Synopsis:
"Set in the fictional metropolis named "Heart City", the current year of the calendar is the year 2019, otherwise known in the city, as the "Year of Love", for on Valentine's Day does a huge festival commence spanning over the entire city and its multiple districts called the "Festival of Love", a time where two people, be they of any gender and/or size, dwarf size for example in the case of the latter can allow themselves to open up to one another and share their true pure feelings of love for each other, however, love isn't, as so easy, as to declare in public in front of others...instead, this is the story of how others must learn to overcome the troubles bothering them, be they physical, mental and/or otherwise and must learn to walk down the paths in which they have chosen for themselves to finally open up and share their feelings of true love with whom they believe to be their destined partner in life, so Don't Think Twice about the dreams and goals that you have set for yourself, follow them through, prove yourself to the world and especially your destined loved one and show that love comes in all shapes and sizes, regardless of opposition and oppression, this is a story of the Dearly Beloved and how multiple peoples' stories intersect with one another whilst at the very same time, remaining blissfully unaware of the connections and the ties, the bonds that bind them all together with each other during the 13 days leading up to the Festival of Love...

The meaning of this phrase is that a person shouldn't hold back their love for another person and should overtime work up the courage to finally profess their feelings for who they believe to be their destined partner in life, remember, Don't Think Twice, that is the catchphrase said by all who live in Heart City, otherwise known, as the "Capital of Love.".".
