Hera blinked as she flashed the Job offer in front of her face, the job to catch a thief. In all light eyes, it seemed quite . . . How to say, dull. But then again, the pay was pretty nice, for some thief at the very least. And hey, maybe she would get a decent bout out of it, for times sake.

Shiro looked at him curiously, she knew he wasn't the type to joke around, she didn't think he had a funny bone in his body, she never heard him laugh before. Thinking about it she smirked, "well we shouldn't have to drag one out, mages goes on missions a lot, we can ambush and defeat them." she laughed "or just rush in tackling all of them at once, although just the two of us it could be a challenge since we're in their guildhall." she thought about it. "I could be up to the challenge if you want that excitement." she pulled out her pistols spinning them around on her hands, a smile on her face.

Location - Fairy Tail Guild Hall.

A ball of purple flames could be seen approaching the guild hall of Fairy Tail fast, moving closer to the hall until it just stops right in front of the entrance doors. The flames then transformed into the silhouette of a man, before turning into an actual man. A man who wore a tired expression, long hair that covered some of his face and a long white scarf wrapped around his neck with a black long sleeved shirt with matching black pants. Bags could be seen under his silver eyes. Returning from one of those extremely hard missions upstairs mission was the strange S-Class mage, James Gold Peverell. Just coming back after a few weeks passed. Brushing off some of that hair covering his face, he then enters the guild hall.

Casually just walking in, paying no attention to anything other than the bar and heading towards it. James sat down on one of the stools before just calling over the bartender to order a drink. "Hey, Peverell. How'd the mission go? You were out there for quite a bit you know. Look like it was pretty hard. Anyways, what would you like to order?" the bartender said to him. "Hi, James. I've just returned. The mission went fine, just took a little longer than I'd expected is all. And all of the missions from up there are hard so you'd probably say that anyways no matter which one I took. And I'd like to have some booze please. By the way, please don't call me Peverell just because our first names are the same. Just call me Gold." James replied with his usual near emotionless tone, scratching his beard a bit. "Alright," the bartender said and went off. After a few moments pass, James would get his drink, saying a quiet thank you and just drinking it. "What to do now..." he muttered to himself after placing his glass down.

Fairy Tail Guildhall ​

Lily's gaze left the job board as she noticed fire at the door. It intrigued her, after all she was a fire mage herself. She wondered if she could turn into fire itself, she never tried before, she wondered if it was common or a rare thing to do. She noticed how tired he looked so she left him be a and returned looking at the job board, her red hair looked like it was fire for a only a moment, if you were looking close enough.

Mimi was sitting at the bar in her usual chair, the 3rd from the right. She was pretty tipsy as usual, but this wasn't new for her. She looked at Gold as he slowly made his way next to her ordering a drink. Her lime green hair was pulled back in a pony tail and she was barely wearing a shirt, if you could call it that. Her red bra hanging out per usual. She set her drink on the bar looking at Gold. "you could always drink until you pass out" she smirked hiccuping as the words came out of her mouth. "you already look like passing out might as well make it fun."

Taking some sips of his booze every few moments as he contemplates on he shall do now that he's finally returned back from one of those S-Class missions from upstairs, wondering whether or not he should go and do a job but not one from the upstairs job board but the one down here. Or possibly just relax as it has been two weeks since he last set foot in this place, this place he can call a home. And because he's actually feeling a bit tired, those bags under his eyes only indicate him having been sleeping really late during that mission but that's just how he normally looks. Tired.

James continued to take a few sips every once in a while, still just wondering what he should do. Scratching his short beard and brushing away a few strands of hair that manage to get in the way of his vision. Adjusting his scarf every once in a while. Staring at whatever was out in front of him as he did. Only to be disturbed by the person who'd been sitting on the stool next to him, and turned to look towards whoever it was. Then being greeted by the sight of a woman who's hair was very green, and wore clothing that had barely managed to cover her up. She said something to him whilst hiccuping, then commented on how he looked tired though indirectly. "Thanks for the suggestion, but no thanks. And this is how I normally look." James responded whilst he took another sip before rubbing his tired eyes.

