Name: Oakris Carmine (Last name gained from adoption)

Race: Saiyan

Personality: Oakris is a very angry and very aggressive individual, with a natural love of fighting due to her lineage. She will never pass up an opportunity to fight, and will always do anything to make sure she wins. She is also very persistent and very tough. Although, she does beat herself up pretty often, and uses her failures to motivate her to become stronger than before, in hopes her past failures not happening again.


Abilities:

Primal Rage: Oakris’ rage takes over in a fight as her speed and strength increases, but this causes her to be reckless, and try to deal as much hurt as she can before the enemy gets her. While she is enraged, her recklessness makes her more likely to get hit, since all she is thinking about is hurting her enemy, instead of avoiding getting hit herself. Ki Sense, Flight (Obtained Later)

Basic Techniques:

Gut Ruiner (Offensive): Oakris throws a punch to the gut, and then throws a knee to the gut as hard as she can.


Kick wheel (Offensive): Oakris does a couple backflips, with both legs kicking her opponent each time before receiving a downward kick to the head.


Explosion (Defensive): She can channel her ki around her body, and then forces it outward in an explosion, knocks away and damages opponents in melee range, does not result in suicide like Final Explosion.


Sleeping Bag Slam (Offensive): Oakris sweeps her opponent off their feet, then grabs their legs and slams them down three times before slamming them down with all her might.


Signature Technique:

Ki Cannon: Oakris fires a cannonball sized, slow moving ki blast from her hands. If it connects, then the ki blast explodes, and sends the opponent backward, leaving them open for attack.

Ultimate Technique:

Gatling Ki: Oakris puts her hands together, as if charging a Kamehameha wave, and then fires weak ki blasts at the rate of 200 shots per minute for 3 seconds, accuracy is awful at long range, best at medium to close range.



Backstory: Oakris is a saiyan born to 2 saiyans named Beetroo (Father) and Peppa (Mother), She was raised on Earth. But it was when she was 14, she began to train with her father, but much to his disappointment, she did not perform to his expectations, and even grew rebellious and resentful towards Beetroo. Despite intervention from Peppa, the tension between the two skyrocketed, and resulted in disownment and being kicked out of the house. She walked to a house an hour away, Where a family took her in, but realized their mistake once her aggressive nature came to light. So for the next 3 years, she went from home to home, often sleeping in secluded spots where nobody will find her. Then on one rainy day, She was found by an old man, who kindly took her home. When she woke up, she was covered up with dry clothes, and food being given to her by a strange family and their butler. She vehemently refused at first, but then took offer when she could not stand the hunger anymore. After inhaling the food, she was asked who she was, and how she ended up on the streets and such. “My name is Oakris… My parents disowned me because I am not strong like they wanted me to be… And people would just kick me out onto the streets from their homes because they are too afraid of me.” She said with increasing aggression each minute. “How would you like to live with us?” The young girl of the family asked, “Dabria! You cannot just ask that!” her mother yelled. Hesitant at first, she accepts the offer. “I… If you all are willing to give me a chance… I would like to…” They then decided to take her in, and celebrate with a feast. That point on, Oakris and her new sister Dabria forged a bond that would make them inseparable


The two girls did everything together over the next 2 years, with her aggression toned down massively. But for Dabria’s 18th birthday, their Grandfather Kaliban signed Dabria and Oakris up for the World Martial Arts Tournament after they qualified. The two girls still train and do things things together, despite the massive power difference, and her being a saiyan herself.

Abilities: Majin Magic (transforming things, healing, regenerative powers) However her ability to transform things is rather flawed. So her ability to create food for herself is limited as things turn out made of something that isn't food or what she wasn't expecting.

Backstory: She got separated from her parents at an early age. As to how it happened she does not remember. However because of this she never got to learn many Majin techniques such as the transfiguration beam. On the other hand she learned a lot of street smarts, a mighty good thing to since the relation ships with the dominate species on earth, humans, and Majins a new species to the planet haven't always seen eye to eye. Majins in this case being seen as weird or freaky in relation to humans.

Appearance:

Personality: Dabria is a kind and outgoing young lady with a heart of gold. Though she may not look like it, she is an independent girl who can look after herself, and those she cares about. She is more of a talker than a fighter, and does not like unnecessary violence. She is not afraid of a fight, and will give it all she has to beat her foe. She is eager and naive, and a bit of an optimist.


Abilities: Adrenal Determination: When her body starts producing adrenaline, she loses all sense of fear and becomes very determined to fight to the very end, She also ignores fatigue and the pain produced by physical contact. Ki Sense, Flight (Obtained Later)


Transformations: None at the moment


Basic Techniques:

Wild Rush (Offensive): Dabria throws 6 fast jabs before throwing 2 haymakers to the face or abdomen.


Violent Balet (Offensive): Dabria spins around, as she extends her legs out to kick with each rotation, then she jumps up, and lands a hook on her opponent.


Hammer Down (Offensive): Putting her fists together, she can put all her strength into a downward or upward strike, either slamming her opponent into the ground, or send them about a foot into the air.


10,000 kicks (Offensive): Dabria can throw out lightning fast kicks for 4 seconds, then throwing out a side kick to the abdomen as a finisher.


Signature Technique:

Tiger Claw Rush (Offensive): She can make Claws from her Ki, and use her speed to dole out the hurt for 6 hits before crossing her hands in a downward motion on her enemies.


Ultimate Technique: Ki Blade (Offensive): She can make a short blade using her ki, and launches into a quick flurry of attacks before doing a horizontal slash on the middle of the opponent, and then the blade vanishes.



Backstory: Dabria was born to two famous musicians named Otto and Melody Carmine. They live in the city, naturally, with her grandfather, a martial artist named Kaliban Carmine living with them. The two trained ever since she turned 5 years old, much to her parents' dismay. She lived a great life, surrounded by people, always getting attention, never having to worry about anything at all. That life kinda got boring for her, she wanted to see the world, traveling with her parents to concerts. But being overprotective parents, they refuse to let her go anywhere, even Kaliban could not make them budge.


