Character Theory Do you have a cursed oc?

Basically an OC that you can RP but every time you do it just... goes wrong?
I have one whose name is Melody. Every time I rped her something unexpected happened such as:

1. my RP partner get's their phone taken
2. I get MY phone taken
3. My RP partner gets sick and can't respond for a long time
4. I get sent to a mental hospital/get sick
5. I get ghosted

I just wanted to know if you guys have a cursed OC or am I the only one?

I think my main OC, Sherem lots of things had happened with him and has made me go into hiatus a lot of times but sometimes he works and I have a story that personally I can satisfactory end
