RulesRules
The Rules of this Roleplay and character creation are as follow:
1. This Role play is based in the Naruto Universe, which is a pretty over powered universe, so while I will be lenient on over powered powers that does run out at some point, Don't make your character's way to op in other words.
2. Nobody is Perfect, that stands for your characters as well, don't make gary/mary sue characters
3. There is no posting limit/requirements, in terms of length basically I just don't want to see one liners that carry no detail or don't even go as far as to give the other person something to respond to.
4. I would like a post at least once every 2 weeks, I know people have things to do and there are other things that come up so I won't be dropping any ones character if you don't reply, basically what will happen is the roleplay will move forward as if you replied accordingly and your character will eventually be worked out of the story if your still not back, but not killed off just sidelined until you get back.
5. As far as character limits go there are none on actual amount, but you are only allowed to have one who has a tailed beast and one of the seven swords of the mist just because these spots are limited. You can reserve these while character creation is in progress but its on a first come first serve basis, basically if you want it ask, I'll reserve it. I'll only hold it for a 2 weeks though, because I don't want to have a spot held that wont ever be used basically.
6. Don't Fight, If you disagree with another player please try to resolve it as cleanly as you can, it makes for bad role playing situations when the players argue over things.
7. Regarding NPC's, you will be allowed to make them for characters you have related to your main characters, or for enemies and such, although they will be more open to gm stuff, essentially you'll have ultimate authority over your character but I may ask that he show up here or there on occasion or I may ask if its alright if something happens to him. These are essentially characters you won't be using as often and as such won't require as much detail.
8. The last and most important Rule is to have fun, if anything is bothering you I'm here to talk about it and if you need anything just let me know.

Personality:
Nien is a soft spoken individual. They pride themselves in doing the right thing. Hopefully, you don't have to die for the right thing to happen. Their personality changes in tense situations. Their presence (aura eh.. ask if you don't get it) doubles as they becomes more Serious. Once all is done, just being around their friends interacting with shyness is enough.

Chakra Type/Nature:
Wind and water are their natures.. They also have Byakugan. As well as Tenseigen locked beneath a Juinjutsu seal on their ankle. Releasing this seal incapacitates them in 10 seconds. But that 10 seconds (to the normal eye) is doubled twenty seconds while in this form. Needs time to access as well. Add on raised strength, agility, and awareness, then that's that. Tenseigen adds no new attacks.

Description:
Hakke Hasangeki is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Hyuuga Neji. Extending chakra from his body, Neji will thrust his palm into his target. This will send out a wave of chakra that will knock his opponent backwards into nearby rock to cause further damage. It is unknown if this wave can also collapse his target's tenketsu points.

Hakke Kuushou is a ranged Taijutsu technique utilized by Hyuuga Neji. Extending chakra from his body, Neji will thrust his palm at his target. This will send out an invisible wave of chakra that can knock his opponent back. It is unknown if this wave can also collapse his target's tenketsu points.

Description:
Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu.

Description:
HakkeHyakunijuuhachishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

Description:
Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.

If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms Gaurd (Serious Mode in place of Heaveny Spin)
Description:
Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique developed by Hyuuga Hinata. During the period after the Chuunin Exam, Hinata pushed herself harder than ever before. During this time she improved her chakra control and developed her own style within the Hyuuga bloodline abilities. She practiced the technique around water to hone it to perfection. Utilizing the Hakke Rokujuuyonshou style, Hinata uses her natural flexibility and her precise chakra control to create an absolute defense.

Hinata will emit chakra from her palms and move her arms in sweeping pattern movements to provide a full 360 degree range of protection for her body. This chakra will be also be able to cut through most any target which dares penetrate the protective sphere. By expelling a more sharper, stronger and more flexible amount of chakra, she can increase it's effectiveness against more massive incoming objects.

Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred Sixty-One Style (never used unless asked by GM)
Description:
This jutsu is considered the most powerful technique within the Hyuga clan, and is generally used as a last resort. When using this technique, the speed of the user is comparable to that of the Reverse Lotus. This jutsu allows the user to strike all 361 chakra points of the opponent, paralyzing them with each blow and instantly killing them upon the final hit.

Also,

Ninja art: Hidden mist jutsu (Last ditch escape/attack)
where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dojutsu.

Water Style: Water Prison Jutsu (Serious mode defense for a group)
This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Zabuza Momochi. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.

Wind Release: Devils Speed ( Serious Mode collaborative attacks only)
Using wind, the ninja can give a speed boost to his projectiles, making them more efficient and hard to dodge. This jutsu can also be used to boost the user's running speed for a short period of time, nearly doubling the amount of ground covered by the normal run.

Wind Release: Snapping Air Bullet (Serious Mode Only in place of air palm)
A technique where the user gathers air particles into their finger until it shows a small twister on the index finger. The user then covers it with their thumb and snaps at a target. The snap causes a small but fast moving shard of air at the target. The shard can penetrate a normal human body when hit.


Overview

Strengths/Weaknesses:
Beginning with strengths, Nien has amazing Chakra control. The down fall to this is the well of available chakra Nien has. This well only truly opens when serious. The next strength comes from their ability to draw on their friends energy. If a friend is in need of protection, or just a favor, their abilities attempt (I said attempt!!) to meet the need. The attempt is the resounding weakness. Unless given time to work up to seriousness they may never reach that point. Especially not the Tenseigen!! The third strength is protection/sealing jutsu. In contrast They tend to over exert themselves to protect their friends and may end up hurt.

Background:
Nien was born into a small clan of ninja who pride themselves in holding on to the Hyuga main branch jutsu. Much of the main branch was killed off, Nien was born of Neji's lineage, unfortunately the clan is nothing like it used to be during her time. They castrate those who are not from the main branch. They then train them in all Hyuga Main clan Jutsu /etc continuously from the time their chakra natures are useable. Once Nien had better control of their abilities, they were tied down and forced into a surgical procedure . Taking the failed ninja's eyes from them and implanting them so that Nien could acquire the prized Tenseigen. Once done, a Juinjutsu seal was placed on Nien. Nien has the ability to release it, but only for a short period as they were forced to accept the power instead of willingly excepting it. After all is said and done, Nien is sent out into the world to uphold the hyuga clan name, and honsetly to get away fro those damned Sensei!! They'll be the death of Nien yet.

Once Nein stepped out of the darkness, they became one with nature. They revel in a gentle breeze, a babbling brook, A humming bird nestled in a bushel of roses. They usually remain in this state until otherwise provoked. Gently, shyly, approaching and interaction with the world around them. Upon meeting other ninja, Nien attempted to learn from them about the outside world. Most times it ended in him losing interest and finding a butterfly to chase!

Appearance details: Red eyes and waist length hair, Height - 5'7", Weight - 158 lbs, pointed teeth. Wears a black coloured ANBU uniform and hooded cloak.

Personality: A jolly and childish teen that tends to treat everything in life like a game, while his behaviour seems innocent enough if oddly immature in a normal setting his favourite 'game' is assassination and he will happily kill any enemy that presents itself or seek them out when bored. His casual violence is kept in check by deeply ingrained obedience, a command given by one he considers to be higher rank will be carried out no matter how much it causes him to sulk. He tends to anthropomorphise the Kubikiribōchō referring to the sword as his 'aniki' and talking to it often.

Dislikes: Cold weather, staying put, pickles

Chakra Type/Nature: Lightning
Kekkei Genkai - Blood Harvest:
An inherited ability, many of Rokuro's ancestors possessed the ability to restore their chakra and stamina by drinking blood from other humans but Rokuro is considered a freak of nature that takes these abilities to the extreme. In addition to harvesting chakra and stamina he is able to heal himself of all but the most grievous injuries with sufficient quantities of blood, he is also able to temporarily overwrite his own chakra nature and signature with a victims allowing him to fool sensor type ninja and use a limited amount of jutsu outside his own nature. A side effect of his enhanced Kekkei Genkai causes him chronic anaemia and requires him to top himself up with transfusions or harvest from people directly.

Jutsu:
Elemental Clone - Creates a clone formed from chakra of his current nature, by default the clone is charged with lightning and dispels on contact or when struck shocking anyone nearby.

Elemental Chakra Mode - Coats the body in a layer of elemental chakra to block incoming attacks and augment the user's own attacks.

Flying Swallow - A kenjutsu technique that augments cutting power by flowing chakra into the blade.

Flash - A swift ranged attack where the user swings their sword at a target after coating it in chakra, releasing a sharp crescent of chakra in the arc that the blade was swung.

Lightning Release: Lightning Ball -
The user creates spheres of electrical energy and launches them at the enemy. When they make contact with the enemy, the spheres electrocute them and throw them back. This technique can also be used in rapid succession or fire multiple balls at once.

Lightning Release: Lightning Beast Tracking Fang - The user forms lightning in their hand and launches it at the opponent in the form a hound to attack them. As the hound is highly fast and its movements are unpredictable, it is very difficult to avoid. The user's hand remains connected to the hound by a cord of lightning, allowing them to freely manipulate the speed and range of the technique.

Camouflage Jutsu - The user controls the reflection of light around their body using chakra, causing their form, shadow, and even breathing to become invisible to the unaided eye.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Rokuro's unique abilities make him something of a 'jack of all trades, master of none', changing his chakra nature makes him highly adaptable but also makes it impractical for him to delve too deeply into learning ninjutsu of a specific element. His capacity to restore his chakra and heal himself makes him more durable than one might expect but causes him to be wasteful with his chakra and neglect defence in battle by assuming he'll be able to recover whatever harm has been done as long as he can get a hold of an enemy. Rokuro's anaemia makes him more susceptible than normal to the cold and causes his hands to become clumsy when short of blood.

Background: Originally hailing from the Kusagakure Rokuro was initially considered to be merely a sickly child until he first received a blood transfusion to manage his anaemia and his unique traits became apparent. When the Kakureyami attacked a Konoha ANBU that had escaped from the overthrow of the Land of Fire saw the potential of his natural ability to imitate chakra signatures and abducted the child in the midst of the chaos with the intention of training him as an assassin to strike back at the invaders.

After spending the next decade being trained in ANBU techniques Rokuro began accompanying his teacher on assassination contracts to make ends meet and took to the work joyfully. When he was 14 the two attacked a kakureyami officer who had stolen the Kubikiribōchō from Kirigakure as a trophy, in the ensuing battle Rokuro's teacher was fatally wounded by the sword and ordered Rokuro to survive and continue the fight. Feeling an affinity for the blood harvesting sword Rokuro took up the Kubikiribōchō and worked solo as an assassin for hire with an eye for killing kakureyami forces whenever the opportunity came up leaving a trail of decapitated corpses drained of blood becoming something of a boogeyman in the kakureyami controlled lands.

Ryoko Has Black hair and purple eyes, He's a well built and trained ninja, he usually wears a black form fitting tank top and black pants. He sometimes wears a cloak over himself when he's out on mission and also carries around a Kirigakure hunter's mask as a memento of where he was born. He has a scar from his right lip down to him chin that he got as a child.

Personality:
Ryoko was trained in the strong belief that if you want something you have to fight for it like your life depends on it. Throughout the years that's what he did, Ryoko proved himself to be a hard working and strong willed young man willing to do what was necessary to get what he wanted out of life. While the Kakureyami had killed his father he harbors no ill will towards them, he even feels for them some as he knows their world was destroyed and that they needed to move here in order to survive. Though this may be the case he still feels its his duty to fight to get the ninja world back, because even though they needed a new world they had no need to kill so many and then force the rest of the ninja into suppression. He feels that doing what's necessary to survive isn't evil even if you have to do evil deeds to survive but doing any more that what is required is evil, such as if a beggar stole food for his family so they could eat it wouldn't be evil but if the beggar killed the person who owned the food stall and stole his whole stock it would be evil.

He use to play with the other children there, not having any worries about the past history of the bloody mist village growing up as most of them were already forgotten. His father was a hunter nin, one of the very few able to call himself that anyways as most of the ninja in the village weren't overly strong, not that many were anymore since the time of peace had lasted so long. Ryoko was nine when the Kakureyami forces invaded kirigakure and took over his home town. Those who called themselves ninja were slaughtered in a mere instant and while those who actually had good abilities managed to hold off the forces for a little while soon even the Mizukage fell and there was no hope left. Ryoko's Father had perished in the battle and after the Mizukage had fallen one of his father's close friends grabbed him and took away, Ryoko only having enough time to grab his fathers mask as a memento.