Her life changed, however, when her grandfather brought in a strange looking girl with white hair, and a blue stripe on each cheek, soaking wet from the rain, and shivering. Otto and Melody immediately scramble to get dry clothes, towels, blankets and pillows for the poor girl. After getting her all bundled up, the family waits for her to wake up. When she did wake up, food was already prepared, a portion served to her by a butler. She vehemently refused at first, but after she couldn’t take the hunger anymore, she scarfed down the whole tray in practically one sitting. Dabria watched with awe as the girl inhaled the food. After some questions from Otto, Melody, and Kaliban, they come to find out that her name is Oakris, a child rejected by her biological parents because she did not meet their standards, and went from home to home because people were too afraid of her to even give a chance. As she spoke, she got more aggressive each minute, the problem being very obvious. “How would you like to live with us?” Dabria asked the girl, to everyone’s surprise. “Dabria! You can’t just ask that!” Her mother screeched as Oakris looked at Dabria and her family. “I… If you all are willing to give me a chance… I would like to…” After some thought, and discussion, the whole family decides to take her in as a Carmine. To celebrate, they had a big feast to welcome their new family member, and the bond of sisterhood between the two girls was planted. Over 2 years they trained, talked, even went everywhere together. It was also noticeable that Oakris was not hostile towards the family like she was before. But she has her moments. Dabria saw something in her sister that nobody else saw, a broken and rejected person in need of love and family. So from then on, the two became inseparable, and stronger with each passing day.


On her 18th birthday, Dabria’s father deemed her combat ready. To this day the sisters still do everything together, and plan to get stronger, despite a massive difference in power between them.

Personality: Much like Goku, he has a kind heart that was from his mother's side and a determined side like his father. He had heard stories of who Bardock was, regardless of being a lower-class warrior. Soon, that side changed after he became a Super Saiyan, only wanting a fierce goal for strength to become the strongest fighter. Now, he's an ever training Saiyan with a soft spot for children but he refuses to admit it.

Abilities: Energy sensing, Instant Transmission, flight

Transformations: Super Saiyan (1-4), Kaio-Ken, Super Kaio-Ken?

Basic Techniques: Kamehameha, Galick Gun, Masenko, Wild Cannon

Backstory: Dakon was born on Earth when his parents soon decided to move there before their death 4 years later. His eyes was like the same of his father's but it was mostly recognized by his ancestor, Shallot. Once Dakon was 6 years old, just 2 years after his parents died, he soon ventured into West City, where he stumbled a statue of a Saiyan that looked like Bardock only this was Goku. He then aspired to become just like him. Years passed and Dakon was a growing Saiyan, his power rising as well as his determination. At age 19, he finally pushed himself to the limit and, with a Burst of rage, he finally became a Super Saiyan. Now, he fought two threats dramatically but both of them he won, and they almost costed his life. Even after that, he never gave up to become a strong warrior like Goku.

Appearance:

Personality: Yuki is kindhearted, headstrong, she cares about the people living on Earth and she would never try to destroy it, even if they sometimes annoy her a lot. She's a quiet person though so she can come off as rude or shy, but she just hasn't had much social interactions. She's also very hesitant to share personal things with people she doesn't know very well. She doesn't like fighting with more power thsn nessecary and in a friendly, easygoing match she will barely even use her abilities, she observes for a moment to decide her best course of action, though, she can change tacticts within a second should the need arise.

Abilities: Flight, instant transmission, sensing energy
Transformations: Super Saiyan (1-4) (currently only 1)
Basic Techniques: Kamehameha, ki blast, ki blast beam
Signature Technique: Blaze cannon (basically a giant ball of fire)

Backstory:
Yuki was born and raised on Earth, but she was taught the ways of a Saiyan, never getting rid of her tail since she actually kind of likes it, she has learned to wrap it around her middle though. She heard plenty of stories about previous Saiyans like Gohan and Goku and she started striving to be better then that and she spend a lot of time training and practicing against her parents, eventually travelling to train some more, to become even stronger, the only advise she got was that she should learn her limits. When fighting a particular strong opponent she didn't do what was smart and it nearly cost her her life, but she succeeded because she became a super saiyan, after recovering she decided to train with renewed determination.

Name: Seyuki

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Personality: Allie has been described as a Meek, Unassuming and Quiet young woman prior to her using his "Potential Released" Techniques. She mimics Teen Gohan in this regard otherwise, being kind to most other people and usually pretty self-deprecating otherwise. In other words, it's hard for her to even attempt to confront people in a battle unless she does it , and usually attempts to do so herself. She's not as much of a battle fanatic despite her talents due to the fighting life being forced unto her, but will fight if necessary.


Abilities: Transcend the Limit (By breaking the shell , she passively breaks his limits far faster than the average person and even Saiyajin by fighting as his potential ever increases during battle, rivaling if not surpassing DBS Broly in how much she improves during battle in this state in this regard but it comes with major drawbacks such as losing the ability after using it for too long during a battle . The form also comes with a very minor but significant portion: The ability to move without thinking [a portion of the form UIO as the form has similarities yet differences tot he technique] , which means about once every 3 posts during a battle or spar she'll manage to dodge something that she shouldn't be capable of dodging or moving far faster than she normally regardless of the impossibility , implying the Potential Unleashed forms holds more power than even she could imagine, implying it's the stepping stone to a power even the Gods are wary about, as Limit Breaking was Son Goku's way of reaching such strength. If one doesn't be truly careful with her, she can close gaps that even a fusion/potara dance between comparable opponents wouldn't be able to close.)

Power: Despite her Base Form, she's more than capable of keeping up with just about any adversary due to her Transcend the Limit ability, which allows her to keep pace with those immensely superior to herself. She's noted by even descendants of Son Goku's original Tournament of Power gang to be an insane prodigy of power, surpassing DBS Broly & Frieza put together in raw potential alone.

Weakness: Transcending the Limit does have nasty weaknesses. Despite increasing her power and speed dramatically throughout the fight, she won't be able to fully adjust to the new heights of power immediately. It is heavy stamina drain, which means those with far superior stamina can likely wait until she is finished.

