Personality: A cunning and lazy person, Rei prefers to talk others into doing things for him. He's extremely proud of his clan, and has a massive ego about it, being the heir to it. He expects other people to bow before his abilities, which makes him train hard, and easily irritated by lack of respect. He's extremely well mannered, and speaks eloquently. It's said he can, if he wants, get along with anyone he desires, and can hide his true colors as long as he needs to.
Appearance: Rei dressed finely, always trying his best to be presentable. He doesn't mind a bit of dirt, but always has presentation in mind. His wings are large, and imposing, having a more solid appearance about them than most Tonbo members.
His eyes, as all Tonbo members are, are yellow, and with thing iris, look a little bit intimidating. He has a sly smile on his face most of the time

History: After the Tonbo Clan scattered following the fall of Kemuri, The Head, and many of it's members ended up in Okigakure. Rei was born there, and was prepped from a young age to take charge of the clan. He was trained in politics under a very strict structure. He reveled in his status, and loved the attention it brought him. He doesn't need to act out to get attention, it comes naturally. He expects the Tonbo to be the greatest, having a dual nature

Specialization:
Rei specializes in Taijutsu. He's called Steel Wing Rei for a reason, his wings are much harder than most Tonbo's. Generally, he tries to smash his opponent with them, and overwhelm them with stronger, more numerous appendages. His favorite method is to harden his wings, then amplify their weight as he strikes, turning them into a deadly weight as they fly at their opponent.
Weakness: Rei's overly specialized in CQC. His loud wings make it so he is unable to be stealthy.

Details:
The kekkei genkei is a genetic effect that gives it's user two unique traits.
The first of which is a pair of insect-like wings are born with the user that grow with them from birth. Rei's are particularly hard, and he uses them for everything he can in combat.
The second effect of this kekkei genkai is a dojutsu that allows the user to zoom in on an object over time. Their magnification can retract at a speed half that of it's magnification speed. Rei considers himself a master of this.
Weakness:
Rei's wings are not sensitive like mosts, as he's trained them heavily. They make him less stealthy due to their rustling sound. As for their dojutsu, zooming in on an object causes them to lose their peripheral vision, making them easy to ambush if they get too focused.

Weakness: He's limited by how many scales are on his wings. They regenerate quickly, but he does not have an infinite salvo