After when they arrived at the refugee camp they were taken in with open arms. About a year later some of the stronger ninja that had survived and made it to the refugee camp had managed to capture and seal the eight tails after they had been suddenly attacked by it. The seal they had on it wasn't going to hold more than a day, so they began to test everyone's compatibility with the eight tails chakra and found that Ryoko had the best thus forcing them to seal it within him to keep the eight tails contained and under control. After that Ryoko began his ninja training for revenge and to get his new found power under control. Like his father he had control over the kekkei genkai Storm Release which is a combination of the Lightning and Water chakra natures. Over time he gained proficiency in using the 8 tails chakra along with his ninjutsu to increase his capabilities. While him and his tailed beast have never been able to properly bond he has become more proficient and Gyuki is less inclined to lose control.

Ryoko uses Storm Release which is a nature transformation kekkei genkai, a combination of lightning and water. Storm Release does not manipulate actual storms; it instead manipulates beams of electricity which flow like water. In addition to this he can use both Lightning Release and Water Release though he isn't nearly efficient in using water release as he is in lightning release. He is also capable of using Eight tails Chakra to boost his own but he has not been able to bond with his tailed beast enough to gain the benefits of a tailed beast chakra mode or a full tailed beast mode, nor can he use the fabled tailed beast bomb. He is additionally a bit experienced with kenjutsu but more so with taijutsu, combining ninustsu techniques in with a hands on fighting style.

Tailed Beast: Yes, Ryoko is the current container of the eight tails, while he does not get any extra chakra natures of abilities yet he can go up to about 4 tails while still in control giving him a large chakra boost.

Jutsu:
Storm Release: Storm Cutter: Ryoko employs a similar technique to Chidori, creating a much finer pointed laser like blade of lightning around his hand that goes up his arm and flows like a stream upwards after that.

Storm Release: Raijin's Roar: Ryoko gathers lightning in his/her mouth and releases it in a concentrated destructive laser blast.

Storm Release: Zap: Ryoko brings his chakra to his fist, coating them in a thin layer of his Storm release. a line of lightning traces after his hand as he moves it, giving him some added zapping power to his punches.

Storm Release: Grand Laser: Using the ability Zap Royoko quickly uses the trace of lightning from his fists to form a pentagram, which when complete fires off a laser.

Storm Release: Hail of Shurikens: Coating shuriken's in storm chakra Ryoko will fire them off creating laser like projectiles that move at an alarming rate.

Storm Release: Laser Circus:This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then it encircles the user's hand and from that, the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beam's direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can also increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy.

Storm Release: Laser Shot: Similar to Laser Circus the activation process isn't as demanding and it doesn't require as much chakra as it fires off a single beam of concentrated storm energy.

Storm Release: 10 hit disaster: Ryoko Starts the technique by launching himself toward his opponent while using his zap ability. He first starts by sending a punch to the gut followed by an upper cut that knocks the opponent upward. He then kicks his opponent backwards and follows after them. He then gets behind them and punches them 4 times to stop their momentum and kicks them downwards, while moving around to their front side. When they bounce up off the ground he sends an elbow towards their chest, then quickly slams his other hand into his fist to send a bolt of storm release chakra through his forearm and out through his elbow.

Advantages/Disadvantages:Ryoko's Abilities have many advantages, while he does prefer to use taijustsu techniques he is trained in both regular ninjutsu and kenjutsu, so he does had some range to his attack other than being just a close range fighter. Also his nature type Storm release is essentially a lightning nature jutsu although it does flow similar to water. This means it has strengths against earth nature types but it still has weaknesses against wind nature types, and supposedly to other nature types that use the wind nature as a base ability. Also his jutsu is very chakra demanding, most of his jutsu such as Zap and Storm cutter require him to activate his chakra for a period of time while laser circus and rajin roar use a lot of chakra all at once. While he may have access to the eight tails as an extra container he still has to be careful because as they do not get along as well the eight tails can run out of control if he goes beyond four tails.

Appearance details: Vahl is just under average size for where she hails, standing at a svelte 6'1" and 153lbs. She is not terribly short, but is certainly accustomed to being on the smaller side. She notably keeps her normally stark raven hair shaved to the skin, while adorning her azure eyes with dark smudges of ash paste to aid in keeping bright light from being ever too harsh. She wears plate gloves, pauldrons and greaves, and adorns her body with leather and chainmail, although keeps most of the armor under a simple yet worn Parishioner smock that's been split from waist to bottom on the left side to give her legs more freedom of movement. Denoting her place amongst the Sun's Favored Children, Vahl bears the icon of the Guiding Sun upon her brow.

Personality: Vahl is a happy enough sort, content with her lot in life and seldom wishing for trappings those more materialistic may want for. Ever the responsible elder sibling, regardless of her age or relation to others, Vahlianna bears a protective streak a mile wide, and it shows well. Having been adopted by her Mother and Father when her birth parents passed one winter, Vahl grew up with a strong sense of comfort for what she needed which grew into a stronger sense of what she would ever want for. With a strong distaste for bullies and those that pick on the weak, she became a prime candidate for the Sun's Favored Children, and organisation devoted to the safeguarding of innocents, and her commitment only became stronger as her regiment with the organisation ensued.

Determined and driven, little stops Vahl once she sets her mind to a task, and you'd be hard pressed to find someone more steadfastly, and sometimes stupidly, loyal to those she finds kinship towards. This has been one of her founding principles, and he knack for aiding others is strong enough that she's very well been seen berating an individual she legitimately dislikes being around, only to see them struggling with a task later and wordlessly going to aid them. Whether a flaw or a boon to her character, Vahl doesn't often speak of it, and loathes being thanked for her aid. She would prefer the aided merely ensure they pay forward the kindness at a later date.

Despite this, and in part due to her independence in her youth, Vahl fails to tolerate those that prey on the weak and innocent, and suffers little in the way of those capable but refusing to stand up for themselves. In her mind, refusing to stand when one can is little different than already having let death take you, and Vahl will likewise not waste her time on you if you can't be bothered to help yourself. Furthermore, one often only gets a single opportunity to abuse her graces, as whenever one tries to use her kindness and willingness to help, Vahl has an explosive anger that rises and is rarely easily quelled.

Of final note, Vahlianna has a surprising way with animals. She more often than not can find herself accompanied by errant birds tired from their rest, or in the company of a pack of wolves while resting at night, ever wary of the threat she, a larger creature, could be, but also recognising the lack of disdain or maliciousness in her. Having walked through a herd of deer deep in the forest, Vahl's kinship with the beasts of the world betrays the calm and serene soul that rests deep below her tough and boisterous exterior.

Likes: Vahl can often be found enjoying simpler things in life. Fishing, for example, or reading a manuscript under a tree on a calm day. She appreciates watching children, carefree and innocent as they are, playing as well. Animal watching is another popular past-time for her, as she sometimes takes extra food and merely sits and waits for the simpler creatures of the world to approach her.

Dislikes: Vahlianna suffers little patience for the poor leaders of the world, nor for those that hold themselves up, self-important and bloated, on the bent backs of true workers. Likewise, she has no calm when seeing children or animals needlessly targeted by cruel or malicious acts. Also, the color Puce.

Faiths(Chakra Type/Nature): For Vahlianna, she hails from a world where Chakra is understood as Faith. There are three commonly known Faiths. Faith of the Body, a 'Yang' type style that empowers ones physical form to greater heights than what would be seen in most humans. Faith of the Sun, a 'Yin' type style focused on molding your physicality into a projection of light. And Faith of the Moon, another 'Yin' type style focused on manipulating shadows around you. There are understood variants of Faiths similar to the five basic Elemental Chakra types, but knowledge of them is rare and often very poorly understood. Faith of the Body is known by all Parishioner Warriors, but Faith of the Sun or the Moon are generally mutually exclusive, and taught only if you are taken into the fold by members of one of the two branches.

Unlike Ninja techniques, Vahl does not utilise handsigns for her skills, but instead utters short prayers like any other Parishioner. This is another divergence in the two worlds functions, despite being the same by technicality.

Vahlianna Bethany is as skilled as any other in her Faith of the Body, but as a Sun's Favored Child she was likewise taught a handful of techniques within the Faith of the Sun.

Tailed Beast: Kakureyami Five-Tailed Beast; Sumofen
Upon her arrival in this world, Vahlianna stumbled upon an equally lost as herself being of immense power, the Kakureyami Five-tailed Beast, Sumofen. Namely after the latter had botched a landing and near crushed Vahl under its bulk. Despite this, and due to the importance of the iconography of birds for the Parishioners, Vahl introduced herself to the great bird, questioning if it was uninjured after its less than perfect landing. While apprehensive of the intentions of the smaller being at first, Sumofen quickly came to realise that bids for his power or other such nuisances were the furthest thing from the mind of the human Vahl, and that her concern and attempts at kinship were genuine. This sparked a friendship between them, and Sumofen actively chose to bond with the warrior as their travels continued, never fearing that his newfound Jinchuriki's ambition would outgrow their bond. For Vahl, much of Sumofen's actions and mannerisms remind her of her late brother, and she finds that she would stand against the world for the friendly bird.

  • Strengths- There is little in strength that Sumofen and Vahl bear between them to be honest. A lack of understanding on the others chakra natures, as well as their different approaches to their techniques means that aside from a standard friendship, the greatest boons are that of Sumofen being able to manifest a hawk sized form of himself, which can oft be found perched on Vahl's shoulder as they chat. This was developed through practise between the pair, as Vahl was convinced they should both have equal right to feel and enjoy the world. Furthermore Sumofen can, on occasion, use smoke to interrupt sightlines or harass and irritate opponents when they fight, though it is not a often well managed skill, and isn't always effective either. Despite their issues understanding each other's abilities, Vahl swears that when the time comes on the battlefield, they will "Find their shared tempo, and beat out a duet their enemies can not stand against." In time, their abilities can be strengthened as they come to learn more about each other and the worlds they come from.
  • Weaknesses- Despite their true bond and friendship, Sumofen and Vahl have no proper understanding of the abilites the other carries. By and large the abilities that Sumofen has to offer can't be actively controlled by Vahl, meaning the Five-Tailed Beast would have to take full control should he wish to utilise them. The inverse is that at the same time, he bears little understanding of Vahl's abilities, and as such can't seem to figure out how to share his chakra with the woman the same way most Jinchuriki's are able to imbibe in their Tail-Beast's immense pools. He can, however, still share small amounts when needed or backed into a corner.


Faith Prowess(Jutsu):
  • Faith, Will and Body- The standard technique all Parishioner Warriors know, this Prowess allows a Parishioner to push past known limits or expectations of the human body. From having sight that would put a hawk's eyes to shame, to the great warrior Jeann'kiar, who once tore a portuculis from a castle and then used it as a ram on the doors before collapsing, the Faith, Will and Body Prowess is one that only bears the limit of what you're capable or willing to put your body through before your will gives out. It's most common uses, however, are lightening the load of one's armor and gear, or enhancing one's reflexes in battle. This can also be utilised t mitigate the effects of the elements on one's body, such as keeping cool in a desert, grounding oneself if struck by lightning, or keeping warm in a blizzard.
  • Extensions of my Body- Another standard technique of the Warriors, they further channel their Will into the weapons and gear they carry, giving it surprising resilience against damage and the elements, akin to how they can do so for their own bodies.
  • Rays of the Sun- A non-standard technique, when implementing this, Vahl stands in one place and time seems to momentarily freeze for her. From here she takes stock of all that is happening, and sends out light manifestations of herself to act. This functions similarly to most clone techniques, however as soon as their singular action is taken, the manifestations fade away into nothingness. Furthermore, this only works if Vahl has direct line of sight to that which she wishers to involve herself.
  • Bulwark Against Shadows- A non-standard technique, Vahl channels the light of the Sun out in a 10 foot radius around her shield. When doing so, it acts as an extension her defenses, allowing the woman to protect a greater area around or behind herself.
  • Light Shining in the Darkness- A simpler technique, Vahl channels light into her eyes. This either gives them a soft glow and lets her see in any lighting, or can be further channeled to for bright, glaring beams of light pouring forth. Meeting her eyes when this is channeled is aptly described as 'like looking directly upon the sun'. It is also ill-advised.
  • Possessed Power- Should the time arise that it becomes a must, Sumofen can possess Vahl's body, giving access to all of his abilities, but losing out on all the standard powers the woman usually posesses.

