The world is dying, and universes are merging. From unknown people to whole landmasses showing up suddenly, it’s obvious various realities are being smashed into one. Between that and the world slowly freezing over, society has changed. Settlements are few and far between, food is scarce and instead of any form of currency trade is negotiated with food and goods, canned foods and foods with long shelf lives are the most valuable, but also the rarest. Technology and electricity are limited to only the largest settlements, cars are for the rich or extremely lucky. Most settlements are closer to bandit camps. In this new apocalyptic world, will you be able to carve out a place for yourself? Can you find out why the realities are merging? Is it possible to save this world?

Name: Fennorian Ravenwatch (also known as the Vampire Scholar, or Fenn)

Fandom: Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor

Age: 15 when he died, currently around 17

Gender: FtM (Headcanon, transitioned magically)

Weapons: A small dagger and a restoration staff, Alchemical reagents (not technically a weapon, until he makes a volatile reaction)

Notable items: A small flask that seems to never empty, filled with blood. A portable alchemy kit, along with various ingredients and reagents with them, a journal filled with notes and research

Skills: He is a total nerd when it comes to alchemy, lesser so magic but he does know it, mostly restoration and a sleep spell. He is not a fighter, though when pushed he can hold his own.
Elusive mist: allows him to Dissolve into a dark mist, reducing his damage taken by 75% and granting him Major Expedition, increasing his Movement Speed by 30% for as long as he maintains the channel. Entering this form removes and grants immunity to all disabling and immobilization effects, but he cannot be healed and his Magicka Recovery is disabled.
Enhanced Senses/Strength
Noxophilic Sanguivoria (Strain of vampirism): This allows him to walk in the sunlight without being weakened. Instead, he just gets stronger at night.
Biography: a lot of Fenn's history is unknown. What is known is that he's somehow related to Count Verandis (One of the first vampires created by Molag Bal) and that he investigated a vampire/werewolf/witch coven conspiracy in Western Skyrim, and helped save it from the Grayhost and their Harrowstorms. He also got captured and tortured by the Grayhost for it. Won't spoil much more of that for those who haven't played Greymoor, not until we get in rp.

Other: He is Friend Shaped. Also the weirdest cross between goth and nerd

Fandom: Elder Scrolls Online (As the Vestige, or Protagonist of the questlines)
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Weapons: (three max) He has a Draugr's Demise Great Sword, Venomous Smite Bow (With arrows), and has a few tricks from being a Dragonknight up his sleeves. More info in Skills
Notable items: Wedding ring with an engravement, The Nord Hero armor, enchanted to be medium weight and of the venomous smite set, Oh and he has a dwemer-made leg prosthetic, his right leg from halfway down the thigh and downwards. Powered by a dynamo core and a soul gem so he can control it. Also has a bit of oil on him for his leg, but not much. Also has the average adventuring supplies need to travel Tamriel in the 2nd Era
Skills: Sabjorn has training in Akaviri martial arts and can use a Teeny tiny bit of dragon magic as a result. He would be classified as a DPS/Tank solo hybrid. He is good at woodworking and can smith, forge, and sew all types of armor and weapons. He can't really enchant, though, he sucks at normal magic. As in Nat 1's every time. Can also play the lute
Venomous Claw
Transforms his hand and arm into a dragon's claws, and when the claws break the skin on contact, you will be minorly poisoned.*
Noxious Breath Shout
(skah feyn suf, or Taint, Bane, Gas)
A shout that is similar to Fire Breath, but instead of normal fire, green flames that poison* instead of burn are produced
Molten Armaments
Charges you and your grouped allies' weapons with volcanic power to gain Major Brutality and Sorcery, increasing your Weapon and Spell Damage by 20% for 30 seconds. Your own damage with Heavy Attacks is increased by 50% while active. basically a temporary enchant.
Volatile Armor
takes form as molten rocky armor that appears over the user. gives Major Resolve, increasing his Physical and Spell resistance greatly. also releases a spray of spikes around him, causing enemies hit to take a decent amount of Magic Damage over 10 seconds. While active, the armor returns a small amount Magic Damage to any enemy that uses a direct damage attack against him in melee range.
Take Flight
allows him to sprout dragon wings and launch himself at an enemy, dealing a lot Physical Damage to all enemies in the area, knocking them back, and stunning them for 2 seconds
Standard of Might
Calls down a battle standard (or banner), dealing a bit Flame Damage every 1 second for 16 seconds to enemies and applying Major Defile to them, reducing their healing received and Health Recovery by 16%. Standing in the area increases his damage done and reduces damage taken by 15%. An ally near the standard can activate the Shackle synergy, dealing a moderate amount of Flame Damage to enemies in the area and immobilizing them for 5 seconds.
Soul Shatter
When his Health drops below 20% his soul explodes, dealing a moderate amount of Magic Damage to enemies within 8 meters of him. This effect can occur once every day minutes. It's very taxing on him, though, and he can't control it.

