I am really not picky about format. But if you depart from this one, please consider mobile platforms. Over-formatting can make your CS impossible to read for others.
Also, please avoid oversized images, animated gifs, tiny fonts, glaring backgrounds that burn out retinas.... LOL, I have some medical issues that have affected my eyes. I will be lucky if I can still see in a few years.
