Age, 39, Gender, Female, Position, Head Scientist, Name, Saura

Clinking. The sound of heavy armoured boots rattled against the hard sheeting on the hallways floor below, the woman who caused such a racket at such an abnormally early hour in the facility held black hair flowing down well past her waist and blue eyes like the steel on that of the guns carried by the surrounding guards doing patrols. White fabric of the lab coat flung around her in a manner saying she was far to confident in her position, hands shoved into the deep pockets and unbuttoned as it flailed along behind her in the non-existent wind, not a single breeze escaped into the depths of the maze like facility, many newcomers got lost with ease despite the occasional 'where you currently are at' maps scattered about for the scientists and the rare but highly appreciated new subject. Then again the woman could just as easily comment the overly confusing grey outlines were possibly more trouble than use to be honest though for that particular aspect she held no jurisdiction over the matter. Her eyes watched onwards like icy glaciers as her pace continued at a quickened yet steady pace as usual, somewhere between a relaxed wander and fast walk, something you pick up quickly when walking to and from places enough times in a day, especially with all the year she'd put into this place, Head Scientist, quite the title to hold at such facility, this place was her life, her dreams, goals and aspirations all in one, ever since being a spritely nineteen year old well pass her years in academic standards and completing a rather high end internship. Now thirty-nine it seemed like the years had flown by her, never so much so as when the incident occurred.

A small smirk crept its way onto her light pink lips as a small and hushed chuckle left her mouth for but a second, shaking her head at the thought, these children and adolescents it was nothing like they'd ever seen before. An what some may call a disaster she thought of as great opportunity, sure the means weren't always the kindest but through them they could achieve and gain the unthinkable, maybe even humankind's long for immortality! Oh why how splendid that would be. Briefly she found d herself so caught up in her thoughts she barely noticed having reached her destination, a place not often visited, the entrance of the facility where her eyes laid themselves upon a pair of twin sisters and her eyes changed from their dulled out gaze to a spark of wonder as she pulled a hand from her pocket in an militaristic yet somewhat friendly gesture, "Saura. Pleasure to meet you two girls~…. I've already heard so much about you it's simply wonderful to have you with us! I do hope you'll enjoy your stay, not though you exactly have a choice I suppose. Please, come along I'll give you the 'tour' Oh, an don't worry about the big guys, they're really just for show~" she let out in a casual and slightly teasing manner, giving a nod of dismissal to the guards, these two wouldn't be an issue, she could more than handle their abilities herself.

*Knock*...*knock*... *knock*
...a rhythmic, kind of knocking, sound kept popping out of one of the rooms. Declan was sitting on the edge of his bed and kept throwing a tennis ball against the wall before it bounced and he caught it back and threw it against the wall again. It was quite boring life, the life of Declan, a 15 year old boy whos been in this facility for most of his life and does not know nothing else that these walls. Although dark-ish skinned, like tanned, boy, he has never seen sun or felt it on his skin. Well, to be clear he did before the kidnapping, but that was when he was 2 so there is no real memory of it. Maybe few years back he would still be thinking of what will the day bring today, but that time has passed and he just waited for the day to start with all that it includes. He has been off the experiments for few weeks now as there were some more intriguing kids being brought in to the facility, so all hands on the deck had to be used there. It was nice to be off of all the stuff that they asked you to do or put you under for a change. *knock*...*knock*...*knock* with intervals of 1-2 seconds the ball bounced against the wall.

c84f18e80c5e512145d70e7209d7cdb4.jpgMasami and Miyo had been standing there waiting for someone to greet them in to this....place. Their parents thought that sending them here would turn them back to normal but the moment they stepped inside Masami could feel the dread in the place. Her sister was clinging on to her arm. This was nothing out of the usual but she could feel the extra tightness and wondered if Miyo was nervous. Suddenly she heard the sound of armored boots coming down the hall way. She watched until she could see a woman appear with guards around her. That wasn't threating at all. She looked up at the woman and listen as she spoke.

"Saura. Pleasure to meet you two girls~…. I've already heard so much about you it's simply wonderful to have you with us! I do hope you'll enjoy your stay, not though you exactly have a choice I suppose. Please, come along I'll give you the 'tour' Oh, an don't worry about the big guys, they're really just for show~"

Masami didn't say anything she just looked up at the guards as they walked off and then back Saura. Normally Masami was more of the chatty one but she felt like a scared cat getting ready to be put up in her cage. And well she wasn't to far off the mark. After a few mins Masami spoke up. "It's nice to meet you." Masami said confidently. "I'm Masami Yamashita and this is my twin sister Miyo." She said gesturing to the white haired twin who was still clinging on to Masami.
She then went silent looking around again and then glanced up at the woman. Well she seemed nice.

Miyo shuffled her feet nervously, her eyes were downcast to the ground and her hands held her twin's arm in an iron grip. Her new white ears were flat on her head and her tail inbetween her legs in her dress. She flinched and whined a little when the heavy footsteps became louder and louder, nearing the sisters and finally came to a stop. She kept her eyes down, too scared to see how many came to "greet" them, though the number of feet gave it away and she moved herself so she now stood behind Masami.

Miyo listened silently to the 'Saura', a lady from the sound of her voice, and her sister introduced each other. She was more than relieved that Masami introduced her as well. She doesn't trust herself to speak, even with her sister present. Her blue eyes finally looked up, but only so that she could talk to her twin. "Is she going to fix us, Masami?"

She didn't want to stay any longer in this... whatever this place is any longer than she had to. Miyo thought their stay here would be similar to visiting the doctors whenever they fell sick. She wanted to go home with her sister. They recover faster there anyway. Although she knew that growing cat ears and tails wasn't your everyday flu, but it was curable right?

It was to Kaiyoto's better judgement and best interest that he shoupdnt be doing what he was. The slim figure of the boy presses against the.... Carbon?.... Polymer?..... Wall, made out of an unknown material. His fingers stab onto the surface of the holding cell, his eyes furrowed and cinched tightly with motivation and meaning, both of which he has not had for the past seven years. The boy bites mentally, clenching his teeth physically and metaphysically, as he tries to cause a blackout in the cell. The boy shouts abruptly, his contempt flourishing for a second, causing the lights to dance for just a brief moment before regaining standard consistency. Kaiyoto breathes deeply, panting as he folds his arms over his head and leans against the wall. His mouth hangs agape as his eyes remain clenched, tears rolling from his eyelids. He isn't crying, however. You ever have some cold air hit your eyes suddenly or eat a bunch of sour candy at once? Kaiyoto's attempt to use his powers put a lot of pressure on the back of his eyes for an unknown reason; possibly due to him trying to counteract the meds he's on.

