"C'mon, let's do get help."
Gansey's ocean blue eyes flickered towards his towering brother, noticing his childish grin that was plastered on his lips, which only irritated the young god even more. "We are not doing get help, Theo." The male hissed back, stuffing his hands into his jean's pockets with a huff.

The 'Get Help' was more than an inside joke between the brothers, it was an act beyond humiliation, especially for Gansey. The transition from being a God to a human was tough on Gansey, the idea seemed like a good choice at first but since he stepped on Earth's dirt, he was regretting it ever since.

His large feet kicked the dirt underneath his feet as Gansey trotted alongside his brother as he chewed his lower lip. "Let's try to look somewhat human, please? It doesn't help that we're way older than we look." Gansey asked with a pleading look as he heard shouting and cheering in the distance. "I think we've arrived," Gansey mused, rubbing his hands together before heading off into the forest. Once they arrived to the bonfire party, Gansey felt out of place.

The party was nothing like the ones back home on Asgard, people his age were already drunk and sweaty while the fire in the middle of the entire party lit up the area nicely. "Dear God," Gansey murmured, turning his head to face Theo with a raised brow, "Can we please go home?" He begged.

Ivy Winters

Ivy stared at the large school building before her. She was late arriving, but it didn't matter-- classes didn't start for another two days. In the field by the forest to the left of the school she could hear the sounds of the bonfire going on, but before she could attend, she needed to drop her things off. She had two duffel bags slung over her shoulder, a potted lily in one hand and the letter with her room assignment on the other side. Hoping her roommate wasn't against plants, she set off towards the dorm building, on the side of the school opposite the field. There were two: one for girls, one for guys.

Opening the door for the girls dorm, she found her room on the third floor: room 311. Pushing open the door, she saw that her roommate wasn't there. No bags, either, so she must be another late arrival. Setting her lily down on the table beside the bed to the left, she dropped her letter and duffel bags right after. Clad in a pair of jean shorts, a white tank with a green sleeveless shirt over that, she didn't need to change. She had on a pair of nude wedges, and she decided to keep them on.

Running a hand through her red hair, she removed her sunglasses from the top of her head and tossed them onto the table beside her plant. "Might as well get going." She muttered, smoothing out imaginary wrinkles on her top before turning on her heel and marching from the room, leaving her bags on the bed to unpack later.

It didn't take her long to arrive, and when she did, she couldn't stop herself from grinning. People were already having a good time and dancing and drinking; so much for no underage drinking. She made her way towards the drink table, picking up a red solo cup and sniffing the contents. Smelled like beer. Shrugging, she took a sip and headed closer to the trees, feeling more at home there. She turned around as she walked, scanning the crowd for a familiar face.

Caleb Rivers

Caleb was already at the party; had been for about an hour or so. He was on his third beer, but wasn't even tipsy. Thank god for high tolerances. There were people out there in the field already trashed, acting a fool, off of one drink. It was ridiculous, really. Fucking freshman. Excited to be away from home for the first time, and excited at the prospect of public drinking. The underage drinking rule wasn't really enforced-- obviously-- but no one would get hurt. That rule was enforced.

Caleb had gotten into his fair amount of fights here, but thankfully hadn't been expelled. Since he was a junior now, he had pretty good control over his powers. It was fun to mess with the drunk people, freshman especially. Granted, some of them have had their powers since they were young, but some were new to this whole thing. It was amazing to see the looks on their faces as he shot loaded cards at them, especially since the cards exploded on impact. Nothing too harmful, really.

He spotted Ivy walking towards the trees and then shrugged, downing the rest of his beer and heading in her direction. "Evening, Ivy. Did you just get here?" He asked her, quirking a brow in her direction.

"You know I'm never on time." She told him, a playful grin appearing on her lips. He returned it, turning to lean against a tree, crossing his arms over his broad chest. "Bunch of idiots."

Virgo awoke to the sound of rustling in the sheets, waking the raven-haired girl from her terrible nightmare. Virgo forced her eyes closed, hoping to have a few more winks of sleep before hearing the door close. With a soft groan, Virgo gingerly sat up with Caleb's collared shirt covered her olive body and her light brown hair in a tidy mess. The female jumped out of the bed and dressed herself in the same clothes from the night before, moving towards Caleb's bathroom to fix her appearance up.

Once she grabbed her belongings and shoved them in her black bag in Caleb's living room, Virgo flicked her hand as a purple fog formed a ball in her hand with a small smirk toying at her red lips.