*Venom and poison are akin to the neurotoxin produced by Irukandji jellyfish, but not nearly as lethal by themselves. The victim is subjected to increasing pain as time passes, which can last anywhere from a few hours to a week. Sabjorn has a high resistance to venoms and poisons as a result
Biography:
Sabjorn grew up as an orphan in the Rift, and when he ventured out one day to play in the woods, was attacked by wolves, rendering him blind in his right eye. Luckily, he was saved by a wandering Dragonknight, who took him in and became his mentor. He trained Sabjorn to be a Dragonknight, and travelled across Tamriel with him until he was old enough to care for himself. Then they split ways, Sabjorn becoming a mercenary for hire and doing odd jobs to pay for his needs. He eventually joined the ranks of the Ebonheart Pact, and started doing quests and missions for them.
Then everything changed when the fire nation attacked Molag Bal started the Plane Meld. Sabjorn was then coincidentally sacrificed to Molag Bal by Mannimarco, and wound up trapped in Coldharbour. He managed to escape with the help of a few new friends and returned to Nirn. The only catch is that half his soul is still stuck in Coldharbour, resulting in the remaining fragment being unstable and causing a lot of instability in his mental state. He hasn't lost his sanity, just his patience. He has extreme anger issues and will get violent.
He was then dubbed the Vestige, the one destined to save Nirn from the plane meld, and apparently a lot of other catastrophes, too. He was in the process of gaining political support to storm Coldharbour when he found himself in Western Skyrim, and wrapped up in a Coven Conspiracy, and resulted in getting involved with stopping the Harrowstorms and the Greyhost causing them. He is responsible for killing high King Svargrim, who ended up being a vampire of the Greyhost. The battle resulted in the Tower of the Wolf in Solitude destroyed.
He was on his way to Markarth to continue his work against the Greyhost when the world was merged with many others.
Other:
He is also blind in his right eye and allergic to rice.

Name:

Sonic the Hedgehog

Sonic the Hedgehog (Video Game Universe, even though his origins in the comics make the most sense.)

Age:

15 years in the video games, so I'm going to go with that.

Gender:

Male

Weapons:

None, he lost any gold rings he had on him when he ended up here. He also lost access to the seven chaos emeralds, which he could use to turn into his super form.

Notable items:

None. He lost all of his on-hand items when he ended up in this dying world.

Skills:

Super speed.

Enhanced durability.

Enhanced acrobatic skills and reflexes.

Enhanced strength.

Enhanced jump.

Enhanced agility.

Enhanced stamina.

Hand-to-hand combat skills.

Biography:

He was born to Julian "Jules" the Hedgehog and his wife, Bernadette "Bernie" the Hedgehog. Shortly after he was born, however, war broke out between the mobian animals and the humans, which Sonic's father was called to fight in.

Jules was mortally wounded during a failed mission during the war, and Sonic's Uncle, Sir Charles Hedgehog, tried to save his brother's life by using a new machine he had invented. Unfortunately, this "machine" was tampered with by a man called Ivo Robotnik, and when Jules was put in, he came out as a robot, his free will gone.

This event left Sonic without a father, and in the care of his uncle and mother. Sadly, Bernadette disappeared sometime after Jules was turned into a robot, and she was also a mindless robot not long after, leaving Sonic to be raised by his uncle.

Years later, both of Sonic's parents got their free will back, thanks to Princess Sally and the Sword of Acorns. Jules had to stay as robot, as turning him back would kill him, but both of Sonic's parents returned to Sonic's life, trying to be the parents Sonic lacked for years.

Other:

His favorite food is chilidogs. He is about 77lbs (35kgs) in weight, and 3 feet, 3 inches (100cm) in height. Sonic's shoes are designed to be resistant to friction and light-weight, in order to support Sonic's running ability.

Skills: Excellent at swordplay and a great shot with archery. Capable of riding a horse bareback. Can play magical songs on his Ocarina that can heal tormented souls, dispel curses and cause storms and alter and bend time. (The Song of Time, while powerful, will likely not be used)

Biography: Link was orphaned as a baby due to war in Hyrule, his mother bringing him to Kokiri Forest to beg the Great Deku Tree to raise her son before succumbing to her wounds. Link was raised amongst the other Kokiri and had genuinely believed he was one of them, though he was bullied by some of them for not having a fairy like the rest of them. At least, until he was given Navi by the Great Deku Tree and summoned to expel the parasite from within the tree that had been placed inside by Ganondorf. Despite defeating Ghoma, the Great Deku Tree died after giving Link the Kokiri Emerald and instructing him to leave the forest and go to Hyrule Castle for aid. This led to him meeting Princess Zelda and being tasked with getting the other Spiritual Stones, the Zora Sapphire and Goron Ruby, from the other races to help Zelda in her plan to stop Ganondorf. Once back with all the stones in hand, Link finds Zelda and Impa running away on horseback, with Ganondorf giving chase.
Going into the Temple of Time to retrieve the Master Sword causes the Sage Rauru to put Link to sleep for seven years, awakening as an adult to a Hyrule in ruin and is tasked to awaken the six other sages, who are in time revealed to be some of Link’s closest friends he had made as a child, who must give up this world to be a sage in the sacred realm. During this time, Link learns of his mother’s fate and his true nature as not a kokiri but as a hylian. When Link finally comes to face Ganondorf after he finally captures Princess Zelda, it results in a bloody battle that reveals Link as the bearer of the Triforce of Courage and Ganondorf as the bearer of the Triforce of Power. After defeat, Ganondorf brings down his castle and uses the power of the Triforce to transform himself into the monster Ganon, before being beaten again by Link and sealed within the sacred realm.
After this, Zelda sends Link back in time so he could have the childhood he lost. After being sent back in time, however, Navi leaves him without explanation. Desperate for his friend, Link goes on another adventure to search for her that leads to him having his horse stolen and being cursed into the form of a Deku scrub by the Skull Kid. He is offered a deal by the Happy Mask Salesman that if he can retrieve the dangerous mask the skull kid stole, he would help Link return to normal.
This leads to Link learning the song of healing, creating the Deku mask and begins his quest in the land of Termina in a three day time loop to free the guardians of the land and stop the skull kid, who was possessed by Majora’s Mask to prevent the moon from falling. After freeing all four giants, Link chases Majora into the moon to obtain the Fierce Deity’s Mask and banishing the demon from Termina and from the mask itself.
Other: Link has a red Black Forest horse filly he rides named Epona and loves her very much. Link is also autistic, suffers from PTSD and is sort of selectively mute. Poor kid has been through hell and while it shows, he’s still a total sweetheart of a kid.

Form looks great, AlexandraRoseLeclerc AlexandraRoseLeclerc , however it is not likely she'd have a car in this setting. If you can give me a good lore reason as to why she'd have it, I might let you keep it, albeit in need of heavy repairs. Please be sure to read lore, too, this information is plainly written there.