Transformations: (Like Kaioken, Super Saiyan, Golden Form for Frieza’s race, etc) Potential Released Stages

Stage 1: Beginners Release (The power of this form changes her eyes from green to silver, almost akin to Ultra Instinct Omen, with the auras of both Omen and Potential Unleashed . In this form she utilizes Powers equivalent ranging from the Saiyan Transformation, from 1-4, but the 4 variant has a very short time limit [like, SSJ4 fusion's equivalent of short time limit] . For most of the story she'll be kept at this range until her allies are far exceeding the regular range of SSJ4 Transformations. Her Stage 1 power has no true upper cap on how much power it could gain, and Stage 2 requires specific circumstances and immense training before he could gain control of it)

Signature Technique(s): Limit-Break Explosions (Using her transcend limits ability, she throws mini blalsts that seem extremely weak in size but can ignite a massive explosion if come into contact with.)
Limit Break Minefield: She scatters mini pockets of Ki everywhere, and if she concentrates hard enough, she can warp to where that ki pocket is to avoid certain attacks and find a suitable way to counter attack


Ultimate Technique: Limit-Break Assault ( A powerful energy that temporarily breaks her limits multitude of times normal for a split second, exerting the limit of her ability, before rushing in and attempting to take out the enemy as fast as possible by ever gaining power, but overtime it will kill him if he uses the technique for too long since it's sort of Kaio-Ken esque)

Backstory: Seyuki to say the least didn't have a normal upbringing. She was born into a family of fighters who knew about hte Legend of Goku,and as such wanted their daughter, seeing her potential as a fighter and realizing the potential of her capabilities, sort of to follow in his footsteps to become a viable fighter if the Earth was threatened to any magnitude.

It went from learning the kamehameha, to just about everything. Everything in his life revolved around the name "Son Goku", so to say the least he was always fashioned to be an extremely formidable fighter. He learned how to fashion his potential since he was born. It wasn an intuitive skill that he weapoinized for the sake of proving to his parents he could follow Goku's steps accordingly, despite being a human. He turned to the tournament for a way to test his readiness to fulfil that role... Someday, if no one beat him to it.

Age: 17

Race: Saiyan

Personality: Megumi can be described as a bit of a pacifist. Despite her Saiyan lineage and her distant relative is, she isn't quite as annoying to deal with. Kind, Gentle, and Sweet Saiyan, she always strives for everyone else to do extremely well. However, she does have a secret she hopes no one finds out. She truly did inherit all the Good DBS Broly had.

Abilities: Evolved Ikari (If her seals are removed [I.E: Her earrings] , she becomes an extremely powerful variant of the Super Saiyan Transformation... being a Human Sized variant of the Great Ape, giving her drastically superior physical stats to the regular Super Saiyan Transformations ... To the point she can challenge SSJ4s without a problem and getting stronger as time went on, but with the side effects of going out of control if stayed in the form for too long, and unlike most will eventually power down and usually leaves herself wide open for attacks due to inexperience at the form.)

Her base form & Ikari Form can adapt to those of far higher power levels pretty effectively, eventually reaching to their power if given the opportunity. Also if given the opportunity they can mimick the attacks of people whose stats they've fully adapted to.

Aura: White/Black

Transformations: Evolved Ikari. Her eyes become sharp red instead of yellow like Broly's.

Basic Techniques: Doesn't have one, just basic attacks and ki-blasts.

Ultimate Technique: She doesn't have one, unfortunately. In this form all she does is ki blast spam and is more physical than anything.

Backstory: (I wanted to keep it vague on purpose to be revealed in story, but I'll reveal the major aspects) She was considered to be an outcast even by Saiyan's standards due to her refusal to fight most of the time after being birthed some time ago by replicating the DNA of DBS Broly, but the duplicators realized she inherited to much of DBS Broly's kind nature . Despite being raised on earth this was a very consistent fact that has always gotten herself into trouble. One day, when she was being taught by her instructor, she snapped in rage... Becoming what looked like a Humanified Great Ape. Without any warning, she was overpowering the instructor without much effort. until the instructor was finally able to breach through. This caused her instructor to create, with certain nods to saiyan technology, restrictions to her power.

She then proceeds to come to earth alongside her instructor. After hearing of the tournament, it was decided she should compete in it to hopefully control her strength more.

Name: Chardia

Gender: Female

Race: Saiyan

Personality: She is a rather kind-hearted but mischievous youth who enjoys to see new sights and hopefully learn from all that she can see. Chardia can be very frank with how she speaks to people, being very honest with how she feels... though may try to put-up a front to prehaps ease others in a tense situation or to may lie to cover someone or herself. And though she likes to test out her strength on others, due to how she is raised... and this... weird feeling within herself, she doesn't try to go too overboard with it, out of fear.

Abilities: Ki Sense, Flight, Superhuman Speed (while on the ground.), Sword Handling skills

Transformations: None at the moment.

Aura: White/Red

Basic Techniques:

Rolling Storm: Chardia proceeds to roll at her enemy and then spring forward with a spiraling kick. This move can be powered up as she focuses her Ki towards her legs and feet during the attack, being able to drill through tough material.

Knuckle Sandwich: She unleashes a flurry of blows with all the strength she can put into them. Then to further enhance her blows, she can condense energy onto her fists.

Signature Techniques:

Bombu Flare: Chardia channels most of her Ki into her hands, creating yellow ball like any normal ki blast. But as she launches, the ball then expands and fires out multiple ki blast in every direction possible.... even capable of hurting Chardia as well.

Ultimate Technique: none at the moment.

Backstory: Chardia was raised outside of the big cities, as the people who raised her were small tribe of beastmen. Though she doesn't know much of her Saiyan heritage, other than her name. But overtime, Chardia and the tribesmen were very happy with each other even though they weren't related by blood. Her father and mother figure ran a crafting shop, making varies tools and household items... occasionally make weapon on the sides, which leads to Chardia sometimes playing with them which was a handful for her parents. Over the course her stay, the combat squad led by the village chief and could sense the Saiyan girl's strength was rather irked by her not using the power.

So at the dead of night, she was then started training with the village chief... over time learning to sense ki and gaining the ability to fly, though being able to shoot ki blast did prove to be rather troubling for her, as outwardly projecting anywhere that isn't her body can be a problem. Over the next few weeks, Chardia gotten confident with her strength, but something within the saiyan made her uneasy... making her hold back during the training sessions with the chief which made him rather frustrated with Chardia, but soon that frustration subsides and just allows the young saiyan girl to do as she pleases. But soon enough, Chardia asks both her parents... and though with a heavy heart the gave into the girl's pleas and off Chardia goes to new locals and heights.