"Belac ot levart!" Virgo chanted with a smile as the purple fog soon wrapped around her like a snake, starting from the bottom of her heels until it reached her eyes. The fog soon closed in and everything went black for a moment, only for her vision to return in blurry blinking and revealed a dark forest with a dancing flame in the middle. Her delicate fingers dusted off her skirt before heading towards the party, noticing Caleb with a red head. She knew their relationship was nothing more than sex, but Virgo couldn't help but feel a pang of jealously form, it always happened every time she got attached to her close 'friends'.

She headed towards the duo with a flirty smile on her lips, nudging on Caleb's shoulders to receive his attention.

"Didn't care to wake me up?" Virgo jokingly pouted with a smile, " How you doing, Ivy? How's the plants?" Virgo glanced towards eye with a smile and a raised brow

『 drink our problems
right out of our heads 』
[ outfit ;; maia - with ;; by herself - tag ;; anyone ]

Maia kept a smile on her dark lips as she got dressed while Ophelia was with her, impatiently waiting to go to the bonfire. Maia didn't particularly want to go, she wanted to stay back and prepare for university but she wanted to be there for her twin and create memories that were lost. "You go ahead, Phi, I'll track you down." Maia tried to joke, winking childishly. She waited for Ophelia to leave before rushing to her drawer, lifting up the doorway of a secret compartment that contained all of her knives.

A relieved smile appeared on her lips as her fingers hovered over the glistening knives before picking her favourite, a sleek trio of throwing knives she received as a graduation gift from the facility. She swiftly slipped the knives into a hidden pocket of her jeans before rushing out of the door to join her twin at the party.

Once she arrived, Maia couldn't find her sister in the sweaty crowd. Her silver eyes studied each person but to no avail until a drunk male stumbled up to her and ask if she wanted a drink. Maia instantly went into defence mode, her body tensing as her hand hovered to her secret pocket to feel the outline of the knives pressing against her dark skin. A flashback of Ophelia teaching her breathing methods flashed in front of Maia as she slowly relaxed, retracting her hand away from her hip and shook her head. "No, thank you." She politely spoke before the man shrugged and headed to the next person.

Maia felt out of place, the facility didn't train her for a situation like this. She was trying to forget her memories of the facility but it was extremely hard, and Maia hated to let go of her old habits, especially with Ophelia trying to help her. Maia wandered around a bit as she tried to find something that didn't involved alcohol to do.

SCENARIO: Avoidin' folks || LOCATION: University Bonfire || WITH:N/A || MENTIONS: N/A || OUTFIT:

"Are you gonna kiss me?" Rogue asked, raising an eyebrow, with a clear look of scepticism. Cody responded with a look of both mischief and suggestiveness.

"What'll you do if the answer is yes?" he asked, leaning in before she could say anything, knowing by now that her scepticism was just for show. Rogue froze, taken aback by the sudden feeling of his lips against hers. Her first kiss. It was perfect..and then, the dreaded feeling of cold. The kiss had ended, the warmth had gone and when she opened her eyes she saw the horror of his lifeless form, eyes closed, skin pale. All the warmth from his skin was now radiating from her, but Cody lay still. Dead?

"Cody?" she said shakily. When no response came, she cried out again in panic, "Cody!"

-------------

Rogue woke with a start, covered in cold sweat and breathing heavily, eyes darting around her now light room. It was morning, and once again, she had been dreaming. Still disorientated, she muttered faintly, "C-Cody?" The young girl hung her head in defeat when reality finally hit her like a moving train. "Shit...college.."

Dragging herself from the bed, she began to get herself ready for her first day of junior year and the stupid welcome bonfire. She had promised that she would actually attend the university this year. She hadn't been a regular attendee for her sophomore year at all. She didn't want to let the Professor down this time.

Rogue arrived late to the bonfire on purpose. She'd rather turn up when it's crowded and no one would notice her, than draw attention to herself and have to talk to people. She was starting to burn up, what with wearing a faux fur hooded Parka, jeans, combat boots and her most important accessory: her black gloves.

The young girl found somewhere off in a corner to sit, watching people getting drunk and flirting. It was all pointless. Pointless crap. With one earphone in her ear playing a Bon Jovi song, she simply sat in silence taking in the scene and hoping to remain undisturbed.

SCENARIO: Chatting with Barney the Purple Dino....uh, Lockheed || LOCATION:University Bonfire|| WITH:Lockheed || MENTIONS: || OUTFIT:

To say Kitty Pryde was nervous, would be an understatement. She had accidentally phased five times today already at the thought of attending university for the first time today. Her first accident had happened as soon as she had woken up to her alarm that reminded her it was college day. She had let out a profane exclamation and managed to get herself stuck between her mattress and bed frame for a good three minutes while she regained focus and concentration. At least it didn't hurt.