Strengths/Weaknesses: The greatest strength of any Parishioner Warrior is in their ability to close on an enemy and then beat them into submission. In close quarters and against something like Taijutsu alone, a Parishioner Warrior has distinct and clear advantages of being able to respond and move with reflexes and speed most wouldn't expect given their tendency to wear bulkier armor and bear heavier weapons. However, it is important to note that in their world, the Five Elements are something rarely harnessed, and when faced with overwhelming range, their options are often either to try to force combat to close, or to weather the attacks while someone else attempts to flank. Parishioners have no prior knowledge of anyone fighting as the Ninja do, and due to the mixed bag of techniques and talents among them, Vahl will likely be forced to take each challenge on a case by case basis, learning in the field, trial by fire.

Granted, she wouldn't have it any other way.

Background: Little can be said of Vahlianna's early childhood, aside from her status as an orphan and gutter rat. Her notable life, however, took a sudden and swift upturn the day the ten year old got caught attempting to steal from a bread stall in the market. The stall owners, however, easily caught her, and the punishment was swift and brutal.

Adoption, which wasn't nearly terrifying, nor as punishing, as it had first sounded, and, eugh, the worst possible thing... education. Clearly the worst kind of torturous punishment. Where the first had seemed a gift, the latter had clearly been to make up for that oversight.

Still, taken into the home of the merchants she'd attempted to steal from, Vahlianna was given a home, and eventually took on the last name of the family she'd found herself so lovingly brought into. It was ultimately for the best as well, as shortly after her adoption she was found to have exceptionally strong Faith Lines, and as such was offered, as any child ever was, an opportunity to become a Parishioner, one who could actively mold their Faith into their earthly frames and extend their will out upon the world. This was something that had initially worried Vahlianna, as she would have had to spend a few years from the homes she'd only so recently in her young life found.

Despite this, her parents had been nothing if not supportive, and they even made the two day trek to visit her at least once a month, always ensuring the young girl knew that she would always have a home and family, while offering all the support one could ever need,

Once finished with her basic teachings, Vahl returned home, working both in the town's guard and working with her parents. At 16 her parents had given birth to their own flesh and blood child, but this had little countenance on how Vahlianna found herself treated, and she came to love her younger brother. Nota year later, pilgrims of the Faith of the Sun found themselves staying in their township, and Vahl quickly found herself entangled amongst their teachings, especially given the protective streak she'd developed for her new little brother. Life continued on content and happy, but at 21 a freak storm swept through their home, and at just under six years of age Vahl's younger brother, Marchial, was lost to flood.

Hurt by this, and at the bidding of her parents who felt it would be good for her, Vahlianna opted to take up her own Pilgrimage as those of the Faith of the Sun often did. It was in all of their hopes that the travel would do good to aid in the woman's grief.

However, it was during this Pilgrimage that Vahlianna happened across a stone of odd markings, and upon touching it, found herself in a strange land she did not recognise, one which did not share the same stars she'd come to know.

To pick a cardinal direction Vahlianna flipped a coin and set off in that direction, determined to find her way back home one way or another.

Katherine is a very pale girl who takes after her mother. She has pale Brown eyes, Stands at 5'7", weighs 135lbs, a has white thigh length hair. Generally she prefers to wear a kimono with thigh highs with wooden sandals but she can be seen sporting some more traditional ninja gear such as a vest and actual shoes. She carries a bunch of pouches at her side and that contain various ninja tools such as Shuriken and Kunai and a small Tanto blade on her back. She has B-cup breasts and a slim waist.

Personality:
Katherine is a bit of a rebellious type, she doesn't like to follow a set pattern of rules or be told what to do. Katherine likes to find her own path in life and she tries to hold onto her ideals as best as she can in a world where she could die at any given moment. Even so Katherine takes her work as a ninja very seriously, which is probably the only time she will follow the rules or a plan that is laid out for her, though she likes to insert her own input if she feels that the plan won't work or if she see's a better way to do it. Because of her natural tendencies she can be very stubborn, she doesn't like to go down without a fight and she will very seldom give up information regarding secrets she has unless she is tortured extensively for them. She can also be vey proud in her abilities and often can find her self in troubling situations where her over confidence gets her in trouble.

She grew up as the younger of two sisters in a world ruled by the Kakureyami, as she was only 3 when they had invaded. She had heard from a young age about people who died and people who suffered at the hands of the kakureyami, and she was always told by her parents not to fight back against them and do what they told her so that she wouldn't get hurt. Her oldest sister had disobeyed her parents wishes and had trained in the ways of the ninja in secret eventually leaving the refugee camp to fight the Kakureyami. Katherine had heard from a shinobi that had left with her that she had died fighting, which only made her parents protect her more.

As she grew up Katherine had learned all about the Kakureyami and their Cruelty. She had watched friends suffer and die at their hands which activated her Sharingan/Choutengan and her Mangekyo Sharingan/Chotengan. After a while she knew she had to do something, so like her sister she began taking lessons on the ninja arts in secret, becoming well versed in ninjutsu, kenjutsu, and Shurikenjutsu, even learning a summoning art from a shinobi veteran. She began to learn the true nature of her gifts and just how strong she was, being able to use the fire chakra nature and the sharingan, a sign that had dictated her a descendant of the uchiha clan. She knew the Uchiha were a famous clan for their strength and battle prowers as she had learned about them in history lessons that were given out by the few actual teachers that were in the refugee camps. Katherine's current Nature type is Fire Release, she is rather well equipped with fire style techniques. She has two kekkei genkai which both are dojutsu (eye techniques), one is the sharingan which she carries in her right eye allowing her to copy people's techniques and use them as her own so long as they are not Kekkei genkai. Her other eye carries what seems to be a unique form of the Sharingan that was acquired through the combination of her mother's and father's DNA, Katherine likes to call it Choutengan (Celestial Eye) which has a similar effect to the Sahringan in letting you copy one's abilities, though the Chotengan can copy Kekkei Genkai, so long as they aren't other dojutsu or Kekkei Tota, as it is able to replicate conditions for the combination of two element's but no more. chotengan.png

Furthermore While Katerine can copy the specific abilities of ninja using Sharingan and Chotengan she can be considered a bit of a genius in Kenjutsu, Shurikenjutsu, and she also knows summoning techniques. Her fighting style is mostly long range or requires a weapon when up close, she isn't as experienced in either Genjutsu or Taijutsu and even when she copies these techniques she can't use them as effectively due to her inadequacy in these fields. Additionally She has gained access to the Mangekyo Sharingan and the Magekyo Chotengan, though she seems to not consciously know about this ability and often activates it subconsciously, meaning she is yet unable to bring out their full powers even though she has access to them. Her Right Eye ability is Raiden, it appears as a special type of lightning that appears a bright white in color and radiates heat off of it, her left eye carries Ho-musubi, a Fire Release that uses blue flames, a variant of the fire release that produces a much hotter and intenst flame thats nearly on par with Amaterasu but not quite. She also naturally has access to the Sussano ability with her powers.

Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique The user spits flames from their mouth that, like a dragon's, quickly travel forward in a straight direction. Upon contact with a target, the affected area is engulfed in flames. Whereas the Great Fireball Technique will burn everything in the vicinity, the Dragon Fire Technique is more narrowly focused at its initial target, likened to a projectile.

Fire Release: Flame Bullet: This technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spitting it out, and igniting it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of flame bullets by partitioning the oil, or a continuous flamethrower.

Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique: The user kneads chakra in their body and turns it into fire, which they then expel from their mouth; the more chakra they use, the more flames that are produced. Sometimes the flames lack a distinct shape, being only a stream, but more often than not they take the form of a giant orb that maintains its shape until hitting a target. Upon impact, the fireball is powerful enough to crater the ground and vaporise the surroundings. Against living targets, the fireball can cause extensive burns.

Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique: The user spits a volley of small fireballs into the air; at a glance, it can appear as though there was only one fireball that then burst into many. The many small flames move wildly through the area, potentially mesmerising targets as they're surrounded. The user controls each individual flame with their chakra, allowing them to guide each at the target and, consequently, making this technique difficult to evade. Shuriken can be hidden within the flames, not only making them more deadly upon impact but also, by controlling the flames' movements, giving users a means of controlling the shuriken as well

Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet After kneading chakra, the user breathes fire from their mouth. The flames are manipulated into the shape of a dragon and directed to strike at the target from multiple directions. Unlike the Great Fireball, which covers a wide area, the Fire Dragon Flame Bullet makes focused strikes, quickly reducing targets to ash upon contact.

Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, which can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds.

Fire Release: Blazing Meteors: The user creates a myriad of small fireballs that are then directed towards the target's destination.

Copy Ninjutsu: Katherine can copy techniques and use them effectively up to b rank in strength form either regular ninjutsu or from kekkei genkai abilities.

Summoning Jutsu: Wolf Summon: Katherine can summon Wolves of the Forgotten Forest to assist her in battle.

Advantages/Disadvantages:
There are many Advantages and disadvantages to Katherines jutsu. The First advantage is that she can use techniques that she sees by using her sharingan of choutengan, allowing diversity over her abilities. The disadvantage of her copy cat abilities are that she can use the abilities if her sharingan isn't active when she sees the ability so she would have to have it activated before hand to be able to use it, and she can then only use that ability if her chakra reserves are large enough, nor is it easy to say she can control it as well due to lack of training, as something like the rasengan would be hard to control with out the proper training. Her nature type is Fire Giving her a natural advantage over wind type natures and a weakness to Water type natures. Additionally her Mangekyo sharingan and choutengan abilities will eventually make her go blind if over used. As well while she is good at long ranged techniques such as shuriken and ninjutsu her only defense against taijutsu is her kenjutsu and she has no defense against genjutsu.

Kana is a bit of a closed book to say the least, she doesn't speak much and hardly tries to make conversation with people that she is around. She tends to get straight to the point when explaining something and doesn't take any more time that she needs to when telling someone about something. She believes that ninja's are people who should keep to them selves and not give away secrets, though she does believe that teamwork is key to survival so she makes an effort to get along with her team, even though that effort is minimal. Chakra Type/Nature:
Kana for Starters, is equipped in both Taijutsu and Ninjutsu techniques and she can use two Nature types, which are the Fire Release and Earth Release. Along with that she possess the Steel Release Kekkei Genkai and the Lava Release Kekkei Genkai, both techniques that use the Fire Release and the Earth Release as base elements. Kana is a skilled ninja, but can only use B-rated techniques and can't really use anything high scale.She is also known as the 19 Tails or the Kakureyami 9 tails jinchuriki, though she does not yet have any control over Faikushu's Chakra yet even though she has begun to bond with Faikushu and even learn her famed fire fox style, mixing some of her own kekkei genkai techniques in with it.

Jutsu:
Fire Release Ash Pile Burning: The user spews a stream of chakra-infused gunpowder from their mouth, which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition.

Fire Release Great Fireball Technique: The user kneads chakra in their body and turns it into fire, which they then expel from their mouth; the more chakra they use, the more flames that are produced. Sometimes the flames lack a distinct shape, being only a stream, but more often than not they take the form of a giant orb that maintains its shape until hitting a target. Upon impact, the fireball is powerful enough to crater the ground and vaporize the surroundings. Against living targets, the fireball can cause extensive burns.

Steel Release: Impervious Armor: A C ranked technique that allows the user to turn a portion of their body into steel, which boosts their defenses, even having the capability to protect the user from blades.

Steel Release: Steel Projectile: The user creates a ball made out of steel. The projectile can be launched a considerable distance at the target, inflicting heavy blunt damage. When in unison with Lava Release, which can melt the steel, it changes into a spiraling-like shape.

Steel Release: Shuriken Creation: A Technique that allows Kana to create Shurikens or Kunai using her chakra. Larger variations can be created with more time and chakra.

Steel Release: Steel Lotus: Similar to the Front Lotus, this technique requires the first of the eight gates to be open and the user to turn their fists into steel. The user kicks their opponent into the air before clasping their steel hands together and bringing them down with immense force, striking the target in the torso. This technique was powerful enough to break the majority of the recipients ribs.

Steel Release: Binding Chains: After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates metallic chains underground and then unleashes them towards their target. Depending on what the user wants to do, the chains can bind their target down and lock them in place. Since the chains have chakra in their structure, it is nearly impossible to be released from the chains by force. The user can also tighten the chain around the target, injuring or crushing them instantly. To prevent escape, users can bind the chain into trees or the ground and allow them absorb the target's chakra to tire them out.

Steel Release: Iron Fist Technique: After forming the needed hand signals, the user can draw in iron from any source and have it wrap around the user's arm or leg to create a metallic glove. This glove is nearly weightless due to the chakra within the metal. The fist can increase the damage from blows many times and it is a useful defense when dealing with bladed weapons. Its only apparent weakness is that Fire Release techniques heat up the metal and can burn the user's extremity.