A full tray of food lies practically untouched on his bed, some of the sides partially stirred by Kaiyoto, but every piece still on it. The boy knew they put medicine in the food, at least for him they did. The medicine didn't affect Kaiyoto's emotional state to any major degree, mainly since the main point of it is to quell Kaiyoto's powers when not in testing. A grumble suddenly emits from Kaiyoto's stomach right as his breathing regains composure. That damned medicine! Kaiyoto thinks to himself, grunting as he turns to face the door and slouch against the wall, sliding down to a sitting position shortly thereafter. Seven years Kaiyoto has been at this facility. Seven years of doing nothing, just sitting and waiting for time to pass. The tests didn't help any, it merely reminded Kaiyoto of his abnormality, the one he wants to forget about completely. The stunt he just pulled was just to break the tension, have something, anything happen for once. Kaiyoto knew that one of the higher-ups would have something to say to him about this. The boy, however, doesn't care; he just wants something to chew on, to think about. Kaiyoto wants substance, and by-hell he will get something to chew on.

With the tears now dried, Kaiyoto tilts his head back and folds his arms above and slightly behind his head, resting them as he waits for someone to come get the shitty food out of there.

Hiyori yawned a s she rolled herself out of bed with her natural timing. Slowly she rubbed the sleep from her eyes while wandering over to the screen that kept her concealed while she changed clothes. It was one of the privileges she'd been granted on account of her "good behavior" as the scientists put it. What it really meant was that Hiyori followed their instructions to the best of her ability and so she was actually treated like a person rather than an animal. Slipping into one of the outfits that Saura had managed to get her (as in the image) she performed her usual morning "feel" through the facility. Her mind touching those that she had come to know over the past twelve years of her incarceration, though there was one mind that had only been there for a couple of days. It made Hiyori unsettled at how much bloodlust she sensed from it.

Today was one of those interesting days though. It seemed that there were two new minds within the premises. Quietly easing her mind into theirs Hiyori smiled and tried to give them an image of her. "Welcome. My name's Hiyori. Sorry to prod you both but I like to greet new faces. I'll leave Saura to the rest, but I hope to get along with you two. Tell her that I say good morning while you're at it." Slipping her mind out of theirs she relaxed and walked to the door and tapped against it. The small slot towards the top opened and Hiyori saw the two guards. "Frank and Jerry, how are you both this morning?" She smiled as the pair gave her the usual noncommittal answer. It wasn't like she couldn't read it from their minds, but a normal conversation was better. With her morning greetings, for the most part, done she went back to her bed to reach someone whom she like to talk to regularly as she felt special being the only one to "talk" with him.

"Axus? Are you awake?" Hiyori's words echoed within the boy's mind. "It seems we've got a couple of new guests. I hope we can get along better than that last one." Hiyori smiled as she just remained in his mind. As Hiyori had developed her powers, she'd basically started getting used to the feeling of being in her own mind and someone else's. What she hated though was when she had to destroy another's mind. A practice that the scientists liked to demonstrate as a potential result of noncompliance by the staff. But recent events had led to them wanting her to focus on just removing specific memories and the tests they'd run on her had been incredibly hard recently. "I'm not ready for yet another round of tests. You?"

Saura let out a small chuckle once again at the girls greeting of both herself and her twin, "Oh, I already know that~" she replied with a slightly unsettling smirk before replacing her extended hand in her pocket, seemingly used to not getting it shaken back. Her eyes flickered curiously to the white haired member of the pairing with a minimally raised brow on her left side, watching as the other spoke up to her sibling and hiding the amusement at the girls words behind a carefully crafted smile. It was when the slightest aspect of the twins expressions changed she knew that Hiyori was once again messing around, shaking her head and giving a small sigh she looked back at them with a kindhearted glance, "Oh, do excuse that one she'd rather too friendly for her own good~ Always proving around in other peoples minds, though no need to worry not everyone here is quite that powerful, it's really only the level fours you to should watch out for, anyone else can be- 'handled' with ease." she replied, gesturing with a small nod to their ankles and the metal devices that had been placed with their code number and danger level on a small orange screen.

Slowly she began the walk forwards signalling for them to follow along and after a few brief moments checking to make sure they were doing so as she began down the hallways, "At our prestigious facility we participate in many different experiments to aid in the advancement of human and well- non-human society such as yourselves, as for what may have caused these mutations I'm afraid I don't have permission to tell you but please do know we're working our very hardest to try and study them and maybe even fix their affects" she continued with a lighthearted and cheery tone, it wasn't a complete lie to tell, after all they were studying them and a potential way to reverse them, however that didn't mean they ever would. "As for your stay here until further notice it will be permanent, or at least until we can assure ourselves you're stable enough to become part of society once again. In this place there are many features, a cafeteria, scheduled breaks and doctor visits, new clothing shipments even a friendly team of staff that aren't quite as scary as the big guys you see lurking around." she continued with a giggle, most guards were unnerved by the scientist woman, after all her true nature wasn't quite what she let off.

"As a level one you two have nothing to worry about, you will be treated perfectly and with respect, though I do ask you try to ignore some of the higher levels as they're hm…. how to put it. Treated a tad differently due to their more dangerous potential" she continued, slowly the corridor widened and heavy metal doors began to appear, "This is the isolation section, it's for those that are deemed unsafe to be paired up or those who've tried to use their powers for unpriced purposes." she slowly lead them a step towards a door and paused with yet another of the uneasy smirks, muffled yelling and screaming could be heard further down though in this particular window of reinforced glass the sight of a heavily chained and restricted girl could be seen, weapons loaded and ready as the girl stood unmoving. "This here is one of our highest security patients, a good example of code numbers~ Her name is Kasai though most around here would simply refer to her as code 012. A fire manipulated with incredibly destructive abilities an unable to control them at that, not too mention further testing has led to an incredibly rapid healing process, she's been here from almost the first generation of kids…. Sadly our tests have held little answers for her condition beyond a new medication we've been trialing" she finished, turning and giving a smile before moving on, the yelling from before growing more distant as the doors became less padlocks of doom and more a friendly entrance.

