Help Displaying Code

I have been looking but I haven't been able to find anything about displaying code. For example, if I have this:

"Oh look!"

How do I display the code I used to do that without it coming out as the coloured text?

you just have to add the 'code' tag, like so: [code]BBCode in here[/code]

so for your example, it would look something like this:

[color=#F08080]"Oh look!"[/color]