Lava Release: Fiery Rock Bullet: The user expels a single lava boulder at the opponent. This boulder can be expeled with varying degrees of viscosity and force. Much to their composition, the boulders can melt through most objects with ease.

Lava Release: Collapsed Eruption: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user slams their hands onto the ground, summoning a huge wave a lava that devours everything it's path.

Lava Release: Scorching Lava Fist: Kana coats herself in lava and punches the opponent. Even if the punch fails to connect, the intense heat from the lava can still burn his opponent if they're close enough.

Lava Release: Lava Shuriken: The user manipulates lava-nature chakra in between their hands and uses shape transformation to create five large points, which gives the lava the appearance of a giant fūma shuriken.

Lava release: Lava Globs: The user releases several globs of lava of various sizes at the target. The technique can also be manipulated to block doors and narrow exits using the hardening process of lava to prevent a target from escaping.

Earth Release: Earth Style Wall: The user converts chakra in their body into an earthen material that they spit from their mouth; the more skilled the user, the greater the volume of earth can then be created. The earth quickly piles up into a defensive wall, blocking incoming attacks. Although the muddy material is solid on its own, it is further fortified with a coat of chakra, making it more resistant to fire and water than it would otherwise be.

Earth Release: Fissure: After the hand seals are formed, a large fissure, spanning a considerable distance is formed. Unsuspecting victims will then fall deep into the earth.

Earth Release: Fist Rock Jutsu: By encasing their arm in rock, the user can deal a powerful hardened punch against an opponent while being protected from direct contact with their target. If necessary, the weight of the rock can be increased to further increase the punch's destructive power.

Earth Release: Rock Cannon: The user forms the hands signs and stomps on the ground infront of them, lanchung up several stones from the ground. they then punch the stones with great force towards their target.

Fire Release: Fire Fox Taijutsu: The user starts this techniques by forming two flaming circles over the backs of their hands. They use quick and well placed strikes when fighting and coat their fists with chakra every strike drawing from the flaming circles over the back of their hands. They can attack long range as well through building up chakra and blasting opponents at a distance.

Fire Fox Taijutsu: Scorching Fist: The User basically follows the fire fox taijutsu technique though they use lava release in place of fire release.

Fire fox Taijutsu: Flaming Steel Fist: The User also coats their Fist in steel to increase the damage done.

Strengths/Weaknesses:
Kana's Biggest strength is against the wind nature, because of her fire based techniques she has an advantage there and even her steel release, Lava release, and earth release techniques don't have any clear disadvantage against widn release techniques. Her Largest disadvantage is the lightning release which is effective against her earth release and steel release, being able to disable earth release techniques and her steel release acts as a lightning rod for lightning based attacks which can also play into a advantage if she uses it right. Her next biggest disadvantage is the water release which is effective against her fire release and her lava release being able to extinguish or cool down both, but it can be countered by her earth release. Her main advantage overall is the amount of diveresity she has in using ninjutsu being able to use two elements and two kekkei genkai along with her 19 tails chakra which gives her a boosted chakra pool. Her weakness outside of her elements lies in the fact she is only able to use b-ranked techniques, and only ninjutsu or taijutsu at that, if she is stuck in a genjutsu its all over for her or if she faces a more powerful technique it could overtake her own.

Background:
For Most of her Life Kana Didn't know what true freedom was. She was only a year old when the Kakureyami invaded and killed both of her parents in Iwagakure. Left with no one to take care of her she was taken away from her land to the kakureyami to be raised. Her adoptive mother was a soldier in the Kakureyami army who didn't agree with killing off so many innocent people, nor did she agree with the king's ideals, wanting to bring down the kakureyami from within. She had raised Kana up on those ideals, wishing for her to be the one to eventually cripple the kakureyami enough so that the people of the land could fight back and destroy them. Years of training and gaining strength in ninjutsu gained her enough favor as a young ninja to have the kakureyami nine tails sealed within her. As she grew she became more powerful and everything began going along with her mothers plan.

Eventually they were caught and Kana had to flee, though not before watching her adotive mother get slaughtered by her fellow soldiers. Kana ran, narrowly escaping the land of fire by using secret routes she was taught in case she even needed to flee. Luckily for Kana her mother never let her forget where she came from and because of that she was able to come up with a new goal, to search for the remnants of the ninja and hopefully join forces with them.

Personality:
Akira is a bit of a outgoing girl, neer one to really sit around and do nothing all day. She's an optimist and she never seems to break from her usual happy go lucky state except for when in battle. She tends to be much more serious in battle which is a very clear difference from her usual demeanor. The Stress that has been put on her since the kakureyami attack with her duties and all seem to have taken a toll on her as she tends to have a very tired expression most of the time, as well as black rings around her eyes similar to Shukaku jinchuriki's before her. She also has a love hate relationship with shukaku, While she doesn't fully accept Shukaku she tends to try and make conversation with him, but due to years of being sealed while other jinchuriki have been able to roam free Shukaku has become bitter and often wont speak to Akira unless the situation is dire and she is in need of serious assistance.

Her mother, who was shukaku's jinchuriki at the time, had her seal broken during child birth and died in the process while the rest of the hidden sand shinobi fought to contain and seal Shukaku. Apparently over the years, after Gaara died the hidden sand shinobi kept up with tradition of resealing the one tails into children as a way to insure power in the future generations. Because of this Akira's mother had been subjected to this tradition and died in child birth. Being her child the One tails was almost immediately sealed within Akira. When She was 5 the Kakureyami attacked and she was taken out of the village by a large group of jonin as protection so that one day she could avenge the hidden sand.

Growing up was tough for Akira after that, she had not known the touch of a mother and she was never able to come to terms with the beast inside of her. She had been expected to do everything from that point forward, as it was her duty as the daughter of the kazakage and the one tails jichuriki. After years of training and hard work Akira had become a well respected and strong shinobi herself. She eventually felt ready to fight and take back the ninja world and to live up to her destiny as the daughter of the 9th Kazakage. Akira is a powerful ninja who has the ability to use the Magnet Release, which uses both the wind release and the earth release. She can use techniques that involve ninjutsu and sealing jutsu. Her techniques work very similarily to the third kazakage's, using specially made iron sand from ground down weapons that is kept in a large gourd on her back, she is able to form large weapons out of sand or even mix her iron sand with regular sand and use larger techniques such as gaara does. She is the current jinchuriki of Shukaku, or the one tails, and her relationship with shukaku is a rough one, while they do agree on most things it seems that shukaku has grown a bit bitter over the years and is very reluctant to share his chakra. Additionally Akira is a user of kenjutsu and often carries a small blade with her. She has also discovered a ability she can bring forth due to being Shukaku's jinchuriki, when using a small amount of Shukaku's chakra instead of being surrounded in red/orangeish chakra cursed seal marks similar to Shukaku's form on her body giving her increased chakra flow and abilities.

Jutsu:
Black Iron Fist: Akira creates two massive hands out of Iron Sand that he can manipulate using electromagnetic fields. He can have the hands clamp around himself to protect against attacks, as well as can be used to attack a target from a distance.

Iron Sand Weaponry: Using Iron Sand, the user can create weapons charged with magnetism, such as spikes, spears, and swords, that can be used offensively against the opponent.

Iron Sand Clone: The user creates a clone out of Iron Sand that can be used for diversionary tactics.

Iron Binding Coffin: Using Iron Sand Akira surrounds her opponent in iron sand and encases them binding them in place with their face uncovered.

Iron Maiden: An Extension of the Iron binding coffin used for Interogation, Akira forms spikes outside the binding coffin and begins to press them in to cause pain.

Iron Sealing Coffin: Another extension of the Iron binding coffin, Akira completely shuts them into the Iron coffin and places a seal on the iron causing the enemy t be sealed.

Iron Sand wave: Akira launches a wave of Iron Sand to descend upon his target. It is similar to Gaara's Quicksand Waterfall Flow, but on a much smaller scale. She can also use this technique to bind a target and crush them.

Iron Sand Shells: It is a gunshot-like attack which uses Iron Sand hardened into large grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets move fast but them can still be seen by the naked eye. The moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the Iron Sand bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the opponent.

Iron Sand Sheild: Akira Creates a Large wall of Iron Sand in front of herself in order to shield herself from incoming attacks.

Iron Sand Quick Weapons: Using her Iron sand Akira creates shurikens or Kunai, which can be further manipulated mid flight. She can also use this ability to lengthen her blade that she carries.

Shukaku Curse Seal Mode: An Alternate form that allows Akira to use a small portion of Shukaku's Chakra rather than turning into the tailed beast itself. in the this form Akira has an increased amount of chakra and the cursed seals of her body can be moved to another person as a sealing technique to bind their movements or restrict their chakra.

Advantages/Disadvantages:
The Main disadvantage of Akira's Techniques is Fire based techniques and lightning based techniques. Basically if her iron sand gets too hot it is possible for her to temporarily lose its magnetic properties, and also the metal can melt eventually. Lightning or a shock can cause the metal to become temporarily demagnetized, and also the metal can conduct electricity, if connected back to her in anyway it could be dangerous for her. Her main advantage is that she can control metal sand in anyway she wants, giving her a lot of diversity over her abilities. As A Jinchuriki she doesn't have full control over her powers, basically Shukaku is to bitter to let Akira take the wheel and use his chakra as she pleases, of course he will lend some in certain situations, so she cant actually become the one tails in full but she does have access to what she calls the cursed seal mode which covers her in Shukaku's cursed seals which can be an advantageous boost in power.

Appearance Details: Kayda has long brown hair with bangs that is usually back in a ponytail so that she doesn’t have hair in her face; she likes being able to see what she’s doing. If you ask her what color her eyes are, she will tell you they are “starlight blue.” Kayda stands at 4’11” currently, although she’s always insistent that she’s still growing. She weighs 94 lbs. From looking at her, one can tell she has not hit puberty yet. She’s almost always wearing purple because that is her favorite color.

Personality: Kayda is a rather boisterous and pleasant eleven year old to be around. She loves engaging in a plethora of different conversations and is surprisingly knowledgeable on multiple topics due to her upbringing. Even though she’s read as many books as she has and therefore has an awful lot of information floating around in her head, Kayda’s age makes her more than a little naive because she tends to be too trusting of people she shouldn’t trust quite as much. Kayda can be loud when she wants to be, but she also knows when silence is valuable for stealth purposes. Another very prominent part of her personality is her heroin - Konan. Kayda’s read about her in as many books as she can find, and she aspires to be like her in almost every way possible. For that reason, she tries her hardest to remain calm and collected like Konan at all times. She’s definitely not perfected it yet and she’s well aware of that fact.

Another important aspect of Kayda comes in her interactions with adults. She is very respectful of adults in her life on 99 out of 100 occasions. There’s the small chance that she’ll be a defiant and whiny child, but it really isn’t all that common. She knows she’s very young in the grand scheme of things, and although she wants to help however she can, she’s also still learning and she knows it. There is a caveat. If someone is not an adult - even if they’re close but not quite there - Kayda will challenge their attempts to boss her around at every single turn.

Techniques:
  • Taijutsu: Kayda’s taijutsu is about average for what could be expected of someone given her size and age. She could fend her own very well against someone her same size. She does know a few techniques for defending herself against people bigger than her, but she tries not to engage in taijutsu with people bigger than her because she knows she’s likely to lose.
  • Shadow Clone Jutsu: Allows the user to create multiple clones of themselves. Kayda can make about 5 without too much difficulty.
  • Shadow Shuriken Technique: Two shuriken are thrown together with the smaller in the shadow of the larger. The intent is for the smaller to go unnoticed and therefore hit it’s target because you can’t dodge what you can’t see.
  • Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades: The user attaches wire string to a shuriken and kunai knife. The shuriken is thrown and dodged, then loops around something nearby and the kunai is thrown. When the kunai is thrown, the shuriken is pulled back towards the target striking them from behind.
  • Substitution Jutsu: The user replaces themselves with a nearby object to avoid an attack
  • Tree Climbing / Walk on Water: Kayda has enough chakra control to do these things.
  • Transformation Jutsu: Allows the user to transform into anything
  • Dance of the Shikigami: This is where Kayda is very much still learning things. Her goal is to be able to become a paper angel like her heroine, Konan. She can get herself to the point of turning her body into little sheets of paper, but her chakra control is lacking when it comes to hardening items into weapons, sustaining wings and the like. She probably does have at least enough control to asphyxiate someone in a blanket of paper, but she’d have to defend herself at the same time and that’s where she would struggle.

