Any age really, the idea of a fighting age is a luxury for more civilized and less dangerous eras. And they are all part of the same clan so they are at the very least distantly related. Also, yes this is indeed very ancient ancient history.

well i wouldn't mind my samurai having a sibling that's not an npc. And for her age i'd say she left to join a samurai group at like 12 and she's now about 20.

Ok well I plan on my character being head of the Clan. So he'd probably be a bit older.
