Hello guys, i'm happy to see that my idea got enough support. Here you may post your character sheets, remember that you can make 2 rangers I recommend you to use tabs and spoilers to keep it organized but avoid codes since i'm only on mobile.

  Background: Richie was born and raised in Olivine City. His parents ran a local restaurant that was frequented by sailors and travelers from the port. Working in the restaurant gave Richie a wide exposure to trainers and Pokemon from all over the world. It was one such traveler who traded an egg for a meal at the restaurant. His parents were initially reluctant but accepted at Richie's insistence. A few weeks of care later the egg hatched and a Growlithe emerged.
  
  Richie and the Growlithe, now named Cavall, became inseparable. Together they explored the wilds around Olivine and grew their bond as trainer and Pokemon. Together they even undertook the Gym challenge in Johto. Along the way Cavall evolved from a Growlithe to an Arcanine. Alongside Cavall, Richie built a strong team and earned eight badges before heading to the Indigo Plateau. Midway through the tournament, word reached Richie that his mother had fallen ill. He withdrew from the challenge and returned home to be with his family.
  
  Richie was present at her passing and helped his father shutter the restaurant and retire to the Sevii Islands. Having lost the spark for training Richie boxed up his badges and has left all his Pokemon, except Cavall, with Professor Elm. The duo traveled Johto and Kanto, not battling but rather taking in the sights. Before long Richie found himself embroiled in a criminal conspiracy involving the evil Team Rocket. Richie and Cavall put all their training to use as they prevented the takeover of a Pokemon center and the theft of all the Pokemon.
  
  It was during this event that Richie met his first Pokemon Ranger. Impressed with his efforts he invited Richie to travel back to the Johto region and apply for a position as a Ranger. Richie agreed and made the trip to the Almia region where he was assessed and inducted as a Pokemon Ranger. With styler in hand and Cavall by his side Richie spent several years travelling in the wild areas of Kanto and Johto ensuring that nature and humans were kept in balance.
  
  Professor Hastings's meeting had taken Richie by surprise but he gladly attended. Initially impressed by the prototype styler Richie was prevented from asking any questions by the series of explosions. Everything happened so fast Richie barely had time to take it all in. But, he clearly remembered one thing. The sight of Cavall knocking Richie to the ground and standing over him as the ceiling collapsed around them. The Arcanine was large and strong but, not strong enough to bear the weight of the concrete that came crashing down around them. When the note arrived from the Professor Richie knew what he had to do.

I love his background, he's accepted!
But: The image of arcanine it's not what you were supposed to put there but a gijinka arcanine instead. If you can't find a pic of a humanized arcanine describe in detail his new look and features.

The ability is supposed to be created by you, not the pokemon ability. Also describe a little how does the finisher works

  Styler's Type: Fairy (could've gone with Dark type for the overall nighttime theme, but I like Fairy types and they have Moonblast)
  Former Partner: Sylveon named Vivian (it’s a pun, an edgy pun, hurrah!)
  Region of Origin: Unova (but with a kalos pokemon evolved from a pokemon that doesn’t show up in unova except for in real world events or trading because of course, but we can explain it as eevee breeders putting them up for sale from time to time (using humane practices so the eevees are happy and strong and also so they don’t get shut down))
  Likes: coffee, night time, boats, instant noodles, and being with friends
  Dislikes: sleep, boredom/laziness, balloons, and not being able to maintain a basic half-decent appearance

  Luna was a normal, but highly skilled Trainer, getting her Sylveon after learning about how to get an Eevee to evolve into one. She started carefully constructing a team and training with them, then started exploring from Castelia City harbor to gyms across Unova. After developing deep relationships with her Pokémon, she quickly managed to get the required 8 badges and went through the Challenger’s League, getting 3rd place in a close battle.
  
  She decided to explore the region, bringing her Pokémon along with on her journey through Unova, mostly to protect any people who were getting attacked and also to train. After meeting a group of Rangers who were trying to get rid of a bunch of Team Plasma grunts who had split off into a new group, calling themselves Team Flames that were currently stealing everyone’s Pokémon and taking the town as their base of operations, she offered to provide some assistance in dealing with the threat. With the help of the Rangers, Team Flames was defeated and forced to move to a new town. Due to assisting them successfully, she was invited to join the Rangers, despite being a Trainer.
  
  After asking her friends and family to take care of her Pokémon, she was able to become a Ranger, adapting to the unique skills required quickly. She was stationed in her hometown, Castelia City, and managed to prevent many of Team Flames’ attempts to assert dominance over the region, often with little help from other Rangers. Her ability to quickly make good decisions and work well with others got her promoted to be part of the unit.
  
  After her partner was killed whilst protecting her with one last Substitute, it took a while for to truly accept that the Eevee she had adopted, cared for, and battled alongside had died, actually died to protect her, and so she decided to accept the new role in the unit to protect her comrades, continuing on. (gonna act like Luna’s gotten over being angsty because angst is boring to write and read unless delivered well)

  Ability: Pixie: Slightly boost the power of Normal-Type moves and make them Fairy-Type, plus boosts speed and evasion. (Basically an altered version of Pixilate, but with less of a damage boost in exchange for the other stats. Is this fine?)
  Moves: Moonblast (my character’s name is luna so i have to go with this), Substitute (if i can give a substitute to others that’d be great, luna could just chuck the doll at her fellow rangers), Hyper Voice, Heal Bell, Reflect, Light Screen
  Finisher: Lunar Absorption: It becomes night time because yes (more powerful when it’s already night time and during a full moon, plus the move I’m drawing some inspiration from already does this), and Luna (i’m really pushing the whole moon and night theme here (with a fairy type)) draws power, before firing off a wave that either heals or harms anyone hit by it, becoming more powerful the more targets it hits, or a single pulse that can potentially kill if it hits dead on at short ranges (if this seems OP i’ll nerf it)