A towering young woman in her teens and a thickly muscled yet curved physique, a spiked Mohawk falls to one side of their head, the sides shaved and waxed. Dressed in thick bike leather pants supported by a large studded belt. Forgoing the upper jacket they are instead clad only in a thick bandeau with similar thick straps. Below the surface and synthetic skin is large portions of metal plating or braces around what their remains making them a fusion of both human and machine. Strangely their body is clear of scars or old wounds despite their reconstruction as an android, perhaps due to synthetic skin layered over the damaged areas during the repair. There does however remain seven tattoos up to the center of their body, a strange symbol over each of their chakras.
PersonalityCasual and almost too laid back despite the diligent training, there overly friendly nature can be seen as verging on pacifism at times and laziness at others, but never the less has served them well much to the frustration of opponents, especially with the strange humility they go about it with. Her straightforward way of conversing and casual bluntness has also caused more than a few aggravations at times, though she is capable of putting on a formal and respectful act if needed with surprising results though will state such really isn't comfortable for her long term. Despite all of this when pushed they can begin to show a firey and determined personality if a slight bit of stubbornness and pride though they attempt to keep the later in check.
AbilitiesFighting Style:
Strong both physically and mentally, Garter is extremely durable with high stamina in addition to keen perception abilities. Fighting with nearly every part of her body they can be somewhat unpredictable in a fight with no defined style, this is aided further by their recent augmentations that saved their life especially the unique energy source that is said to provide a constant energy supply that can grow over time. They seem capable of keeping a level head even in the more stressful of situations despite her young age. If there is any preferred tactic it would be using their fine Ki control to redirect forces and attacks or deflect such rather than straight-up overpowering, as a side effect they show a preference for concentrated and precise energy slashes or piercing strikes over wide-scale blasts. Other tactics observed include drawing out the fight to take advantage of her untiring nature and enjoy the experience for longer, getting into melee to allow the use of her absorption abilities, or the use of other standard android abilities like barriers. Each technique, however, appears to take her own twist on it, being able to make the best of whatever tools they have at the moment in a pragmatic approach.

Transformations:
Self-Suggestion State (S3): A transformation that involves the restructuring internal systems starting with her mind to become purely for combat, starting with her brain the elements her body needed to be "human" are removed in favor of those needed to be a weapon increasing the efficiency of her movements and power exponentially. The activation of the state is most notable in the glowing that begins to emerge from her eyes and the 7 tattoo's along the center of her body. This transformation is essentially attempting to reach a balance and union between organic and machine by directing everything towards a singular task.

• Android Barrier: Barrier Prison, Barrier Punch, Multiple Barrier, Grand Explode, Body Sheath Barrier
• Aura Warning: A weak energy field incapable of damage though covering a vast area, the user becomes aware of any disturbances however within the flow of the energy emitted
• Counter Force: While compressing energy into a thin layer, the smooth circular motion redirects incoming forces, imparting their own energy into the final moments of the technique as it is redirected towards either the original user or a new target
• Energy Absorption: Energy Analysis
• Infinite Energy Model: The user lacks a Ki-Signature with which to be detected though also holding infinite power cores giving them an endless supply reserve of energy and stamina.
• Pure Progress: Given the programming and features incorporated into the user's design the efficiency and nature of such are constantly evolving allowing them to become stronger through both training and improve their skills and techniques as they fight a more powerful opponent.
• Self-Repairing Systems: A advanced healing system that allows the gradual repair of their body even to the manufacture of new limbs over time.

• Destructo Disk and Kamehameha Series
• Swallow Blade: A large scale ki blade condensed into a single layer that is either held or launched as a wave attack
  • Swallow Reversal: Producing multiple condensed blades that would strike from multiple angles simultaneously leaving no room to dodge or block fully without allowing another to strike
  • Swallow Return: Continuation of Swallow Reversal throwing several additional arcs with the intent on such boomeranging back around to create additional angles of attack)

• Moon River: Taking advantage of the level of durability of the user combined with Ki control they focus their energy into an arrowhead to fly directly down the center of incoming beam attacks with the energy required not needing to overcome such merely slightly shift the direction to flow around them instead, this is completed once the end of the beam is reached with the user taking hold of the attacker to deliver a devastating counter-attack point-blank taking advantage of the unexpected appearance and distraction or even piercing through the target entirely.
  • Moon Cutter: Employing a Ki Blade like an attack to instead divert and sever the incoming blast into 2 individual streams as it passes by them, these may then be potentially redirected. This may also be employed against barrage attacks to strike each blast individually.
  • Moon Arrow: Rather than delivering a counterblast, the user instead focuses all their energy into a single point to shoot directly down the center of the blast creating an eye of the storm from their position before piercing the attacker once it has traveled through.

BackstoryBorn to the current owner of the Capsule Corporation, they would grow up an extremely outgoing child under the wing of their mother until an attack on the estate would catch her in the crossfire leaving them seriously injured and clinging to life. Undergoing an experimental process using research notes obtained by the capsule corporation over a century ago the end result managed to both save their life and attempt to ensure their protection against future injuries. When question why her mother would do such a thing they would respond with a mix of seriousness and dark humor, stating it was only natural to do what you could to protect your child, and that if you have accident-prone kids you make them wear a helmet, you have a death-prone one you make a few adjustments. After a period of adjustments to their new state, they would also be introduced to the New Turtle School as a method of both learning more self-control and refining their abilities.

When coming from a secluded village, he does not know very much about the world and thus is very curious about it, questioning about things that are often used regularly each day. He is also hard headed, for even though he wants to learn much things from the outside world, he is not willing to use them in his own daily life, often sticking to his own beliefs. But he is a very honorable man, respecting those who fare a great challenge during a duel, and would sometimes gift them things that is related to his culture. He has an pet Raven called ‘Gloom’, an intelligent bird who is by his side to his end, but if someone were to harm or kill the bird, he will lose his sense of honor and would brutally fight against his opponent and would only know anger.

Ki color: chartreuse (a mixture of yellow and green)

Abilities:
Ki sense, a weaker form of instant transmission called ‘Shadow Step’, and Skilled in using chained sickles along with a tantō, a knife like weapon.

Basic Techniques:

-Spider silk whip / Sickle grab (Offensive): by charging up kinetic energy by spinning his Sickle, he is able to do one of two moves, Spider silk whip allows him to land a hit on his opponent while pulling him closer, able to chain it with another attack. Sickle grab allows him to grab his opponent from a distance, to which this move is followed up with Sickle Rain.

