Help Does anyone know the set size for images in signature/profile about section?

i just took a measured screenshot and used it as my base. went to a pic editor, cropped out the rest. I use my sig for running adverts to RPs, so it's currently empty

For my own signature the site just automatically scaled it down to what it is now without any input from me. For the about section though, I believe what you're looking for is the Height Restrict BBCode