"This section is where you two will be staying, for the higher numbers like yourselves we pair you off into roommates, in your case since your siblings we've placed you together. You have nothing to worry about really, just behave like good little girls and we'll stay out of your hair." she finished with a look so innocent and yet bloodthirsty it could send shivers down your spine. Ruffling the black haired twins hair with a hand before turning and waving casually, "It's about to be break time so I suppose you an feel free to do as you like, set up your room or go meet some people, after all it's better to have friends in a place like this than enemies." she farewelled before leaving out of sight and back down the corridors to the isolation rooms. "Wake-y Wake-y ya troublemaker, it's break time and I suppose you've fulfilled your quota of testing for the week, rather well behaved at that, I wonder what caused the change of heart?" she chuckled as she unlocking Kasai's door and sent in the guards to take off her restraints in a slow and well orchestrated manner as she stood back and watched, soon the girls tall figure and grimacing glare stood watching the head scientist as the lady stood out of the way for the guards to escort her from the room and down the whole to the one of the break areas, placed down on a chair harshly before they left, a snicker leaving the girls mouth.

Cold. It was cold in the cell that day, get used to your minimal senses long enough and you focus on such trivial facts for quite a long time, the feeling of tight metal coming against your skin, the sickening sensation in your gut from the medication chocked down your throat twice a day to keep you under control…. A beast. That's what she was called, she'd been taught how to read and write in the most basic of manners, but most failed due to her setting the book alight or loosing her temper in frustration and burning one of the scientists of guards at a young age, so they stopped. And as she grew so did the shortness of her temper, misbehaviour after fight the girl was deemed higher and higher in danger, nothing but a burning flame consuming her mind until all that was left was a husk, a human treated no better than an animal…. That's what they thought she reckoned.

It was when the heavy metal footsteps of her least favourite person could be head clanking once again towards her she tensed, unsure of wether this was yet another test or her actual scheduled release from the overbearing shackled, even on the mediation they still had her locked up like this- she had no idea why beyond their own sadistic enjoyment of the sight, or maybe a worry she'd cause yet another chaotic event. Though truly as of late she was far too tired to do anything as such, between what they'd done to her and the effects of the amount of medication she was forced into taking she barely had the energy to hold up the weights, the grimace on her face appearing once unmasked at the thoughtful reminder of what currently grew within her clenching her fists tightly within the metal clamps as she was roughly shoved forwards and dow the halls, she was always released early, as though they thought she'd be able to sneak away in a crowd. Placed in the seat she waited uneasily for anyone to appear, someone to watch and listen to, any sort of human interaction she could muster together- if you could even call those at this facility human anymore.

William begrudgingly threw himself out of bed. Wasn't there supposed to be two new "victims" coming in today? Yea, he was sure it was today. After taking his cold shower, he took his run across the facility. Eventually, he met with a particular guard. One who, in return for Will's... parts, the guard would bring in contraband. Usually cigarettes, or something much harder. They passed by each other, nonchalantly made a pass. Will put the pack of cigarettes in his back pocket and continued on his walk.

On his way, he passed by more guards and the occasional other subject. Few he gave recognition too. Will wasn't a morning person, so he just wanted to get his run out of the way, and not have to stop and talk to someone about nothingness and bullshit. Especially to those who's company he really didn't enjoy. Some more than others.

It was about time for his jog to end, and he made his way back to his room for another cold shower. On the way, he noticed two small... cat girls? Yea, makes sense, since there was already a wolf living here. He walked up to them, as to not startle either. They looked pretty young. Maybe 13 or 14 years old. So this was likely their first glimpse at how cruel reality and the world really is. "So, you two the new arrivals?" He swiped the dripping hair from his face. Would have been nicer to meet them when he wasn't drenched in sweat. He held out his hand in invitation. "Name's Will. I can't die." The same greeting he's made to everyone else. Short, simple, and to the point. Unlike some others, it was very unlikely that they'd test his "not dying."

Although it was a "medical" facility it did give you nothing more than vibe of a prison. Sure, you could not call it a prison directly as the rooms you had were proper rooms with comfortable beds, some furniture like mirrors, tables, chairs, bookshelves, one of the things that Declan loved, reading books, sadly there was nothing much else to do, but in general the whole facility was made out of cells or living quarters, controlled open spaces, monitored by CCTV and guards positioned all over the place. You could get some favours from the management of the facility as long as you did what they asked without any hustle. Talking about favours, Declan`s roommate - Sakiko. Not everyone liked her as some of the facility residents were bit rebellious against the whole system while Sakiko was pretty much pro-everything that was done to her and asked from her. People were calling her the "lapdog" or the "favorite". For such cooperative attitude from her she got anything she wanted as long as it was reasonable request. On the other hand those who were deemed to be higher than danger level 2 could not say the same as their living situations were not that human. They literally had cells, design for each and every specific "talent", "gift", "ability" call it however you like. The most cruel-some was the cell of 012 or as Declan new her - Kasai! She was the one that everyone - the doctors, scientists and guards were talking about. She had the highest level of danger in this facility and no one was happy to be assign to deal with her. She had "special" treatment when it came to literally everything, but not in a nice way like Sakiko had, quite opposite. In a way you could say that your living situation will be defined by your actions, except if you got unlucky and your "ability" were to be labelled quite high in the level of its danger. Declan in this category was right on the edge, his abilities were labelled as level 2 but in certain situations they could reach level 3 as well which would mean pretty much isolation. so he had to keep them in check, which was not that hard as first of all there were never situations where he would need to weaponize his ability and also because he had almost full control of it.

The doors of Declans room opened and there stood a guard, dressed in guards uniform as any other security personal on the premises. They had no name tags just codes, same as the residents of this place. "Okey 127, its break time, you are free to do whatever you like!" said the guard. Guards here were quite straight forward and did not use names but just serial numbers given to the residents as their job was to guard and monitor the residents. They were not allowed to make no unnecessary contact for the purpose of not being able to make no relationships or feelings towards anyone as that would be considered as breach of security and could possibly make them vulnerable to manipulation. Such breaches were treated really seriously and anyone who made even the slightest attempt to get to know any of the residents were never seen again. What happened to them, where did they go, no one knew, at least none of the kids did.

Declan stood up, threw the tennis ball on the bed, and started to make his way towards the doors. The guard stepped aside and after Declan left the room, he went to the next room. Usually during the break-time everyone started to gather in the Break Room and that was where Declan was heading to. He knew that Kasai will already be there because of her danger level she was always released first. It was like three minute walk to the break room as the facility was quite big, but these corridors, walls and rooms where Declans home and the only thing he knew, so he knew every corner like the back of his hand. On the way to the break room more and more people started to show up in the corridors as everyone was released for the break. Soon enough he arrived at the break room and entered it. While standing in the doorway of the break room he scanned the room from right to the left in search for Kasai when suddenly he stopped as he found her. Without loosing the sight of her he started to walk towards and sat right next to her after approaching. There were no "Hi, how are you!" or any other greeting. He just sat down and said "Tell me about your day!" after what he just leaned further down into the chair, put his hands behind his head to hold it and continued: "Mine has been a drag! I think I need to get a new book. You should try reading some as well, instead of burning them to ashes!" he giggled after saying it.

c84f18e80c5e512145d70e7209d7cdb4.jpg"Is she going to fix us, Masami?"