-Sickle rain (Offensive): When grabbing his opponent normally or when using Sickle grab, he drops his opponent to the floor onto their knees and stabs them with both his Sickles multiple times, before kicking them back. The effect that is applied to his opponent is ‘Bleed’.

-Shadow step (defensive): A weaker form of instant transmission, it allows the user to disappear in a cloud of smoke and appear up to 20 feet away from their original location, useful when trying to keep away from any opponent.

Signature Technique:
-Shadow counter (Defensive): When using this move, Akamine spread his arms out wide, trying to make it seem like he is trying to let the opponent hit him, but when hit, he would disappear into a cloud of smoke and reappear behind his opponent, landing a roundhouse kick on their head. If the opponent does not land a move in this state he would be vulnerable for a couple of seconds (3 seconds).

Ultimate Technique:
-A Murder of crows (Offensive): His ultimate Technique, which upon use, summons ten crows made out of Ki around him, before sending them after his opponent, and upon contact they would explode. If they missed their intended target or they dodge it, they would stop and turn around for two more tries, before harmlessly dissipating into nothing.

Backstory:
He was born in a village deep inside a forest, it being very secluded from the rest of the world. The culture is comparable to that of the real world equivalent of old Japan, their clothing and stories heavily inspired by it. His life was normal, well, as normal as someone from his Village can get, but he came from a high honored family of guards in his Village, which was tradition to starting his training at five years old. After many years of training, he finally became ready to be a guardian of the Village, but he did not felt like this was the thing for him. He knew there was a large world out there due to a few visitors from the outside world that had strange clothing, which is where he felt that he needed to be, exploring the world outside. His family did not enjoy the fact that he was planning to leave his home, but finally agreed with a bit of reluctance, and given him a year old Raven called ‘gloom’ to keep him company on his journey. So, now he sets off into the ‘new’ world, planning on taking notes on his journal about the many things he would find out there and share with his village-folk that they should be living out there, not being cooped up inside the Village.

Personality: Hana is a timid yet sweet character who despites conflict despite the immense possibilities her powers behold. She is very much a powerhouse yet in alll ways could be considered the greatest pacifist on the team.

Anti-Hana is the true results of what happened to her psyche as a result of the constant experimentation.She can be described as an Anti-Hero esque entity. She is pretty full of herself, always thinking herself as superior in everyway. She wants to make sure the world is safe but tends to be quite extreme and at times brutal in how she comes about doing it.

As Dark Instinct overpowers the two of them, there is something within them, all the malcie and scarred emotions comes to fruition, it is truly a time to either fear her or get ready for a true battle unlike any other. Like the Ki, this power is living and is described as a truly malicious force and formidable to the bone. In this form, She is confident, calm, yet very crazed at the same time, desiring quite the worse while still retaining just enough of herself not to kill or severely hurt anyone in this state.

• "Anti-Spirit Bomb" Ki Nature : Her powers drain the mimicked ki [her powers subconsciously mimick ki from others, no matter the power, and stores it to be unleashed later]from the environment to utilize for her many attacks, and is noted to be 'different from normal ki... in the sense that while ki represents positivity, her ki is the complete and utter opposite, even noting to feel dark and depressing by martial artists, hinting that something negative and dark beyond measure was the cause in her mutation of ki, even noted by those to be an endless abyss . Her potential for destruction as compared to an fully powered God of Destruction in destructive levels, even without her transformation "Ki Apex". It's revealed she can drain the Ki of people as well. The process for draining is weird and indirect: it creates two copies of the person's / environment current ki levels and drains that copy and uses that combined ki for attacks.... Multiplying it like Kaio-Ken, stacking it up to 5. Essentially meaning her ki attacks will likely always be 2x - 10x stronger than the ki likely battling against her] which is what her organization used her for being a powerhouse in the sense that regardless of how strong you were, that didn't matter against someone like her ... But has a mental limiter to hold back to only just make 1 copy of the ki.
• Immense Ki: Her Ki Strength is described, when even in her base, to be a genetic monster, in terms of power, to the point Megumi desired Evolved Ikari just to take her on but realized she only uses such Ki to generate a shield and never to amp herself with . Her Ki seems to, every so often, [2 posts] jump drastically in power, as if she just did a metamoran fusion with her previous level , then a potara fusion with her previous level of power . It seems to do it as she continues fighting, with no end in sight. She uses this to form a Shield and uses her own Ki to control her opponent's Ki Blasts.
• Modes of Power: Each of these modes only unlocked by Hana when she is significantly serious. They each have the very same adaptability factor as her Ki. Each Mode is characterized by an almost unoticeable glow. Red is for Power, which allows her to shrug off blows and counter with great force, but lose to Ki based abilities and speed. An light blue is for ki, which she can counter ki attacks and shrug off ki, but loses to physical attacks as well as speed. Emerald green is for Speed, to temporarily induce an vast increase in speed but is weak against all the aforementioned, so if hit by physicals or ki based attacks she will falter. She can fuse two of them at a time but can only do it for 1 post,. She can only use these sporadically. Raw physical power no matter the strength cannot best her directly while in Red Form, same with Speed while in Green Form, or Ki power while in Blue form. She has an Overclocked Mode which increases all attributes defined for 1 post and increase the counter by a lot, but will be drained after use.
• Dark Instinct: A power equal and opposite to Ultra Instinct, yet many called it a demented version triggered by recollection of a dark past and the experimentations done to her to try to create a perfect entity to personify the rage and anger they felt for constantly getting defeated by Son Goku, and the power she was originally shown to use as a child involving an traumatic event. Purple, cosmic esque aura wraps around her, as well as purple pupils and the feeling of intense heat coming from her ki. The power of this form is extreme when completely unhinged, but Hana subconsciously severely restricts it's full power and usage from Dark Instinct, as it's full power , even at it's current stage, completely eclipses the power Goku had as an Complete Ultra Instinct, and consistently described as a 'form well beyond the Gods'. In this form, she weaponizes After images who actively become alive and can hit you with as much damage as the other, using them as combo materials. She can also use the heat coming off of her as an actual attack and even a shield, and fights with an style that conttantly changes. The power of the form evolves over time as they fight opponents , although in this case having access to greater levels of power from deep within rather than breaking any limits, as no fighter has had the privelege of seeing this form's real strength to allow it to evolve it's full strength , being the very definition of a Limit Break, and constantly breaks the limits of her power and speed, and to be pushed back into it requires traumatization , an emotional scarring, or a power to push her above the last time she used it. It does have a time limit though (specifically 4 posts before it tires her out though). There is 4 forms to it, eventually with a Complete Version completed with Purple Hair as an signal that she has indeed mastered it.
• Copy Power: Similar to seven Three, and can also weaponize forms. Can copy a combination of the Combat Power and abilities of up to three individuals at a time separately , however he can store as many as she pleases but can only use 3 at a time , storing them for later use, irregardless to their level of power or ki or lack thereof [I.e: Android] , by either touching them with her Ki construct as they are connected to Hana , or touching them directly via her hands . Unlike Seven-Three , she can combine 2 powers for a limited time, but can only lasts for 2 posts.
• Ki Adaptation: The Ki will eventually adapt to the power the individual who irignally used it is now at, no matter how high the ceiling of the individual, though it may take a moment or two to do so.
• "Living , Sentient Ki": The Ki becomes sentient when she uses her abilities on it, and The Ki now desires to protect her, and will move on it's own during various points without her telling it to, such as fighting someone she couldn't even see, her drained ki moved, blocked, deflected, and sent flying several martial artists without her really needing to move. The Ki takes the shape of it's original wielder.
• Black Waves: Essentially how the ki looks to any normal person. It's like if the sea was completely black, that is how the ki looked to anyone seeing this phenomenon.
• Negative Shield: Creates a shield based on the ki drained from the individual.
• Ki Guardian: A very powerful move that if utilized will likely knock her out after usage , and only does it when she absolutely needs to. This Ki Guardian is the direct manifestation of all the ki within her. If one hits the guardian, it will reflect the power given back to it, each time it's hit the Multiplier of the attack sent back will increase over time. The Ki Guardian's Power is truly hard to measure, but to say the least, the Guardian far surpasses Dark Instinct's full potential power, however it cannot attack, and can only redirect Ki. Physical Attacks allow it to be dispersed rather effortlessly though, Ki based attacks are a whole different story though .

