more will be added as she's fleshed out in the rp, but for now here's a brief, unpretty explanation on who Amelia Han is and how she came to be.


And no, she's not related to Jumin Han. (sadly)


Her father was a Japanese man who married and fell in love with a woman from foreign soil. Both being purebloods left young Amelia to be one with the burden of keeping the incesty 'superior' bloodline pure.


The tiny asian babe lived a normal life and went to school at Mahoutokoro at a tender young age. It was there where she lived out most of her life. She made friends, enemies, lovers. Dealt with bullies, bullied others, and grew. Always, she grew. Maybe not in size but in mentality and skills. She was considered "mature" at the age of 14 but never wise.


Amelia was too proud to be wise. The blood superiority, the wealth, the honor of owning a cherry wood wand did little to help with her pride.


Her father worked in the Japanese version of the Ministry of Magic, holding high status. Her mother was beautiful and respected by those who knew her. Amelia herself, wore fluttering gold robes to school - a sign of her academic excellence.


At 15 things changed and what was once gold, turned to silver, to ashen, to white. Appalled, humiliated and confused at the change; Amelia was pulled out of her school, her home, without explanation before she could be expelled her questioned. Before she knew it, her family was fleeing - packing for a strange unknown country where she would attend a strange new school. Her parents never spoke why they left but words weren't needed for Amelia to know: they were fugitives.


They gave Amelia a year to adjust to the new country and at 16, Amelia joined Hogwarts.
