Chitchat Depiction of laughter through art

While browsing through Safebooru, I stumbled upon an illustration created by Kirie which instantly stood out to me and made me stop in my tracks. Capturing an authentic human emotion in art subtly, laughter. Laughter, as an emotion, has always been a difficult thing for me to capture realistically and naturally, often coming off too exaggerated or over-stylized, missing those nuances that make a moment feel real.

I think one part that made this emotion feel so real was the slight motion blur around the body and face. I just wanted to create a little personal thread appreciating this work they created.