The next time was just as she was dashing out of her house, saying goodbye to her parents. She had walked right through her disgruntled mother, who promptly vomited straight afterwards.

----

Now she was actually there, at the university, and trying not to look like a deer caught in headlights. It wasn't as if Kitty was a shy person. She really was not, but seeing all the older students hanging around drinking beers was making her feel way out of her depth. 'Don't phase, don't phase Kitty. Pull yourself together, it's just a party!' she thought, noticing a familiar tugging at the back of her senses and a low growl in her ear. Perching on her shoulder was her purple dragon-like alien friend, Lockheed. She beamed, immediately more at ease now, and able to concentrate on remaining solid. 'hey buddy. Here for moral support? Or did Mom send you with some clingy message about being good?' she thought. Lockheed simply nuzzled her cheek, affectionately. "You're lucky you don't have a Jewish mom, buddy," she jested aloud, scratching the top of his scaled head. In all honesty she loved her mother and father, but boy had they been even clingier since she got that acceptance letter.

Kitty and Lockheed simply stood slightly off to the side, taking in the sights and wondering what small talk to bring up. Having a dragon around was bound to start something.

SCENARIO: Why A Bonfire?|| LOCATION: University Bonfire|| WITH: Jean Grey (Formerly)|| MENTIONS: || OUTFIT:

Bobby was honestly not a fan of bonfires for obvious reasons. Heat in general was pretty much a no go for him, so he was trying his best to put on a game face and act like he wasn't irritated by the fire. He and a few other upperclassmen had been asked to be in charge of organising and overseeing the bonfire, and so, he had arrived early to help set up, along with the redhead beside him.

"Jean, what?" he asked, looking over his shoulder at the woman who was watching him with a knowing smile, "You gotta quit with the telepathy sometimes."
"I'm sorry, Bobby. You know I'm having trouble blocking things out. Besides, your disdain for bonfires is written all over your face, no mind reading needed."

Bobby let out a dry chuckle as he finished setting up the last of the items and spotted the students arriving in dribs and drabs. "Time for the fun to start eh Jean?"

With that he gave the woman a light pat on the shoulder, knowing being around this many minds at once was going to be hell for her and wanting to offer some kind of moral support. After doing so, he headed over to man the makeshift bar, making casual conversation with the other students and cooling their beers with his useful power when necessary.

It was dark, even with the glow of the fire spreading through the area the college had set aside for the bonfire. Peter was pretty sure that if he didn't have his enhanced eyesight, he would have tripped at least five times by now. Pressing his phone between his head and shoulder he gripped the branch in front of him and moved it out of his way so he could duck under it.

'Peter, are you even listening to me?'

"Yes, Aunt May." he told her, grabbing his phone again. "I promise I'll stay safe. But come on, I'm in college now. I'm gonna try new things, you gotta calm down a bit." he continued, not wanting to outright tell her he wanted to have the full college experience.

The woman sighed on the other end of the phone, causing the brown haired teen to wince. He knew she only wanted him safe, especially after Uncle Ben passed. 'I know Peter, but please...try and stay safe? Don't do anything too outrageous? I get that you're a young college boy now, but please, for me?'

He chuckled, finding himself nodding as he promised her.

'Thank you Peter. Oh alright, I'll let you go now. I appreciate you humoring this old woman.'

"You're not old Aunt May!" he laughed, stopping a few feet away from the crowd. "But thank you. For trusting me." he added, wanting her to know he appreciated everything she'd done for him. He knew at time that he could be difficult. "I'll call you in a few days, I promise. Love you."

'You're welcome. Love you too.' she told him before hanging up.

Peter smiled, locking his phone after he made sure the call disconnected. Sliding the device into his back pocket as he started forward, he didn't realize how close to the edge of the crowd he was as he stumbled over a root and tripped. "Ack!" he cried out as he landed with a loud thump in front of a girl with her phone out as a flashlight for her book. He winced at the dirt that flew up and hit her.

"Oh man, I'm so sorry...." he winced again, hoping he didn't ruin her book.

[ outfit ;; esme - with ;; peter - tags ;; izayoiix izayoiix ]

Esmeralda's emotions were a mix of happy and extremely nervous as her hands tightly gripped onto the bag that hung off her shoulders. Earlier that afternoon, Esme decided to practice her magic a little more before she left to go off to university. yet her alter ego, Enchantress, thought otherwise. Just before Esme left her mother's apartment to begin university, starting with the bonfire party, Enchantress caused a large hole in Esme's room and her hair half grey.