Human form on the left, ghost form on the right.

Name:

Daniel "Danny" Fenton (Human Name)

Daniel "Danny" Phantom (Superhero/Ghost Name)

Fandom:

Danny Phantom (Canon)

Species:

Human/Ghost Hybrid, also known as a Halfa (Formly 100% human)

Gender:

Male

Age:

14

Weapons:

None

Skills:

Ghost Sense- Danny can sense nearby ghosts. When he does, a wisp of blue mist comes out of his mouth and he shivers, getting the appearance of standing at attention or an electrical pulse going down his spinal cord. In “My Brother’s Keeper”, Danny apparently associates his Ghost Sense with the sensation of being cold.

Intangibility & Invisibility-

Danny has the ability to turn intangible and invisible at will. With the use of intangibility, Danny can pass through most objects (except specialized materials, such as the Fenton Ghost Fisher’s line and ectoplasmic goo), becoming untouchable. Danny can also make other people and objects intangible provided he is in physical contact with them.It is quite common for Danny to make only a part of his body intangible (either on purpose or otherwise). It’s also been shown that people can see him somewhat when he is intangible, like in “Memory Blank” when he phased through the classroom floor and Sam was looking at him the whole time. When invisible, he is unable to be seen by human (and some ghosts’) eyes.

Flying/Floating/Hovering-

While in ghost form, Danny has the ability to float/fly through the air, sometimes at considerable speeds and heights. He often uses this in combat, but occasionally will do it for fun and relaxation. He can also make other humans and objects hover but must keep in physical contact with them.In “Maternal Instincts”, Danny’s top speed in flight was clocked at 112 mph.

Paranormal Strength, Speed, Agility and Durability-

In Ghost-Mode, Danny can display extraordinary physical feats of strength, speed, agility, and durability. So far, only when Danny is in Ghost-Mode can he perform such feats, while in human form, Danny Fenton is still something of a klutz & a weakling. However, he’s been known to survive the impacts from heights while in human form, and from hits that would have killed a normal human being.

Wall Walking-

Danny, as well as many other ghosts, can walk on uneven and vertical surfaces as though they were horizontal. Most likely this is an application of his flying/hovering ability.

Spectral Manipulation-

Danny has demonstrated the power to change the shape of his body into intangible holes and shapes. Uses include “Beauty Marked”, Danny created a large hole in his mouth, “Shades of Gray” where a book passed through his waist and “Pirate Radio” where Youngblood’s sword passed harmlessly through his belt.In DC Heroes terms, this is probably an application of his Dispersal Power.

Ectoplasmic Energy Blast – “Ghost Ray"-

An ectoplasmic blast that usually comes out of the palm of his hand, Danny blasts enemies using this attack. The attack takes many forms: a ray of energy, a glowing orb, or even a repulsion field. He has also kept the energy used inside his hand, using it to empower his strikes.By the time of the Danny Phantom TV Movie: “Reign Storm”, Danny had learned how to fire off a Ghost Ray in Human Mode. These rays can also be charged to various power levels, from a highly powerful white-green, to a low-level glow for lighting up dark areas. He is also able to charge up a ball of light and throw it to disorient enemies with its brightness.

Ectoplasmic Energy Shield – “Ghost Shield”-

Danny can use this ability to form shields of ectoplasmic energy, which he can use to block or rebound attacks from enemies. There are two kinds of shields. The first kind of shield appears as a sphere of energy that protects from all sides. The other is a single wall of energy that is more direct in its range but is much stronger, which Danny first used in “Double Cross My Heart” to block a GiW attack. Also, Danny can create an Ecto-Orb and use it as a circular shield, as seen in “Beauty Marked” and “Reality Trip”.

Cryokinesis-

Danny is capable of using ice-powered versions of the Ghost Ray. This is revealed to be an extension of his ghost sense rather than a separate power altogether, which explains why Danny always shivers whenever he senses a ghost. It is most likely based off of the “cold spots” that supposedly accompany ghosts. This power allows Danny to shoot off rays of intense cold or fire off solid projectiles. He is also able to shoot blasts of cold from his eyes. This power has been building up ever since he first gained his ghost powers, and his body became numb and chilled when the pent-up energy got to be too much for him to ignore.Thankfully for Danny, the ghost-creature Frostbite managed to teach him how to handle this ability.

Ghostly Wail-

Danny’s most powerful ghostly power. In “The Ultimate Enemy”, Danny develops the unique ability to generate an extremely powerful sonic scream , a bit like a banshee’s wail. The Ghostly Wail can cause terrible pain to ghosts and damage tangible matter. It has far more effect on ghosts and ectoplasmic constructs than on normal matter. When used, this power quickly drains Danny’s energy, and in all cases, it completely turns him back to normal. Due to the drain on his energy from using it, Danny uses this power only in extreme cases. He also needs to "recharge" before accessing his ghost form again.

Biography:

Living with ghost-obsessed parents since birth, Danny had to put up with his parents' "unique" personalities, which often traumatized him. Danny wanted to be an astronaut when he grew up and, unlike his parents, had no interest in hunting ghosts. However, this did not stop his curiosity that one day changed his life forever. As revealed via flashback in the episode "Memory Blank", while exploring his parents' laboratory with his two best friends Sam Manson and Tucker Foley, Danny (at Sam's suggestion to check it out) accidentally activated the newly-built Fenton Ghost Portal from the inside, causing his DNA to become infused with ectoplasm and turning Danny into a human/ghost hybrid with an array of ghostly superpowers.

Other-

Weaknesses:

Anti-Ghost Weapons:

In ghost form, Danny is vulnerable to all anti-ghost devices, including Fenton Works and Vladco gadgets and the Guys in White's weaponry. Some anti-ghost devices, such as the Specter Deflector, can affect him even while in human form.

