Drago tends to hang back to the mid-range or long-range types of fighting whenever he can. He's light and quick on his feet which allows him to dodge and weave when he needs to, or even when he doesn't. Most of the time, he focuses on defense or evasion and only really strikes back when it's absolutely necessary.

Drago is a good heart at first glance and a loyal friend to anyone who wants to get to know him. He's not exactly loud and obnoxious, nor is he shy and quiet. He talks when he needs to, or when he feels like holding a conversation. He's got a fun-loving attitude but is very easily distracted by anything and everything, when he's not training or in the middle of any kind of fight. He has an undeniable love for sweet things, like chocolate or candies. He doesn't necessarily like going to school, but he doesn't hate it either. He's a good kid at heart, with an abound curiosity.
However, despite his good boy outlook and personality traits, he does have a slight mischievous streak. He enjoys pulling small pranks or tricks of the mind on people. He also really isn't someone you want to trust with your secrets or personal information. He had been known to betray that kind of information to the wrong sort of people of occasion. Drago also doesn't forgive others easily, and his grudges can last for years on end. He's got a little bit of a quick temper on some subjects too.
Overall though, so long as he doesn't piss anyone off or no one pisses him off, he's a decent kid to have around.

Drago was born to an unnamed mother in a hospital somewhere in the united states. He doesn't know where, nor does he care. His mother had originally planned to abort him, as he'd been so very unplanned it wasn't even funny. When she found she wasn't able to do that, she gave birth to the bouncing albino baby boy, who was immediately put into the care of the government because his mother wanted nothing to do with him. He never saw her face once in his life. The government looked for a home for the little Drago, and was about to place him into Foster care when his father came forward to claim the little boy, having only just found out about him. His father, Nicholas D. Tessel, took him into his loving arms and home, where he grew up among his two half-siblings and their mother.
His life was more than bland, though his step-mother didn't really like him much at all. Drago was the less favored child of the three in her eyes, because he had been born to another woman out of wedlock, that much was obvious. Nicholas didn't have the time to face up to his wife about it either. His half-siblings always got the nicer things, better treatment, and never had many chores.
When Nicholas died of a bad stroke his wife, and Drago's now ex-step-mother, abandoned the young child. She left him with his grandparents and took off with her biological children. His grandparents had not the time or the effort to care for the boy of only 6 years, and looked for another solution. They found it through some of Nicholas's closest friends from over the years. The group of five guys took Drago under their wings, into their lives. He wasn't bounced from household to household, most of them were living on their own and had no other family anyway, but rather he lived in an apartment in New York City full time. The adults he came to know as his dads rotated in and out of the house, a different one staying there with him full time every month, while the others visited as much as they could.
As Drago grew, he quickly came to love each and every one of the guys who so lovingly took him in. He attended a public school for the majority of his life in the Big Apple. He was allowed a bit of creative freedom, which is how he ended up dying that section of his hair. However, after a few not so good events with a group of not so nice bullies at school, Gordon Faliner, one of his dads, proposed a new idea. Around the time of Drago's 14th birthday, Gordon and the other four decided to enroll him in the DWMA. Gordon had attended the school in his youth, and though he'd never made it far in the ranks before dropping out, he'd had loads of fun and felt his 'son' would be a great fit for the school.
So, the 14 year old albino boy started school as a DWMA student and began his journey that would bring him to the present day, and hopefully many more great achievements and adventures.