• Her powers can affect all manners of Ki, including God-Ki and Divine Ki. Theoretically cannot work on full Androids like Android 16 due to their lack of Ki, but would work on Half Androids like 17 & 18 who are still partly mortal.

Weaknesses:

1. Her abilities only amp the power of her ki ranged attacks. It doesn't amp her durability, making her a glass cannon that's easy to knock out after you outsmart her.
2. Doesn't work on Androids
3. Powering up too quick for her ki to react and adapt it's ki levels is the best way to eventually overwhelm her.
4. Her stamina is like a Normal Human, so eventually, in her normal and Apex, she will have to stop fighting. But, that's if the pressure is given to her constantly.

As the battle continues, the range of what she can affect can theoretically increase, though if she does this depends on the desperateness of the situation.

Backstory: Many, many years after the threat of Tournament of Power and seeing the potential of the Spirit Bomb in how it was used, having a micro camera inside Son Goku for the majority of his life and become a robot to see what he would see until the end of his life, a crazed scientist from parts unknown wanted to do some form of an experiment to see if they can weaponize a variant of the Spirit Bomb . Teaming up with some who appreciated the Red Ribbon [hence why they dress up as the Red Ribbon and Hana has their clothes on] , they pronounced a project: Project Annihilation, in which they were going to create their own type of ki based on thorough research of Spirit Bomb's attributes Eventually, they injected into a womb of a pregnant woman [whose backstory prior to the project inclusion is Unknown] with the ki they created. The result was catastrophic. Ki from everywhere was being absorbed and she was becoming stronger by the second. She was becoming Ki Apex. They did manage to knock her out just barely, though decided placing a power limit was best if they wanted to utilize her for their goals. However, they pregnant mother by some miracle to escape before the organization could do anything to the baby.

Grim is the son of an Elite Saiyan Warrior and a Human Businessman. While it would normally be unheard of for a Saiyan woman to be attracted to an Earthling for their slightly more reserved and civilized mannerisms, Grim's father was an exception to this. The cutting stare and cold, logical thought processes tuned only for turning a profit proved to be just the ticket to bring together the century's strongest power couple. Grim's father procured all the capital the family could need from his Fortune 500 Company while his mother's pushy attitude and battle prowess could secure almost any deal.

Naturally, it wasn't long before the Half-Saiyan was conceived and from that moment on he's been trained to be the perfect businessman and a powerful fighter. Being the Heir to such a large company his family wants to ensure that he is capable in all aspects to protect company assets on the battlefield of the stock market and, of course, a literal battlefield.

In an effort to increase the publicity and political power of the company, a large Marketing Campaign is being put together to advertise the heir (Grim) as a literal god-- a Super Saiyan God. The only issue being that neither him, nor his mother, have been able to ascend to even the basic state of Super Saiyan let alone find out any clues on how to actually produce such a state in a Saiyan.

With this weighing heavy on everyone's mind the decision was made to send Grim to the World Martial Arts Tournament to both sponsor the Company and attempt to take even one step closer to the legendary mantle of Super Saiyan.

However-- the company helicopter arrived late and Grim was unable to enter the tournament.
He was put on as a co-announcer due to the overblown publicity of his fighting prowess.

Disciplined- Even in the face of an overwhelming threat or severe damage, Grim can maintain a clear head-space and act according to the situation.

Ki-Mines- Exactly what it sounds like. Grim can amass Ki in his hands and plant it on different parts of the battlefield. Once an opponent gets too close, the ki detonates with the force of one of his standard ki blasts.

Supremacy Beam- A concentrated "beam" of Ki capable of piercing most physical and ki-based shields. A well placed Supremacy Beam can be a fatal attack to the unsuspecting opponent.

Supremacy Wave- A massed "wave" of ki manifested in the palms of his hands that can be fired for devastating effect in the direction he fires it. Similar to a Kamehameha wave in stance and technique.

Signature Technique:​

Explosive Wave- By throwing out as much aura and ki as possible the effect is that of an expanding explosion that destroys most anything in it's path.