Spectral Energy Neutralizing Devices:

Over the course of the series, he has been de-powered by several gadgets designed to neutralize his ghost energy, such as the Spectral Energy Neutralizing Box and the Plasmius Maximus. Undergrowth's plants can also absorb his ghost energy, weakening his powers.

Blood Blossoms:

They are blood-red flowers with anti-supernatural properties. They were used in the 1600s as a primitive ghost trap. While in the presence of Blood Blossoms, Danny is rendered powerless and suffers extreme physical agony to the point where he can only scream in pain, long term exposure to it will result in death. Vlad, in human form, was able to stand near Blood Blossoms unharmed, so it may be possible for Danny to build a tolerance to Blood Blossoms and do so as well. Blood Blossoms possibly don't exist in the 20th century, so this weakness currently doesn't affect.

Ecto-ranium:

Danny is extremely vulnerable to ecto-ranium, as all ghosts are.

Infrared Vision:

When invisible, Danny can still be seen in infrared, as he still radiates heat.

Personality:

Being a normal 14-year-old with ’eccentric‘ Ghost-Hunters for parents, to becoming a half-human, half-ghost, teenaged superhero with ghost-powers, has been one huge change that has occurred in Danny’s life in the past few months. Even with him being as unique as he is, Danny has every reason to feel as paranoid as he does about keeping his ghost half a secret whenever possible.

However, his paranoia has yet to do a thing about his boundless curiosity, which (besides the prodding of his friends in the episode “Memory Blank”) was the main reason why he got his ghost-powers to begin with. When his friends and family are in danger, he can become rather stubborn and over-protective, which does not bother his friends as much as his nave nature.

In the end of the fight though, it is his loyalty to his cause, along with his faith in the love of his peers, helps him to overcome all obstacles. He also has a great sense of humor and frequently makes jokes and wisecracks.

It is shown that although he is half-ghost, Danny is still affected by ecto-weapons as his primary weakness. He has also more then once overestimated his abilities or at times is often too nave or cocky which usually results in a disadvantage during battle.

Name: "Near." Aliases include N and L.

Fandom: Death Note, canon.

Age: Roughly between 24 and 27, depending upon anime vs manga timelines, which are slightly shifted due to when the versions were released.

Gender: Nonbinary. He/they pronouns, usually he/him

Appearance:

Weapons: Near carries a handgun, but would rather not use it.

Notable items: A backpack containing a small variety of twist puzzles, several finger puppets, dice

Skills: Near has incredible deductive abilities and an exceptionally brilliant mind. He is considered the greatest detective in the world in his home world, and is capable of monitoring several streams of information at once. Near is fairly competent in hand-to-hand combat and has a very steady hand with a gun, and is capable of excellent calligraphy/counterfeiting. As far as functional skills go, though, Near is virtually helpless, and struggles with day-to-day tasks or utilizing his abilities without a sturdy and reliable support structure.

Biography: Born and raised in an orphanage for gifted children in Winchester, England, Near was selected for his exceptional deductive abilities to be mentored by L, the world's greatest detective, as a potential successor alongside another child at the orphanage. At age 14, he was asked to take part in the Kira investigation, trying to capture a mass murderer who could kill by writing down victims' names as long as he knew what they looked like. Near later participated in a second case involving the same weapon at 19, and another at his current age -- with the unique quality that this most recent owner had no intention to use it, but wanted to sell it. He took a great interest in watching and working out this case, but had no intention of attempting to capture the perpetrator out of respect and the technical aspect that selling a weapon of mass destruction is not actually illegal.
Near took on the moniker "L" after the first case. He grew up isolated, and is both shy and extremely bright. He's very polite, if not a bit cold and blunt. Near is crafty, and both makes and plays with toys, and enjoys working out puzzles.

Other: Near goes by "L", "Near," and occasionally "N". None of these are his true name, but that is a close secret for him.

Name: Heidi Holloway, "The Last Ranger"

Fandom: Fallout 64, original character

Age: 24

Gender: Feminine (She/her)

Weapons: Heidi carries a shotgun called Ned Kelly for close range combat, a revolver called Kid Antrim for midrange, and a hunting rifle called Captain Jack for long shooting

Notable items: Heidi carries her Pip Boy, which contains a geiger counter, a radio, and a GPS system. She also keeps a backpack full of mason jars containing various teas and soups.

Skills: Heidi's got a wide range of survival skills, focusing primarily on navigation, tinkering, and sustenance. She can figure out how to repair most mechanical devices, so long as she has the tools. She has an excellent sense of direction, and is good at cobbling together bases with food and shelter. She can also do some rudimentary first aid.

Biography: Heidi was born in a large-scale nuclear shelter called a Vault shortly after a nationwide nuclear attack. At 23, she left to explore what remained of West Virginia as part of a repopulation effort. Upon being exposed to the wilderness -- vicious and nuclear though it was -- Heidi was smitten with the mountains and immediately started setting up a homestead in a defunct Forest Service firetower. She put together a radio station, took a forest service uniform, and donned the title The Last Ranger as a persona. She came to be known among the denizens of Appalachia both as the voice of the radio and as a good Samaritan, protecting homesteads and small settlements from feral ghouls, yao guai, and other monsters of the wasteland.

