Elena is the daughter of Obadiah Stane but she never knew her father fully being her mother had taken her away from her father at a young age. When she found out who her father was she kept it a secret from the world. no one but her and her mother know that she is the daughter of Obadiah Stane. her mother had left her in the care of Jason and his wife Georgia Shepard when Elena was only a baby.