Zequel looked Shiro up and down, his eyes tracking the guns around her fingers perfectly. He nodded, lifting his hand up, "I haven't had a good fight in months . . . " A dark aura like shadow wrapped around his hand, forming into his mask once again. He placed it onto his face, covering everything from his nose and bellow.

Zequel knew about Fairy Tail for . . . odd reasons. He was, after all, the "Child", or "Brother", of one of their greatest enemies. He himself wasn't exactly sure what to call himself. His Child? A Copy? A Shadow? It didn't really matter to him, the thoughts of whatever the Black Mage was made no difference to Zequel. But he did have the strangest pull to that Guild.

"I'm always up for a fight." He spoke deeply, his grey eyes digging into her own.​

Mimi took another sip of her drink watching James, stare off into space. She sighed rolling her eyes turning away from him focusing on her drink. She was aware he always looked tired, she had been here practically her whole life and knew every member of Fairy Tail, regardless of how much or little they were in the guild hall. "come on James lighten up a bit" she grabbed her drink by the handle downing the last of it "we have new members since you were last here the least you could do is act like you care a little" she smirked and turned her bar stool around leaning back putting her elbows on the bar behind her. She held up a finger to motion to the bartender that she wanted another drink, and looked around the guildhall. "one of them is a young fire mage maybe you could teach her a thing or two." The bartender brought her another drink and she grabbed it by the handle glancing sideways as James as she took a drink wondering what he would say. She figured he wouldn't really care, but she liked giving people a hard time.

Shiro watched and Zequel remade and put on his mask, his magic was fascinating to her. She spun the guns one more time and holstered them. She had never come across a member of Fairy Tail herself, but she knew how destructive they were for no reason at all. But she smirked thinking about it, if she brought down Fairy Tail her guild would be known as the strongest guild in Fiore and they would be feared by everyone. She was already a highly respected member in her guild part of its upper class members. It wouldn't take anything if she wanted to recruit more members, but she didn't think she would need to, she was confident in her abilities and with Zequel she was even more confident. Zequel wasn't in a guild sure, but he was a very strong mage, he could probably take down her guild master easily she thought. She smirked looking back into his eyes, you could see the glimmer in her eyes as she stared at him. "well what are we waiting for, lets go pick a fight" she chuckled.

He continued to stare at whatever was in front of him, staring off into space and getting lost in his thoughts. Just thinking and thinking of what he should be doing right now since he's finished his job. Whether or not to just go relax for once, take a break from jobs and that such to just have some probably well deserved rest. Or just go ahead and do another job but from the request board down here then up there. James wasn't sure on what to decide. If he rested, he'd feel much better than he does now and probably look better too. If not, well he'd probably just be wasting his time though getting more jewels. He couldn't decide.

Drinking until he finished his glass, he then placed it down and before he could ask for another drink, he was once again disturbed by the person sitting next to him. Mimiru Shizuka, the drunkard who'd usually just wear clothing that had barely covered her body up. And also an S-Class Mage just like him. Saying that he should lighten up, and that there's new mages in the guild and act like he cared a little. And that among them is a fire mage and he could possibly teach her something about fire magic. "Well, Mimiru. That probably won't be happening. I'm not exactly sure I can teach fire mage who's magic is different than mine. And besides, I don't think I'm fit to be a teacher," he replied before calling the bartender and ordering another drink.

Taking a swig at the drink before he took a glance at Mimiru. Then turning his bar stool and leaning back on the counter too. Holding his glass in hand, he then asks her, "Which one of these mages are the new ones by the way?"

Fairy Tail Guildhall​

Mimi tried to picture him as a trainer, and couldn't picture it, she chuckled at the thought. Mimi watched as he also turned around in his chair. She glanced over the room and pointed an almost empty table, it was only occupied by one man. "That is Kite I believe that his is name, he is new to Fiore and," she glanced around the room again until she found her standing at the request board, she pointed to her. "And the girl with the red hair over there is the fire Mage Lily." Lily hasn't been on a mission since she joined but Kite has taken up quite a few."

Lily turned back around at hearing her name, even though she was across the room from them, she heard that they were talking about her. She had exceptionally good hearing, she moved away from the request board she had no intention on going on a mission, so she headed toward the library. She wanted to know more about who her parents were, she was hoping she could find information there. She looked once at the two talking about her then shook her head walking away.