  • Lightning magic - Trish is notorious for augmenting her punches with her innate lightning magic. She can also hurl sustained torrents or smaller bolts of electricity.
  • Acrobatics - Trish is able to quickly scale surfaces and perform surprising maneuvers. Her heavy sword does not hinder her performance.
  • Investigation - With a good instinct and solid deductive reasoning, she can track down her quarry and solve puzzles quite well. She seldom has to ask another demon hunter like Dante or Lady for help.
  • Demon physiology - Trish can withstand a higher range of temperatures than a human could. She is also naturally stronger and a bit more resilient to physical punishment.
Biography:
Trish appeared seemingly out of nowhere. She advised the half-demon Dante in his campaign to defeat Mundus, a dark god his father sealed away two thousand years ago. Dante was startled by her uncanny resemblance to his mother, but followed her to the cursed castle on Mallet Island. She turned out to be a traitorous demon created by Mundus, aiming to mislead and kill Dante before he could foil Mundus’s plan. She failed, but was spared despite Dante’s outrage over her betrayal. Mundus then used her as bait in another trap to destroy Dante, though she died saving him instead.

After confronting and seemingly defeating Mundus, Dante left his mother’s amulet and his father’s sword with the deceased Trish, unwittingly resurrecting her in time for one last encounter with the persistent Mundus. She granted Dante a measure of her power so he could seal the demon emperor once again, then escaped the collapsing island via airplane. Trish went into business as Dante’s partner, a fellow devil hunter who helped him and his other associate Lady with some particularly nasty cases over the years.

With the worlds merging, Dante and Lady were nowhere to be found. Trish took to the icy hellscape, seeking answers and exterminating creatures plaguing settlements in exchange for food for herself and those traveling with her.

Name: Doomguy (Real Name Unknown)

Fandom: Canon, DOOM (classic era: Doom, Doom 2, Doom 64)

Age: Appears to be in his late 20s to early 30s. Age unknown.

Gender: Male

Weapons:
Pistol: Standard issue pistol, uses bullets. Has a horizontal spread of 5.6° when fired repeatedly, though the first shot is always accurate.
Super Shotgun: A strong, double barrel shotgun, uses shells. Fires 20 pellets per shot. Requires at no fewer than two shells to use. Has both horizontal and vertical spread, made worse by repeated firing. Horizontal spread is 11° and vertical spread is 7.1°
Chaingun: A rapid fire gatling-style gun, no stronger than the pistol but much faster. Uses bullets just like the pistol. Has horizontal spread of 5.6° that worsens when repeatedly fired from recoil.

Notable items: A brown rabbit’s foot. It’s not lucky.
Skills: Horrifyingly good at killing. It’s actually disgusting how good he is at brutally murdering demons. Considering how long he’s survived in Hell, an impressive survivalist.
Surprisingly, very good with small animals, especially rabbits.

Biography: Doomguy had been reassigned to the Mars UAC base on Phobos after beating his superior officer within an inch of his life for ordering him to shoot civilians. There he spent with practically nothing to do until the Demon invasion began. Fighting his way through demons and possessed fellow marines, Doomguy faced against twin Barons of Hell and after killing them reached the Anomaly, the portal that connects Phobos and Deimos. With nowhere to go but forward, he ventured into the Anomaly and onto Deimos, which he soon learns had been taken and corrupted by demons. Venturing across Deimos, facing stronger demons until coming face to face with the Cyberdemon in the newly erected Tower of Babel. After the long, brutal fight, the marine learns that Deimos now resides in Hell. To attempt to put a stop to the demon invasion, Doomguy enters Hell. He fights through the deepest layers of Hell to find the demon who had been the mastermind behind the demon invasion, the Spider Demon. The Marine takes no hesitation in dispatching her into a pile and metal and gore. He was able to escape through a portal that opened after her death back to Earth, initially glad that it was finally over. It did not take long for the Marine to realize this was not even close to over.
He returned to find Earth in shambles and that his pet rabbit, Daisy, had been killed by demons. In a rage, the marine rampages through the hoards of demons, eliminating them and the Spider Demon responsible, but even this is a hollow victory, as demons had already overrun the cities.
The survivors flee to the star ports to escape but are unable to from the demons preventing them from leaving. Humanity’s soldiers wage war against the demons, falling until only Doomguy remained.
Once able to break through the demonic defenses, humanity is able to evacuate, leaving the marine behind as the only human alive on earth. He was perfectly ready to accept his death, content with saving humanity, until he received a transmission of where the demons were coming from: His hometown.
Fighting through a place once familiar to find a means of ending the demon invasion, Doomguy finds a portal to Hell and once again ventures inside. This ends with a battle against a massive demon, the Icon of Sin, killing it with rockets. The invasion is finally over, allowing humanity to begin to rebuild.
Former UAC bases were abandoned due to the radiation inside, with nobody knowing that a demon had survived the invasion, the Mother Demon, and began raising and mutating the corpses of slain demons within the irradiated bases. As the sole survivor of the previous military encounters, Doomguy is recommissioned and sent to exterminate the stronger than ever demon hoards.
At the death of the Mother Demon, the marine decides the best course of action to prevent this from ever happening again would be to close the portal to Earth and remain in Hell permanently to stop the demon hoards from invading again.

Other: Doomguy is like, not entirely sane anymore from spending so long in Hell. Or like, any of this. The PTSD in this man is unreal

It's a thing unquie to her and it allows her to track those with the Metal Virus to their exact location.

The reason Amy began to follow Shadow is mainly due to Sonic marrying Sally in their universe. This had thrown her off her guard. With Sonic now taken, Amy took up following Shadow everywhere. The following of him had caused the same emotion she once felt for Sonic to rise for Shadow.

Other:
Amy's personality is different from the normal ones. Though she occasionally reverts to her old self, for the most part she is now quiet and talks to Shadow rarely unless he talks to her first.