"Do you always have to do that? I thought we agreed to play nice," Esme sighed with a sadden look upon her face as she spoke to the shadow next to her.
"A parting gift for your mother," Enchantress hissed in her hostess' ear.

Esme chewed her lower lip before the evening enveloped her and her shadow disappeared for the meantime. In her tight grip was a thick cladded book with a golden title written in Hebrew. Esme knew her basic Hebrew, having to learn it to speak her to family from time to time, but the book supposed had answer to Esme's burning questions about controlling the newly earned powers she received from her possession of Enchantress.

The tiny girl dodged her way through the crowd, soft apologies escaped her mouth as she slipped away from the crowd away from any source of light and found a large tree to lean against. Her back slid down the bark until she landed on the ground and found a comfortable place, slipping out her phone from. her pocket and began to use it as a torch. Esme flicked to her bookmarked page and began reading, whispering words out loud slowly as she tried to translate the Hebrew writing.

Time flew by as Esme tried her best to ignore Enchantress' snippy comments that was whispered in her ears. Esme didn't realise until the last minute when she heard a male yelp and then tumble in front of her, causing dirt to fly at her. Esme cried out a weak "ahhh" as the dirt flew. "I am so sorry," Esme squeaked, scramming to stand up from her spot, "I didn't realise people were coming over here," She apologised, awkwardly picking her things up. She offered a kind hand to the male to help him up with an awkward smile and her cheeks turning a light pink.

Yet in her right ear, Esme could hear Enchantress' voice taunting her.

"It's all your fault, it's always is."

Scenario Please let's do get help!
With Gansey ( nymphadora. nymphadora. )

As Theodore heard his brother's irritating voice paired with his look to the suggestion, his childish grin remained only more prominent. The smirk never leaving his lips. He took out one hand from his pocket and nudged Gansey. However his nudge which was meant to be a simple poke was a rather rough one. Theodore was know for his rough handling things. Or rough-housing in general.

"Come on Gansey. Chill. Let loose and let's have a laugh. We are doing get help," he demanded, his tone rather serious. It was giving him the vibe that he could grab Logan as easy as that and drag him along. Even if it was against his will. Theodore was rather surprised and taken a back that Logan actually joined him to start a new journey on Earth in the first place. Heck, he was surprised that he himself agreed to do this. He was in love way too much with his godly physique. Not that his human form was not dashing. Quite the contrary. He grew quite attached to it.

As oblivious as he was, it was not hard to notice that dear Gansey was regretting his life choices at this point. Unlike him.

"What are you talking about, brother?" he said with open arms. "I'm as normal as I can get! Quite dashing in fact." The blonde commented as his licked his finger and trailed them along his beard in one swift motion. The two brothers motioned towards the so called bonfire. A lot of students were occupied near a bonfire, having fun. "By the Gods I wish we had something like this in Asgard. This seems like my kind of party."

Looking down at his black haired brother, he frowned and literally begged Logan to do their famous inside joke. "Oh by the heavens no. We are going in there and we are going to make a good first impression." he said in a rather serious tone. Whoever doesn't know him might think he was serious... until he proceeded with his sentence before halting, rolling up the sleeves of his jean jacket.

"... and that is by doing 'get help' ... Come on please!" He just wanted the attention. He loved the attention.

A bright flash of light appeared out of nowhere in the middle of the party. It lasted only about a second or two, but it was brighter than the big fire that provided both light and warmth in the night which was unfortunate for the blue eyed girl that now stood where the flash was. An immediate group formed around her staring at her with quiet shock. They were all dressed in casual, thin clothes, holding red cups. While she was dressed in her armour that stuck to her like second skin. Sticking out like a sore thumb was an understatement in this situation. She was just in Tony's secret lab! How in Nilfheim did she end up outdoors and surrounded by strangers? Like an antelope in headlights, the girl's feet was planted to the ground for a moment, before she spun on her heels, her broadsword raised towards the people.

"James? Francis? Azari? Pym?" Terra frantically searched for her friends in the crowd, but to no avail, even calling out their names again didn't bring them out. This better not be some kind of prank they were pulling on her. Her heart hammered against her chest. She needed to calm down first and assess the situation! Right, there was a fire, there were humans, there was a forest. At least she was still on earth, right? Terra lowered her weapon as she approached a random person. He cowered back and stumbled into someone behind him, but the crowd pushed him forward to meet her. She stopped about an arm's length away and prayed to her father and grandfather in Asgard that the people spoke english.

"Where am I?"

