City-17
City 17 is found in the mainland of the world of our One Punch Man and is regarded as the city of historic culture. Bordered by a mountainous region, City-17 is famous for its various museums, historic landmarks and art exhibits. This is in part, to do with the Ryu-Clan who have maintained a strong presence within this city for centuries, even before its establishment.
Mizuchi Castle:
Overlooking City-17, hundreds of feet above upon a mountain lies Mizuchi castle. The home to the Ryu Clan where they eat, sleep and train. The castle is older than the city and is the only historic building still in active use. The presence of the castle itself is enough to ward off potential low-class villains which is why city-17 does not currently have a large hero presence, save for certain members of the Ryu-Clan.
