Backstory
Colden was born into a farming family. His father was born and raised on a farm. His mother on the other hand, was a sorceress. She helped many people on her travels. She has also become a loyal subject to the king. When she had found Colden's father, she couldn't leave him. In all of her journey's, she had never met anyone like him. He was a caring and noble person; traits that even nobles did not show. He was the sweetest person she had ever met. He put everyone else’s needs before his own.
She decided to stay, eventually giving birth to Colden.
When he arrived, he was picked on. Everyone else was of a higher class, nobles, tailors, knights, while he was a farmer. Because of this mockery, he usually spent most of his time training. He rarely interacted with others. Years later he finished his training and became a Knight of the highest order. When he went to visited his mother, Colden found out she was dying. He had spent her last few moments with him trying to teach him whatever she could, but he didn’t have magic.

During one of his travels, Colden managed to obtain a sword form a blacksmith. They had perfectly made the blade for him as thanks for saving their people from a swarm of Giants.
Colden discovered his sword was enchanted when he heard of a sorcerer raiding a nearby town. During his fight with the sorcerer, his opponent attempted to use magic on him, but it didn’t work. The sword prevented the spell from hitting Colden. With a downward strike, he sent a wave of energy at his opponent. He nearly collapsed due to this. The magic had drained him. The townsfolk had to carry him to the inn.

Legend says Colden executed 3,000 soldiers all by himself. They were marching towards his home land. When they neared the castle, one man stood in their way. The soldier began to rush Colden, but he mowed them down with ease. Wave after wave of attacks, Colden kept going. He was surrounded at one point. He used his sword to slice his victims in half. It goes onto say he went to the king who ordered the men to attack. He marched straight to the thrown room. Colden executed the king in the spot along with the son to make sure an attack never happened again.
He couldn’t be seen for days after; he could barely twitch his finger.
Personality
Colden is a man of honor. If something isn't honorable, he won't do it. He is usually a kind person, unless you are his enemy, then all bets are off. Colden is an intelligent man, knowing many strategies and battle tactics. If the moment calls
for it, Colden will even crack a joke.

He is usually seen as a strong and devoted leader, taking on many challenges. He has a work hard attitude and will attain anything by doing so. He won't give up, even if it means his immensely demise. A victory is worth more than a defeat and slaughter of the many.


Weaknesses:
If Colden becomes enraged, he will become reckless and begin to attack more viiolently. Friends and foe become the same. If they engage, they will be attacked. When he goes into this rage, he becomes open to attacks.


If Colden uses his sorcery too much, he risks the possibility of death. Even if he uses it for a simple thing he will faint. He is limited to small amounts because he is only half magic. If he uses his sword for too long, he could faint or die.

  Bio:
  Colden‘s family lived in the earth kingdom as servants. He was born without a left arm. This proved difficult in his early years, but he began to adapt to it using his earthbending to solve the problem.
  Colden live most of his life in a peaceful time, not needing to battle or fight for anything. His family made it big once they discovered a special ore in their city.
  Meeting Kufu when he was young, Colden kept the lion as a pet, but then Kufu became a friend, a teacher even.
  Personality:
  A love of culture mixed with intelligence, Colden is arrogant to say the least. He believes in his powers above and beyond what he can do. This sometimes makes him a cold person, but he doesn’t care.
  At least that’s what he tells himself. Once the outer layer of cruel goes away, he’s kind. His tendencies spike of arrogance and saying he’s smarter stay though.
  Colden helps others in his own way. Sometimes that’s being rude, but effective.

  Growing up as kid in the monasteries is difficult. All the spiritual stuff, distance ones self was boring to Colden. He often got into fights over silly things.
  When it came to choose an air bison, he didn’t choose one. Instead, he had found an armadillo lion the week before and that had become his spirit guide.
  As soon as he was old enough, Colden moved out of his home and began his adventures.
  Colden owns an air sword. Really only a hilt, but when he uses his air bending on it, a broadsword made of air appears.
  Water was by the hardest for Colden to master. How could it move on from something as soon as it arrived? To change every moment and not admire the world around it?
  Personality
  Either its his air nomad roots, or the fear of failing, but Colden seeks out fun and adventures. Rarely is he seen so serious, something others find concerning. He sees the world as something beautiful to notice, to be apart of. He fears failure. The failure of living up to what it is others expect him to be. He chooses to run and fly away from his problems, not face them. That caused a rift in his loved ones, but he keeps his spirits up for a better tomorrow.
  Colden is nice to others and uses his talents to help in any way. There is always doubt, but he tries anyways because trying is better than doing nothing at all. To say he makes a statement when he enters a room is being kind. Colden is loud, very, loud. He says his mind and sees no wrong in doing so; the air nomads taught him to be open, so that's what he does.

  Background: While his time as the avatar was uneventful, he mastered the ability to lightning bend, a skill few in that time had been able to do. Colden spent much of his early years training to be the best firebender he could. On the day of his 17th birthday, he knew he was the avatar, even before the sages told him. It was a gut feeling, something he rarely went by.
  
  As time went on, Colden began to master the elements faster and quicker. Air was his hardest. The need to have a split second reaction wasn't his style. Colden preferred to have a plan in mind.

  Colden Bearvii was a warrior of the North. Many looked down on the young man, but his title of Bearvii told otherwise. He personally slew a brood of polar bear dogs threatening his village by himself. Guilt followed the man everywhere. Despite being everyone’s hero, he was a failure in his own eyes. The lives he took were not right. The animals were only hungry. Colden devoted his life to protecting the animals from others who would do the same, eventually befriending one.