Masami looked at her sister and smiled. "Yeah of course that is why we are here. I'm sure they are." Then suddenly a female voice could be heard in her head and there was a image of her as well. Masami's eyes widen and looked around trying to figure out where that came from. She then looked to Sarua the look in her eyes basically asking her just what in the heck was that? She then glanced at her sister. "You heard that to right?" Masami asked Miyo. Masami's attention went back to Sarua when she spoke.

"Oh, do excuse that one she'd rather too friendly for her own good~ Always proving around in other peoples minds, though no need to worry not everyone here is quite that powerful, it's really only the level fours you to should watch out for, anyone else can be- 'handled' with ease."

Masami wasn't sure what she meant by level fours but from the sounds of it they didn't seem very nice. When the woman made a nod to their anklets Masami looked down thinking. This had been what made Masami begin to worry when they got here. The fact they had these things on their ankles was strange and seemed a bit much. Masami would get in trouble at home or at school from running at the mouth to much or just her getting into crazy situations in general. It was never anything serious. She would get an idea for something but it usually wouldn't go as planned and she would get in trouble, usually dragging her sister along. But whatever they got into they usually had fun. But here Masami didn't feel like she had the freedom to really speak up or do anything and well it was really hard for her not to speak up about these unsettling feelings right now. Saura signaled them to walk forward and Masami took the lead. As they followed her she began to talk about the place and it seemed like Saura here was going to find a way to change them back. That eased Masami a bit and hoped her sister felt ease by it.

"As for your stay here until further notice it will be permanent, or at least until we can assure ourselves you're stable enough to become part of society once again. In this place there are many features, a cafeteria, scheduled breaks and doctor visits, new clothing shipments even a friendly team of staff that aren't quite as scary as the big guys you see lurking around."

Well the place didn't sound so bad and the more the woman spoke the friendlier she seemed though she did noticed the guards uneasiness. Saura went on to talk about how they were level 1 and would be treated respectfully and better and were advised to stay away from level 4s and they were treated differently cause of their potential danger. Though if it was only potential and could be controlled Masami didn't see why she couldn't make friends with them. Then reached metal doors. Were they going in here?

"This is the isolation section, it's for those that are deemed unsafe to be paired up or those who've tried to use their powers for unpriced purposes."

Guess not though from the sound of it seemed like a place you probably didn't want to end up. As they continued muffled screams could be heard and this time Masami was holding on to Miyo. Her easiness about the place were now gone after hearing the muffled screams this place was starting to remind her of a horror movie. Then she noticed the window they were and inside the room was a girl very heavily chained with guards pointing guns at her. Saura began to explain who the girl was and some other things but Masami's brain at this point had become scrambled and was trying to figure out whether or not this woman was nice or just good actress. Cause there were way to many conflicting things happening back and forth for Masami to feel easy about this place. She continued to lead them on and they came into what seemed to be a more friendly hallway.

"This section is where you two will be staying, for the higher numbers like yourselves we pair you off into roommates, in your case since your siblings we've placed you together. You have nothing to worry about really, just behave like good little girls and we'll stay out of your hair."

Basically meant Masami would have to be a good little kitty ad not give in to her curious ways like she usually did.....yeah easier said then done. The look the woman gave after she finished was highly disturbing and she was sure Miyo was probably freaking out badly. The woman then said they had free time now and to go and do whatever they pleased and then left. Masami looked at Miyo and gave a small smile. "Well looks like Ill have to make sure t be on good behavior." She said laughing uneasily. Suddenly she heard a voce behind her and she jumped slightly and quickly turned around. To see a older looking guy.

"So, you two the new arrivals?"

Masmai nodded and looked him up and down. He didn't seem as strange like that woman was. He held out his hand for a shake and Masami looked at it for a moment and took hi hand and shook likely. Apparently his name was Will and he couldn't die?....Masami tilted her head to the side clearly confused. "You can't die?"

Not everyone could say that they can be contacted telepathically by a friend. Then again, not everyone "lived" in this cement box. It was perhaps the German's only comfort to have one person he could communicate with without pen and paper. After a while he saw it as an outright blessing, but he didn't let himself focus on that. Instead, he listened with his mind's ear. Axus couldn't help but half smile in amusement at the mention of the last newbie, but the humor was short lived. A ping of sadness coerced through his being at the notion that more people would be subject to... this. If Axus was in his right mind, he would be sickened and enraged at the notion. But it had been a long time since he was capable of such passion. He had lost that with his voice many years ago, along with so much more. He had wondered in the past if that was the reason he was able to clear his head enough to make telepathic communication a smooth process, but frankly he wound't be surprised if that was simply on account of Hiyroi's prowess with her ability. In any event, he "listened" a little longer and focused on his response.

Never ready, He replied. He then focused his mind on what he could see around him as he thought, but you are the only one who asked. In front of him was a large screen on stand-by, surrounded by an array of computer equipment. At a keyboard on the right was Dr. Royce Bracket, one of the few with top level clearance and the one who had personally oversaw Axus' "treatment". He was soft spoken and reeked of tobacco, but easily the smartest person Axus had ever seen (not that he had a very broad frame of reference however). Axus had assumed he had a personal doctor because of his mental state, but having met Bracket anything was possible. The only other thing he could see would be pieces of the frame that secured his head straight, positioned to look at the screen. I'll see you at break, stay out of my head until then, please. It wasn't that Axus didn't want the company. In fact, his mental response likely has an undertone (if thoughts could have that) of longing. What he would do to have someone, anyone stand with him through any of these accursed tests. But Axus knew this test was specialized for his mental state, he and didn't want to find out what that would do to a telepath like his friend. If he lost her...

Dr. Bracket was just finishing his calibrations when he got a call. He answered, spoke two words, then hung up. If nothing else Axus could respect the efficiency. He hit a few more keys before the screen began to turn on and the doctor began walking away. He didn't need to give instruction, this had not been Axus' first time in this chair, even though what came on the monitor was always different. Bracket left his line of sight, but Axus didn't hear the door, implying he stayed. After a few more seconds the screen came to life and everything became blurred.

