City-5 aka 'The City of the Stars' is renowned for being a bright and vibrant city of wonders. The architecture is entirely modern, the streets clean and the beaches sparkling. For this city is a city for the rich. Here you will find the most expensive of stores and the highest of skyscrapers shoot high into the sky boasting of luxury. Luxury only for those who can afford it. A city which the sun always seems to shine upon. In the residential areas you will find mansions and towers owned by the rich; movie actors, celebrities and CEO's. Of course, there are still the working class, but even they are better off than those in their other city counterparts. It is here where entertainment productions often take place making the Northern district of the city a Hollywood of sorts.

Kyon's Invasion:

In the aftermath of Kyon's invasion, almost half of City-5 was left in ruin. Construction has begun to restore most of the prosperous city but will take a long time to be fully restored to its former glory.
