Now-a-days, so much crime is happening in the world. The government is starting to give up on reoccurring delinquents, specifically the young delinquents. Why put these young people into the prison system just to clog it? Well, the government in multiple countries has decided against it. They are starting to send their young delinquents to a giant house in the a classified, uninhabited habitat where they will spend their time.
Now, the house has no guards but it does have a 20 ft, heavy duty, layered fence that surrounds the perimeter. You may be thinking, "it's just 20 ft, they could totally climb that!" Well, not exactly. The fence is an electric one with it surfaces barbed. If anyone even thinks of touching it it'll end in bloody, barbecued mess.
"How do they get their food?" I'm glad you asked. The house is stocked with healthy, organic foods once a month by government officials. There is no boxed/instant foods so the delinquents will have to cook their own meals. Awful, I know. The house is also stocked with various alcohols, making up for the healthy foods.
"If they're delinquents and there are no guards, what happens if a fight breaks out?" Well... they fight. If someone dies, it's caught on camera and government officials come to collect the body, that's all.
"Who cleans?" The delinquents do. It's basically like a group home. If they don't like the fact that they're living with a bunch of random criminals and that they have to cook and clean their own things, well maybe they shouldn't have done what they did.