Neptunia VII Nepgear Mega Cute VII Render.pngSakiko had just come from talking with one of the scientist and now was heading down the hall with two guards. During break time Sakiko didn't really get enjoy it as much as the others. She was task at keeping a watch to make sure no one was getting into any trouble. If something were to happen she was to confine them in a bearer until a scientist showed up to give her more orders. As she expected everyone she passed she noticed two people who hadn't been let out yet, Hiyori and Kaiyoto. She stopped and the guards did as well. "Go ahead and let out number 68 and 65." Sakiko said to the guards. They nodded and went to unlock the doors. Now though it seemed Sakiko had control with guards she really didn't she just had certain things she was allowed to ask of them. Like letting them out for free time. She was also told to only call the others by their code number though she is allowed to call her roommate by his name. Her roommate was the only person she was really able to talk to freely. When the door open to Kaiyoto's room she noticed his food tray was untouched. She took a step closer to the entrance and looked at him. There was no smile or anything on her face just a neutral expression and then looked towards the tray. "Are you not eating?" Sakiko asked as her eyes moved back to him. She glanced towards the direction of Hiyori's room and watched as the guard came and stood behind her along with the other guard. She hated having guards falling her it was clear sign that she was allowed to order them to contain anyone if seen fit and it came off as threating sometimes. She should of been use to it by now but she wasn't but it made the scientist happy and if they were happy then everything ok that meant she was doing good. She just wished she could be bit more friendlier with everyone. This had been all Sakiko had ever known the scientists basically took the place of her parents. She crossed her arms waiting for him to respond. Why did some of them never eat their food. She never understood. She always eaten the food she was giving and everything was fine. Was it the medicine that would be put in for some? It was good for them so why not take it? Sakiko was always back forth in her mind about the things that were good and bad about this place. But even if she did feel sorry for some and hated somethings that happen here. It was very clear the scientists had raised her a certain way . She believed what they did and was naïve to things and didn't understand what was freedom and what wasn't to her this was the best they were allowed to have and should be grateful for it though deep down she was unsure if she actually truly believed that.

Kasai felt the shackles weigh heavily in her hands as she glared down at them with a fairy stare, the sound of the metal clinking together as she moved them slightly upon looking up at an annoyingly familiar voice, a brow raising as the male took a seat just about as casually as possible and began with a typically peeving statement as though he didn't know how most of her days went, chuckling lightly in a somewhat malicious fashion she leant back a little smirking before the book statement appeared and she hissed under her breath, about to stand up and give the boy a good whooping before a churning feeling in her stomach set that aside, her already fair skin gaining even more of colour as she looked away with a grimace, "Whatever….. ain't like they'd let me touch one even if I were to beg to those worms-…." she grumbled in a quiet tone, leaning back further and kicking her feet up onto the table.

In recent months the girl had been allowed more and more freedom, wether it was because of the medication trail they'd been pounding into her or the small life they decided to create for their own sick and twisted desires she hadn't the faintest though one thing was for sure, she was a lot weaker looking than usual, no matter how hard she tried to hide it beneath the fiery hair and burning gaze.

Kaiyoto's lip twitches slightly, his frown loosening slightly as he lowers his head until it's level. He was very fond of Sakiko and how she kept a level of order with the Guards, albeit permitted by the facility. It must be fun living as a lower danger level. Kaiyoto shuffles his back up the wall before shifting his weight onto his legs and standing, eyeing Sakiko and the guards. "No, I'm not eating. The drugs in my food make my head hurt sometimes." Kaiyoto says, lying through his teeth just to get something else to eat. "You try eating this stuff and tell me it's delicious. It's disgusting and I feel disgusting by consuming this-this..." Kaiyoto's face, which had been becoming more and more sneered, suddenly loosens in expression as he catches himself, realizing that he didn't want to be so rude to Sakiko, one of the few people he knew relatively well. "Just forget it, I'm not eating." Kaiyoto concludes, moving to the bed and sitting down.

He exhales in a large sigh, leaning his chin onto his right hand as his left folds over his lap. "It's free time, right?" Kaiyoto inquisites, eyes tracking from the floor in the middle of the room up to meet Sakiko's eyes. "I can go out, yeah?" He further clarifies through a following question, gesturing to the door by tilting his head for a short moment.

Neptunia VII Nepgear Mega Cute VII Render.pngSakiko wasn't sure if he was lying or not but I guess that really didn't matter if he wasn't going to eat then that was all that really mattered. Though she guessed he was telling the truth by the way he was sneering at it. "You don't have to eat it....I think." She motioned the guard to pick up the tray then waited for him to leave once he was gone she wondered if maybe she could get him something else to eat....though she probably shouldn't she didn't want to get in trouble. She then looked back at the other guard. "Go ahead and let the others out that are still in their rooms." Sakiko said. She mostly said that to get him leave. She felt a little more at ease. She always felt tense and nervous when they were around. She really didn't need them anyway. She could do this stuff herself.

"It's free time, right?" "I can go out, yeah?"

"Huh?" She turned head back around to look at Kaiyoto. She smiled, "Oh! Yeah your free....oh wait no sorry I'm afraid you can't leave unless you take your medicine." She said as her smiled disappeared. Then she realized she had the guard take it away. "Oh! I told him take your food! Want me to get it back?"

Her sister's reassurance was all she needed to hear. If Masami said so then it must be true. Her nerves calmed down ever so slightly and stood next to her as she slid a hand to hers, interlocking their fingers. Before she could voice that Miyo believed her words and that she'll do whatever it takes for them to get back home, a voice spoke in her head, before she saw a girl she's never seen before. Hiyori? That shocked her and a shiver ran down her spine. She didn't like the feeling of being spoke to in her mind. The nekomimi nodded wordlessly when Masami had asked if she heard the same thing.

Miyo silently followed, allowing herself to be lead by Masami. She was shy, but she wasn't going to be fooled by the lady's pretty words and friendly vibe she gave off. She barely trusts anyone, and the more she talked, the more she felt like she shouldn't. Once the lady left them in their new room, she crouched down and took a closer look at her new foot accessory- if you could call it that. There was no clasp, no screws. Just an orange screen that read odd things. Her sister's voice brought her up to her feet. "You're always good Masami. You don't have to worry about a thing."

