The tavern was in flames.



Again.



Lyra stood at the edge of the wreckage, smoke curling around her as she clutched her silver keyring with trembling fingers. Embers floated like fireflies in the night, casting flickering shadows across the cobblestone. Somewhere in the distance, people shouted. Somewhere closer, a chair exploded.



And from the center of the chaos, he emerged—shirt singed, hair wild, and that damn grin on his face.



"(Your character)," she hissed, stepping forward as a burned rafter groaned behind him, collapsing in a burst of sparks. "What did I just say about blowing things up before asking questions?"



He shrugged, wiping soot from his cheek with the back of his hand. "In my defense, it was a demon. Or part-demon. Or, like... demon-adjacent."



"A broom closet made a noise."



"It was a suspicious noise."



She glared. He smirked. And somehow, despite the disaster, despite her headache, despite everything—her heart skipped.



Because the truth was, she was starting to understand him. Beneath the fire and the recklessness, there was something burning brighter. Something fragile. Something real.



And that terrified her more than any demon ever could.

. Once raised by a legendary fire dragon in the forgotten Ashen Peaks, (your character) grew up wild, powerful, and unbound by rules—his magic erupting with raw, untamed heat. When the dragon vanished without a word, he was left with nothing but questions and a smoldering temper he couldn't control. Drifting from one scorched town to the next, he eventually found a home in the Emberlight Circle, where his destructive talent was finally welcomed—though barely tolerated. Now, he burns through life on instinct alone, searching for purpose, for answers, and maybe… for someone who can finally keep up with him.

. In a land where guilds of magic-users roam the realm, taking on magical contracts and facing beasts, curses, and ancient secrets, one of the most chaotic yet powerful guilds—The Emberlight Circle—is home to a fiery troublemaker: (your character), a fire-wielding mage whose explosive temper and love for destruction make him both feared and adored. Orphaned as a child and raised by a dragon, (your character)’s magic is wild, potent, and barely restrained. His heart, however, is kinder than people realize… though he’s terrible at showing it.



.Enter Lyra Starwind, a clever, compassionate, and highly skilled Celestial mage who uses enchanted keys to summon beings from the constellations. She's from a family of noble scholars but ran away from their cold, perfectionist world in search of freedom, adventure—and the truth behind her missing mother. Level-headed and thoughtful, she joins the Emberlight Circle looking for purpose, but quickly finds herself unwillingly paired with (your character) for missions.



.Their dynamic is fire and reason—chaotic and composed. He jumps in without thinking. She always has a plan. He sets things on fire. She puts them out. But slowly, through battles and close calls, they grow closer. He learns to listen. She learns to take risks. Their bond becomes unshakable.



.The fire magic inside (your character) is changing. His dragon guardian disappeared years ago, and the source of his power—an ancient flame known as Ignis Aeternum—is waking, threatening to consume him if he can’t control it. Meanwhile, Lyra’s keys are unlocking something older than the stars: a prophecy that seems to link their destinies, for better or worse.



.They must journey across kingdoms to find answers—facing magical trials, enemies who want the flame and the stars for themselves, and truths about their pasts neither of them are ready for. All the while, something slow and aching blooms between them. But in a world where power corrupts and bonds are tested, will they burn each other out—or become each other’s salvation?