Name: Nathaniel "Nate" Grey

Fandom: Canon

Age: 37

Gender: Male

Appearance (Attire):
image (1).jpg
Weapons:
Psimitar: The Psimitar is a tool to amplify and focus psionic energy, and resembles a medieval glaive. He has used it to focus both his telekinesis and his telepathy. Made from an unknown metal that can reinforce and focus the abilities of psionic mutants like Nate. They could change shape, extend in length, become energy when thrown reverting back upon repossession and had the effect of disrupting minds and nervous systems on contact. Each lancet was keyed to the specific psi-signature of the user and would only work for its designated handler, while their main focus was concentrating TK/ESP and could also absorb and discharge excess psychic energy from the user to better vent psychokinetic build up safely without volatile backlash. Since his earliest years, Nate has always made use of the psychic focusing lance which combines both his normally hampered telekinetic and telepathic capabilities to create potent force blasts.
s3fz59g6f0y11.jpg

Notable Items:
Nate's Amulet (Worn in Appearance on the top right)- Was given to him by his mother and is very special to Nate, he would hold on to it if he feels afraid and would always hear his mother's comforting words, "If you ever feel scared or alone my son, hold onto it and think of me, and the Phoenix will burn the fear away", oddly, it works and Nate doesn't know why but it may hint that Nate has a connection to the Phoenix Force.

Cerebro- Cerebro is a machine designed by Professor Charles Xavier for the purpose of locating mutant human beings possessing superhuman abilities. Cerebro does so by detecting the unusual waves of psionic energy ("brain waves") which superhumanly powerful mutants emit for reasons and through processes that remain unknown. The computer system in Cerebro can roughly measure the amount of superhuman power possessed by the mutant, determine the mutant's geographical location, and even specify the identity of the mutants if given sufficient data.

Although anyone can be taught to use it, Cerebro acts most effectively when it is linked to the mind of Nate Grey or a being with similar telepathic abilities. By wearing a special headset connect to Cerebro, Nate is able to use his psionic powers to increase Cerebro's ability to detect prionic waves.

Using Cerebro can be extremely dangerous, and telepaths without well-trained, disciplined minds put themselves at great risk when attempting to use it. This is due to the psychic feedback that users experience when operating Cerebro. As the device greatly enhances natural psychic ability, users who are unprepared for the sheer enormity of this increased psychic input can be quickly and easily overwhelmed, resulting in insanity, coma, permanent brain damage or even death.

Cerebro has the ability to magnify telepaths abilities to extreme levels. While wearing the headset a telepath can hear the thoughts of almost every being in the world, which allows them to perceive and know the location of almost every being around the globe. Any person has the ability to use Cerebro/Cerebra but telepaths receive the best results due to their telepathic nature.

Skills:
Combat Perception- He can instantly understand an opponent's method of thinking and fighting, allowing him to anticipate the moves of the opponent. Once he understands his enemies' strategy, he is able to find their flaws and weakness and take them down with little effort. While some users of this method do not use it as part of their primary fighting style, it is helpful in emergencies against difficult opponents where ordinary methods will not work against them.

Psychological Intuition- He possesses an incredible and innate understanding/knowledge of psychology and can use it for various purposes, often by changing the perception or behavior of others through underhanded, deceptive, or even abusive tactics. He also has an intuitive mastery of the associated speech and body language, expertly sending all the right signals. Granting him major leverage in any social situation and allowing him to easily wrap anyone around his little finger in a matter of moments and easily forging a potentially fanatical level of trust and devotion in whoever he exert these talents on. Using this ability, he can develop an incredibly charismatic personality and is capable of causing sudden and profound changes to the psychological state of others very quickly and easily. Enough time he could change anyone's views on anything. More benevolent uses may be to help those with mental or emotional problems, while the more malevolent uses may be to manipulate others into doing their bidding or even drive some to acts of murder or suicide.

Neurology Intuition- He has knowledge of neurology, a branch of medicine specializing in nerve disorders. He also possesses knowledge of neuroscience, the study of the nervous system and can diagnose neurological diseases and work to cure or make them manageable. He can also analyze his patient to discern anything that can help forward the understanding of neurosciences and study different nerves such as neurons and muscles nerves.

Physics Intuition- He can intuitively understand all types and forms of physics, able to comprehend the branch of science concerned with the nature and properties of matter and energy. He can discern the subject matter which includes mechanics, heat, light and other radiation, sound, electricity, magnetism, and the structure of atoms.

Abilities:
Telekinesis- (from Greek: τηλε- "far off" and κίνηση "movement") is the ability to influence/control/manipulate matter or another aspect of a physical system with the ‘mind’ or through other non-physical means. Commonly, the most fundamental trait is to move or otherwise interact with objects (or to generate and apply physical force on a target, or potentially, an area) both from a distance and without physical contact.

As the ability is connected to the mind of the user, it can either be activated and controlled through conscious effort and concentration, through willpower and emotions of a particular level of intensity or through achieving a state of discipline and serenity. In some cases, the ability can respond to his thoughts, ideas and whims, making it far easier to activate but potentially more difficult to control. Moreover, these aspects of his mind and mental capacity at large can affect the accuracy, precision, range, and strength of their ability, as well as the subsequent limitations of its intuitiveness, usability, functionality, and reliability in various situations.

Accuracy/Dexterity
  • Master Level: He can manipulate objects at the microscopic scale.
Mass/Strength
  • Master Level: He can move mass equal to buildings.

  • Molecular Manipulation: The ability to create shape and manipulate molecules, a group of atoms and one of the smallest unit of a physical substance or compound to achieve a wide variety of effects. Such as control over mass, motion and density, manipulation over the elements and alteration of size.

  • Physical Force Manipulation: Through the advanced use of his Omega Level Telekinesis, Nate can shape and manipulate physical forces, including gravity, kinetic energy, tension, pressure, friction, thrust, lift, drag, inertia, torque, g-forces, magnetism, acceleration, mass, weight, etc., Newton's Third Law, changing the direction of either of the two forces or making a magnitude of one stronger or lower than the other. A few detailed explanations of physical forces he can control are:

  • Telekinetically Enhanced Condition: He can use his telekinesis/psionic energy to augment his condition, allowing him to increase his strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, durability, agility, leap, stamina, healing, senses etc. The full extent and subsequent limitations of such augmentations are often linked to from and, sometimes, even dependent on his level of emotional intensity, focus and willpower.