Scenario A familiar face... finally
With Bobby ( PixieDust PixieDust )

The welcoming back bonfire seemed to be a very popular tradition amognst this university as ever since she started attending, the school body never missed it. It was every year before all the hard work and studies came across. Caitlin had to admit that she was not quite fond of them. However, the warmth provided her temperature to remain rather constant for that time being due to the heat being emitted from the fire itself and the crowds of students that swarm it.

It was a downfall at the same time. Crowds make Caitlin nervous. Especially when she couldn't make up a single familiar face in this said crowd. She wished to be part of the planning but again Caitlin Snow was never one to be with people in general.

She threaded through the crowds of students, her cold skin brushing against the warmth of others. She tried to control the heat absorption each and ever time. As she managed to seep through she arrived near her destination. The corner of the bar. She took a red plastic cup which seemed to contain beer. However, as she was about to place the plastic edge against her pale lips she noticed a familiar head of hair.

A smile propped up on her lips and smuggled another fully cup. Noticing him cooling off beers she was certainly not mistaken to assume it was none other than Bobby. The reserved female went his way with the two cups and freeing one hand she slowly tapped the guy's shoulder from behind, awaiting him to face her. She was glad she finally found a familiar face. Her anxieties were about to act up and that was no good. It was a first that her lips were not a shade of blue from the cold yet. It seemed the heat of the bonfire was working a little bit. Keeping her body to turn to frost.

Scenario Barry? Barry!
With Barry ( izayoiix izayoiix )

Just as she heard that the university opened with a school bonfire the blonde was instantly on hype mode. It was a very frequent mood she inhabits. The way she looked at things was rather in the view of sunshine and rainbows. Besides this bonfire was the perfect opportunity for making new friends which was mostly the objective she was most looking forward to!

After what felt like an hour, running around in circles, Jessica seemed to have managed to find the location of the said university. Right after stumbling into a bingo hall, then a club and then someone's backyard which was hosting some five years old's birthday party. Till eventually she seemed to have the right address. Jessica couldn't navigate to save her life. At least she succeeded, high-fiving herself.

Motioning towards the batch of people huddled near the campfire drinking. She slid in. Assessing the situation closer. However, she was rather conflicted about the female that seemed to appear out of nowhere, wearing steel armor and carrying a large asswhooping broad sword. Was this bonfire costume coded? She shook her head. Impossible. Otherwise everyone else would have some type of costume. Boy that girl stuck out like a very sore thumb indeed.

Chocolate brown eyes continued scimming the area, searching for a deem worthy friend she could interact with. Until... her eyes fell to a brunette. A male, leaning against a tree by the fire. Squinting her eyes she frowned, was that... Barry? As in Barry Allen? Her neighbor? What in the world was he doing at a place like this at this time? She figured he would be in his make-shift lab not a bonfire. More importantly... why was he in this university.

That's what she intended to find out.

Jessica cruised towards her neighbor a sneaked two plastic cups along the way for her and company, from someone, "I'll have those thank you!" she knew they were fresh as the couple had just got them fresh. Upon reaching Barry the young blonde called him out, "Oy Allen!"

The female proceeded once his attention was caught and offered him a cup, "A drink? I'm pretty sure or at least I hope it's beer." she stated quite unsure. "Do you mind explaining what your brainy ass is doing at a place like this? or better yet a university of this nature? Hmm??" The female's expressions were indicating that she indeed curious. Very very curious. She for one never told her secret to anyone. What her father had done to her.

Mercy knew the words were falling on deaf ears as the stairs creaked behind her, confirming that Ginny had grabbed the last of her bags. She rolled her eyes with a groan - this girl could never just let her do her job, could she? She could feel Freya's eyes on her now, chiding her for allowing this to happen. "What room are you in again? Three-oh-what?"

"And like I told you, I could've gotten them! I'm able. You still need to get your own bags!"

Mercy rolled her eyes again, waiting for the response she'd asked for. "Oh! 309." When Ginny had replied, Mercy kept walking towards the door. "My bags aren't any of your concern, Freckles. I got it. My job is helping you, not the other way around, remember?" Mercy shifted the stuff she was holding in her hands, balancing it out better. She thought about the time - they were obviously late. It was dark out, after all. She had meant to get them there earlier but there were a few setbacks - Freya needed to say goodbye. And of course, that took forever. "Go first, it's your room."