The smile Tabitha wore faded slightly when she was yet again given no information. Smile now strained, she thanked the person for the answer that truly wasn't so helpful. She held in a sigh as she took a step back and walked away from the front desk. Yet another inn of the list of places where the thief might have stayed. Hera had gone to ask if anyone knew anything at the bar across the street. Tabitha was tempted to just go and have a drink herself, but shook of the negative thoughts that crept into her mind. She forced a surge of determination to her brain and briskly walked out of the inn with a new smile on her face.
She walked into the bar, her eyes scanning the area for Hera, hoping that maybe her new partner had found something of use for the two. She was grateful to Hera, an S-class could have chosen any other job, but Hera was kind enough to agree to Tabitha's offer.​

Zequel nodded slightly, walking closer to her. Barely inches apart, he raised his hand to her, placing it on her shoulder. "I'm taking us through the Shadow Realm." He spoke softly, nodding to her. "Are you ready?"

He was asking because of the sudden shock of entering the Shadow Realm, a place where all shadows are connected. Mostly, to new people, it was a terrifying experience. It was dark, sharp, and horrifyingly cold. But then again, she was strong, stronger than anyone he knew. But then again, she was the only person he knew.

"The hell do you mean you won't tell me?" Hera asked with a glare to the man in front of her. He had information, information he refused to tell Hera for reasons as ignorant as because she was she was an, "Albino", as he called her. She wasn't, but her hair was as white as the clouds, and he was apparently ignorant enough to let that dictate his take on her.

"I mean just that." The man muttered, shaking his head, "People like you . . . tearing up our town, hurting our people, just leave our god damn to-" Before he could finish, Hera had grabbed the man by his collar, lifting him up. "You wanna go tough guy?" She asked in a dark tone, gritting her teeth. "I will fuck. Your. Shit. Up."​

The doors to the Fairy Tail building unfastened, as a surge of wind spilled through its openings, sweeping through the marvelously grand Guild Hall. Lydia stepped by the wooden floorboards with both hands remarkably full with bags of groceries, having made the weekly run to the local market for fresh produce. Among other things, she'd also stopped by for a refill of alcohol for the guild's bar, as well as an extra supply of sweets to share, including strawberry cake, from the Magnolia Cake Shop and Bakery.

Lydia sensed that there was something noticeably different in the air, within the sea of rowdy chit-chattering. Her intuition was informing her that there may have been new guild members since she last stepped foot into the main Fairy Tail building, though she decided to tend to the matter of introducing herself after setting down her excessive bags of food and drinks.

Gently ambling towards the back of the counter, she cast a smile towards the bartender and fellow employees, softly expressing her greetings. The blindfolded woman set down the rather heavy stock of goods, before carefully unpacking its contents.

Glancing over the two new mages in the guild, he took another drink as he began to assume if whether or not they're strong or not. He expected at least three or more new mages, but eh. The first one, Kite, looked like a guy that seemed strong. James assumed he was well built, and probably real tough. Now he wondered what his magic was. Probably something that is gonna be quite strong, Kite seems like a guy that could handle himself really well in any situation to him. Then again most of the mages here are capable of doing that easily. He seems promising. The second one, the fire mage that Mimiru told him of, Lily, also seemed to have lots of potential. Being a fire mage, she's probably going to be very strong. So far, both of them seem to be promising to him.

"Those two huh? Okay. What's that Kite guy's magic and what's the girl capable of? Normal fire magic or somethin' different?" He asked Mimiru then took another drink of his booze.

Lily made her way to the library, she wanted more information on past members. She would do anything to figure out who her parents were. She got to the library stopping at the entrance looking around, it was massive, she had no idea where to start. She took a deep breathe and started walking down the aisle, running her fingers along the books as she went skimming over titles as she walked not finding the book she was looking for.

