Howdy everyone! Thanks so much for taking the time to click and read this!

My name is No Hero and after a brief hiatus I am back and on the hunt for

some exciting and great role plays again! I’m on a massive Feudal Era Japan kick right now thanks to a certain movie that just came out XD So below are my demon slayer cravings as well as some original ideas too.

I never pressure people for replies, and I would appreciate it if you did the same for me. I do not mind being reminded that I owe you a reply, but sending me a new message every few hours will not be appreciated. I am a full-time employee and I am unable to reply when I am at work, understandably, I cannot be on here 24/7. Most of the time, and especially during busy hours, It stresses me out to no end. Please note that if we have an ongoing storyline and I need to go on a hiatus for any reason, I will always inform you beforehand; either through a direct message or a public status. I will also state my estimated return.


I expect everyone to act in an adult fashion. I prefer to role play with people who are 18+


I , like most people, can be prone to writer's block. If I send you a reply that you find difficult to work with, please do let me know and I will rewrite it. Likewise, if we are having a storyline discussion and you do not like one of my suggestions, do not hesitate to tell me so. I am not easily offended.


I must stress that I am a multi-para/novella roleplayer at heart, and that is the length of writing I find easier to work with. Saying that, I don't enjoy one liners and single paragraph replies. I will always at least have 3 paragraphs and that's still a bit small for me. I like detail and I enjoy writing everything out. Quality over quantity is something that I do firmly believe in. So if a paragraph is all you can do I get it! And I am okay with that! But I don't think I would be the right partner for you.


I am most comfortable with MxM pairings, and I don't participate in doubling. Now writing multiple characters at once is no problem for me. But I won't double primarily because I just don't have the time to do so anymore.


I prefer to have a storyline discussion before writing with anyone. Having a blueprint to follow, and knowing that both of us are on the same page with regards to the direction of the roleplay, really does help. Sending me a starter without any discussion beforehand will not be responded to.


I am in charge of my character's and you are in charge of yours. No Godmodding here!


I am willing to engage in all sorts of genres. The ones I find the hardest are: Sci-fi, FxF, and Apocalyptic

• Character A is a priest and Character B is a demon lord. Character A is abducted by a local village and given to Character B as a sacrifice. Will Character B devour Character A or will Character B let them live?

• Character A is a swordsman for hire. After being exiled from a group of respected Samurai’s he’s traveling the world looking for purpose. He despises most things but none more than wretched demons. One night he comes across a family of docile demons and slaughters them all but one manages to escape. Character B is a demon that has never had quarrels with humans until this very moment. How will the two continue?

• Character A is a concubine for the emperor of Japan. He was bought and quickly moved his way up into the ranks, and before long he easily became the emperor’s favorite treasure. And as the emperor works tirelessly to expand his empire the demons within the lands are forced and killed out of their homes. One night the son of a demon lord Character B sneaks into the palace in hopes to kill the very thing the emperor loves most. However, when he sees Character A for the first time he is immediately star struck and eventually the two fall in love.

A samurai Character A and a Demon King Character B fall in love. It's forbidden and taboo.

Okay; so first- absolutely loved Kimetsu no Yaiba. I binged that, couldn't wait for the movie, so I read and finished the manga. I am super glad the movies is out now, and I imagine it follows the manga to a T. I very vaguely remember watching Inuyasha, but am not well versed in it. I would love to play in the setting of Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer); but I do not play canon characters nor want to play with them, or if we do, have them as like NPCs?
(this idea does encompass most of the plots you suggested)

I am preferring MxM right now too, if romance is involved. I am thinking a plot where Character A's family was slain by a demon or demons, like Tanjiro. Maybe even their whole village? Maybe they had a best friend or interest in a boy in his village, and that boy had turned into a demon (like Tanjiro's sister) and they fought each other. Then form here it can be a similar storyline to Demon Slayer, or the two were individually collected by a Pillar and a Moon. This can be tweaked, but starting with this I wanted your thoughts as I don't want to go too far ahead without your input.

I also want to know which one you are most interested in, role, as you said you bolded what you are interested in but there are no bolded words. For me I would prefer playing the demon.
Also what style fo Fc did you want to use (anime, realistic, digital art?)

So I absolutely love where you’re going with this! Like I love it! Though I had hoped for the demon role I am entirely alright with portraying the slayer! I’m on such a demon slayer hype right now it’s not even funny and like you I too couldn’t wait for the movie I binged read the entire manga lol so no worries for spoilers!

I am also perfectly content with creating our own characters rather than the canon ones and they can come and go as NPCs. So I really like what you have but perhaps could we tweak it just a bit only because right now the relationship just reminds me of Nezuko and Tanjiro. So what if these two boys grew up in the same village together and have known one another for quite some time maybe even since childhood and both have feelings for one another? And then one day their village is attacked and everyone in their village is killed expect for the two of them who swear to exact their revenge so they both join the demon slayers and upon an assignment together they encounter a demon that nearly kills them and one of them sacrifices themselves for the other and that’s where one of them becomes a demon. Instead of being killed they are turned into the demon? And unable to kill their companion they protect them and try to prove to the Hashira that just like Nezuko said person is only a threat to demons?

or maybe that person instead of going back to the demon slayers embraces being a demon and joins the upper moons but is secretly only doing it so they can get closer to Muzan and try to bring the upper moons down from the inside while the other person thinks that they have been betrayed?

Ah my apologies! It didn’t bold them! For plot 1 I wanted to be character a, for plot two character b, for plot 3 and 4 character a.

now as for face claims I’m really not picky just as long as I have a visual image of what said character looks like I don’t mind at all!

yeah, see I was like, this sounds like the canon characters so I just wanna slappa this on them and see what's their tea.

Also I love, love, love the tweak. I think it's perfect- maybe it starts out as demon character training with him like Nezuko but in a fight later on, he does end up betraying them, which as you said is really just him helping defeat Muzan! And at the final battle he helps him by surprise turning against him. Like Gin from Bleach! Maybe his secret personal mission fails, and he is almost killed by Muzan, but human samurai boy fends him off for the time, and then they have to try and prove his innocence, AGAIN.

I do want to play the demon if that's okay?

YASSSS!! I LOVE IT! Imagine the angst and betrayal slayer boy would feel after convincing the Hashira that his friend is good only for that to get slapped back in his face when his friend betrays him?!

do you want me to dm you a CS of some kind (albeit I kind feel like this may be one of those things that the characters form better, are learned better through roleplay). I have like a little background and stuff already I just wanna know how much info you want to see prior to the thread?

Yes pls! Character sheets help me get a basic outline of the character so maybe just the skeleton and some statistics but we don’t have to go full in depth bio. That can be discovered through the plot
