-Personality-
Ren is kind and caring for the most part, but is also committed to his job as a Neo BAHRAM engineer. He sees the Neo BAHRAM cause as just and sincere, though isn't a fanatic, well aware of the organization's inherent flaws and missteps, but also willing to believe that they are able to do better. He possesses a strong sense of what's right and wrong, able to make difficult decisions for the greater good.
However, after learning Neo BAHRAM's intentions with Project Obsolescence and Tsukuyomi, he didn't hesitate to steal both the plans and the frame, something he only really thought about after it was too late to go back, showing that sometimes he can act without thinking. He, however, is determined to do what's right, and as such is also extremely adamant about killing people in combat, refusing to shoot at the cockpits of manned units, or other vital or volatile areas, preferring to take the limbs off in order to put an enemy out of combat instead. He is shown to willingly compromise combat performance as well as the safety himself and his allies in order to do this.
-Biography-
Born to poor parents on an orbital colony around Jupiter, Ren dreamed of greater things, and wished to escape from the poverty his family was in. In order to do this, he joined Neo BAHRAM as an engineer, lying about his birthplace to avoid discrimination and in order to join, with the help of some accomplices in high places. Officially, he is a Martian, and thus receives the full benefits of being such on Mars and in Neo BAHRAM. He is regarded as a master engineer in Neo BAHRAM, specializing in the construction and maintenance of Orbital Frames, and thus is one of the engineers working on Project Obsolescence, going from the design phases to the completion of Tsukuyomi and, to a lesser extent, Amaterasu. He works hands-on with Tsukuyomi, knowing the frame inside and out.
-Skills and Abilities-
Ren is a very intelligent individual, though he seems average at first glance. As an engineer for Neo BAHRAM, he has extensive knowledge and experience on the building and maintaining of Orbital Frames. He is especially familiar with Tsukuyomi, and though not an experienced frame runner at all, his knowledge of Tsukuyomi and its capabilities allow him to pilot it without prior experience. Despite his inexperience, he is still shown to be capable enough to hold his own against Eclipse, Specter, many LEVs and four war ships, as well as even its sister frame, Amaterasu, for a time. In the latter's case, however, in a one-on-one fight to the end, he is still unable to defeat a seasoned runner such as Alrize.
He has shown to be able to adjust and calibrate Tsukuyomi's systems manually mid-combat, allowing him to change certain systems in order to adapt to the current situation.

-Personality-Rowan is a calm and collected individual, maintaining a stoic expression most of the time. Being raised as a child soldier, he grew to accept death and killing became second nature to him. Having escaped death several times in and out of an LEV unit, Rowan has learned to throw away his own fear, and will charge into fights with reckless abandon. He fights because it's the only thing he knows, having lived through skirmishes and wars for months on end. His opinions on the Neo BAHRAM and the UNSF are very cynical, often looking down on his fellow UNSF members and viewing the Neo BAHRAM members as puppets enslaved by a useless ideology.

-Biography-
Rowan was born and raised in an orbital colony around Jupiter, and he lived a normal life with his parents. One day, a mercenary group visited and pillaged the colony, abducting the children to raise as child soldiers, before taking them to Mars to fight against the Space Force and the old BAHRAM. He went face to face against Orbital Frames and LEVs, learning just how powerful they truly were. During his time as a child soldier, he would often hijack LEVs as part of the plans he was involved in, where he developed skills with the LEV. He would spend the majority of his life on the battlefield, before a member of the faction turned on the group and slaughtered them. Miraculously, Rowan survived, and grew to hate the traitor that had destroyed his way of life. Left with no other choice, Rowan joined the UNSF and was properly trained in piloting an LEV. Once his training was completed, he quickly became a revered pilot who was assigned to pilot the UNSF's latest LEV unit: the Specter.

She doesn't understand human nuances, such as Ren's refusing to kill, as well as his dedication to save Earth, understanding logic and reason above all else.

Cagalli is headstrong and determined, and takes her duties seriously. Though a mercenary, she has shown dedication and commitment to the Space Force on more than one occasion. She is capable of acting intelligently under pressure, commanding her crew with efficiency even during harrowing battles. She is more than capable of carrying herself, not needing any help from others, being a strong leader figure for her crew, despite her young age, showing a certain level of maturity.

Cagalli decided to follow in her father's footsteps, joining the Space Force at age 18. She trained with the Space Force, but due to differences in opinions, she decided to form her own group within the Space Force with the help of some friends in high places, securing her own ship which she modified heavily, as well as a personal crew. She acted as the young, skilled and ambitious captain of the Ptolemy, and after that ship was destroyed, the Ptolemy II, which she currently commands as a special task force of the Space Force, under the guise of a private contractor.

