens to cross his path. He has been known to show extreme aggression towards raider groups, attacking them along side his prewar albeit rundown assaultron. At the mention of helping others he has been known to volunteer first, willing to help resolve disputes in any shape or form, both violent and civil.
-
History: When questioned about his origins, the Mechanist responded with: "well it goes like this. I was just a young man in NCR lands, born and raised on a farm that is, you know we made some of the best damn mutfruit around? Anyways I'm getting off track, so I was out picking the crops like I normally did, harvest season had started you see; well some raider bastards come demanding our fruit, saying that they needed to survive. My old man of course refused and they shot him dead on the spot. Feeling an immediate rage I ran to the barn and activated the old protection we had. And then I heard the gunshots, As I get outside I see my mother lying dead next to my father, so I rush the Protectron out who immediately began to get shot at. Luckily the damn thing recognized the danger and began to shoot back. Blast! One raider down, another blast! Another raider down. As that was going on I ran into the house and grabbed my old mans rifle. Thing was a piece of junk mind you, it was a pipe rifle, a bolt action one!" Inteviewer stated that The Mechanist laughed for a bit before releasing a heavy sigh. "Anyways I head to the window, taking aim and firing with what little ammo I had. Of course most would say that they took down a bunch of raiders, me? With just 10 bullets I only took down 4 of em, I missed quite a bit. At the time I wasn't trained on shooting since ammo is scarce and expensive. So when I ran out of ammo I kinda went to the extreme and grabbed the machete that we used for chopping up meat or cutting down unwanted plants and I ran out, charging at the raiders. Which so happened there was only one. The protection had taken down the others. Anyways I ran towards him while he was distracted and just slammed the damn blade down into his neck. That day was the first time I had ever killed anyone....when the adrenaline wore off I finally felt what had happened and I was mortified, depressed, angry. Let me tell you it was a lot of emotions. I occupied my time by fixing the protection back up, it helped to keep me distracted, it was good too. I learned so much about machines! Anyways as I was looking for parts at an old prewar junk yard I came across an old comic book, and on it was the silver shroud and the Mechanist. I gave it a read, and felt a connection with the man of metal, not really his beliefs but his talents and how he uses them. So I took a bucket from the junk yard and brought it back home, forging it into the helmet you see now, I'll eventually make a better one but for now I think it's perfect the way it is. So I ended up traveling the land, leaving my farm behind....probably overgrown with mutfruit now, anyways I traveled around helping others and killing off raiders. I first ran into some of you NCR army folk at some town underseige by raiders...but that's a story for another day." Interviewer states that the Mechanist refused to comment further and thanked him for taking the time to learn his story, his assaultron made the it difficult for the interviewer and his guards to ask the Mechanist further questions

Cuddly Red Panda
Name: Marcie Kinray Blackwood
Gender: Female
Race: Ghoul
Weapons: Sniper Rifle, a Machete, and a Pipe Revolver

Armor/clothing:
When out and about she'll usually wear light armor with leather or metal protection pads (Depending on what she has at the time) on her shoulders, knees, and around the neck. She likes to keep her head covered with a gas mask and a dark hood and under her armor, she wears a light hoodie and jeans.
When Relaxing or at night, she will occasionally take off the armor and will almost always take off her gas mask, though when she does she will often replace the gas mask with a thin bandana.
She always has a backpack on her that carries bundles for either supply or junk that she finds may get her caps.
Capture.PNGMarcie Does not belong to a faction
Brotherhood: Neutral
She has little to no trouble with the Brotherhood, though they still don't really like her, she has sold valuable goods and wares to them making them not hate her either
Super Mutant Army: Accepted
Marcie has done a lot of trading and buying/selling of goods with the super mutant army. It's mostly because some of her more common routes tend to lead in or around their territory.
Legion: Shunned
Marcie and the Legion use to be on good terms until she started to also sell goods to the NCR. After that, The Legion seems to more or less began to shun and ignore her.
NCR: Neutral
Though Marcie only recently started trading and selling more to the NCR, she only sees them as more business. She doesn't have strong opinions of them and they don't have strong opinions of her.
Raiders: Mixed
Some raiders Marcie can get along with and she doesn't mind trading or selling/buying from them, others she doesn't mind putting a bullet in their heads before they can even get close.
Personality:
Marcie has a very serious and a "lack of interest" attitude. She finds others boring, and wouldn't be someone you would call "social". She enjoys time by herself but doesn't mind opening up and speaking to others if they have something interesting to talk about. She is also very outspoken, not one to keep her mouth shut or bite her tongue if someone is causing issues. She can be helpful to others around her, giving supplies to those who really need it but get on her bad side and she would have no regrets putting a bullet through someone's skull.
Character History:
Marcie is a merchant, a scavenger that likes collecting items and selling and trading them to others to keep the caps flowing. She often travels for long periods of time around the wasteland, sometimes having a place to sleep at night, other times she has to call a cave a temporary home and hope she doesn't get robbed or killed in the middle of the night.
She often goes into abandoned buildings in hopes of new loot and occasionally finds herself in some sticky situations because of this. Though either through talking her way out or her aim she has survived so far.
She used to have a small group of companions that followed her, but they are long gone now and since then she has been reluctant to have anyone else follower her on her travels. Though she enjoys the temporary company of camps and strangers at a campfire, she rather they are just temporary.
Physical Description:
Marcie is, of course, a ghoul. She's not the most charming figure to look at, but that is what the heavily covering clothing is for. She is skinny but has a muscular build. Her eyes are blue, and though her hair isn't very long, she has gotten it to grow out a bit, and somehow still look a bit normal.
Other:
She usually has brahmin or some sort of pack animal carrying stuff with her, but it's not uncommon for Raiders or someone else to shoot down her animals in an attempt to rob her. Because of this she always carries the most valuable stuff on her person or places it in secret locations for later pickups around the wastelands.