Mimi put her drink to her lips drinking it as he spoke, she wasn't usually without a drink, it was rare to see her empty handed, let alone sober, but this didn't mean she wasn't observant. As he spoke she saw Lydia enter through the front doors, she smiled, Lydia was her favorite server in the guildhall, she was always so kind to her. They joined Fairy Tail around the same time, when they were both young, Mimi always felt a connection to her, even though they weren't all that close. She turned back to look at James as he spoke. "well I don't really know what Kite's powers are, never actually talked to him myself." she took a drink again thinking on his questions. "as for 'the girl'" she said in a mocking way, a little mad he couldn't even use her name. "she seems to just be a fire mage, I haven't even seen her use magic so hard to say." she laughed at her words, "but we are home to interesting members so only time will tell."

Shiro looked up at him when he put his hand on her shoulder, that was unusual for him, it sent a shock throughout her body, he was pretty much her idol and he was touching her shoulder. She didn't understand the feeling but she knew she loved it. He spoke, and everything made sense, the shadow realm, she only heard stories of it, never being their herself, she was excited. "Yeah" she said excitedly, nodding as she went she put her hand on his grabbing it, she wanted every precaution, she felt she needed to grab him so he wouldn't let go of her. She shook her head, prepping herself to be transported, she was a bit nervous, but she didn't let it show. "let's do this" she smirked up at him.

Approaching Fairy Tail Guild Hall

Imran calmly walked down the street with a pack strapped to his back, and a slightly annoyed look on his face. He had finally gotten some time to himself to go on a quest. It was his hope initially that he would find something or someone that would finally give him the challenge that he so craved, but alas it wasn't meant to be. The Dark Guild he had decided to take care of was just full of disappointments. He didn't even have to rely on his magic. The frustration was amplified considering he didn't know when he'd get time to himself in the future. It wasn't like the guild didn't get requests that he knew would challenge him, but those were typically decade and century quests. There was no way he'd be allowed to stay away from the guild for years on end, and he'd probably get an earful for even suggesting it.

Sighing, he approached the guildhall, hearing the familiar noise of members coming from within. It always gave him a bit of nostalgia, remembering when he was younger and more lively. Taking a deep breath, he kicked in the door. "I'M BACK YOU BRATS!" He yelled unnecessarily, announcing his return. He didn't have to do that, but seeing the guild members jump was pretty funny.

Just taking another sip from his drink as he waited for the answer of Mimiru. Adjusting his scarf a bit, brushing away a few strands of hair that blocked his vision as he just waited. When he got it, he could hear the mocking tone of her voice when she went from Kite to Lily. The boy's magic she didn't know of, and Lily's was quite obviously fire-related though the type of fire magic unknown. Whether normal colored or something that was like his, colored and much more powerful than the normal variation. James took another long swig of his drink until it finished. Now he held his glass, empty though didn't order another glass just yet. "Unknown huh? Okay." he said.

Location: Fairy Tail Guildhall, Library.

Inside of the large library of Fairy Tail's Guildhall sat a man of skin that was as pale as a sheet of paper or like the color of white snow. His hair white like his skin, though was a somewhat brighter shade of white. The man's eyes were not normal whatsoever, with nothing but black surrounding his blue irises. There were very visible bags under those eyes of his. He wore a grey beanie, and strangely enough, also wore one of those surgical masks that surgeons wore when they operated. He wore a blue and grey hoodie with a loose-fitting shirt underneath it. The man wore a pair of long pants with white strips, and his footwear was just a pair of black fur boots.

It was none other than Remus Xerxes Borealis, a man who was lazy yet loved books and often spent his time in the library when he was actually sober. He'd go there so often that he was usually mistaken for the librarian there whenever someone would come in, something he didn't mind. He sat on a stool holding a book to his face, reading it thoroughly. The book had a title regarding the history of Fiore. His eyes shifting from line to line as he read through it, turning the page occasionally. The history of Fiore was something that interested him greatly, as with learning of the world.

As he was reading the book, he noticed that someone had come inside and glanced over to them. A girl with hair that was fiery red, and had a face that he didn't know of. A newcomer of the guild, Remus assumed her to be. And his attention shifted from the book to the new girl, taking a last look as to remember the page number before he closed it. Now he wondered of why a newcomer were to go into the library, they usually didn't do that unless they were bookworms like him or searching for certain information. He observed her as she appeared to be looking for a certain book, skimming over the book titles. Seeing her searching for a book, it was then he decided to go ahead and help her look for it. His knowledge regarding the books here might come in handy. Placing the book down onto his stool, he then approached her quietly until he was behind her. Then asking in a lazy tone, "Hello there, miss. Are you looking for a certain book? If so, I could be of some help."