What she said was true, her twin may get reprimanded by adults, but Miyo knew that her twin's actions were harmless. A squeak escaped from her when someone made themselves known. The ears stood upright and her tail straighter than her hair. Like her sister, she spun on her heels to see who it was. A boy this time, her eyes immediately found the same black bulky anklet they wore. The same state of confusion reflected off Miyo's face when he introduced himself. One that certainly takes the top spot of awkward things to say to strangers. Again, she was glad that Masami dealt with the introductions. But her nose twisted as a sour smell reached her. Sweat. Miyo quickly held both her hands to her nose so that she wouldn't need to breathe in any more of the foul scent. It was new, her nose had never been this sensitive before.

William noticed the skittishness of the two girls, especially the white one. He should have expected as much. A big, sweaty guy covered in tattoos coming out of nowhere in this strange facility would be pretty scary. And saying I don't die would also be pretty alarming. "Sorry, came off a bit strong. Just got off a run so I'm a bit out of breath." He took a bit to take some deep breaths.

"You can't die?" That was usually the first question brought up after his introduction. "Yea, regenerative immortality. I lose an arm, it comes back 5 minutes later. I lose my head, something like... 8 minutes? I haven't timed it yet, since dying really hurts." He never really knew a good way to explain it to younger kids. Especially not these two. Immortality usually isn't the subject matter of a discussion with a little kid.

He saw the white one covering her nose, and then realized that he probably smelled like dog shit. "Sorry about that, I was actually on my way to my dorm to shower." He looked at their door's number. "Look's like we'll be neighbors. My room mate was out before me, so I don't really know where they could be." His attention went back to the smaller girls. "But don't worry, I don't bite. And if you ever need anything, I'm next door." William made his way past the two, rubbing their heads as he passed by them and into his room. After getting into his room, he took his well deserved shower. A cold shower after a run was blissful. One of the few luxuries he got in this facility. The only reason there was still a shower in his room was because it was shared with his roommate. If it were just him in the room, it would have been long gone from all the trouble he stirred his first year of living here. All the escape attempts that failed and earned him 2 shots to the head each time. As he thought all this to himself, Will stared into the fogy glass door and muttered. "There is no way out..."

Izanami Hanazawa

Izanami woke with a long yawn. Her room, if one could call it that was barren of most anything and the furniture was entirely made of metal, despite countless tests proving that she couldn't control or manipulate plants once they'd been killed completely. "Ugh." She groaned as she looked at herself in the mirror. She hated her bedhead but the lack of supplies for proper management meant that she would have to deal with it. Quietly brushing and fixing her naturally straight hair she listened quietly as the doors began to open and Leg walked in to greet her. Izanami didn't learn the names of anyone in the facility. She nicknamed them either by what she broke on them or by what their power was. Leg was the latest in the line of scientists assigned to her.

"Oh, how are you feeling today, Leg?" She openly called out to him while standing. Her outfit left little to the imagination as she approached and she could see right where his eyes were going. "Come for another taste of my affections?" She giggled as her hand ran along the man's chest. Of course, Izanami's "affection" was incredibly painful and not something one truly "wanted" but still received, like an ugly sweater at Christmas. "Or is it time for usual series of tests and experiments? Either way I can enjoy myself." The glint of violence in her eyes made the man shudder before finally speaking up.

"On account of this week's progress, Saura has deemed that you and the others can have free time right now." He gulped as he watched the woman before him like a hawk. "I have come to ask whether you'd like to spend it in the garden or with the other experiments?" Leg seemed oddly more stiff than usual, Izanami knew he was hiding something, but she didn't care to dig too deep into it. "Well 068? What will it be?"

"I wish to go to the gardens." Izanami's words were cold as she pulled her hair back up into a bun. It would be temporary, but there was no choice. When she left her room the collar was a necessary evil. Feeling the cool metal against her skin, Izanami lowered her hair and nipped at Leg's ear. "I bet you want a leash to go with this don't you?" She snickered as the man turned a bit crimson at her remark. With a bit of laughter Izanami walked past the man and out into the halls. "Oh it's so GOOD TO BE FREE!" She let out a howl of pleasure as she started walking down the halls and into the break room.

As naturally as one would breathe, Izanami immediately noticed the new recruits talking to Squish who seemed to have worked up a sweat. "Oh my, what cute little things we have here." She spoke to herself as guards surrounded her. "Oh come now, how's a girl supposed to move around when you boys crowd around her so much?" Another giggle escaped her as she slipped between a pair, winked at them and skipped off past them all. Catching a glimpse of Kasai, Izanami called out. "Wildfire, how's the lockdown treatment?!" Without really waiting for a reply she went through the door that led straight to the garden. It was supposed to be for everyone in the facility, but since Izanami's mental breakdown, it'd become a home base for her. Nearly everything inside was grown or altered by her and it was entirely under her control.

Hiyori Kurosawa

Hiyori nodded as she listened to Axus. She could tell he was under stress and figured that it would be best for her to listen to his warnings. The minute her doors opened up Hiyori skipped out just in time to watch Izanami disappear into her garden. "Thank goodness. I didn't need her.....touching me again." She mumbled while walking over to the pair of cat-girls that had arrived today. "Sorry for the earlier greeting." Hiyori bowed in apology. "I just like to welcome new people to their home, give them an ACTUAL friendly face to greet them." Hiyori had seen some of Saura's darker side. Being one of the "pets" of the facility meant that you were called in when things went wrong. Speaking of pets, Hiyori looked about for Sakiko. She was probably off helping someone who was stuck in their room.

"So, what are your names?" Hiyori's smile didn't falter as she suppressed her mind to keep it from wandering too far. If she started picking up other people's thoughts she knew that it would end rather poorly on her as a friendly face from lack of focus. She noticed their anklets and that they had triple digits. That was a good thing, add in the danger level of one and this was basically going to be a vacation for the pair of them. A rather extended vacation, but still a vacation in comparison to the torture some of them went through. "Oh, before I forget. Don't take the danger levels TOO seriously. I'm listed as a four, but hate my power to the point that I'm like a one. And Kasai...." Hiyori's eyes lit up as she saw the little red head over at a table with Declan. She waved her hand wildly in greeting before turning back to the pair. Hiyori had gotten to know the girl a lot over the last few years. After all, Sakiko and her had to calm down Kasai any time the girl started to rampage. "She's just a little rough around the edges. She'll warm up to you if you keep trying." Hiyori's smile didn't falter even once as she spoke. It was like a beacon of happiness in the little prison.