Enjoyed reading this character over, I approve, also as the rp is based in Colorado there are a few dogs one could train, since Brahmin tend to get killed a bit easier.

Ira Webb

[div=position: relative; width: calc(100% - 20px);height: 350px; overflow: hidden; background: #ffffff; background-size: cover; border-radius: 25px; border: 2px solid black; padding: 10px; opacity: 0.8;][div=width: 100%; padding-right: 150px; height: 100%; overflow-y: scroll; font-align: justify;]

Gender: Male
Race: Human
Clothing/Armor: Ira wears a baseball cap, a red tee-shirt, and jeans. When he is wearing armor, he uses a light leather so he can move about freely. He has a sturdy canvas backpack that contains thieving tools and crafting supplies. When he is in combat, Ira likes to have a red bandanna covering is face. He also has a red and white pip-boy which he looted off one of his first kills.
Weapons: Modified baseball bat wrapped with chains (red), .308 Pipe Bolt-Action pistol with short scope, molotov cocktails (and supplies to craft them)
Faction: Raiders (but not in good standing)

Physical Description: Ira is short, but lean. He is rather handsome and prides himself for keeping physically fit since his survival in the wastelands depends up it. He has blue eyes, buzzed sandy brown hair, and 5 o'cock scruff.
Personality:
Coming from a jaded childhood, Ira has issues with male authority figures and this can sometimes lead him into trouble. He is boyish, ambitious, sarcastic, spontaneous, resourceful and clever. Ira tends to try to remain unnoticed. He has a soft spot for the helping the helpless despite being a raider. He learned to be self sufficient at an early age, and (generally) doesn't kill without reason. Two of Ira's favorite things are fire and the color red.
Background: Ira Webb grew up on a farmstead a few miles outside the Denver area with two other older brothers and an abusive father, his mother having died when he was no older than three. Once he was old enough, Ira stole a enough supplies to get him to the Denver, and ran away. After surviving on his own for a while, he was adopted into a raider gang called the Sanguine Skulls. The leader, Weston Black, saw much of himself in Ira, and took him under his guidance. Through Weston, Ira learned how to pick locks, craft simple bombs, keep to the shadows, and strike when your enemy least expected it.
One night, While raiding a storehouse of goods, The Skulls were ambushed by a band of Super Mutants. While most of the gang escaped with minor injuries, Weston Black was killed. In his place rose Black's second in command, Nails. Now under new leadership, the gang started doing more raids on settlers and human or ghoul occupied settlements. Ira became unwilling to take part in most of these ventures, since he didn't see a value in attacking other humans or ghouls unprovoked. After all, they were only trying to make their way in the waste, just as his family was when he was still a boy.
Now, Nails is getting fed up with Ira's refusal to help the gang partake in raids and sent him deep in to Denver to do recon, only to abandon him there. It is here that he overhears a group of Super Mutants arguing about a supply cash in a nearby fort and decided to try his luck on a bigger score.

Other:
Ira tends to be a stealth fighter. Keeping out of sight till the last second and bashing his foe's heads in with his bat. His .308 pipe bolt-action is modified with a short scope which allows him pick off any threats from a short distance away, if the need arises. When all else fails, Ira lobs molotov cocktails to either burn enemies, or start a distraction so he can run away and regroup.

Beutelwolf

The Overlord
Name: Atlas Gray
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Faction: Followers of the Apocalypse

Clothing: Waterland doctor out fit, with the Followers cross embriodered on the right shoulder, black comabt boots, and a red bandana he wears around his neck, but adapts into a face shield when needed. He also carries a black two compatment backpack with supplies in one pocket and his own personal belongings in the other.
Weapons: He knows how to handle a rifle with accuracy, but carries a 9mm pistol and a pocket knife

Personality: Still left over from his days in Vault City, Atlas can come across as an anti-social elitist in need of an attitude check. Generally easy going, the only time he really lashes out at anyone is under extremely stressful conditions (and after they have tested his patience). In reality though, he's an extremely loyal person who would do almost anything for those he trusts and will always be there as a shoulder to lean on, even if he is distant from his own emotions. He's an overobservant rationalist and realist with a strong moral and ideological compass. Not a fan of killing, that logistic nature will allow him to kill is needed though. He's also known for his dark and sarcastic humor.
Bio: Atlas was born right in the heart of Vault City out in California. Pretty much since the beginning, he always had an issue fitting in. No matter how he tried, he found it pretty much impossible to fit into the isolationist and conformist molds. It was easier to ignore once he started his medical training, but he still wasn’t happy. For a while, it life was pretty good. It wasn’t until he filled in in the Court Yard that he decided he had enough. For a couple months, Atlas attached himself to a caravan headed towards the east coast; it was here he learned to handle weapons. A simple supply stop at the Boneyard that caused him to change careers. Latching himself on to the Followers, the next few years were spent around California until they started sending him as emergency (and undercover) relief to Legion territory. From there he was sent into New Vegas. Still ideologically at odds with his new faction, he eventually left the New Vegas Clinic and started helping out in his own ways outside of direct Followers control