He was heavily involved in the Antilia Raid of 2172, where BAHRAM forces attacked the colony in order to steal the orbital frames Jehuty and Anubis. Leo happened across Jehuty, and in a bid to escape, jumped into the cockpit, where he would then drive back the opposing forces of BAHRAM and even do battle against the commander of BAHRAM himself, Colonel Nohman, piloting Anubis. Leo would manage to escape onboard the Space Force ship Atlantis. Some time after, he would acquire the Vic Viper, an experimental LEV using orbital frame technology, and he would hide Jehuty on Jupiter's moon, Callisto. He would then fight BAHRAM again, as Nohman tried to initiate Project Aumaan, fighting alongside the Space Force as well as Jehuty and its second runner, Dingo Egret. He played a pivotal role in the destruction of the old BAHRAM.
8 years later, he serves as a high ranking officer of the Space Force under the direct command of Elena Weinberg, now piloting the advanced LEV, Vesperia.

Leo Stenbuck is a natural frame runner, piloting Jehuty when he was just 13 years old and facing off against some of BAHRAM's most dangerous runners and coming out on top. His skills had only sharpened further in the two years between the Antilia Raid and Project Aumaan, where he pilots the Vic Viper with enough skill and efficiency to take on a fully fledged runner piloting Jehuty. He has shown to be incredibly capable, and serves as one of the Space Force's best pilots.

He played a pivotal role in the destruction of the old BAHRAM.
8 years later, he serves as a high ranking officer of the Space Force under the direct command of Elena Weinberg, now piloting the advanced LEV, Vesperia.

Leo Stenbuck is a natural frame runner, piloting Jehuty when he was just 13 years old and facing off against some of BAHRAM's most dangerous runners and coming out on top. His skills had only sharpened further in the two years between the Antilia Raid and Project Aumaan, where he pilots the Vic Viper with enough skill and efficiency to take on a fully fledged runner piloting Jehuty. He has shown to be incredibly capable, and serves as one of the Space Force's best pilots.

The battle AI once belonging to Anubis, DELPHI was programmed with one thing in mind: ultimate destruction. While within Anubis, her influence is what drove its runner, Colonel Nohman, into insanity, making him equally as possessed by the compulsion to destroy, going so far as to activate Aumaan fortress in order to achieve this goal before being stopped by Dingo Egret in Jehuty, destroying Anubis and Nohman with it, as well as Aumaan and the entirety of Phobos. After this cataclysmic event, however, remnants of BAHRAM visited the scene and discovered pieces of Anubis, one of which was part of the cockpit, in which DELPHI was found, offline but intact. Using DELPHI, the remnants of old BAHRAM eventually formed Neo BAHRAM, with the goal of continuing Nohman's work. DELPHI's architecture and data was used as reference in order to create the Orbital Frames Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu, as well as their battle AIs, ARAI and SERA respectively. Additionally, the two frames were linked to DELPHI via their AI in order to create the IMPULSE system. Tests of this system were unable to be performed, as DELPHI was still offline, despite Neo BAHRAM's best attempts to bring it back online in the 8 years since Anubis was destroyed. However, DELPHI was once again activated for a brief period of time when Tsukuyomi initiated IMPULSE, and DELPHI temporarily took control of the frame, resulting in Tsukuyomi entering an uncontrollable battle frenzy, in which it easily defeated its sister frame, Amaterasu, wiped out an entire fleet of Neo BAHRAM battleships, and then took out Orbital Frame Eclipse before finally deactivating when its runner, Ren Silber, entered a state too unstable to support the system anymore, almost losing his life from the ordeal. Immediately upon the deactivation of IMPULSE, Delphi once again went offline.

Described as being "outwardly vicious" and "relishing combat", Razel quickly worked his way up Neo BAHRAM's ranks despite his rough exterior. He is a loner, preferring to do things his own way, and though he does follow orders, he's usually left plenty of leeway on missions in order to do things his own way. He is willing to sustain heavy losses in order to not just defeat his enemies, but destroy them, and hardly cares for the well-being of his allies on the field. He has a personal vendetta against Ren Silber for stealing Tsukuyomi, the frame he was intended to receive.

Razel was a child soldier born on war-torn Mars, forced to fight for a guerrilla faction against both the Space Force and the old BAHRAM. He witnessed the deaths of many of his friends, also children, during war. As a foot soldier, he witnessed firsthand the terrible destruction that Orbital Frames and even LEVs were capable of from the perspective of the ground. During a heated battle, he witnessed the brutal death of his closest friend, who sacrificed himself to save Razel from the stray fire of a Space Force LEV. His leg and multiple ribs broken during the explosion, he forced himself into the cockpit of a fallen LEV and piloted it himself, and in a frenzy, defeated the LEV that had killed his friend. He made sure to leave the pilot alive by disabling his LEV, before brutalizing the pilot himself and killing him. It was this event that would see him pilot is own LEV for the guerrilla group for several battles, honing his skills as a pilot. However, shortly after the destruction of the old BAHRAM, he would use his skills and experience to turn on the faction and singlehandedly destroy them from the inside, killing even those close to him. He would then contact Neo BAHRAM shortly after they were established and become a runner for them, swiftly becoming an ace and one of their best runners.
