You may have noticed that this RP has a few different organizations. It is true that the main focus will be on the Department of Defense against the Supernatural (Or if you prefer the organization's full name: Department of Defense Against Malicious Paranormal, Supernatural, and Extraterrestrial Activity) however, there will also be room for the vampire members of the Golden Fang Brotherhood as well as a realm for more O.P. characters to be. For more information on this, see the Database tab!

The following is a list of characters who are open for others to claim, this may appeal to those who already have a character and would like an NPC of sorts, or who simply don't know who to make to add into this world. Nickname(s): Dame, Ren, but usually not called anything but his name.


Species: Vampire-elf


Age:1,150


Occupation: He is the head of the oil company that provides oil to all of the Americas, as well as several subsidiaries and gas companies that also belong to the his company.


Orientation: Heterosexual


Personality: Damien has a bit of an off sense of humor and doesn't always understand when people are joking or being serious. He is usually incredibly respectful to all vampires regardless of class based on his upbringing, however when around non vampires he is incredibly entitled and thinks that they owe him everything. He is usually very careful, but has been known to make mistakes that his mother had to subsequently clean up.


Abilities (if in species that has these):

• Enhanced Physiology: Super speed, strength, and endurance gifted by vampirism
  
• Biological Immortality: both from his decreased elven aging and his vampirism.
  
• Unnatural Healing: Vampirism gives the vampire a huge boost in healing ability.
  
• Power Mimicry: the ability to absorb another’s powers while leaving the other person’s powers intact. He can absorb as many powers from as many people as he'd like as long as they are within 120 yards of him (About a football field). Once the person who's powers he is stealing leaves that area, then he no longer has access to their abilities. He becomes equally proficient to the person who's powers he is stealing.
  

Weaknesses:

• Fire/Daylight: Like every vampire, he is very weak to fire of all varieties.
  
• Stab through the heart: Will kill just about everything.
  
• Aether Magic: Most vampires are incredibly weak to holy and light magics.

Occupation: Administrative Executive for a very successful business. Also, he is the gatekeeper to the offices and secrets of many of the top members of the "Golden Fang Brotherhood"


Orientation: Heterosexual


Personality: Kidlat is a very professional person, but he also has a bit of a flair for the dramatic. When doing anything he likes to keep straight to business and is the same in his personal life. He doesn't have a very loose collar, but when it comes to fighting he will occasionally allow himself to have some fun.


Abilities (if in species that has these):

• Enhanced Physiology: Super speed, strength, and endurance gifted by vampirism
  
• Biological Immortality: From vampirism.
  
• Unnatural Healing: Vampirism gives the vampire a huge boost in healing ability.
  
• Psychic feeding: Yes, Buwan can project an astral form of himself to feed on the life force of others.
