Personality:
She's a lot more feisty than his older brother; Cypress understood much of his observance as passiveness and her contrast of temper drove her to be more daring and intuitive. She's also an inwardly proud wolf, but she's, nonetheless, a trier for politeness. She takes most things with leisure unless she's convinced, exclusively by her own account, that something is worth being serious about.
Backstory:
Cypress is believed to be the daughter of one of the Alphas coming from one of the minor packs that surround the Southern Suns. Much to the disadvantage of these wolves, low numbers make them more vulnerable to some types of prey who've grown accustomed to stand their ground against them. Sometimes, wolves can get hurt with an antler's smack and, not unusually, a strike can knock them to never rise again.
The major pack found her as a cub during a hunt. Given that there were no other wolves around, she was left in foster to the Lead Selsa: Hickory. He had raised an adopted cub before and the old wolf felt confident about taking in a second apprentice, but his advanced age and many duties added an unprecedented difficulty to the task. Thus, much of the endeavors were left on Young Hickory, his older adoptive brother. Her name was given in honor to a type of tree common in the region. Cypress was talented on her own account; however, she didn't take tutoring all too well. It was through her own efforts that she made the greatest leaps of progress on technique and this natural gift for fighting made her very unreceptive to guidance.
She became highly trusting of her impulses and that worked effectively against most of her generation's rivals, but to the skilled fighters of the pack (The Hickories and the Veterans, for instance), the young wolf didn't represent more than an interesting challenge, never to shine too brightly.She often was engaged in sparring with her companions; often investing herself in friendly duels more than pulrally productive tasks. It is her hope to join the Selas and exploit her combat abilities to put her uneasiness to rest, but medicine catches her attention in a hobbylike fashion; on her free time, she often spends her hours in company of Zetas.
