The best way to go about it is by using the "[div]" tag. For curvy edges, you use "border-radius: <value>". A background image would use "background: url('<link here>')" while a scrollbox would use "overflow-y: scroll". Alternatively, for a scrollbox, you can also use the bbc tag [scroll=<value>]. I could generate an example for you, but where did you intend for the background image to go? I noticed that you already used a background color in the code, so I wasn't sure.