Kaiyoto grimaces, any sort of warm attitude he had just a second ago, any hope of escaping the medicine he so vehemently despises. The boy stands, fists clenched, and stalks out of the room and towards the guard carrying his plate of bland food, ignoring Sakiko and the few guards who stood behind her. He yanks the plate out of the guard's hands in one swift motion before plunging a big spoonful into his mouth. The guard, taken aback, merely steps away from Kaiyoto with his hands raised in surprise. Kaiyoto takes a breath after swallowing the first large chunk of food, the spoon returning to the plate before taking another large bite. He repeats what he did just seconds ago three more times before suddenly clenching his eyes shut and slamming the plate against the wall, causing it to bounce off and onto the floor, resulting in a loud bang that echoes through the hall. As bits of Kaiyoto's would-be meal run down the wall, the boy storms off down the hallway towards the break room. The guard who was holding the plate looks at the mess on the ground and sighs, realizing he will need to clean this up.

As Kaiyoto stomps his way through the halls of the facility, a slight tingly feeling in his fingers, he goes to cross an intersection of hallways and accidentally rams into another person also turning to go the same way as him. The boy stumbles, regaining his balance by bumping into the wall and pushing himself off, and turns to confront the figure. "Sorry. Just-I'm-you know-I'm SORRY!" Kaiyoto stumbles over his words, trying to be polite while shouting all the while, still angry over having to take his medicine. "You know.... Just..... Sorry." The boy reaffirms, now realizing how he has been speaking and talking as if more exhausted than upset. His eyes follow an invisible scribble on the floor as embarrassment rushes to fill Kaiyoto over shouting at an innocent bystander. "I didn't mean to yell at you. The food's bad, is all." Kaiyoto explains arms remaining stiff by his side and fists still clenched tightly. His eyes bounce up, now eye-level with Micah, and slide from left to right as his mind blanks on what to say. Abruptly, he turns and storms off down the hallway, still continuing to the break room.

The door slides open with ease as Kaiyoto enters, the boy stopping a foot from the door as his eyes lock on a table with Kasai and Declan, two other subjects he knew actually relatively little about. A forced smile spreads across his face after a second or two, his eyebrows still furrowed, but his eyes squinting slightly to try and further imitate a delighted face. "Hello Kasai, Declan!" Kaiyoto says, looking at both of them respectively as he approaches the table they both sit at. "What's on the agenda for today? Games? Events? Activities?" Kaiyoto says, his words slightly drawn out as they slowly build with more venom, a tense bout of sarcasm. Kaiyoto abruptly grunts and sighs, placing his hands on the table. "The food is shit." The boy admits defeatedly, head lowering as his face loosens and turns into a melancholic frown.

c84f18e80c5e512145d70e7209d7cdb4.jpgMasami had a slightly late reaction to his smell. She did notice it but what he said to her about not being able to die had caught her attention and off guard. Though soon after just like her sister she covered her nose now really noticing it. She listened though as he spoke. Wow he really couldn't die! That's amazing! Though could he die from sickness? Or old age? She didn't have time to ask that though cause noticed they were covering their noses.

"Sorry about that, I was actually on my way to my dorm to shower."

"That's ok it's not really your fault are noses are just really sensitive." Masami said. Which was true their noses could pick up on smells that normally might not have noticed before and the smells were stronger to. He then went on to say they would be neighbors and if they ever needed anything to feel free and ask and with that he left. Masami wasn't quite sure what to do next. Guess they could go to the break room and try to get to know everyone else. But before she could voice anything to Miyo a familiar face appeared.

"Sorry for the earlier greeting."

It was that girl that appeared in their head.....how was she able to do that? Masami looked at her curiously. The girl went on to say she just wanted to greet them which was fine though it did freak them out. But Hiyori seemed nice.

"So, what are your names?"

"I'm Masami and this is my twin sister Miyo." Maybe this place wouldn't be so bad. As long as there were nice people like her and William maybe things would go fine. She then went to tell them not to worry about the level 4s and that they weren't as bad as that woman made it seem which somehow Masami wasn't surprised. "I thought it did seem a bit extreme. So how long do you think we'll be here for? Will it take long for them to turn us back to normal?"

Adult_Neptune.pngSakiko was taken off guard as went passed them to grab the tray of food from the guard and shoved some of it in his mouth then he tossed the tray slamming it against the wall then stormed off. That was a very risky and outburst for him to make he could of gotten in trouble along with her she didn't even stop to contain him from making a scene like that. If the scientists had been around she could of gotten trouble for not handling it properly. The guards over their shock look like they were about to head the boy's way but she stopped them. "No!...I mean no it's fine just clean this up and continue you with your duties." the guards di what they were told and moved on. She was little worried about Kaiyoto cause of the way he acted after the medicine. Was he ok? She went down the hall calling out his number. "Number 65! 65! 6-....." She stopped when she made it to the break room. Well whatever was happening he seemed fine now. He was talking with her roommate Delcan and Kasai. She let it go and sat down in the chair next to the door. Whenever it was break time her job was to watch everyone in the break room and to stop any commotion that might happen or even tell any plans of anyone escaping. If there was a commotion her job was to contain it, and press the button by the door for the scientists and guards to come. She watched as people came in and talked and sat there silently as usual.

Declan knew that Kasai will not like the comment about her burning all the books to ashes, but he also knew that he's safe as he tend to joke around her abilities and stuff, but never actually crossed the line. He considered Kasai to be one of his closest friends and liked to think that the same goes for him being hers. The people that Declan held the closest in this facility was the ones he grew up with, the ones that have been in this place the longest. Top of the list was Kasai and Sakiko. "Whatever….. ain't like they'd let me touch one even if I were to beg to those worms-…." she said after the comment from Declan about the books. "Ahh, stop it, I see that they are giving you more freedom lately, so maybe..." he paused and thought about what he wanted to say "Yeah, you're probably right, they would not allow it!" after what he saw her look at the chains around her arms and ankles. He leaned closer to her, took the chain that was connected to the shackles around her arms, lifted them up a little bit and with sort of investigating gaze and in a deep down seriousness and lowered, almost whispering, voice said "You know...I could get rid of these in no time!". With this statement he meant his abilities could get rid of the chains easily. Usually all the facility was built around every residents powers, so technically nothing could breach the security of it but for some reason they never thought about Declan`s powers to use the stuff that they were feeding him as weapon. Its been for a while already since he had a thought in his mind about an escape. Some of the residents have already tried to do it, most recent was a resident named Will, but without a success. Also those escapes where quite reckless and without any plan. It would take a considerate amount of planning and other resident involvement for the escape to work. From the recent experiments on him, where the scientists where going to the end level and asking him to drink hydrofluoric acid, he has been holding it in his body for a time where he needs to burn through locks and shackles for example.