Location: God's Hand Guildhall.

Sitting at a lone table inside the guild hall of God's Hand was one of their A-Class Mages, Lucius Rae McCollum. The mage with powerful psionic magic, and known to be quite tough. He sat alone, just minding his own business. He wore his usual clothing, an open waist coat with a white dress shirt underneath it. His face as emotionless as usual, and was currently just contemplating on what to do as of right now. Whether or not to go and do a mission, or just stay here and do nothing. He was currently trying to decide on which to do. Resting his chin upon his hand, he had a glass of water laying on the table he sat at.

Tabitha's eyes widened in size when she took notice of her colleague roughing up a local citizen. Noting the other patrons standing up, ready to defend their neighbor, she quickly weaved her way through the tables. When she arrived behind Hera, she smiled nervously at the two. Gingerly, as not to add to Hera's annoyance, she placed her hand on the other young woman's shoulder.
"What's going on here?" She asked, hoping that maybe she would be able to ease the tension that took over the bar.​

Lydia had taken to successfully unpacking her abundance of goods from the market, as she'd partially listened in on the surfacing conversations within the vicinity. Following the trail of voices from her particular keen senses, she figured that Mimiru and James were nearby-- among the older members of the guild, of course. The Head Waitress whipped out two circular trays from behind the counter, setting some extra cans of booze for the adults to indulge in, before sauntering towards the duo.

"Good day to you, Miss Shizuka and Mr. Peverell." Lydia softly smiled at their direction, holding up her trays of alcohol. Despite knowing them for years, as they'd all been affiliated with Fairy Tail for a quite a long time, it was too much of a habit, referring to them formally and all. "Presumably, you have been doing well? Have you had any troubles lately? How about some refills?" she'd politely offered, catching a light whiff of the air.

The light scent of alcohol always lingered on Mimiru, and she'd known better than anybody else about her tendency to drink. She was her favorite member to serve around the hall, purely because of the frequency she stopped by with her rather uplifting disposition. Although, it wasn't to say that she wasn't worried about the woman's love for booze, and the health problems that'd transpire from too much-- she just never seemed to change, however. She wasn't extremely close to anybody in particular, though she's had her fair share of interaction given her role.

"Or... perhaps some cake would suit your fancy? Freshly baked from the Magnolia Cake Shop, of course."

Upon noticing Imran's rather rowdy return, she was among the bunch that had nearly jumped from the event, having almost slipped up with her tray. Quickly regaining her balance, her attention shifted towards the door momentarily, shouting a heartfelt "Welcome home!" to their beloved Guild Master.

Fairy Tail Guildhall - Bar​

Mimiru watched him, her vision, becoming a little fuzzy now, as she had been at the bar all day, she was able to handle her liquor, she could out drink anyone here in the guild. Sometimes she liked to bet the new guild members to a drinking contest and watch them lose. She wanted to challenge the newbies now but figured she should at least wait until tomorrow, just in case. She looked back at him, then Lydia caught her attention, bringing them another round of drinks. She smiled at her, downed the rest of her current drink and picked up the glass off her tray. "just the drink will be great, thanks" she suddenly heard the master calling them brats as always. She slowly turned her head towards the entrance watching him enter she smiled, seeing the master was always a nice feeling, it actually wasn't there anymore. She no longer could see him clearly he was getting smaller, and sideways. What was actually happening was she was falling off her bar stool, and she was out cold. This wasn't unusual sight, she knocked out at the bar quite a lot actually.

Lily was still walking the asiles in the library, when she heard a noise. She looked up to see Remus, a man unfamiliar to her. He was pale white, and even wearing a surgical mask, she wondered if he was sick. She looked him over up and down, everything about his was white, no not white, cool, cold tones, his blue eyes, his clothes, it screamed cold. She shook her head, she even thought she felt a temperature change off him, but she could just be a bit crazy. Her hair flashed, for just a second that pieces looked like living fire. She pointed to the books "sorry I didn't mean to disturb you" she gave a weak smile "I'm Lily," she intentionally didn't give out her last name, she didn't want anyone knowing who she was, not just yet. "I came to browse, not looking for anything in particular, not until something catches my eye anyway." she lied, she didn't want anyone else in her affairs, and something about him bugged her.