Strengths: If anyone needs to go back to basics when it comes to ninja techniques, Kayda is the person to go to. She’s got them down fairly solidly and she’s smart when it comes to using them. Kayda always has her ninja tools with her and is always trying to think of new ways to surprise people with them. She’s very book smart given that whenever she’s not training, she’s reading. Kayda also has the strength of being an extremely kind soul.

Weaknesses: When first looking at her, one would presume her naivety is her biggest weakness. That is, however, incorrect. It is one of her weaknesses, but not the most prominent. Kayda is so stubborn on what she wants to be and who she wants to be like. She could probably start learning earth style techniques and become quite a skilled prodigy very quickly, but that’s not what she wants to do. She hyperfixates on learning the Dance of the Shikigami to the point where she isn’t reaching her full potential as a ninja simply because she’s refusing to try to learn anything else. Kayda is excessively stubborn when it comes to her goals.

Background:
Born and raised within the Kakureyami regime, Kayda has never known a world without them. She grew up in a rather small village within the Land of Fire, though, that somehow managed to stay peaceful despite everything else. Scholars from the Land of Darkness often visited her hometown to research various resources within their new world and Kayda simply grew up used to it. She also grew up very accustomed to how different the people in her village would be when none of the scholars were in town. One man - Hanto - would teach all the little kids how to fight when none of the kakureyami regime were around and to the kids, it was just a game. It was Kayda’s favorite game, but she knew they could only play it when their rulers were absent. Therefore, Kayda quickly needed to find things to do when the regime was more present and observant of their quiet existence. She found that in books. And it didn’t take long for her to find some fairly ancient history books… books about the great ninja wars and the heroes within them.

Of all the kunoichi she read about, Kayda most came to worship Konan - The Angel. She fought gallantly to protect the one she respected most, she did so in spite of being a woman at the time, and her magic was beautiful. On top of that, she knew to change when she’d been wrong and her resolve remained until the moment she died. True, the same could be said of many from that time, but Konan was the one Kayda latched onto. From the time she first read about her onwards, Kayda strived to become like Konan in any way she could. Kayda sought out Hanto and asked him to teach her the basics of ninjutsu. At five years old, Kayda was starting on her path.

Life became fairly routine. When Kakureyami scholars were in town, she would read about the ninja arts and about her heroine, Konan. She studied hard because it was all she had. When the scholars left, she trained with Hanto, both improving her taijutsu and slowly learning to use the tools of the ninja of old. Things went well for a fair number of years and then Kayda began to notice that more people began frequenting their village - both from the Kakureyami and from other strange places. The library’s selection became thinner and thinner as books were taken either for teaching things that were now forbidden to learn or because someone wanted to learn them while not being in the town. Kayda had less and less to do beyond watching the comings and goings of people superior to her in many ways and that’s what she did. Their village librarian was killed right in front of her eyes. The Kakureyami later announced in a report that he was killed because he was sharing knowledge that could lead to rebellion. Kayda knew better. Those books had always been there and the librarian never controlled who read what.

Lacking any books to read from any longer, Kayda ran away a lot… into the woods, to hide and train. She didn’t know what she was training for, but she was getting the sense that she needed to train for something.

Then the day came where the Kakureyami leaders came for Hanto. Charged with using violent techniques in a peaceful town, he was executed right in front of Kayda. She was distraught beyond belief. A month went by where all she did was eat and sleep on repeat. However, when she finally came out of that childish tantrum, she went to Hanto’s old home and found that he had left many things for her. There was a stack of books that he’d saved for her. More importantly, there was a map that guided her to a caravan that would take her to a refugee camp, where she could continue her training. Where she could be safe.

Of course, Hanto knew she wouldn’t just go there to be safe. She’d go to join the fight.

Ariki Kiriken is a 5'8" tall teenager with a well built figure from years of rigorous training to make himself a taijutsu master. he has brown eyes that seem to glow red at times (its the fire of his youth!!!) and brown hair that's mostly wild in nature but is tied into a loose pony tail at the back. He wears a Sleeveless Gi with a image of a golden dragon on each leg along with a red sash. He also wears heavy weighted gauntlets for training that can also function as a weapon.

Personality:
While Ariki may look to be a mean delinquent type young teenager who works out way to hard for some one his age but he's actually a very helpful and happy go lucky boy. His hardcore appearance with the Dragon Gi and the pony tail is due to his conviction to not only look cool but to be the embodiment of youth, so basically his perspective is a little warped by old fashion magazines he saw, thinking that the people in them repersented cool young people, so he cut his hair like them and styled his Gi with open sleeves. Ariki is a very strong willed kid, once he sets out a goal he will accomplish it, even if he has to kill himself doing it. but even though he has a strong will he sometimes wonders if his abilities are enough, While he's thankful to be able to be a ninja and fight the kakureyami with only taijutsu abilities he feels that he doesn't quite match up to the people who can use ninjutsu or even genjutsu.

Since that time he has lived in the refugee camp within the land of lightning for all of his life, his arents having had fled there in hopes of getting as far away from the Kakureyami as possible. Ariki grew up with scraps left from what was once life, toys that had been half broken or were soaked in mud and dirt, books that had pages torn from them or were half burnt and ruined, He basically grew up with what ever had been scrapped together from the time that the ninja's moved there, as for the most part they needed to keep a, low profile and try to survive, as that was their main goal. However all these things didn't stop the youthful spirit of Ariki as he had not known what the past was like, so he only had the future to strive towards.

When Ariki had begun training and foundout he could not use ninjutsu he almost ran away from the refugee camp, wanting to throw himself into the ocean as he wouldn't be able to forge a better world for himself and those around him. Of course one of the jonin in the villiage stopped him before he could do so, saying that there was another way to fight. He passed along some well kept, or at least well kept in comparison to everything else, ninja scrolls that described some taijutsu techniques and talked about the Eight chakra gates. Ariki made it his goal to master all of the gates and train hard every day. So from that day forward from sun up to sun set Ariki trained and within just a few years he had gotten so strong he was able to keep up with those who could use ninjutsu and genjutsu.

Ariki is a Taijutsu only ninja, and because of this he has to work extra hard to match up to the abilities of the other ninja. He can currently open up to six of the chakra gates and he is also well equipped in some different types of ninja weapons. Typically his fighting style is a beat em down type as he attacks relentlessly with his fist, nunchaku, or tonfa. As of right now Ariki can open up 6 of the 8 chakra gates.

Jutsu:
The Gate of Opening: located in the brain, removes the user's mental inhibitions. Opening this gate allows the user to perform the Front Lotus, a technique that tires them afterwards.

Front Lotus: The user delivers an upward kick to their opponent, sending them high into the air. The user follows the opponent along their upward trajectory, taking tight hold of them so that they can't move or escape. Once they've reached the peak of the initial kick's arc, the user begins a spinning motion and propels them headfirst towards the ground. The user releases the opponent right before impact and retreats to safety, leaving the opponent to collide with the ground alone.

The Gate of Healing: located in the brain, increases the user's physical strength. This has the added effect of re-energizing the body, enabling it to rapidly recover from exhaustion.

The Gate of Life: located on the spinal cord, turns the user's skin red when opened. Other effects include the user's pupils disappearing, their hair standing on end, and bulging veins all over their body. Opening this gate allows the user to perform the Reverse Lotus.

Reverse Lotus:The user first opens at least three of the Eight Gates, removing their body's limitations on their maximum speed. Once this is done, the user - who is so fast that it's difficult to follow their movements - continually strikes the target from multiple directions, pummelling them into the air. This eventually puts them in a position to deliver a finishing blow that sends him crashing back to the ground.

The Gate of Pain: is located on the spinal cord. Rock Lee opens this gate as he's about to use the Reverse Lotus, seemingly to increase his speed; as he performs the Reverse Lotus, his muscles start to tear.

The Gate of Limit: is located in the abdomen. Rock Lee opens this gate as he's about to deliver the final blow of the Reverse Lotus, seemingly to increase his strength; after completing the Reverse Lotus, Lee's limbs receive compound fractures.

The Gate of View: located in the stomach, increases all the user's abilities. The power that emanates from the user is enough to displace surrounding bodies of water.Opening this gate allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock, wherein the user's punches are so fast that friction with the air produces flames. Opening this gate has sometimes been shown to create an aura around the user; in the anime, the aura is green.

Morning Peacock: The technique is started by kicking the enemy into the air, which for most would be an instant kill. The user then jumps into the air in a distinctive stance and begins punching the enemy repeatedly. The punches are so fast, they are set ablaze by sheer speed and friction which in turn creates a peacock-like fan of flames around the opponent. Once the attack is finished, the enemy will be sent crashing back to the ground, covered with the attack's aura.77

Advantages/Disadvantages:
Being a Taijutsu only fighter Ariki has many disadvantages against those who can use ninjutsu and genjutsu, though he is able to overcome some of these differences through his harsh training. Aside from this he is probably one of the most powerful taijutsu fighters in the current ninja world, as he is able to open 6 of 8 gates and his overall strength is nothing to joke about. Due to this he has and extreme advantage in close quarters but because of his abilities serious stamina drain he can be left a bit dazed and exhausted after he uses it, which can put him at an eventual disadvantage if the person he's fighting can out last him when he opens the 6th gate.

As they move at the target, the user spins rapidly in order to pierce targets, drilling even through stone.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Shichikō is a highly experienced ninken and is considered one of the strongest of his kind, however his lack of a ninja partner limits his effectiveness and while he has been able to adapt some of the techniques normally only usable in pairs they are inherently weaker. Being a dog he has an exceptional sense of smell that can also pick up traces of chakra.

Background: An aging Inuzuka ninken Shichikō was as was customary partnered with a child as a puppy to grow and train as a ninja pair together. The duo became famed for their skill and close bond over the years, managing to survive the appearance of the kakureyami Shichikō and his partner continued to boldly fight back as best they could winning further fame through their efforts.

Eventually they inevitably bit off more than they could chew and were attacked by a highly skilled kakureyami warrior, when they attempted to escape Shichikō was separated from his partner and returned to the camp alone. Believing that his partner had merely needed a little longer to shake his pursuers and would be back soon Shichikō found a good lookout spot and settled in to wait, the hours stretched into days then months then years and still he waited on that spot leaving only to join the occasional mission or desperately chasing the few rumours of his partner that surfaced. Some of the people in the camp tried to tell him that his partner was surely dead but Shichikō furiously objected and chased them away.

    Outwardly, Suzu is a playful and easygoing woman. Maintaining an upbeat personality, she often wears a bright smile on a daily basis accompanied with an optimistic mindset. While she isn't hiding any menacing or inherently evil qualities, Suzu tends to simply be more meek and awkward when she's truly herself. She puts on a mask of faux confidence because she often feels as if it's the only way to cope from tragedies in her past—a persona to keep herself from going through the same trauma as when the Kakureyami first struck. Liking to frame herself as a righteous hero-type, Suzu does this to turn herself into an individual better emotionally equipped to deal with her foes—in order to prevent others from experiencing similar events she has been through. This in turn leads her to an unhealthy obsession to fix things, to fix the wrong in the world to give her own past meaning. While noble, her obsessions go to an extreme, with her willing to throw her life aside for the sake of seeing her goals come to fruition.

    Her duality is more recognizable if someone were to ever discover it. In public Suzu is always moving, seemingly full of energy. Her reactions're often expressive and vibrant, purposely exaggerating and overreacting to a certain extent. Though along the same lines, Suzu is often uncharacteristically quiet and solemn at times, deep in thought. She's often found just standing there, staring off into the distance before she shakes it off and continues on with the rest of her day with a bright smile.

Personality: Shigetsu is a sarcastic, rather arrogant shinobi. She can be rather boastful and cocky, often speaking in such as way that makes it seem like shes above everyone else and looking down on them. She can only be described as someone with no respect for others although she does show some for the likes of Rokuro Sadazaku who like her is a sword wielder and a weilder of one of the seven swords at that. She is rather unlikeable as a person, and has few friends because of it. However, she can be caring, as shown with her relationship with her teammates, though this can be more of a demeaning releationship as she tends to express it more as scolding than actually caring, for example like asking someone what the hell they thought they were doing when they get injured rather than asking if they are all right.

