Demon Races. Please note: races can intermingle, causing mixed species.However, this often causes the powers of both race to weaken.
Elemental - Thought to look the most similar to how humans did, these demons are able to create/control a specific element.

Void - Void demons are able to open rifts in the world that lead to the "Void" which is an empty space. The opening of rifts cause fluctuations in gravitational fieds, creating a pull (not push) towards the rift. Voids can move through rifts to teleport short distances or utilise the changes in gravity. Voids - along with weapons - are the rarest of demons.
Undead - Undead tend to have lower body temperatures than other demons. Previously, humans would have refered to them as vampires, zombies and the like. They are able to go without food and sleep for far longer than most longer as well as having increased natural lifespans.
Animalistic - These demons have some traits of a specific animal (usually dependant on their heritage) which is shown through additional physical traits such as ears, tails, or horns. They usually have a single heightened sense which matches their animal.
Weapon - These demons are similar to shifters, but were placed into a separate category. They are able to shift into a single weapon. While they have some control over themselves, they mostly rely on another to wield them. They are as rare of a demon as voids (Please include an image of their weapon form in your CS)

Shifter - Shifters most commonly have an alternate animal form which they can morph into. However, some have forms which are alterations on their current bodies. In some rare cases, they have a second form that leads on from the first. (Please include images of the alternate forms in you CS)
Shade - Rarely seen by other demons, shades are able to manipulate shadows and blend into the darkness, however, they are weak to bright lights. Aestetic wise, they tend to have paler skin than most. They have great night-vision at the price of being mostly colourblind. They generally inhabit the underground village of Valsha.
Mender - The healing abilities of menders are sought out by many who do not know the price. A mender's body is constantly being healed. To heal another, they possess their patient and then allow their powers to affect their host. The patient is sent into an unconscious state while the mender's soul is within their body. If the patient does not wish to be healed, a mender can not forcefully possess them.