Telepathy- He can mentally interact with the mind, consciousness, and thoughts of himself or others through mental power/capacity, thus being able to read/sense another person's thoughts, communicate with them mentally, and a plethora of other capabilities without the aid of physical communication (noise or movement).

Telepathy has three common categories; Psychic Communication, which is the ability to transmit information from one mind to another, Psychic Perception, which is the ability to receive information with one’s mind, and Mental Manipulation, which is the ability to influence the minds of others to varying degrees. The most advanced telepaths are not only capable of interacting with the minds or spirits of others, but with reality itself in various ways, tapping into psychic/astral energies, extending their senses/perception and even their very consciousness beyond the limits of their bodies, and potentially even projecting their power into the physical plane.

Level

Expert Level: He is able to sense minds from kilometers to a continental scale. He can manipulate the thoughts and feelings of every individual within such a distance.

  • Psychic Communication: He is able to open a psionic communication line with another being, rendering him capable of having conversations with others using their minds. He is able to open up channels of communication with others who may be incapable of physical speech or communicate to a deaf person by linking their minds.
  • Psychic Perception: He can perceive and read psychic phenomena such as auras, souls, energies, emotions, thoughts, memories, essence, etc.
  • Mental Manipulation: He can manipulate the mind, the mechanism of proceeding information, and the set of immaterial facilities that are linked to it. He can create, control, customize, negate and otherwise fashion parts and functions of the mind as perception, desires, thoughts, beliefs, memories, attention, personality, behavior and intelligence in a variety of ways. Beneficially, this ability can be used to unlock one's inner potential, bestow talents and skills, improve mental capacity. Destructively, this power may shatter minds, grant diversity of mental disorders and take over others. Either way, he possesses outstanding power that makes him a force to be reckoned with.
The mind is portrayed as a triple structure consistent out of three components, each having an essential purpose in someone's mind:
  • Subconscious is described as a set of processes that happen automatically without one's awareness of it: breathing, growing, regeneration, habits, etc.; The subconscious mind is a data bank for everything, which is not in your conscious mind. It stores your beliefs, your previous experience, your memories, your skills. Everything that you have seen, done, or thought is also there. It defines all past events and memories, though at times inaccessible to us no matter how hard we try to remember to bring things up. For example, the first word we’ve learned to say, or how it felt to be able to walk on our own.
  • Conscious is portrayed as one's sentience and awareness of existence, it is responsible for all activities one does realize it: studying, thinking, exploring, etc.;
  • The Unconscious Mind (or the Unconscious) consists of the processes in the mind which occur automatically and are not available to introspection and include thought processes, memories, interests, and motivations. Empirical evidence suggests that unconscious phenomena include repressed feelings, automatic skills, subliminal perceptions, and automatic reactions, and possibly also complexes, hidden phobias, and desires. Thus the unconscious mind can be seen as the source of dreams and automatic thoughts (those that appear without any apparent cause), the repository of forgotten memories (that may still be accessible to consciousness at some later time), and the locus of implicit knowledge (the things that we have learned so well that we do them without thinking).
Furthermore, in psychoanalytic theory mind consists out of another three elements:
  • Id: The Id, the most primitive of the three structures, is concerned with the instant gratification of basic physical needs and urges. It operates entirely unconsciously (outside of conscious thought). For example, if your id walked past a stranger eating ice cream, it would most likely take the ice cream for itself. It doesn’t know, or care, that it is rude to take something belonging to someone else; it would care only that you wanted the ice cream.
  • Super-ego: The Super-ego is concerned with social rules and morals—similar to what many people call their ” conscience ” or their “moral compass.” It develops as a child learns what their culture considers right and wrong. If your superego walked past the same stranger, it would not take their ice cream because it would know that that would be rude. However, if both your id and your superego were involved, and your id was strong enough to override your superego’s concern, you would still take the ice cream, but afterward you would most likely feel guilt and shame over your actions.
Ego: In contrast to the instinctual id and the moral superego, the Ego is the rational, pragmatic part of our personality. It is less primitive than the id and is partly conscious and partly unconscious. It’s what Freud considered to be the “self,” and its job is to balance the demands of the id and superego in the practical context of reality. So, if you walked past the stranger with ice cream one more time, your ego would mediate the conflict between your id (“I want that ice cream right now”) and superego (“It’s wrong to take someone else’s ice cream”) and decide to go buy your own ice cream. While this may mean you have to wait 10 more minutes, which would frustrate your id, your ego decides to make that sacrifice as part of the compromise– satisfying your desire for ice cream while also avoiding an unpleasant social situation and potential feelings of shame.
Interaction between mind and consciousness are essential to what makes you...well you, in proper terms, they are considered one whole psyche, while in some others mind is only a tool of independently existing consciousness.

Empathy- He can fully interpret the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others without reading apparent symptoms, allowing him to understand introverts or discover one emotion is actually hiding another. He can attack someone in a personal and emotional way since he knows exactly what emotion is flowing through them and can use this knowledge to play against them. He's also able to read emotional imprints left into the environment or objects.

Usually, over time, his empathic abilities grew to the point that he can manipulate emotions in others, and possibly use them to empower himself. He can learn to extend his power over/on vast numbers of sentient beings or reach extreme distances, even other levels of existence but this may be possible only if he has an emotional link to those the search is already in effect on.
  • Emotion Manipulation: He can sense and manipulate the emotions, including feelings, moods and their effects, of himself, people, animals and other creatures, whether by increasing, decreasing, causing or otherwise channeling emotions, even manifesting the emotional energy to a physical level.