Chakra Type/Nature:
Shigetsu is an expert in the water release nature type. Being a member of the Hozuki Clan she can turn herself into water using the hydrification technique, giving her a nearly invincible body when she has chakra. She is relatively skilled in Ninjutsu but as most Hozuki she is very strong in Kenjutsu, her abilities even granting her the nickname the demon. While it is predicted that she is capable of using all seven of the ninja swords of the mist she hadn't been able to find any that weren't already taken. As such she carries 2 different blades on her. The first is a sword made for the purposes of training to use Samehada or Kubikiribōchō named Higesori, Its a large sword in similar appearance to a kitchen knife and is around the same weight as both of the swords, though with none of the extra abilities. Shigetsu has to use her Hydrification technique to increase her muscle mass to use this sword. Her other sword is a katana like blade named Tsukikage (Moon Shadow), which is a blade on par, maybe even greater in power than the original seven swords of the mist, giving it the nickname as the First sword of The Second generation Mist Swords. Tsukikage possess power on a large scale due to its ability to absorb and store chakra from nature, similar to how a sage would. The Sword can then use this natural energy to emit long distance slash attacks using pure chakra. The down Side how ever is that who ever uses the blade has to use their chakra to use this ability but also their chakra gets eaten away at by the sword and over use can be deadly for the user. As such to prevent the sword from eating the users chakra while its on their back its wrapped in a white cloth that had seals inside of it, the cloth can be easily wrapped around the sword or unwrapped by channeling chakra into it as it is specifically bonded with the sword and will wrap around it as soon as it gets activated. The blade of the sword itself always seems to have a light glow similar to the moon and hums with power. Shigetsu also possesses a crused seal of Heaven, a seal that increases her chakra levels and allows her to gain more power, it was gained from a unknown source when she was young some time before the Kakureyami attack.

Hydrification Technique: This jutsu, a hallmark of the Hōzuki clan, allows the user to liquefy any part of their body at will, from the hair on their head to the muscles in their arms.

Water Release: Tate Eboshi: After using her Hydrification Technique to merge with a water source, Shigetsu can form a giant wave that resembles a demon-like fish. Shigetsu can use this form to battle larger opponents, or she can use it to shield allies from attack.

Water Gun Technique: The user makes a finger gun with their hand and, through the Hydrification Technique, compresses a drop of water in their index finger, firing it with tremendous force and speed similar to a gunshot.

Water Release: Wild Water Wave: The user spews water from their mouth in a waterfall-like fashion to wash away the target. One can freely control the power of this technique by the amount of chakra kneaded and then released. While considered to be a basic Water Release technique, it has many variations.

Drowning Water Blob Technique: After liquefying a portion of her body, Shigetsu manipulates the resulting water to surround her target's head, preventing them from breathing in order to either render the victim unconscious or ultimately kill them if the suffocation is sustained.

Water Release: Great Water Arm Technique: By putting the Hydrification Technique into practical use, the muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of breaking through both rock walls and steel doors with ease.

Tsukikage Release: Forming a combination of hand signs Shigetsu channels her chakra into the wraps binding her sword, the sword then becomes unsealed from its binding.

Half Moon Shadow Slash: At the instant of a slashing attack tsukikage absorbs and compresses the users chakra into raw force similar to rasengan and sends it flying off the tip of the blade into a distanced cut. the attack is sharp and has the intended effect of cutting down enemies at a distance.

Silent Killing: As the name suggests, this technique is simply a soundless method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user moves silently, the attack cannot be anticipated and defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Some shinobi also opt to use a cover such as mist or even frost to rob their opponents of their field of vision and then attack them.

Strengths/Weaknesses:
Shigetsu's techniques are weak against both earth release and lightning release. Her water jutsu has a natural weakness to earth type techniques and her hydrification technique makes her naturally weak to lightning release as her body is made of water and she passes electricity through her body quite easily. She has a natural strength against fire release techniques though as her body is made of water. She is able to turn her body into water giving her near invulnerability but this means she must remain constantly hydrated, making especially hot or cold climates a problem for her as well.

Background:
Shigetsu was raised in kirigakure, or it's remnants anyways having little to nothing in her everyday life since the Kakureyami takeover. Her clan had been one of the who had fought off the Kakuryami forces when they attacked, with her great grandfather, elder and advisor to the Mizukage, taking the charge on the battle feild and losing his head right next to the mizukage. Her parents, aunts, uncles, sibilings, and cousins all lost their lives in the fight, except for one of her elder brothers. He had taken her, the youngest member of the family who couldn't fight and hid. After the fallout Shigetsu and her brother went on living life, throwing away their family name in order to protect themselves. Her brother began training her in some of the arts of the Hozuki clan including the hydrification technique. Unfortunately and unknown to her her brother had joined a resistance that had been rising up in Kirigakure and they began to use guerrilla warfare against the Kakureyami forces. This eventually lead to her brothers death on the battle field. After that Shigetsu left the land of water, but not before finding the sword higesori. She traveled for a long time and met new people and learned new things. Eventually while in the land of earth she came across a smith who once forged Shinobi weapons like his fathers before him. He trained Shigetsu in Kenjutsu skills and gave her Tsukikage, a sword forged by his great great grandfather and passed down through the generations, intended to be a sword on par with the legendary 7 swords of the mist. He also gave Shigetsu a map to a refuge in the Land of lightning where a rebellion was rising. She thanked him and went on her way towards war.

Personality
One does not just get to know Analisa; they must earn her trust first. However once that trust is granted Analisa is probably the most loyal person you’ve ever known. Analisa also comes off as a more quiet kunoichi; however, that doesn’t say anything against how friendly she can be once you get to know her more. Analisa has always lived her life in secret until she was taught her jutsu and discovered her tailed beast inside her. Overall Analisa is a very to herself kunoichi but once someone knows her she can probably be a huge ally to your team.

Strengths/Weaknesses
Strengths:
Analisa is very loyal once she warms up to you she betray who she is close to. Analisa is very fast she always uses a small ninja blade that she was gifted to her advantage with her speed. Another one of Analisa’s strengths is the amount of chakra she has which is plenty more than the regular shinobi. Analisa is also a pretty skilled at taijutsu
Weaknesses: Analisa runs through her chakra like a kid on candy. Analisa’s main weakness is that she will go through her massive amount of chakra very easily and quickly making long sustained battles not her thing. Analisa only has main knowledge on her own chakra nature so she doesn’t have much knowledge in other chakra natures or...much else.

Background

Analisa was born into a very loving pair of parents that were anbu black ops before the attack of Kakureyami. However when Analisa was born sick, her parents feared that this sickness would take their only child away from them. They approached the Hokage with this issue and from there on Analisa was known as the Nine Tails Jinchuriki that was a gift of life for her. However it could have also been easily a curse.

At the age of three is when the Kakureyami invaded the land of fire and killed her parents and Analisa was left as the last of her clan. Analisa was lucky and managed to remain alive through the attack. She was very young at the time and all the little child knew was that she didn’t have mama or papa anymore. However in their absence a gift was granted to her which was her father’s ninja blade. In thought of a sudden death Analisa’s parents told one of their close friends Axel that he should be the one to take Analisa in case of an unplanned death.

Axel was lucky enough to survive the attack of Kakureyami and he took upon himself Analisa’s parents wishes and took her to a refugee camp. There, both trained together in hopes to avenge their fallen loved ones. Analisa only knew Axel growing up she didn’t interact much with other people she clung to the person who practically raised her which was Axel. Both of the two grew to be a pair of shinobi who seem to be pretty much inseparable.

Over the years Analisa learned to bond with her beast inside of her and learned to control his power. Both make a very good team! Learning to control her wind nature she became known as Raven for her fierce style of wind ninjutsu and her bird summon.

Appearance details:
Aged, scarred and grizzled, Wolf has seen it all, and done more. Standing a 5'10", he's decently tall. He's skin is tanned, leathery and rough from years outside and running himself through harsh physical regimes. His remaining eye is a simple brown and his hair, once a rich black, is more salt and pepper than the solid color it used to be. Often garbed in a odd mix of shinobi and Kakureyami gear, the former ninja killer very much looks and carries himself as what one would expect from a lifelong veteran. Don't expect to ever see him without his repeating crossbow.

Ranking in at an unassuming 5'1", Ghost isn't what most would expect of a hardened human hunter. Still, lithe and wiry as she is, the girl's shoulder length red hair is often pulled up and out of the way. Wearing Wolf's old field shirt over a sports top with a netted midrift, kama and cargo pants with full boots like her mentors. Notable for her age, however, is the already sharp and dangerous gleam in her hazel eyes, one mirrored by the old man that has trained her. Don't expect to ever see her with her bow.
Personality:
Grumpy old shit isn't actually the worst attempt to describe Wolf, nor is it particularly wrong, but it's only because one caught him at a bad time. Or just because he felt you weren't worth his time. The latter is honestly more likely. The old man isn't particularly a big fan of the ninja he currently fights alongside, but then he's no longer too friendly with the Kakureyami any longer. He's come to the professional opinion both sides need to simmer the fuck down and stop causing the everyday peoples so much trouble. But he's also old enough and wisened enough to know that such a thing will never happen. Tired of war and tired more of what war does, it's clear Wolf's long decided he's seen too much of the world, despite the fact that he seems to grip to life with the tenacity of a toddler to candy. In these latest years he's developed a fatherly, or grandfatherly, relationship with a young ninja girl, and it's been putting a lot more spring in his step as of late. When meeting him, expect to be treated like a child. You are one. Still, he wishes Ghost understood that she could enjoy the youth she still had, and doesn't know how to tell her that she doesn't have to be an adult quite yet.

On task and fairly rigid despite her age, Ghost went ahead and got her "life's most traumatic moment" knocked out early. While she hasn't let it cut her off from the world, she most certainly seems to put "the mission first" and doesn't ever stray far from Wolf unless they go out hunting. The truth of it is that Ghost long ago resigned herself to the understanding that she was going to lose her mentor, and she hopes that if she isolates herself until the end of the war, she won't have to go through the pain of losing anyone else. Even then, she often can't help herself, and even if she never shows it on her face, she enjoys sharing conversation with others when she can. Hardened by loss, and incensed and well trained, when she and her mentor take to the field she becomes one half of a well oiled machine and she knows that as long as they work together nothing can stop them. She plays tougher than she is to try to further impress her mentor.

Ghost definitely hates(loves) stuffed animals, and soft things. And dogs and cats. Because they're just drooly or don't care, and definitely aren't also soft. Books are alright though, and so are some sports. She also like practising marksmanship and fishing with Wolf. He won't let her drink though.
Dislikes:
Ignorants and fools, as well as those that don't carry their own weight, and those that think that 'acceptable casualties' is a term that has any reason to exist. Also, do not abuse animals around him unless you particularly wish to be shot.

While kids being kids during free time is fine, childishness when it's time to be serious drives her up the wall. She also can't stand it with how often Wolf tends to finish her-

Chakra Type/Nature:
Wolf is a lifelong master of Ice Release. While he obviously handled water release to an extent, he found Ice Release far, far more maleable and useful in tactical situation during his earlier, ninja hunting years.

Ghost was taught Crystal Release by both her mother and father before their passing, and while she isn't a master, the similarities of Ice and Crystal have let her learn many tricks and skills from Wolf.
Tailed Beast: They've tailed a few beasts in their hunts, but that's just to deal with dangerous animals to make a good hunt. They aren't Jinchuriki though, no.

Jutsus:
As a Kakureyami Ice Release user, all ice Wolf creates tends to be black ice. His focus these days tends to be the following, but he still keeps a few other tricks up his sleeves.
-Instant Water: Sending a blast of water from his feet, Wolf uses this jutsu to surge along at great speeds, or drive himself to heights his older frame can't quite jump to like it used to.
-Droplet Spear: Often a back up for when freezing something or firing his crossbow are both out of the picture.
-Frosted Armor: Wolf forms icene plates across his body, protecting him further from harm.
-Icene Bolt: Forming a barb of ice, Wolf utilises these as ammunition for his crossbow.
-Icene Blade Form: Wolf can form a razor sharp blade out of pure ice. Careful, it's a lot sharper than it looks.
-Icicle Storm Technique: Lobbing a prickly ball of ice at his enemies, it explodes outward sending senbon sized icicles in all directions.
-Avalanche Shot: Loading a massive rod of ice onto his crossbow, Wolf fires it high into the sky where it either separates into multitudes of Icene Bolts that rain down from the sky, or a handful of Icicle Storms that explode above his enemies.
-Dragon Piercer: A devastating technique, Wolf fires a chakra loaded bolt the length of a shortspear at his enemy. When it pierces the enemy it explodes into razor sharp shard, tearing through anything and everything. This is capable to tearing holes through even steel, and the explosive follow-up damages both sides of whatever wall it breaks through.

