Her earlobes are pierced, but that is the only personal alteration that has been to her body. Most of the times she doesn't even wear earrings.
STYLE
Her current choice of clothing is fairly simple. Mostly because fancy pretty stuff costs more money than she cares to spend. If she can she will indulge in cute puff sleeved blouses, and knee length high waist dresses either in very light, soft colors, or very dark tones.
When presented with the opportunity to wear whatever she will want to try on all kinds of dresses just to see what she likes.
MAKE-UP
She doesn't use a lot of make-up in her daily life. Some color on her lips, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and perhaps a bit of rouge if she is feeling a bit under the weather. For a performance she wears a great deal more and a lot more prominent than anyone would normally wear on the street. -

Since she is new to this all, she is brimming with anticipation. She would love a dance partner of this world, and while she knows she won't be here forever, (and whatever mess she makes will have to be dealt with by the real princess), she could easily be swooned by a prince. In terms of dancing she doesn't care who she dances with male or female, in terms of romance, it's guys only.

She is not aware of the gravity of the situation, nor what all has transpired. Back home she was the type to prefer equal rights for everyone and believes violence is never the answer even if it is effective to get everyone's attention, which would likely be her default stand point. SUMMARY
Throughout her normal daily routine Eva is quite levelheaded, not easily fooled by the fluff around the real topic, though that might prove a challenge when in a fantasy world where there is no telling what is actually 'real' and what is 'fluff' The only aspect where she doesn't think rational is when she has to make contact with strangers. That's when she panics and her imagination runs wild in a not so productive way.
All in all Eva is an interesting figure. On one hand she wants to explore and discover the world, on the other hand she has trouble stepping beyond her social barrier. Having to meet new people, being approached about topics she might not know how to react to, and being put on the spot are a few of the strongest things that place halt upon her.
Once she feels comfortable, she will step out of her shell more easily, or when the sense of adventure takes over.
While she is indeed not one to go out and make new friends just like that, she does love to be near friends and be in frequent contact with them. For anyone that is her friend, or someone she at least trusts, she will be prepared to do a lot for them and will strive to keep the peace.
Eva is most often a quiet, observing type, ready to improvise whenever the need arises, but tries to anticipate what might happen before hand. Or she's just daydreaming again. -

BACKGROUND

HISTORY
Born to Kelly and Tim Jones on September 15, Evalyn was the first and only child the couple ever had. Growing up at times she wanted a baby brother or sister, but just as soon after that she would be very happy that she was alone and didn't have to share her stuff.
As a youngster she was a little tyrant that caused plenty of frustrations for her parents and teachers alike. Luckily for them it was just a fase. As she grew older and started her ballet classes, she had something good to strive for. It was a welcome change, and as she learned to have to cooperate with her fellow dancers and realize that she couldn't always be number one in class, her behavior outside of the class room improved too. "The road to dance is a road of roses" her teacher often said. She had no idea what it meant, but it sounded nice.
Dancing became Eva's great passion, but, as time progressed and she was faced with the choice of whether or not she wanted to try and become a professional, she hesitated. Ballet was fun and all, but to do it day in and day out, and never really have time to do anything else? No that didn't feel right.
A year or two before she came before that choice she had taken a vacation with her parents which had opened the world to her. She knew her home country well, but now she learned that there was so much more to discover, and it sparked the flame of adventure in her.
With that in mind, she couldn't just choose dance and give up everything else. So she stuck with what she had. Normal school, ballet classes 2 days a week, and dreaming about the greatest adventures.
After high school Eva fell into a bit of a hole. She didn't know what to do with her life. With all the fantasizing about grand adventures, she never had taken the time to properly think about her own future.
By this time she had been working at a flower shop for a few years and had managed to work herself up to a manager's position.
For the time being, she decided, she would focus on her work, follow her ballet classes regularly, and eventually save up enough money to make a trip around the world.
It was the best plan that she could come up with. And hopefully, as was her thinking, somewhere along the road she'd find her way, find her path and destiny.
(Not yet happened, but integral part of the story)
Destiny certainly threw her a curve ball the day a princess (that looked exactly like her) and flying... rat... hamster... thingy? came to her speaking of trading places for a short period of time. It almost felt like a 'Prince and the Pauper' kind of story. An adventure in a fantastical, fantasy rich land. There was no way she could say no. Though, had she jumped into action too soon?

LAST YEAR'S CENDRILLION BALL
Last year the real princess didn't participate while Eva, the replacement, was blissfuly unaware of Roserasia and all its events. She simply attended school during the day while working in the flower shop or taking dance classes by evening.

DREAMS AND ASPIRATIONS
Eva doesn't have much of a long term dream yet. Before she was transported to this world she was focussing on saving up a deal of money and then go on a trip around the world next year. Beyond that, she has absolutely no idea. Just the thought of adventure called to her, even though she isn't the most socially strong. This opportunity, to go to a fairytale land and live as a princess for a while, came as a very welcome surprise. A kind of pre-vacation-adventure. She hopes to some day stumble upon whatever it is she might want to do for the future.