"What do you mean it's not my concern!" Mercy tried to ignore the slightly hurt look on Ginny's face. When she didn't answer, the hurt look turned to one of irritation. Here we go. "Ei-"

"Do not." Mercy replied swiftly, entering the room after Ginny had unlocked the door. "This ain't that serious. You gotta remember who's the older one here! You don't get to help me with my stuff and that's t--"

Oh, shit. There was someone here. Mercy held back the groan in her throat, starting to place down the things she had. Before Ginny could say anything about it, Mercy was already grabbing her bags out of her hands and placing them down - but Ginny held onto one. As per usual, job requirements meant nothing to her. Mercy shook her head. "Was that actually all of it, or was there more?"

Jinx could already tell this place was wild. She'd read the announcement prior to coming with a huge grin on her face. It was pretty bold for a University to claim what happened last year so easily. She imagined it probably wasn't the worst thing to happen since its founding. Jinx's eyes made its way around the bonfire as she sipped her drink. The party had been going on for a bit, she'd already been hit on three times, but it seemed like now, all the fun was just getting started.

As if she cued it, suddenly, a blue burst of light came down from the air. Jinx's eyes gleamed at the girl who appeared where the light struck, donned in a suit of armor. She looked frantic. Jinx took another sip of her drink. Was this where she was supposed to offer help? The girl was being surrounded by people, all in awe at her recent display. Oh, well. One of them would handle it, wouldn't they? She wouldn't forget the girl's face. They'd meet again. Jinx looked around the bonfire again, seeing if she could find something just as interesting, but seemingly obscure....

    Bingo.

Jinx kept her grin on her face as she made her way over to the girl who seemingly had a dragon perched on her shoulder. Now Jinx had seen weird, but it had been a while since she'd been lucky enough to see someone who was friends with a dragon. "Hi, my name's Jinx." She said smoothly, raising her cup to her fellow brunette. The girl seemed new to the place, like her. People only hung on the outside of a party if they were uncomfortable or didn't want to be bothered yet, and Jinx wasn't getting the "don't talk to me" vibe from this girl. "What's your name? And who's your friend?" She gave the dragon a gentle smile.

Overall, Maria wasn't too sure why she'd even bothered to come to the bonfire. While she enjoyed a good time, getting drunk off cheap alcohol and grinding and shoving others around wasn't high on her list of entertaining activities. Raising a brow at the interesting yet awkward amorous affair going on in front of her, the redhead quickly found herself rolling her eyes at the stupidity of the two as they tried to undress each other against a tree.

She sighed and took a large gulp of her cheap beer and winced as it slid down her throat. If she was going to attempt to relax and not act like she was at work, the least anyone could do was provide some decent alcohol.

Crumbling the now empty red cup in her fist, she dropped it into the nearest garbage can and glanced around the clearing, unsure of why she'd even come to the event. She didn't have many friends due to her preference for order and need to keep secrets for her work. It normally didn't bother her much, but for some reason it was really hitting her tonight that she didn't get out enough. She could almost hear her mother lecturing her. The thought caused her to roll her eyes again.

At the sudden bright light, Maria was instantly in 'Agent mode'. Her hand reached behind her automatically for the gun she normally wore on her hip, only to grasp air. She cursed herself for forgetting to bring it. She knew for sure that she at least had the knife in her boot that she never left home without. It was only a small comfort though, as the figure that appeared seemed to be wearing armor and holding a sword.

Taking in a deep breath she slowly made her way towards the girl, one hand lowering slightly so she could grab the dagger in her shoe if needed. "Hey there..." she called out gently, watching as some random kid cowered away from her. Frowning in some confusion at the girl's question, she took another step closer. "You're on Earth. Where are you from? Are you lost?" she asked, trying to get her to focus on her. While diplomacy wasn't always her strongest suit, she figured she'd be fine as long as she kept calm and the strange girl didn't start attacking anyone.

That was the last thing they all needed. An outright brawl before the semester even properly started. S.H.I.E.L.D. would just love that, she was sure.

What time was it? Skye had no clue and as soon as the thought had entered her mind, it was gone again. She was too busy. She needed quiet. She needed to focus. She needed food. She needed to pee.

That last thought made her pause for a second before she went back to typing furiously on her beat up laptop. She really needed to see about getting a new one, but sentimentality strikes again. She didn't mind too much though, due to all her special upgrades, the thing still ran like a dream. A smirk crossed her features, feeling a surge of pride rush through her at the fact that she had done this herself. She hadn't needed anyone. Not her parents, not the orphanage, not Miles.

At that she shoved her computer off her lap. Taking a deep breath, Skye closed her eyes and hunched in on herself from her sitting position on her bed. Gripping her hair tightly in her fists, she reminded herself to breath. To just inhale and exhale. She could feel the humming under her skin get louder and bit her lip. That was the last thing she needed. Not even the first day of the semester and she's already causing issues. She was pretty sure at a school like this any earthquakes could be traced back to her.