While not as experienced nor as powerful as Wolf, Ghost has still learned some useful talents from her mentor.
-Crystal Buckler: Ghost forms a small diamond of crystals, using it as a small shield for protection.
-Crystal Dagger Form: Similar to Wolf's Icene Blade Form, Ghost can make daggers out of crystal that she uses in cqc.
-Crystal Arrow: Rather than uses standard arrows, Ghost creates crytalline arrows that she uses with her long bow.
-Crystal Burst Technique: A watered down variant of Wolf's Icicle Storm, Ghost hurls a crystalline ball that bursts into small shard. They aren't nearly as damaging as Wolf's icicles, but are still quite painful and can get get stuck in their target.
-Crystal Knuckle Form: For down and dirty fights, Ghost can cover her knuckles with jagged crystals before beating down a foe.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
Wolf's greatest strengths these days lay in his knowledge and breadth of experience. That said, he's a skilled marksman, a brilliant tactician and skilled in Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu and Taijutsu techniques and skills. He is extraordinarily talented in target acquisition and extermination, and prior to his defection was one of the Kakureyami's top ninja hunters. This also gives him unique insight to the mannerisms of those he now stands against. Furthermore, he's recently acquired a protege who has only increased his efficiency on the battlefield.

Despite all these strengths and advantages, Wolf has grown older, as one does, and physically isn't what he used to be. While the younger ninja, the ones in their younger twenties and what not, still couldn't outfight him, he knows full well that many of the stronger and more experienced, older ninja could manage to out fight him in cqc these days. Furthermore, for those that know his tricks of the trade, he is rather set in his ways and has let himself fall to routine.

With a challenging yet successful mentor, Ghost has managed to gather quite a breadth of tactical acumen in the field, and has honed her markmanship with her bow quite well. She has developed a solid grasp of both Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, above what some her age would have. She's also become quite adept at stealth, tracking and target acquisition under Wolf's tutelage.

Despite her leadership and natural talent, Ghost is not nearly as skilled in ninjutsu as she could be and needs more practise. Furthermore, while she is skilled and has been learning quickly, she's not nearly the breadth of experience that Wolf, or most Kakureyami soldiers have, and will likely have to rely on ambush tactics and Wolf's lead more than anything else.

Background:
A career soldier and one of the frontlines when the Kakureyami first invaded, Wolf was there to remember the desperation that drove them and the precipice of doom they'd been teetering on. They had invaded with purpose. They'd invaded because they had to, and because survival demanded it. Everything that followed, however, was a slow decent into madness. Survival because domination, Needs became wants. The power taken became fetid and corrupt, and those that grasped at it were likewise infected with its rot, and all Wolf could do was watch as the men he'd served with, once proud men, with families and children to think of, became less than animals, killing for sport or pleasure. He watched as he became a semi-pariah, his life-career in the forces being his only anchor to his people.

Despite his beliefs, and his reservations, Wolf still managed to gain command of a small division sent to occupy and root out traitors in a local farming village. While he ran a tight ship, and ultimately kept fairly solid relations with the locals for as long he could, it was inevitable that something would go wrong. As it turned out, a family of farmers had apparently been excercising the kinds of skills the Kakureyami generally expected to see in combat. Instead, they merely utilised their skills to form farming implements, and Wolf attempted to convince his men to stand down and ignore it. They weren't harming anyone, were certainly not a threat. No harm no foul.

This unsurprisingly didn't last long, and not even four days later his men got far too rough, a far too friendly with the family's daughter, and the girl's parents stepped in. During the altercation his men struck first, cutting the mother down. The whole farming village opted to rally against them at this and it turned into absolute slaughter as his men, men he'd once called friend, men he'd once trusted, slaughtered scores of people, down to their pets, laughing and joking and making sport of it the whole time. So when the daughter, who's parents had given her chance to run, collapsed at Wolf's feet, begging for aid, he proceeded to execute each and every one of his former comrades before making his final decision.

The Kakureyami had gone too far. They were no longer the people he'd sworn to serve.

Gathering the child up, Wolf sprited her away, swearing to pay recompense for what his men had stolen from her, and making it a personal goal to ensure that while injustice wouldn't be allowed to flourish, neither would blind hatred.

Ghost's childhood had been a simple one as she'd spent much of it being taught how to farm by her parents, who likewise began teaching her just enough about Crytal Release to be able to do quick repairs on rake tines, or pitchforks, or any other tool. When the Kakureyami forces first occupied their small village, things largely remained the same. Though many of the soldiers had a tendency to be rude and brutish, their older leader always got along nicely with her parents, and always smiled when he spoke to them.

When all this came crumbling around the girl's life, and her father and mother were lost, it was this same man that she sought out is desperation, begging for help. Having found someone just shy of a saint, this man, who she'd come to refer to as Wolf, Mentor, and family, forsook the evils of his people, and gave her a real hero to set her goals on becoming. Over the past few years he's worked hard at helping her become a warrior for the people, and a hunter of any that would hunt the innocent, be they rogue ninja, bandits, or Kakureyami forces. Still, no one, or two, people can do it all alone, and eventually they made their way to a ninja camp under the guises of Ghost and Wolf, ensuring their pasts stay shrouded lest her mentor be unduly ostracised.

Raiden has dark brown hair that’s all different lengths around his head, but never longer than chin length. It’s very uneven all over the place. He wears glasses to see, but his vision is sufficient for close combat without them should he need to fight without them. He wears a cross necklace that belonged to his girlfriend - Ikeya - before she passed. He typically can be found wearing a white or black shirt with colored pants. Raiden is 5’9” tall.

Personality:
Raiden is a fairly confident ninja in most things. He knows a lot about the ninja history because his father has been a ninja all his life and spent most of his free time teaching Raiden so that the legacy of the ninja was not lost when he passes on. Raiden also learned how to fight from his father and knows that he can handle himself when it comes to fighting. Sometimes, this can lead him to be a little bit cocky, but Raiden never quite takes it to the point of becoming a jerk about it or being rude to his peers. He uses caution at times, rarely, but not never.

When it comes to missions and assignments and things that are expected of him, Raiden takes things very seriously. He’s not one to joke around, even when there’s nothing to be overly serious about, but he can laugh at less pressing times when it’s warranted. He doesn’t like goofballs who can’t control themselves when it’s time to focus, though. Raiden is the type of person who usually goes into potentially dangerous situations with at least two plans - one that’s plan A and one that is plan B if plan A fails. He likes to plan for things to go wrong because he knows nobody is perfect.

Despite seeming like a very well put together individual, Raiden isn’t quite as composed as he seems. Recently, he suffered a very significant loss within his life - the death of his girlfriend Ikeya - and that sends him into shambles quite often. The presence of the two tailed beast within him manages to compound his grief exponentially. Anytime he is reminded of his lost love, Raiden’s ability to think things through goes right out the window and then all those plans he made earlier as as good as junk.

This unique release comes from Raiden’s mother’s clan and allows him to turn himself invisible. It also grants him the ability to turn certain objects or pieces of objects invisible. The smaller the object is, the more difficult it is to sustain invisibility on that object. Although many would anticipate this to be a form of genjutsu, it is not. Instead of creating the illusion that an object does not exist, the ability literally redirects all light away from an object and since eyes see light, when no light shines on an object, it is not seen.

Tailed Beast: Two Tailed Cat Matatabi
Raiden and Matatabi do not get along due to the fact that Raiden is a new jinjuriki host to Matatabi and due to the fact that Matatabi blames Raiden for the death of her former host Ikeya. At the present point in time, Raiden gains no additional abilities from Matatabi because there is so much dissonance between them. However, Raiden is still granted extra chakra reserves from the tailed beast inside of him and he heals faster than someone normally would due to Matatabi’s presence.

Taijutsu Techniques:
None. If engaged in taijutsu combat, Raiden’s answer is to turn invisible, run away and try to turn it into a mid-range fight.

Ninjutsu Techniques:
  • Substitution Jutsu
  • Transformation Jutsu

  • Shadow Shuriken Jutsu: Two shuriken are thrown together with the smaller in the shadow of the larger. The intent is for the smaller to go unnoticed and therefore hit it’s target because you can’t dodge what you can’t see.
  • Shadow Possession Jutsu: A few generations ago, members of Raiden’s family were able to learn from the Nara clan and that knowledge has been passed to Raiden now. This jutsu is a form of paralysis in which the user and the target become connected and forced to mimic each others’ movements; the connection is established between their shadows. It does have a time limit that varies from one user to the next and also changes depending on how many people the user is controlling at once.
  • Shadow Whip: This is one of Raiden’s personal modifications on shadow stitching. He reaches into a shadow - it can be any shadow - and pulls out a shadow whip that can actually wrap around and restrain things that it hits.
  • Shadow Strangle: An add-on to shadow possession, this jutsu allows the one who uses shadow possession to extend their shadow onto the individual and attempt to strangle them with a shadow. It requires intense concentration and can be resisted by those of strong will.
  • Shuriken Shadows: Another jutsu he built off of shadow stitching, this attack is more of a trick than anything else. Raiden breaks off little pieces of his shadow and sends them flying as shuriken towards his target. Then, in the midst of all the flying shadows, he sends a real shuriken at them as well. While they are hopefully dodging the shadows (which can’t actually hurt them) the aim is to hit them with the real one.
  • Shadow Impalement: A single spike of shadow comes out of Raiden’s own shadow and can impale a target opponent. While it doesn’t actually do any internal damage to the opponent, it can be used to pin targets against walls or trees or other nearby objects.
  • Ghost Release: Self: Raiden can activate this technique without hand signs. It turns his body invisible in its entirety. There is a limit to how long it can be maintained, but it’s almost always long enough.
  • Ghost Release: Target: Raiden turns a target object invisible. The smaller the object, the more chakra consuming this is and the less time it will last.
  • Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu: Standard fireball jutsu - this is one of the only fire techniques Raiden is capable of performing due to the fact that he saw Ikeya use it enough that he simply learned the theory behind it and when he inherited fire release by becoming Matatabi’s jinjuriki, it simply was doable.

Genjutsu Techniques:
  • Pit of the Dead: A genjutsu technique made possible by his Ghost release, Raiden uses ninjutsu to turn the floor invisible and then the genjutsu creates the illusion of a pit of dead souls pulling the target down into the depths of “hell.”

Strengths:
Raiden doesn’t have many jutsu that consume a lot of his chakra and now that he is the two tails jinjuriki, he has an awful lot of chakra to spare. This grants him some pretty excellent endurance when he’s involved in a fight and it also extends the amount of time some of his ninjutsu techniques last. His ghost release makes him an exceptional spy in just about every possible situation and his shadow based techniques allow him to fight either on his own or with a team making him a very versatile individual. The strength and speed he gets when Matatabi’s chakra leaks out could be considered a strength, but it comes with a lack of control which balances it out.

Weaknesses:
Taijutsu is a big one. Raiden’s not one for a hand to hand fight because he doesn’t have much offense that works in those situations. Anyone with excess speed is also seriously going to pose a problem for him because he can’t attack what he can’t see or catch with his shadows. He’s more vulnerable on his own than he is with a team. Matatabi can also be considered a major weakness for Raiden because if he becomes too emotionally invested in a fight, Matatabi’s chakra is very likely to spill out and Raiden has no idea how to control it at all. Although it grants him strength in combat, he’s much more oriented on remaining calm and collected so to him, when this happens, it is extremely frustrating.

Backstory:
Raiden was born and raised in the land of lightning. Both of his parents were jonin of the land and he began training in ninja arts almost as soon as he could walk and talk. He barely even noticed at young ages of his childhood that anything changed when the Kakureyami struck and took over his homeland. His parents continued fighting, they continued their missions, and he was left with various family members or trusted individuals when they were gone. The boy never knew things were different from how they had been. He was too young and not observant enough.

However, Raiden’s lack of knowledge also proved to create a dangerous situation for himself, his family and everyone they were connected to or associated with. When the boy was seven or eight, his parents were out on a mission and he was staying with an uncle. The Kakureyami were doing a walkthrough in his little village home and one of the surveyors asked him where his parents were, thinking that a boy his age shouldn’t be alone. Raiden answered that he wasn’t alone and then very proudly proclaimed that both his parents were ninjas. That certainly got more attention than even the proud young boy anticipated. Raiden was taken into “Kakureyami Protection” to protect him from the “danger that his parents posed,” and then almost everyone in his family was very heavily interrogated. Raiden panicked. He didn’t know what he’d done wrong.

