Fate carefully listened to the Emperor's words. She couldn't risk a misunderstanding and possibly death for her and Marilyn just because she didn't understand what a crazy Emperor had said.
"Fucking hell...bastard's making sure I won't just take Marilyn and leave when his back is turned. Smart move prick. Guess I should play along for now then..."
"Don't think this is over Olver. I'll just wait and then you'll get what you truly deserve …"
"Hold on 'Lyn. Just hold on for a bit longer and I'll save you, and free everyone else from this monster.."
Ignoring the Emperor's 'helping' hand, Fate stood up hunched over slightly due to the cell being just a few inches shorter than herself and followed him to grab some new clothes for herself.