Emotions have been described as discrete and consistent responses to internal or external events which have a particular significance for the organism. They are brief in duration and consist of a coordinated set of responses, which may include verbal, physiological, behavioral, and neural mechanisms. In addition, relationships exist between emotions, such as having positive or negative influences, with direct opposites existing. The contrasting and categorization of emotions describe how emotions are thought to relate to each other. He's also proficient in this ability that he can access the primordial emotions dormant within any sentient being.
Weaknesses:
(Telekinesis)
  • When operating or attempting to do molecular level feats of telekinetic precision, he must be concentrated and any great disturbances can hinder his control.
  • Molecular-level feats of Telekinesis are physically or psychologically fatiguing, straining, or even crippling for the user, with him either bleeding from the nose or eyes, falling unconscious, entering a coma, or even dying from the mental effort of constantly using the ability at peak effort.
  • Users that can control the physical forces on themselves (Like Personal Gravity, Personal Density, etc) are highly resistant to this power.
  • Telekinesis Negation and Psychic Energy Absorption can negate this power.
  • Can be weakened, nullified, or interrupted by stress, fear, distractions, disbelief, lack of confidence, and willpower, etc.
  • Cannot move things below the molecular level, i.e. atoms, subatomic particles, quantum strings, etc
(Telepathy)
  • Does not work on mindless beings (such as corpses, animated objects, robots, etc.).
  • Doing complex and precise telepathic feats might require tactile (physical) contact.
  • Same for his other psychic abilities, overuse can lead to migraines, nose or ear bleeding, nausea, dizziness, and possibly unconsciousness which can be a problem in battle.
  • Those with Psychic Immunity are immune to telepathic powers and those that have an Indomitable Will can resist his powers
  • His Mental Manipulation isn't automatic, it requires manual control to accomplish the task. Since the Mind is a very large place, usually it would take him seconds or maybe a minute (Depending on the task, such as looking for a specific memory in the subconscious would take longer than usual) to accomplish what he's doing and during that time gap, even if it's seconds he can be interrupted or attacked, which can cause a mental feedback which can stun him depending how complicated the task was.
  • The further the person or being, the less control he can control his powers
(Empathy)
  • Defenseless against beings that have no emotions, such as robots or users of Apathy.
  • Can suffer from a Sensory Overload due to absorbing too many emotions.
  • Can experience frequent headaches from sensing an abnormally strong emotion/s
  • Can't handle too many emotions at once.

Biography:
Nate's past is a bit complicated. He’s the son of another reality’s Cyclops and Phoenix, and thus the equivalent of Cable on his world. Having been infected by the techno-organic virus, he couldn't fully express his potential for Omega-Level psionic powers. His native reality was ruled by its version of Apocalypse. Those struggling against Apocalypse, including X-Man, eventually managed to undo their past and erase their reality, so it would be replaced by one where Apocalypse didn’t conquer the world during the late 25th century. A handful of persons survived and came to Earth-616 – including X-Man. Nate's adventure in the Marvel Universe has usually been at the periphery of it all, with some strange events and concepts.

Other: He's Homosexual

Weapons:
  • Gravity Gun - A tool or weapon, excellent for problem solving. It allows Gordon to move objects that would normally be too bulky and slightly too heavy to feasibly move in a timely manner (such as washing machines). It can also punt the object, creating a deadly projectile if it’s heavy or particularly sharp.
  • Crowbar - A hefty improvised melee weapon. Nothing groundbreaking and not particularly powerful.
  • Crossbow - A low-tech ranged weapon that loads a single bolt. It benefits from using retrievable ammo, and is not as picky as a gun. (Current ammo count: 20)
Notable items:
  • H.E.V. Mark V Protective System - A high-tech protective suit that insulates against chemicals, neurotoxins, radiation, and (to a certain degree) electricity, bludgeoning, and extreme temperatures. It monitors ammunition, vitals, and environmental conditions. It also features a medical system that administers minute doses of morphine when he sustains major injuries. When special batteries are added, the suit’s protective abilities are augmented.
  • Flashlight - A light built into Freeman’s HEV suit, which feeds on his suit’s power.
Skills:
  • Science - Freeman has a PhD in theoretical physics. He is excellent at crunching numbers and solving puzzles, partly by applying the scientific theory.
  • Physical fitness - “Remember, more lives than your own may depend on your fitness.” So true, long-winded voice on the Black Mesa transit system...
  • Survival Instinct - Freeman can improvise well and search for alternative routes, potential projectiles for the gravity gun, hiding spots, and other items or locations beneficial to his survival.
Biography:
A graduate from MIT, Dr. Gordon Freeman was studying methods of teleporting matter using pulses of radiation and extremely dense elements. He was disappointed with the slow pace and poor funding of education-sector research, so he accepted a job at the Black Mesa research center in New Mexico, offered by his mentor Dr. Isaac Kleiner. With U.S. government funding, his studies moved at a much quicker pace.

However, an experiment on a mysterious sample of unknown origin went horribly wrong. The space-time continuum was ruptured, allowing hostile alien life-forms to teleport into the facility. He fought and evaded both the aliens and elite military forces sent to silence the compound. Freeman eventually had to teleport into the border-world of Xen to destroy the source of the continued resonance cascade, a godlike being called the Nihilanth. After killing it, he was brought to a black void by a strange man in a suit who had been watching him throughout the incident—the mysterious G-Man. Threatened with a battle he had “no chance of winning”, he accepted an esoteric contract from unidentified employers and was put in stasis.

The G-Man later woke Freeman and sent him into a dystopian future ruled by an alien empire from which the Nihilanth had been fleeing. The Combine, as they were called, were especially paranoid of Freeman resurfacing after knowing his capabilities. He became a savior figure, leading a rebellion alongside his old teammates from Black Mesa. He and rebel agent Alyx Vance infiltrated the citadel in City 17 and destroyed it, killing Combine-Earth liaison and city administrator Dr. Wallace Breen.

After the explosion, Freeman found himself in a foreign world covered in snow and ice. No one knew who he was, so he was able to go into a city and visit a trading post there.
