Race: Japanese-American


Personality: Elysia is a smart, talkative, and lazy young woman. She's fast at reading a situation, fast at making friends, and fast at deciding she doesn't want to do what you just asked her to do. Her sexual orientation is straight, so she likes boys. She doesn't like "preppy" girls, or girls like cheerleaders. She's more of the geeky-nerdy type. The kind of girl who will read books in class and play video games after school rather than doing her homework. She is short tempered, quick to be annoyed, and not quick to trust. Elysia also has boyish tendencies, liking things boys would generally like, and having a dislike for "girly-girls."





Physical Description: Elysia is skinny and tall, being about 6'4" and weighing about 120 lbs, with short brown-almond hair with auburn tips that is usually a bit messy, and tucked behind her left ear. She also has light brown/hazel eyes.

Bio/History: Elysia's dad is Japanese, and moved to America from Japan when he was twenty years old. Here, he met Elysia's mother and they married. Growing up, Elysia learned both English and Japanese, though English is her best language due to speaking it the most, her dad does speak to her in Japanese a lot. Elysia always got into fights in grade school, other kids would pick on her for being smart and for being Asian. In middle school, Elysia fell in love with computers, playing PC games constantly, teaching herself some code, and making mods for the games. Her whole hobby consists of the computer, so she was never into sports. She's been known to be quiet in class, mostly due to reading books, but talkative and charismatic out of class. Elysia transferred to her friend's highschool, Golden Storm High School, at the end of 9th grade, and so her friends are relatively new friends to her. Before that, she went to school in Pennsylvania, where her dad had moved to and met her mom.

Elysia is able to absorb electricity, while removing it from the source, into her body, to store and discharge when she wants, though she doesn't have a very good control over her power. She has little control over this ability.

Elysia is able to conduct all forms of electricity through her body, created or not, making her totally invulnerable to electricity, no matter the voltage. She can also discharge electricity through conductive media (metal, water, etc.). This ability is perfected inherently.

She can come off as condescending at times however she only means the best and is loyal and reliable to those she cares for•

•Kili was raised in a household where discipline and education were the core essentials and basic necessities. Her mother was a District Attorney whereas her father dabbled in poetry, her brother being a prestigious lawyer and working alongside others in California. Kili was expected to excel and she often felt pressured due to the high expectations which were held for her and the shadow her brother had imprinted in his wake. She never felt like she belonged in her family and often resorted to physical violence when push came to shove, being diagnosed with a severe case of Asperger's Syndrome at the age of 15. Due to this, her parents only became more insistent as she began to make companions in the High School she attended which still remains to be a source of frustration•

Technology fizzes out and doesn't work when she's in close proximity. No control over her powers. When she feels extreme emotions, her powers manifest in powerful ways. (ex. Anything metal is drawn to her and float around her in circles. Refer to 2nd time in hospital in 2nd page or RP)





When they found the warehouse, Jenna used her powers and found that she could tell the mechanics of an object (like a lock) with her electrical powers. She does not know yet how it works.

Personality:


To those who don't know her well, Jenna is generally friendly and tries to be amiable due to the fact that she doesn't like it when people don't like her. She cares very much about how people perceive her to be. The girl doesn't want to come off as a pompous jerk and a spoiled kid. Leaving that kind of impression on people is actually one of her fears.


To her family and her closest friends, she is more open and more direct. Her bluntness can sometimes come off as rude, even though that is not her intention. Even if she is a jerk to her friends, she cares for them and desperately wishes that they would not leave them someday like a lot of her friends have. It's hard for her to express her feelings when things get too emotional because she feels that expressing her inner most and most delicate feelings leaves her more vulnerable than she would like to feel. Regardless, she tries to show her friends that she cares for them in her own little ways and makes the effort. Jenna is a very hard worker, after all.


Despite the attitude she gives off to her closest friends and family, she is an understanding person. Yes, she is temperamental, but she is a reasonable individual when she is not in an angry or irritable mood.


And her phone? Well, she likes to occupy her time by spending lots and lots of time on her phone. What does she do there? Read fan-fiction, read manga, watch anime, watch drama, play games, and she even studies on her phone. Technology addict here!


Physical Description:


Jenna's straight and brown hair falls down just past her shoulders, and her bangs are swept to the right side of her face. She has dark brown eyes and a face that is normally blank when she's bored and/or tired; her family has dubbed this as her "normal face," which can easily be mistaken as a mad or disgruntled expression to those who don't know her. She stands at 5'4'' and weighs roughly 110 lbs.


History:


Jenna's was a military brat up until two years ago. That meant that she has been traveling to many different places due to the fact that her father was stationed every few years. She made many friends, but she also lost a lot. Her loss of friends made her reluctant to continue making more when she knew that she would move and closed herself off when she first moved to Colorado. Over time, Jenna became more open about herself, but stopped talking about herself and her life unless people asked her or it came up in casual discussion. Friends didn't sound like such a bad idea anymore.