Luckily, he had two ninja parents. HIs mother’s Ghost Release Kekkei Genkai allowed both of his parents to sneak into the regime and reclaim their son. It didn’t go smoothly, though. While they were freeing him, another girl who was in Kakureyami custody managed to escape and tried to follow Raiden. Naturally, his parents couldn’t just leave her behind and they brought her along with them. However, taking her along shortened his mother’s jutsu too much and they got caught. His mother died that day. Raiden, his father and the girl - Ikeya Rowal - managed to escape and they went into hiding. Raiden’s father told both his son and Ikeya everything. He told them that both himself and Raiden’s mother had been working for a group trying to discover weaknesses within the Kakureyami because the Kakureyami had destroyed their way of life. He told them that being a ninja in their time was strictly forbidden. And then he taught them all the ninja arts he knew.

Raiden and Ikeya grew very close through their time together. They learned everything there was to know about each other. Ikeya was the two tails jinjuriki. The Kakureyami had sealed Matatabi within her after killing the previous jinjuriki because they wanted a tailed beast under their control. Their plan had been to train Ikeya to fight for them - to help them eliminate the remaining ninja who opposed them. Naturally that didn’t pan out. It seemed only natural when they became more than just friends as they entered their teenage years.

Somewhere in their travels, the group of three wound up at the refugee camp buried within the mountains and they’ve remained there ever since. Raiden’s history doesn’t end there, though.

About a year prior to our story’s beginning, Raiden and Ikeya decided that they were old enough and strong enough to train a bit further away from the encampment than was usually allowed and they went out on their own. Between training and romancing one another, the two of them actually managed to put quite some distance between themselves and the camp but they were confident in themselves. They’d both learned from the best ninja either of them knew - Raiden’s father. It didn’t end safely for them, though. It wasn’t the Kakureyami they ran into. Instead, it was bandits. The two of them fought quite well to keep themselves safe and to stave off their enemy… but they missed one of them. He was hiding in the trees.

Just as they thought they’d won, the last bandit jumped down on Raiden… well, tried to. Ikeya’s reflexes allowed her to push him out of the way. And she got stabbed in the chest. The two tailed beast went berserk and blue fiery chakra soared throughout the woods. It was the blue fire chakra that brought Raiden’s father to the scene. Although Raiden had defeated the last bandit by that point, there was nothing either of them could do to save Ikeya. To contain the two tailed cat and to protect the secret of the refugee camp, Raiden’s father did the one thing he could do to protect everyone involved - he let Ikeya pass and he sealed Matatabi within his own son.

Not long after that, someone in the refugee camp sent his father out on a mission. Raiden’s not sure where exactly his dad went and he doesn't know when he’ll be back either. In the meantime, Raiden’s just trying to learn how to adjust to the new companion inside of him… and he’s still to fully reconcile his feelings of grief and guilt over the loss of Ikeya.

Appearance details:
Zuko stands at 6'2", and weighs just under 200lbs. He has a healthy and athletic build. His skin is fair, though a notable scar over his left eye sustained during battle training. Zuko's hair is parted down the middle, a blank white on one side, and red on the other, dyed to his preference. He sports his father's Uchiha jacket, slightly small for him, but sports it nonetheless. The jacket is a navy blue long sleeve zip-up, with the Uchiha emblem plastered onto the back. He often wears a plain t-shirt, his jacket, some cargo pants and boots, and his Leaf Village headband tied around his waist. In memory of the Uchiha as a whole, Zuko also sports a pure golden ring over his left middle finger, with a carved Uchiha symbol on the front.

His most striking feature is the blood-red eyes of the Sharingan. Zuko has his own distinct design as well. His sharingan is in both eyes. Zuko often wears
reflective glasses though, to conceal the dojutsu until he wants to reveal it.


Personality:
Zuko, in spite of his dark past and clan, has a very lively personality. Rooted with the ambition to be the greatest ninja to walk, as well as redeem the Uchiha name, Zuko feels with every action he makes, it reflects the small remaining Uchiha. He's very optimistic and hopeful, even when the chips are down due to the upbringing he had as a child. He believes the key to success is an undying will to be better, and get better. Due to feeling like a reflection of his clan each time he steps out, Zuko has become very responsible and respectful towards others. He's not one to fight unless absolutely required, and would rather resolve arguments and disagreements through words in a civil manner. He also feels that with the misdeeds of his clan, he owes it to other people to be as helpful and proactive as he possibly can. Growing into his own personal code, Zuko aims to help the little man, and will never walk past somebody he feels is in need.

As for his jutsu, Zuko tends to become very cocky and flashy in his fighting. With hours spent training and working, he feels entitled to his confidence, and won't hesitate to try out a new move or style, even in the most dire of scenarios. For him, he will fight till he can't anymore, and would rather die with honour, than in cowardice.

Jutsu:
Zuko uses mainly Ninjutsu, and incorporates Shurikenjutsu into his fighting style as well. As a dangerous individual, Zuko has mastered plenty of the basic ninja art up to C-rank. In his training, he focuses mostly on building a larger chakra pool and control, as well as his speed and durability in order to properly mimic jutsus with his Sharingan in a lesser time. With moderate difficulty, he can copy most B-rank techniques.


With the right eye, Zuko is able to read a person's mind whether long/short distance as long as there is eye contact made. Used only once a day, with a recovery time of four days, Zuko is able to venture into a person's mind and see into their memories, thoughts, ideas, etc. for 5 minutes before being forced out. When in their minds, he can instigate migraines, and absorb skills and histories of the person like it were his own. The same can be done vice versa as he can transmit his own thoughts, and psyche to the victim.

With his left eye, via eye contact, he is able to form a psionic link with other people and communicate telepathically. He is able to do the same with multiple people, looking each of them in the eye, which would put the entire group into a psionic link. Using this, he's also able to speak with Tailed Beasts trapped in others, and experience the same type of link the original user would have, though for this he can only be in the link with himself and the Jinchuriki. The links are sustained as long as everyone connected is within 100 metres of him, and if they exceed this, they are released from the link. When included though, it also allows Zuko to experience all 5 senses of everybody in the link, as well as allow them to experience his.

With having both Mangekyou he can summon a susanoo avatar. so far has only managed to summon the upper half skeleton of his avatar, and cannot pair jutsu with his unfinished susanoo.

Strengths:
Zuko is very skilled in his ninjutsu, and has amassed a great chakra pool and control over it. This pool of chakra also aids when using his Sharingan. With his dojutsu, he is able to see long distances, read an opponent's chakra levels (not to the extend of Hyuga clan), mimic jutsu, as well as see into Genjutsu. His muscular but lean physique allows Zuko to move at very high speeds to dodge attacks, counter, as well as pull of jutsu that requires high momentum and speed. Zuko, when his head is clear, is one of the most strategic nin, and has a quick-thinking that allows him to make the right decision in almost any given situation.

Weaknesses:
Asides from his ninjutsu, Zuko doesn't have much other form of attack. His taijutsu is below average if not for his speed, and he has little to no Genjutsu even with the Sharingan. Zuko also fights very loud, and rash, and doesn't do well with cooperation or keeping the field tidy. He's easily clouded by emotion whether it's excitement, sadness, or hatred, which tends to overrule any of his ninja instincts. He's also mastered jutsu that use up a large sum of his chakra for his quick-paced fighting style, but if an opponent isn't defeated in the short burst of attacks he's known to use, he hasn't much of a chance in the long game.

Background:
Zuko was born to a small Uchiha sub-group, a generation that had resented the main clan's ways, and fled Konohagakure all those years ago. The clan migrated shortly before Itachi Uchiha's notorious assassination of the clan, and have since resided in the Hidden Village of the mist, secluded and away from the other Uchiha. In the Country of Water, the Uchihas paired their staple fire jutsus with water, and this small clan mastered the boiling jutsu, and used it to become successful in their new home, away from the ninja world. They swore to change their names, removing themselves from all affiliation with the Uchiha, though some kept important relics of their past.

Slowly, the Sharingan, and real ninjutsu became a thing of the past. People didn't train to become ninjas, but rather fishermen or politicians which were successful in the Hidden Village of the Mist. It wasn't up till hundreds of years though, that Zuko's story began.

Born to a lowly fisherman and his wife, Zuko was the only child of the family. Unlike the other kids though, growing up, Zuko was a hyperactive individual. He didn't like to sit and learn about fish, he wanted to run, jump, and swim. With a curiosity so wide, and hopefulness through the roof, it didn't take Zuko long to find his family's old antiques, a jacket with the Uchiha emblem, rings, headbands, and scrolls that told the story of the real Uchihas. Most of the clan mates had come to believe the Uchihas as urban myth, but Zuko refused. Inspired by his undying belief in a type of ninja he didn't know, Zuko was approached by the village elder who's family had been alive through the Uchiha migration. The elder's family had aspired to keep the life of ninjutsu going in the children, but reclused when he lost his children and wife to illness.

Now, the elder took Zuko under his wing, teaching him the wonders of ninjutsu and the ninja world. In secret, Zuko ran away with the old man, to the village of the Hidden Leaf to train and become a nin just like the stories. He didn't want his family to die out, and be remembered as the evil clan as they were all those years ago. Zuko had taken along with him, his family's old Uchiha jacket and ring, but earned his own ninja gear as he excelled throughout the academy. With direction from the elder though, he was ordered to keep his Uchiha identity a secret. Donning the moniker of Zuko Nguyen.

Zuko soared through the ranks, and reached Chunin by age 14. He spent the rest of his life training with the elders, and other ninjas, but would be heartbroken only 2 years after his graduation, when the elder passed away. This loss first woke his Sharingan, something he still kept a secret as a homage to the old man. He's continued to train, hoping to keep the old man's dream alive by becoming the greatest to ever fight. The appearance of the Kakureyami has also driven Zuko towards his goal of being better than the best.

Appearance Details: Chero has deep dark eyes like most people of her clan. She tends to have to beg her hair to be nice and curly instead of a frizzy mess. She once offered to sacrifice eating sweets for a month if her hair would look nice for her first date. It worked. Chero loves to dance the line between hot and cute when she dresses. Her most favorite color is red. She also wears it to honor the Haruno clan connected to her clan's past. An Uchiha symbol is sewn to the back of her dress.
She stands at around 5’1” and a half and has a lean frame.

Personality: People often describe Chero in a few words: Cheerful, clumsy and did someone say clumsy? People ask how she is so cheerful in the morning and the answer is, tea. She is such a night person it takes a full pot to wake her in the morning. Chero will often go out of her way to try and make someone’s day better...as long it is after 10 am.
Chero was always called a crybaby by her big sister, and it is true that Chero can be a bit emotional...it is because she cares passionately! She has a bit of a stubborn streak where when she was a child she would puff out her cheeks in displeasure.

Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
The user kneads chakra in their body and turns it into fire, which they then expel from their mouth; the more chakra they use, the more flames that are produced. The Great Fireball Technique was created by the Uchiha clan, and over time became one of their signature abilities. The Uchiha, in fact, used the Great Fireball Technique as a coming of age rite, with members not being considered true adults until they learned to perform it.

Basic Medical Ninjutsu- Chero has gained some practical skills on how to heal people. She uses her Sharingan to help locate blocked channels or other issues that a person may have. She is by no means an expert but can patch someone up in a pinch. This skill is a tradition in her clan since the matriarch Sakura was a medical ninja.

Sharingan Abilities:
"Eye of Insight": Seeing chakra (limited), reading movements, copying jutsu
“Eye of Hypnotism”: Can cast genjustu if eye contact is made, this is one ability that Chero is working on and has not fully mastered yet.

Strengths: Chero’s strengths lay in distance combat. She does much better if she can keep her distance from an opponent, which is why she relies on fire release and speed. With her speed and eyes, she does well with kunai and shuriken throwing.
Weaknesses: She is poor at up-close combat. She has a sword that has been passed down in her family for a long time, but she has never used it and always leave it at home. Chero is clumsy and because of that, she does not do well on uneven terrain, even with her Sharingan she does not see everything.

Background: Born to the Uchiha clan Chero assumed her clan had always been small. There were a few families that lived close together in a peaceful manner. Many of the Uchiha took up farming as a way of life and of course married outside of the clan. Some still chose to become ninjas. She grew up around Aunties and Uncles who loved her very much. Chero thought that was always how her clan was until the Kakureyami arrived. Her once peaceful little clan had to take up arms to help fight against the invasion. Her parents told her and her older sister the history of the Uchiha clan and how large it had been. But over the years the blood became diluted because of the massacre that had occurred so long ago. Since they were all descended from Sasuke Uchiha, some thought their gift had become weak due to marrying non-Uchihas. Those who still carried the Dōjutsu were called on to fight, including Chero’s father and older sister, Tsukino.

Heartbreak occurred when Tsukino went missing in battle. Her parents have given up hope that their daughter would ever return. Chero however, still hopes that someday her big sister will return.