Ultimate Technique:​

Deadly Dance- The user creates active afterimages of himself that surround and confuse the opponent by taking various attack and defensive stances allowing the actual body to inflict seemingly random and devastating hits on the target.

Signature Technique: Unrelenting barrage- Combi of melee attacks and finishes off with a back breaker.

Extinction beam-fires off one handed ki blast, and shoots out a crimson beam and can control where it goes.


Ultimate Technique: hellstar sphere x20- raises his hand gathers large amount of ki into a sphere and throws toward his opponent. Like a one handed spirit bomb that doesn't take and hour to do and it tracks.


Backstory: 150 years after Dragon ball super took place. A little namikean was born his name was Xylo. Xylo grew up in fear of his father. Everyday he would go to the village elders hut, and train with them in the way of the dragon clan.

The day Xylo turned 15 he well versed in hand-to-hand combat, and ki manipulation. His father struck him so hard that it sent him to otherworld.

When Xylo got to otherworld there seemed to be a tournament of some kind. He was mistakenly put into the tournament for a contestant named "piccolo. The fighter he was out up against was a renowned fighter named "Son Gohan". Gohan noticed it wasnt piccolo, but decided to fight anyways. After the fight gohan could tell Xylo didnt belong in the after life that he was still alive. So Xylo and Gohan set out to seek king kai. They evatually found him after meeting everybody (Goku, Vegeta, etc.). So Xylo was reluctant to go back until he got stronger so king kai agreed to if Xylo could make him laugh. So Xylo learned kiaoken from king kai. The day he learns he asks for king kai to send him back to Namek so he does, and the first thing he does when he gets there is to seek out his father.

He eventually finds his father, and the expression on his fathers face is shocking to to say the least. When he sees Xylo he apologizes saying that he has changed his ways etc. Xylo wanted to hear none of his excuses. So he kill him right then and there. The other namekians stand there in shock. Some of the more powerful namekians true to jump on him to restrain him. Xylo takes them down with ease. Xylo then turns to the people, give them an inspirational speech about being oppressed and if they follown under his rule they'll never be treated like dirt again.

Fast forward 20-30 years. Xylo has the biggest galactic empire, even bigger than frieza, coolers or king cold. Even people from other universes has heard if his tyranny. Xylo has never let anybody get close enough to him so nobody can hurt him. Only one mortal person had been able to keep up with Xylo and it was a sayian whose name was Okora.

Signature Technique: Unrelenting barrage- Combi of melee attacks and finishes off with a back breaker.

Extinction beam-fires off one handed ki blast, and shoots out a crimson beam and can control where it goes.


Ultimate Technique: hellstar sphere x20- raises his hand gathers large amount of ki into a sphere and throws toward his opponent. Like a one handed spirit bomb that doesn't take and hour to do and it tracks.


Backstory: 150 years after Dragon ball super took place. A little namikean was born his name was Xylo. Xylo grew up in fear of his father. Everyday he would go to the village elders hut, and train with them in the way of the dragon clan.

The day Xylo turned 15 he well versed in hand-to-hand combat, and ki manipulation. His father struck him so hard that it sent him to otherworld.

Name: Glacier

Age: 72

Race: Frost Demon (Frieza Race)

Appearance:



Personality: A calm, collect is a go with the flow kind of person, unlike most of the more notable members of his race. In fact, he is almost nothing like the other notable members of his race, except one thing. That being Glacier's choice not to fight fair most of the time, though it is not out of disrespect, it's just how he learned to fight and he would avoid using such tactic in tournaments and non-life and death fight with clear rules.

Abilities: Can Breath in the Vacuum of Space, fly, and sense Ki. He also learned and mastered Spirit control from his time on planet Yardrat. With that he can use Instant Transmission, Cloning himself, Healing, Gigantification, and the great skill Forced Spirit Fission.


Transformations: Glacier can use Spirit Control Gigantification to make himself, well, giant though it does not offer much of a boost in power.

Basic Techniques:
Instant Transmission, Cloning (Acts similar to the multiple form technique), Kis Blast, Sniper shots (Death Beams style attacks)


Signature Technique:
Point Blank Cannon: Glacier charges up a ball of ki and teleports in front of the enemy, fire the shot point-blank into them.

Ultimate Technique:
Forced Spirit Fission: The technique can be used from a distance, by having the user face their palm towards their target, or can be used on an opponent by hitting them with physical blows. Either way though it allows the user to separate and manipulate energy from a target.

Backstory: Frost Demons or Frieza’s race as more commonly referred to, has not been a welcome sight to the galaxy for many years. In fact this hatred to race, even those not apart even too close to be related to the Frieza clan, lead to Glacier crash landing and near death as he was being attacked but another race of aliens with who still held grudges from Frieza’s rule.

But luckily Glacier crashed onto planet Yardrat and the Yardrat population didn’t decide to, well finish him. As he was recovering Glacier asked many questions, such as why they were helping him. They told him that they held no ill will to him and that the blame and evil of Frieza and Cold were on them and not the others of his race. Hearing that made Glacier fairly happy. After recovering mostly, Glacier was offered the chance to learn Spirit Control from the Yardrats, which he accepted quickly.

Over the next few years, Glacier mastered spirit control and did his best to repay the Yardrat for their kindness. But after the few years, Glacier decided it was his time to go as a scuffle between him and some aliens took place. The fight started with them confusing Glacier as a member of Frieza’s family and ended with large collateral damage.

After leaving, in a ship taken from the aliens who started a fight with him. After many years of travel and a quite bit of close calls, Glacier believes he has finally found a place to relax and lay low from the chaos of the universe, a planet the Yardrats brought up once or twice. A strange planet called Earth.

Personality:​

Rukkora is confident and proud, as he should be given he was from the ruling family of his planet. This does not distract him from his self-appointed role as the ‘Guardian of Earth.’ His determination gives him strength and fills him with courage to carry on when things start getting difficult. His will to get stronger and protect the innocent would lead people to believe he’s a ‘goody two-shoes,’ however his Saiyan upbringing of ‘tough love’ still shines through on occasion.