This time it wasn't just S.H.I.E.L.D. looking for people like her. She had decided to surround herself with others who had certain strange abilities and at this moment, Skye could only wonder at her logic when she'd hacked into their system and enrolled herself. She was starting to hear the lamp on her bedside table rattling and it only made things worse.

Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Inha-.

At the sound of the door to her room opening, Skye's head jerked upright, her hands falling to rest in her lap. Eyes wide, she watched as the door opened and light flooded the room, causing her to wince, reaching up to cover her now mostly shut eyes. Letting out a pathetic groan, the brunette realized she really should've checked to see what time it was. It seems that she'd been working ever since she'd arrived earlier that morning.

As the light flicked on and her eyes adjusted to the brightness, she realized that two girls had now entered the room. She blinked before guessing that one of them had spoke and was now introducing themselves.

"Uh...hi..." she croaked out, soon after wanting to recoil at the sound of her voice. Clearing her throat, she continued. "Sorry, I'm uh...I'm Skye." she waved. "Sorry, I got here early this morning and just...took the larger window. Hope you don't mind..." she added, reaching for her laptop so she could darken the screen. No need for her new roommate and her friend to see something they shouldn't.

Edward had arrived exactly at 10 o'clock, punctual as always. Yet even though he'd been there from the start, he hadn't really talked to anyone yet. Once he had arrived, it had been about five minutes before he had pulled out his phone and started ignoring those around him. He didn't really have any intention to strike up a with the others, and he'd really prefer if they didn't try to, either. The only reason he had actually come was in case last year's incident were to repeat itself, and, of course, to show off. The light from the fire danced and reflected of his silver suit jacket magnificently, and he'd worn it explicitly for that purpose. How else was he to show off his (mostly illicitly gained) wealth?

At the moment, Edward was in the middle of what appeared to be a crossword puzzle. "Testing his intelligence," he'd call it, but it was just an excuse to not have to socialize with his lesser classmates if he didn't have to. Except the puzzle he happened to be working on at the moment happened to be especially boring, and now he was kind of wishing at least one of the people here was intellectually comparable to him. With a soft sigh, he finally looked up from his phone. As expected, his timing just so happened to be perfect. Just as he had glanced towards the others, there was a bright flash of light. For a brief moment he looked surprised, then interested, but then dismissive. The others were crowding around the girl that seemed to be the source of it, and he did not want to deal with that.

Kitty had just been debating whether to approach a random person and start a conversation, when a sudden bright light caught her attention from the periphery of her vision. It appeared to be falling from the sky and for a moment she was convinced it was a meteor. Lockheed let out a screech from beside her and took off from his perch on her shoulder, flapping his leathery wings in alarm.
"Hey. hey it's okay, buddy, calm down..." she tried to soothe as the falling....thing finally landed. It was a girl, fully dressed in armour. Kitty wondered why no one had told her this was going to be an MMRPG. She would have been down for it! She would have gone over to ask if the girl was okay, but it seemed that a lot of people had the same idea, so instead she proceeded to coax Lockheed back onto her shoulder.

"Hi, my name is Jinx," Someone seemed to be addressing Kitty, who turned to the voice straight away, as did Lockheed, though he spread his wings somewhat defensively around Kitty. Kitty smiled at the girl who had introduced herself.
"Hey Jinx. I'm Kitty, and this is Lockheed. He followed me here. I'm not even sure if aliens are allowed..." She looked back at the armoured girl. "Were you aware this was a costume party?"

Bobby was more than happy manning the 'bar'. It was the best way to catch up with the friends he had made over the years. Granted, he did know that most people were simply preoccupied with getting their beers cooled and watching the frost spread over their red cups, but still, he did not mind much. Off in the distance he noticed quite a debacle occur when a girl in chain mail appeared out of nowhere. It wasn't the weirdest thing he had seen over the years, but it did come pretty close. Perhaps he would head over and say hi once the commotion died down a little.
Just as that thought entered his head, a light tap came on his shoulder. Turning to face the person, he released a wide smile at the familiar blonde. Caitlin. He had been helping her out with her powers for a little while now, and they were firm friends.
"Hey Caity, good summer break?" He asked, taking the other beer she had been holding and thanking her. "You're not too cold are you?" he added quietly, with some concern. He knew over-freezing was a side effect of her abilities, something that he could relate to, though didn't have trouble with himself.

