Imai Motors is an automobile company based in Kyoto, Japan, which is the counterfeit version of Volkswagen, an automobile company based exclusively in Germany. The company is infamous for producing vehicles that resemble that of Volkswagen such as the Volkswagen Beetle and many others. They're known to be a popular choice for street racers as with the case of tuning and street racing. Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, and Toyota sued Imai Motors for copying the former's ideas but they did nothing to appeal this claim. Today, Imai Motors became a thriving automobile company across Japan, North America, Europe (except Germany), South America, East Asia, and Southeast Asia.

Mawatari Union is an automobile company based in Naha, Japan, which is the counterfeit version of Dodge and Ford, two automobile companies based exclusively in the United States. They're less popular with street racers. Unlike Imai Motors, they're the most popular Japanese automobile company after Imai Motors but they can't export their products outside of Japan because of their notorious reputation. Today, Mawatari Union is a thriving automobile company only in Japan.