Abilities:
Trained since childhood and participating in an uprising, Rukkora is skilled in the arts of warfare. He’s a brilliant martial artist, able to study his opponents for weaknesses and patterns in their fighting styles to exploit. He’s a quick study on the battlefield, able to assess and analyze most situations and determine what he perceives to be the best course of action. Though limited, Rukkora is knowledgeable in first aid. As with most of the Saiyan race, Rukkora is able to harness his ki in order to fly and create a ball of blutz waves in the vent he needs to access his Great Ape form. He is also knowledgeable in the Instant Transmission technique and he is able to heal minor injuries with his ki.

Transformations:
Due to his Saiyan biology, he is capable of transforming into a Great Ape if exposed to blutz waves, a form that increases his power by ten. While he is certainly at the level to transform into a Super Saiyan, he's not yet had the proper motivation to increase his rage to the state where he could reach it.

Basic Techniques:
Consecutive Ki Blast, Afterimage, High-Speed Movement, Cobalt Blaster (a barrage of sharp blue ki bombs), Cobalt Bomb (ki mines of a sharp blue color)

Signature Technique(s):
Cobalt Canon - Rukkora extends his arms in front of him with his held out wide, the tips of his thumbs and index fingers touching as he fires a sharp blue ki beam from his hands.

Blade Rush - Rukkora forms two ki blades on his arms, rushing his opponent with immense speed and ferocity as he unleashes a swift and brutal combination with his dual ki blades.

Ultimate Technique:
Cobalt Crusher - An amped up version of the Cobalt Cannon, this time Rukkora cups his hands together in front of his chest to charge a massive ball of energy before thrusting it forward and unleashed a massive beam in both range and diameter.

Cobalt Slasher - Rukkora creates a ki blade along his own forearm, and increases its size immensely. He then either slashes at or thrusts at his opponent, then detonates the ki blade. Alternatively, he can freely control the direction of the blade to try and skewer his target.

Backstory:

Before the Cold Force’s rule, the Saiyans of Planet Vegeta had established colonies on other worlds. On the last of these colonies, hundreds of years after Planet Vegeta was met with a destructive end, a Saiyan child would be born with a higher than average battle power. The colony, long thought destroyed by the Saiyans of Planet Vegeta, was called ‘Absalon,’ and the Saiyan child’s name was Rukkora. Born to the ruling family of the colony, Rukkora was sure to have natural talent on top of his higher combat potential. Two years after he was born, he would be blessed with a sister as well. She would be named Yasai, and she would be his main drive to train.

Once he was the age of ten, Rukkora began his training to join the Absalonian Guard. Yasai would join him two years later, though she was falling behind her older brother rather rapidly. Rukkora took note of this, and the disappointment it caused her. He personally trained with her during times while they were off from training, intent on helping her catch up.

By the time Rukkora was 20, he had become the captain of the Absalonian Guard, with Yasai as his lieutenant. It was at this time that an envoy of a galactic criminal organization, simply known as ‘The Syndicate,’ arrived on Planet Absalon. The envoy relayed that his master, who had known about Planet Vegeta’s destruction, now knew of this last colony of Saiyans hidden from the galaxy. In return for the Syndicate protecting the location of this last group of Saiyans from the Frieza Force, Absalon would serve as the Syndicate’s main base of operations. Faced with no other options, the ruling family reluctantly agreed to the Syndicate’s terms. The transition was not seamless. The Syndicate forced the ruling family from their palace and claimed it as a headquarters, and the Absalonian Guard was forcefully abolished. Absalonian Saiyans were then ‘recruited’ as a labor force to assist the Syndicate in setting up their operations. Absalon soon became a dictatorship, ruled by the Syndicate and their leader, an evil Super Namekian by the name of Xylo.

Under the oppressive rule of the Syndicate for nearly 2 years, the Saiyans of Planet Absalon had been consolidating their strength in secret. Led by the former Viceroy and the father of the siblings, Okora, the Saiyan Rebellion finally launched their counterattack to rid their planet of the invaders. Rukkora and Yasai, now experienced warriors, fought alongside their father and the rest of those who would take up arms in the Uprising of Absalon. The conflict would last 3 years and wreak havoc across the planet, destroying cities, landscapes, everything that would become enveloped in it. The Syndicate’s main leadership below Xylo, the Lieutenants, were being pushed back to Absalon’s capital. Rukkora and Yasai managed to defeat a Frost Demon under Xylo’s command, barely surviving the encounter.

Gaining the attention of Xylo, the Namekian easily defeated the exhausted siblings, but was stopped from delivering the final blow by their father, Okora. Enraged at Xylo for years of oppression, enraged at Xylo for defeating and mocking his children, enraged at his own weakness for allowing all of this madness to occur, Okora transformed into a Super Saiyan in front of his two children and went toe-to-toe with Xylo. The battle was heated and intense, and it seemed Okora had the upper hand, until Xylo’s Lieutenants returned. They had forced the remaining Saiyan Rebellion leaders into surrendering and engaged Okora in a 5 vs 1 brawl with their leader. Even with the legendary might of Super Saiyan, Okora was no match for the five. Commanding his children to flee, Rukkora grabbed Yasai and flew off as fast as he could towards the last stronghold the Saiyans held while Okora gave his life to ensure his children would survive.

At the stronghold, the siblings briefly paused to take in the emotional weight of their father’s passing. Sharing a goodbye and wishing each other luck, the two entered pods and were launched from Absalon, leaving the world and the rest of the enslaved Saiyans behind. Their pods deviated from each other so as to not draw attention from the Syndicate or the Frieza Force. Rukkora’s pod put him in stasis while it traveled light years from Absalon until it collided with an asteroid and was knocked off-course and crashed on the planet of Yardrat.

After the stasis was damaged in the crash, Rukkora awoke to find himself in the care of the natives of the planet, and he immediately attempted to break free mistakenly believing he had been captured by the Syndicate after fleeing Absalon. Due to his injured state after the crash, the natives of Yardrat easily subdued him and explained to him his predicament to make sure there were no further misunderstandings. After reluctantly calming down, Rukkora was taken care of and was brought back up to fighting strength. The Yardrat offered to train him, help him develop his fighting style more and get stronger for his journey. He trained with the people of Yardrat for two years, eventually mastering the technique of Instant Transmission. He thanked the people for all that they'd done for him, and set off once again. It would not be until he landed on the planet Earth that he finally believed himself to be safe from the Syndicate on that backwater planet in the middle of nowhere. He did, however, resign himself to defend his new home from the Syndicate or any other threat that happened to fall upon his doorstep.