He let go of the chains when suddenly another resident showed up in front of them with a greeting "Hello Kasai, Declan!" , it was Kaiyoto. He was sort of a troublemaker and rebellious person. He was also in a lockup same as Kasai, but his lockup was different, as everyone's was different anyway. Due to his powers he was never let out before being dozed with various drugs to lower his ability to control objects. Probably something to do with brains ability to focus on controlling. Anyhow, he has been resident for some time now but you could not say that Declan knew much about him as during these years he was let out now and then, but most of the times he stayed in his room, because he always refuses to eat his meals, which are filled with the drugs. "What's on the agenda for today? Games? Events? Activities?" after which Declan looked up to the boy, who was actually older than him, with a stare of - are you serious right now? - after what Kaiyato leaned on his hands against the table and said "The food is shit." Declan stood up, took a step towards Kaiyato, put his left hand on his shoulder and facing him said "Maybe your attitude is shit?" and casually walked away.

With the corner of his eye Declan saw Sakiko entering the room and taking her "guards" position near the alarm button. She was given a task to look after everyone while in the break room and stop any aggressiveness or hostility between the residents if any would occur. After making rather disrespectful comment to Kaiyato he started to walk towards Sakiko. Casually walking in a normal pace, he put his hands in his pants pockets and approach her "Hey there purple!" - he was calling her purple as she had long, beautiful, purple hair and large purple eyes which were full of happiness and kindness. Those were the first thing he saw when he met her all those years ago. They were both toddlers when they were brought in here and they been roommates almost since the beginning. They were like brother and sister as they were close, some of the questions that scientists were asking though was - will there become something more than that? They were at that age when feelings start to show up and you never knew when love will sneak up on anyone, especially after so many years of living together. For now no one made any indications that there might be any romantic feelings, so the question was up in the air and only time would show. "On your "duties" again?" he asked, leaning down to the floor and sitting down right next to her "Ehh" he sighted "You should take it bit more relaxed...we both know that you could easily take care of anyone here even if you would enjoy yourself instead of sitting in your post and observing everyone." after what he scanned the room to see who is already here "They are not here...have you met the new ones already?"

Adult_Neptune.pngSakiko attention turned to Declan when she heard him call out to her. She smiled, "Hi" Her and Declan had been roommates for years now. He was the only one the Scientist really let her be more on a personal level with. She knew the others sure but not like she knew him. She was more open with him....well at least most of the times she was, sometimes she does tend to keep things to herself. She felt less nervous when he was around. Was that what it was like to have sibling? Or maybe they were like bestfriends? She wasn't sure what to call it.

"On your "duties" again?"

"Yeah" She sighed, she did find this utterly boring but it was what she had to do. She looked down at him as he sat next to her and then looked back up at the others that were in the room. He mentioned she should relax more and that she could still enjoy herself while doing her job. "I guess but....what if I
get in trouble? I never know when they are going to pop up." Which was one of the reasons why she felt on edge a lot.

"They are not here...have you met the new ones already?"

She blinked, "The new ones?" She thought for a moment. "oh! Yeah I saw them one of the scientist showed me pictures of them. Their a year younger then us and are cat twins and really cute!...…I got to see a picture of them before they got their ears and tail and they seemed really happy. I wonder what it's like out there." Sakiko said as she started to space out a little. She'd probably never know.

After taking is sweet time in the shower, William stepped out looking like a wet dog, his hair covering all his face. After spending a good bit of time drying out his hair, he took a look at himself in the mirror, feeling at the hair on his chin and neck. Thinking about it for a bit, the hair fitted him. William wasn't one to care about his look a lot, but since he was around the same group of people for almost two years now, he might as well make himself look decent. In addition to him not wanting to look scary in front of the young ones.

William threw on his usual get up and made his way to the break room to meet up with everyone else. He saw the usual crowd, give or take a few individuals. The motley crew of freaks like him. Eh, maybe freak was a strong word, although some of them really fit the word. With nothing else to do, he took a seat with Kasai, Declan, and Kaiyoto. " 'Sup guys. Ya'll seen the newbies? Couple of little cat girls. Ones a bit skittish though, so don't be all jumpy around them. I think the white one is just scared."

He took a seat back and pulled out the pack of cigarettes and threw them on the table after taking one out. "None for you Kas, not with that baby in you." Will said as he lit the cigarette in his mouth. He may not be smart, but he's not brain damaged. Even if he didn't care much about Kasai, he still cared somewhat for the baby inside her. He had a soft spot for children. Even if it was a child being born for experiments. Then again, there's probably a lot worse that's gonna go into that baby then nicotine and tobacco. But giving the facility the benefit of the doubt, he's still not gonna give her anything.

The setting was dull as ever. It was almost depressing, aside from the few sweet smiles that kept things a little more upbeat. William took some drags off his cigarette and just relaxed. Same day, same life.

Hiyori Kurosawa

Hiyori couldn't keep her smile on her face when Masami asked how long they were going to be there for. It wasn't a total lie that this facility was working on a way to suppress abilities permanently but right now the medication that basically killed your brain activity was the only thing from what Hiyori had seen. "Well....." Hiyori paused as she thought about the question and how to answer it. "I guess depending on your ability it could take a varying amount of time. With my telepathy it's a lot harder to cure me without turning me into a vegetable, so I've been here for about twelve years." Hiyori didn't lie, but she definitely didn't tell the whole truth. She'd seen into the scientist's minds and memories, a cure was always secondary to further "controlling" and "improving" what each of them had.

"In the meantime, you two should just relax and enjoy yourselves. As long as you don't act up you'll get treated like Sakiko," Hiyori pointed to the purple haired girl by Declan, "and myself. We can get a few things as long as they're within reason. Like I've been able to get a full wardrobe, a bit more free time, less harsh...." Hiyori stopped herself mid-sentence, "curfew for lights out." She knew that was a lie and honestly wanted to tell the truth, but talking about the experiments was a bit....tough on newbies. "And I've been able to get some books on occasion to read." Hiyori looked between the pair and smiled. "Anyways, if any of the others start trying to cause trouble with you, just find Will, Sakiko or myself. We're probably the best ones to come to in terms of that." Hiyori felt the need to step away before she said too much. "I've gotta go. I need to check in with the Doc for my physical." Hiyori felt sick as she slipped out of the breakroom and towards her own. Lying wasn't something she was good at, nor was it something she particularly enjoyed doing because of how wrong it felt. As she got back into her room she knelt over her trash can and got a second look at the dinner from last night. It wasn't as pretty this time around.