Seeing as it was Barry's second year at university, he knew what to expect with the school's welcome back bonfire. Everyone met up with their old friends, freshman made new friends, and everyone got drunk. They all got wasted and performed multiple acts that would bring them shame had they been sober. He'd seen it all last year as a freshman, and now as a sophomore, he got to watch the incoming freshman make fools of themselves.

What he hadn't expected however, was to meet someone extremely familiar. How familiar you may ask? Try next door neighbor slash childhood friend familiar.

Well shit.

"Je-J-Jessie...?!" he stuttered out. Barry was pretty sure that if he hadn't been leaning against a tree he would've tripped and fallen to the ground, something not even his super-speed would've been able to prevent. "What are yo-...What am I doing here? I-I go to school here! Ya know, I told everyone back home I study forensics. T-the captain of the force back home recommended I come here." he hurried to tell her, not wanting her to know about why he really was here.

Sure he wasn't anyone major, yet, but still, the Flash (his super well named alter ego) had made some people angry and he really didn't want to drag Jessie into that. He planned on becoming a larger known hero, and he couldn't have Jessie knowing something that could put her in danger. She didn't have any troublesome or cool powers. But then....that made him wonder why exactly she was attending a school like this.

"What are you doing here Jess?" he asked, taking the second cup that she held, taking a large gulp of the cheap beer. Oh how he wished he could get drunk.

Selena Myers Keller
Outfit Catwoman
Location Welcome Back Bonfire
Scenario Whoops... oh well.
With Jack ( nymphadora. nymphadora. )

Selena watched the scenery pass by, or more like dashed by at the speed the Cadillac was racing through the main road that led to campus.

Ever since they started their university experience a year ago, Selena and her dearest cousin Jack have been hopping from one apartment to another, more like hijacking but that was not important. It was hard for them to get a stable accommodation for them to spend the entire summer till the scholastic year resumed for the following year, given that their criminal records did not exactly sparkle sunshine and rainbows. The latest hijack however was the shortest that they ever did. Only a week. No murdering was in order or an accidental slip.

The brunette suddenly came to realization about a few stuff, more like if any precautions were taken. The two may have been bad but they both knew that she was the more responsible or careful one of the duo. It was a given. Hence, she pelted her care-free cousin with the usual interrogation that fell within these lines;

'Did you clean up after us?'
'Bleach our fingerprints? The floor? Door knobs?'

and more importantly, 'Did you free the owner from the closet?'

She hoped he didn't like every single time that such an episode happened. When the brunette male let out his signature whoops with his devilish grin. She instantly knew he didn't. Selena's wrinkled worried forehead from the questions, relaxed before bursting into a mischievous chuckle. "Whoops indeed. Too bad..." she paused for a few seconds before taking a swing from her cigarette and dropped it on the floor, stepping on it as she got out. "... for him." she ended before letting out the smoke from her nose.

Slamming her own door of her cousin's vehicle she motioned to his side, arranging her grey skirt and leather jacket from sitting for too long. Her long straight chocolate brown locks started flying lightly with the gentle late summer breeze. Looking at Jack she gave him a one sided grin accompanied by a nod, "When have I ever not been ready for some fun? It's what I always come for. Shall we?" the female inquired.

"Let's see what sophmore year will have cooked up for us. Or what we'll cook up instead." and with that Lena motioned forth.

SCENARIO: Following Threads|| LOCATION: University Bonfire|| WITH: Ophelia revalia revalia || MENTIONS: || OUTFIT:

Bonfires were perfect distractions. Or at least, organising one was. From the moment she had woken up until currently, Jean had made sure she was busy. It hurt far too much to have a quiet moment to reflect on the unspoken elephant in the room that was her shattered love life. It didn't really matter now, senior year was where all her focus would be. That, and trying to keep her newly rediscovered telepathy under control. Though the bonfire was a good way of keeping her mind busy, it was also the best way to get a migraine from the sheer amount of thoughts hovering about.

She had offered Bobby a small smile when he had patted her shoulder and offered encouragement. He was a great friend. Speaking of friends, she was beginning to wonder where her best friend Ophelia was. It was not like her to show up late to a scheduled occasion. Closing her eyes, she began to follow the golden thread in her mind that weaved in and out of the multiple other threads and led to her friend. She was not intruding upon Ophelia's thoughts, but simply sensing the direction of her presence.

She didn't feel too far away. Surely enough, Jean found her leaning against a tree watching a few people nearby. The redhead quickly weaved her way past a couple sharing in a passionate encounter against a tree nearby thinking they wouldn't be seen, and headed over to her white haired friend with a warm smile.

"Hey there stranger," she said, taking her place next to her. "Enjoying the bonfire?"
