Idea Exalted Distilled: Fan Mechanics rewrite. Looking for Feedback and Collaborator

Hey all,

I'm trying to distill down Exalted to a simple, but satisfying level of mechanics crunch. I wanted to see both people's feedback on it, as well as try to find a collaborator that I can talk shop with and try to hash out mechanics, themes, etc. with.

Well, it's a complete rewrite from the ground up using not really any of the mechanics of Exalted, so it's neither.