Shadow Realm

Shiro let him squeeze her hand, she liked it maybe a little too much. She looked around, the temperature changed, it was cold, there was nothing just the two of them. It made her feel empty, alone, even though he was there she wasn't alone it felt cold, alone, like nothingness. She didn't know how he did it, how could he go through this realm, it was sickening, she was literally sick now, nauseous. Shiro wanted out, she wanted to run, she couldn't run she had nowhere to go, there was nowhere, nothing. Thinking about it was driving her mad, making her insane, she had to get out NOW. She was freaking out inside, her hand holding his was trembling.​

Imran smiled victoriously as he watched a few of the members jump. That was always pretty funny. He then walked over to the bar and greeted the members there...well most of them anyway. It looked like Mimiru had a bit too much to drink. "Well thank you Lydia. Good to be back." He briefly made sure Mimiru had a pulse before continuing on. "Looks like Mimi had a bit too much, as usual. I think i'll follow her example. Lydia, a tall beer please." He spoke before sitting down next to Mimi's passed out form. He tossed his bag behind him carelessly, and it came down on a table, breaking it into pieces. "Goodness knows I need it after that sad excuse for a quest."

"I think I'd like to just have the drink too, Lydia. Thanks," James said in response and took one of the drinks from the tray. Leaning forwards now as he held his drink, he just stares onto the entrance of the hall. Just getting lost in his thoughts again now, thinking of whatever. Only to be brought back to reality by the sudden arrival of the guild master who shouted his arrival. "Welcome back home, master." he greeted. Seeing the master return home was always great. The guild master was a strange guy, to him at least, because unlike the other masters, his actually takes requests. And that was something he thought was unique to their guild, other than the amount of strong mages this guild had always seemed to have throughout it's history, that is.

James took a long sip at his new drink, and now only wondered of a few things. Like how he's capable of holding his own when it comes to drinking, it usually takes just a lot of bottles to get him drunk, and now he's wondering why. Maybe it was because of his magic, which made him feel like a sort of half-human, half-fire hybrid. Maybe that was the reason. He'd always just felt like some embodiment of fire with his magic. And or possibly it's just because his metabolism is quite high. Probably the latter. After he took another long sip, he noticed that the drunkard next to him just slowly collapsing out cold onto the ground.

And once he did notice, he had almost decided to go and not let her hit the ground. But hesitated once he realized that she'd be fine, and let her fall to the ground. Now he was contemplating on whether or not to just let her stay there out cold, or pick her up and bring her to the resting room. It wasn't much of an uncommon sight to see here at the guild, Mimiru collapsing because of too much drinking that is. Being her, she probably just spent most of her day sitting here just drinking until she collapses like this. And as a fellow mage of the same guild, he worries about her and her drinking habit a little bit. He took another swig of his drink as he contemplated about doing that. Muttering the words, "Should I just let her lay there or bring her to the resting room..." under his breath as he did.

He took notice of the guild master taking her pulse, and how the guild master just casually sitting down next to her unconscious body. Which made him think that she must be completely fine then. James sighed a bit before he continued to finish his drink then ordering another one.

He took a glance over the girl as she replied to him, and took a look at what her appearance was. Judging from her appearance, mainly the flaming red hair, he assumed that she was probably a fire mage. A magic he didn't particularly like, nor disliked. Everything about her seemed to scream fire mage at him, she just has that fiery feeling coming off of her. But he then just ignores it and then responds back to her, "It's alright, you weren't disturbing anybody. My name is Remus.. Nice to meet you, Lily. And if you do happen to just be interested in finding a particular book, don't hesitate to approach me. I'll be sitting right over there." Then pointing at a stool with a book on it. "Well, see you around." He said to her before he went back to his stool.

Once he reached the stool once again, he, he took the book that was placed upon it and sat. Where he then just opens up the book and remembered where he was reading it the last time, and continued his reading.
